The pressure in the small council chamber was stifling, every member seated at the long, dark table focused on the map sprawled before them. A heavy silence blanketed the room as Dowager Queen Alicent’s voice echoed through the stone walls, calm but insistent.

"We must strike at Rook’s Rest," she said, her eyes glinting with determination. "Vermithor is a threat that grows with each passing day. We cannot allow her to roam free."

Otto Hightower, standing at her side, nodded in agreement. "Rhaenyra has grown too bold. Your niece wields too much power with that dragon. Vermithor must be neutralized, Aemond. Only Vhagar has the strength to bring the beast down, and only you have the will to do what must be done."

Aemond sat at the far end of the table, silent until now, his one violet eye fixated on the map. His jaw clenched as the voices of his mother and grandfather droned on, discussing tactics to trap her. You. The only person he had loved, the one who haunted his dreams and memories of youth. 

The very mention of your name, though unsaid, sent a ripple of heat through his chest. His gaze shifted from the map to Alicent, then to Otto, as they spoke of you and Vermithor as mere obstacles—just another enemy to be destroyed. 

But you were not a mere enemy. You were his niece, the daughter of Rhaenyra, and the girl who had once shared moments of innocent laughter with him. Before the war, before the bloodshed, before the divide of loyalties had driven them to opposite sides of this cursed Dance. How could they expect him to harm you?

A sharp crack split the air. The sound of his fists slamming against the table reverberated through the chamber, startling everyone into silence. Alicent and Otto turned, eyes wide, as Aemond rose from his seat, his face a mask of anger and resolve.

“I will not harm her.” His voice was low, dangerous, shaking with barely contained fury. “I will not harm my niece.”

“Aemond,” Alicent said softly, her brow furrowing as she reached out a hand as if to calm him. “She is a threat. You must understand—”

“No,” Aemond snapped, cutting her off. His gaze burned as he turned on them. “You expect me to kill her? To kill the one person I have loved since we were children? Vermithor is no more a threat than Vhagar is. And Y/N—she is not the enemy you make her out to be.”

Otto’s face remained impassive, but there was a flicker of something dark in his eyes. “She rides a dragon that is an old menace. Rhaenyra and her supporters will stop at nothing to see the end of this war, even if it means your death. You know this, Aemond. Only you can put an end to this before she burns the realm to ash.”

Aemond’s gaze flicked back to the map, the cold stone beneath his hands, and then to the faces of those who had shaped his life, who had molded him into a weapon. But not for this. Not against you. His chest heaved with barely contained emotion as the weight of everything pressed down on him—his duty, his family, his love for you.

Slowly, he shook his head, his voice low but firm. “No. I will not do it.”

“Aemond,” Alicent’s voice sharpened, desperation edging into it. “Where are you going?”

Aemond had already turned, his long coat sweeping the floor as he strode toward the door, each step heavy with purpose. He didn’t look back as he answered, the words cutting through the air like a blade. “I am going to Dragonstone. I will kneel before Y/N and Rhaenyra. I will beg for their forgiveness. For everything. For Lucerys.”

There was a stunned silence in the room as the weight of his words settled. Otto’s voice cut through the quiet, sharp as steel. “They will kill you the moment you set foot on Dragonstone, Aemond.”

Aemond paused at the door, his hand on the cold iron handle, and turned to face them. His eye gleamed with a fierceness that made Alicent flinch. “Then let them. I would rather die at her hand than live knowing I betrayed her.”

He left without another word, his footsteps echoing through the stone corridors, each one bringing him closer to you and the fate he had chosen. The weight of his family’s expectations, of the crown’s demands, fell away with each step. In its place, only one thing remained—his love for you and the need to right the wrongs that had torn them apart.

As he mounted Vhagar, he knew there was no turning back. His path was set, and for once, it was a path he chose for himself.

Because bro said what he said and there is contextually 0 evidence that he’s a split personality between the Hyde and Tyler, there’s contextually 0 evidence that his feelings were real beyond the attraction he had upon first meeting her, as far as we know he was playing her the whole time. Even if his feelings were real that still doesn’t mean she’d forgive him. And yeah, maybe he got a kick out of manipulating her because he himself was manipulated and liked having a sense of control but that doesn’t excuse it??? GUYS. If the Addams family taught Wednesday one thing it would be loyalty to those you love. And Tyler BROKE that and enjoyed doing it just as she started to trust him. Like let’s do some contextual analysis here.

If the writers go down that route, they do NOT know Wednesday at all bc girlypop would never forgive him for hurting Enid and Eugene.

What is your opinion on the Robby/Tory arc this season?

Thanks for your question! I'm still gathering my thoughts on these two.

I'm heartbroken for them. They're the two kids worth rooting for out of all the kids. They have it the hardest and both feel so alone.

I'd predicted after s5 that Tory would go back to Cobra Kai, so I'm not surprised by the twist.

Robby believes in Miyagi-Do, and Tory believes in Cobra Kai.

In s3e8, Tory told Robby that she knows who she is, but he's still pretending to be something he's not. I assume, after she got to know him in s4, she realized she wasn't right about him pretending.

In s5e10, she told the Cobras that she wasn't betraying the dojo, she's just not buying what Silver's selling. She was still loyal to Cobra Kai.

In s6e1, she told Robby that Miyagi-Do teaches the exact opposite of what she's been taught. She still believed in Cobra Kai, but at the time, Miyagi-Do was her way to reach her goal.

Tory's at a really low point now, and Kreese and Cobra Kai are her solution to reach her goal.

It also makes sense that she would believe that the LaRussos wouldn't support her over Sam as captain. Tory doesn't know that Daniel didn't put her on his list of 6 students. He had put Demetri and Anthony on his list instead and claimed that Tory wasn't balanced enough to be Miyagi-Do. Plus, even Kenny believed that Daniel wouldn't believe him that Anthony had sabotaged him. (Of course, we know it was really Devon who had.) Point is that Daniel's favoritism towards his kids is obvious to the other students most of the time, so even if he isn't playing favorites, it's hard to trust him (and Amanda).

I wonder if Tory will feel betrayed by Robby for not supporting her need to fight for the captaincy. Hopefully, we get some context about what happened between the two of them between the last scene at Miyagi-Do and the introduction at the Sekai Taikai. I doubt Robby wouldn't have tried to reach out to her. Also, Sam becoming captain is out of his hands.

s5 showed that Tory's loyalty goes between Kreese/Cobra Kai and Robby. If she doesn't feel betrayed by Robby, then Robby will be a weakness for her.

Kim is aware of this. She knows that "the boy" is Tory's weakness. The Cobras may try to make sure that Robby can't get near Tory. Kim witnessed for herself what Robby is willing to do---walk into the Cobra's lair and confront Silver---if it can help Tory.

In s2e8, Robby said about Tory, " 'There's good in everyone.' She just needs to be shown the right way." In s2e1, Daniel had said that there are no enemies in Cobra Kai and that the Cobras are just taught the wrong way. In s5e9, Robby called Silver the enemy, but told the students that they weren't past the point no return. I assume Robby will do what he can to get Tory out of Cobra Kai so that she doesn't go past the point of no return.

Based on interviews, Robby's going to be completely off-balance now because Tory switched sides. This isn't surprising. He probably would have lost 0-3 if Tory hadn't shown up in time during his captaincy match. I think Robby will also blame himself because he didn't tell anyone that Kreese had approached Tory and talked to her.

I'm stating the obvious when I say it will be complicated for them in part 2. But their storyline is majorly tied to the overall conflict in the story, which shows their importance.

Overall, seeing them make that deal at the start of s6e5 to seeing where they ended s6e5 ... sigh... 😔 These two kids deserve to win and be up on that podium together, but I don't want Tory to win the female championship for Cobra Kai. I think this may be what happens, though.

    The warm air whipped your cheek as you stared at him, ignoring the screams coming from inside the house. His lanky figure tensed up and he opened his eyes.

    “I needed a break.”

    You slid closer, your thighs touching his, “I can understand that.”

    “Yeah, I mean, it’s been a lot lately.”

    “That’s the understatement of the century,” you laugh, “I never got your name.”

    Seeing his expression was difficult without sunlight, “It’s Glenn.”

    “That name’s pretty, I like it.”

    A particularly loud scream startled you both, the man beside you jumping in skittish surprise. In an effort to calm him, you placed a hand on his shoulder, rubbing it in circles. 

    “Why don’t we go somewhere more secluded? You look like you need it,” you offer. 

    “But what if they need me? I can’t just leave them.”

    “There’s plenty of people around who can help if they need anything, I promise.”

    “Still—”

    “You can’t do shit if you’re this anxious, it’ll be fine. They’ll understand.”

    Glenn looked torn, his body stuck between wanting to come with you and stiff loyalty to his group. His eyes were wide; you decided that they looked rather pretty like that. The moon was high in the sky, causing a gentle glint to grace them. Standing up, you turned towards him and reached out a hand. 

    “It’s your choice.”

    One thing you noticed about Glenn was that he manages to be quick and silent at the same time. It was honestly impressive, in your opinion, as you could barely hear the shuffle of his feet behind you. Crickets sing their songs as you stopped, plopping down on a nearby log. The half-rotten wood creaked as the other man chose to do the same. 

    Looking at him, you asked, “So where did your group come from?”

    He shrugged, “The city nearest to here.”

    “That’s nice, I haven’t been off the farm since it all started. Hershel says it isn’t too bad out there, but I’m having a hard time believing him.”

    You could feel sweat dripping uncomfortably down your chest, so you fumbled with your top shirt buttons until they opened, exposing it to air. You exhaled in brief relief, turning back to Glenn. To your surprise, the man’s head whipped away at the same time, gulping. 

     A knowing smirk threatened to take over your face, but you managed to innocently ask, “Is something the matter?”

     “No, um, nothing’s wrong,” he nervously replied, his eyes refusing to meet yours. 

     You lean closer, studying his face, “Are you completely sure?”

    “Maybe?”

    Tilting your mouth towards his ear, you whisper, “It’s your choice, what do you really want?”

     For extra dramatics, you brushed your lips against it before pulling away. 

    “A distraction.”

    “Hm?”

     “I want a distraction,” he mumbled. 

     Taking his chin in your hand, you force him to look up at you, “I’m gonna need you to speak up.”

      “I need a distraction,” he complied. 

       “Such as?”

       Glenn swallowed, “You know, sex.”

       “Good job, now get on your knees.”

       As he slipped down, you reached down and unzipped your pants. With your other hand, you patted his head. You felt almost lightheaded as you pulled it out, watching as he stared all the while. That was plenty enough to tell you that he’d been thinking about it for some time. 

     Your dick is now standing proudly out, and the raven-haired man kneeling before you almost immediately went in for the treat. However, right before he could, you tightened your grip on his hair and stopped him.

Oh. My. God. This last episode was SO GOOD! If Disney doesn't renew I give up on this franchise, I swear. At last some really fresh ideas about the Jedi! (Sorry but The Last Jedi was never as new and controversial as its fanbase claims it was: the consensus at the end was the same as usual: Jedi good, Dark siders bad, no complexity whatsoever!)

Most of what I expected happened 🤩 spoilers episode 8 below.

I wanted Koril (Osha and Mae's other mother) to be the Stranger's former master, but it seemed more likely that it would be Jedi Master Vernestra. And he's TERRIFIED of her?! My man had no problems facing a crowd of armed Jedi alone in episode 5, but as soon as she arrived he put on his helmet back and went hiding like a little child afraid of being punished hard 😳 I can't forget that the scar he had was in his BACK.... Meaning she thought she killed him by attacking him from behind. Not very Jedi, not at all....

Of course we could think he betrayed her, but considering his stance on loyalty, I find it hard to believe. Loyalty is very important to him, we saw it at the way he reacted to Mae's betrayal. And now we know that whatever happened, Vernestra probably lied about it.

Because yes she's a freaking liar! Instead of admitting that her former padawan is still alive and taking pupils, she puts all the blame on this poor Sol. I guess it's karma because that's exactly what he did with Mae. How not agreeing with this senator, who pointed that leaving too much liberty to the Jedi could be dangerous? How do you trust people who lie every time they need to cover their track? Nice foreshadowing of Anakin's betrayal, too... Yes sir, one day a Jedi will go rogue and destroy everything.

Osha thought she saw Mae kill Sol, but she saw herself in fact... she just probably didn't believe it could be her! Neither did Qimir. If he wasn't in love before, he's already naming the babies as we think lmao Poor Sol though, I'll miss him. I suspected it would happen, but still... It was painful to watch, almost as much as seeing Ben Solo kill Han in The Force Awakens. Except here at last, Osha had a good reason to kill him, while in TFA it was only done for shock value :/ I know Sol expressed remorse but it was definitely not enough to get forgiveness. He should have told the truth the Osha, to the Council. He had it coming....

Mae losing her memories of Osha was such a heart wrenching moment. Especially when Mae couldn't finish the song... 😭 in my predictions I saw Mae turn, but I didn't see *that* coming.... Reminds me of Revan! The Stranger agrees to let her go while he was obsessed with killing her, just because Osha asked him to.... That's love 😍

And they really had Osha and Qimir riding together in the sunset. They really did it!! After all this time spent trying to ship Reylo but never really getting it because these idiots just kept fighting with no conversation, my soul is healed at last... You know, the scene where they take the ship and argue like an old couple? I wanted a scene like that for episode IX. Or anything that would have been a scene together with no fighting 😔

And they are egotistical and self-righteous enough to say "I know better than you" when they see criticism that contradicts their fanon thinking. Man its 2024 and fucking ackerbond has been debunked years ago and even Isayama's dusty old interviews deny it. Yeah, no matter how much I filter eruri, I see exactly that in both Levi tags and Levixreader tags 🙃 and now whenever I want to read fic or browse Levi posts, I have to look at them with hesitation and fear. I guess that’s “perfect” in the sense that that’s largely how I play it, modding notwithstanding. My IDEAL playthrough would let me have a krogan buddy for each game, Garrus not a squad mate after ME1 (not dead! Just. I’m the sniper on this team, ok?), more Geth interactions, option to try and leave Cerberus within the confines of ME2 (loyalty missions being utilized as a way to sway Miranda and Jacob to your side more overtly), better pacing overall in ME2, and reworking side missions to be more narratively interesting in ME3 would be pretty great 🤷‍♂️

Haaa, at the risk of catching flak for this… I don’t like Tali and Garrus 😬 it feels weirdly forced to me and not very organic. The game just doesn’t do a very good job addressing the almost…proprietary way we see Turians interact with Quarians? Like that one Turian putting his hands all over Tali in the first scene she’s introduced, and that other Turian giving off serious “friend zone and unhappy about it” vibes in ME2 when talking with his Quarian friend who’s venting about some guy she’d gone out with to Garrus’s own shitty remarks to Tali… like yeah she calls him out on it, and he apologizes, but idk, he didn’t have much character growth imo and certainly not enough to demonstrate “chemistry” with Tali so far as I’m concerned. I just don’t like those vibes, man 🫤

75. Moments that give me chills/feels?

Honestly, the opening sequence in ME3. As I mentioned in another post, I kinda came to these games out of order and realized quickly that I needed to play them IN order. ME3 was my first brush with it, and I played that opening part before leaving Earth and even though I didn’t have the context at the time to fully grasp what was happening, it was still compelling enough to stay in the back of my mind even years later, prompting me to go back eventually when the LE came out.

That one gives me feels. As for chills? Talking with the Leviathan-controlled miners on that mining outpost 😶 felt almost like we were slipping into a different sci fi genre with that DLC

Maybe snippets of Marika lore that can be calls both her and Miquella’s parallels

Back the shardbearers you essentially go around their subrealms trying to get them to give up their shit to Miquella. Either for not wishing to do it himself or because he physically can’t, but Miquella can’t just Take their souls from them. Miquella also wishes to convince them to give up ‘willingly’ so as to cement their followers new loyalty to Him instead.

Rennala fight 2.0: hell have her be the rellana fight??? May give us some more of her lore but continue to be vague, could also allude to the horror of The Egg that’s not just ‘boohoo radagon left her :(“. Spooky library 2.0, but Beeger and Magickier…

Follower: Ranni? Or moongrum, or a previously unmentioned carian knight perhaps. Or maybe she doesn’t get one, who knows

End of fight: Rennala gives up the goat but again mourns the loss of her children, now again having to come face-to-face with how her love and guidance couldn’t stop her kids from getting themselves killed in the end. In the overworld, she leaves the Academy altogether and can’t be found. It’s unclear if she A. found the resolve to say fuck this i’m out, or B. had a death of dispair. She leaves the egg for you to respec tho

Rykard: Didn’t get to think of this one so much but I had an idea that you’d actually fight some sort of Amped Up Tanith eg you try to fight rykard but he just gets back up bc he’s like haha my hot wife will succeed me 😏 and then you kill her, extra, and he’s like. Fine. here’s your stupid thing. I hope you choke on it. It can perhaps speak to a better clarity of vision Rykard might’ve once had while not necessarily justifying his actions. I also just had the image of Rykard cradling Tanith in pitch darkness, slowly fading from view from the player and it being a moment where you are supposed to go. Hm. maybe what im doing isnt good?

Tanith is like it’s less that I don’t agree with Miquella and do want to see the Erdtree burned down but i am a ride or die bitch so you gotta Earn It, kid.

Radahn: Miquella puts Radahn in the Eternal Torment Pit, mostly out of a personal vendetta even though Miquella’s like No Its Fine I totally get that he nearly killed my sister it was a War You Know *smiling so hard his skin peels off* (again, speaking to Miq’s mortal flaws). Radahn’s done the rigamarole enough time that in between thunder dome hours he does some sort of peaceful activity and maybe even acts like a vendor for the player. He expresses regret, in some capacity, for his wanton past violence, but says he won’t give up his soul because he Does Not Trust Miquella to do whats right.

Jerren is his follower. Allusions to mlm relationships that are not incestuous coercion. Perhaps. 

Mohg/Morgott: Again not entirely certain. I was sort of imagining a sort of nightmarish Subterranean Shunning Grounds But Worse (more frenzy stuff to be found here ala Midra’s manse?) evoking their memories of terror and abandonment. Perhaps by the time we get to them morgott and mohg have already killed each other. Or something, not sure. Someone else have a better idea

That one unused NPC that Loved Morgott Shanehaight and Annsbach (although i refuse to do the mohg-was-manipulated-angle I think we can still have annsbach be like. Well he used to be cooler i guess just having all that power and undying devotion made him like way worse. You know. Like a theme, or something)

Godrick: I actually want to treat him seriously but I can’t think of anything. Maybe he’s just like in the opening area and you can just ask him and he’ll be like. Yeah fine I guess.

Ranni: i think ranni actually did something really funny by upending Miquella’s plans without meaning to. You might fight her body’s pre-death memory of herself. Just me wishing to see Ranni with a huge fuck off weapon like her brothers. Maybe again spiritually guarding Rennala? Again could also be like a ‘sucks to suck miq i yeeted that shit forever ago’

Malenia: final shardbearer you get The Item from. I think Miquella has, in an attempt to be kind, tried to sugarcoat it for her. You find her in some pretty flowery field in the nice warm sunlight, and she’s just waiting for you. She knows why you’re here. She feels betrayed by Miquella. But acquiesces, because she doesn’t or can’t think of not doing so. So you kill her, again.

Finlay as a follower? I like the idea that the entire realm, the boundary between life and death, dreams and memory, are all blurred.

You are given the option to give some part of their leader back to their follower and make changes to the game world or the outcome of a questline. Giving Rya the item from Tanith/Rykard shows that she was wanted, and loved, and not any more an ugly thing than the world itself. Maybe doesn't change that much buy hey. Jerren gets some peace of mind or puts to rest some lingering doubts he had. Annsbach and/or Shanehaight’s endings could be opposites where Annsbach comes to his DLC thang (lord of men not gods etc) whereas Shanehaight’s faith is shaken by how His Guy was an omen.

You get Miquella’s his things and he’s like Thanks Bestie :) see you at the Erdtree. So you go and you fight Radagon and Elden beast and Miquella just stomps the shit out of them. Turns that space worm into creamed corn. And then miquella’s like alright I need a consort to ascend now.

Could be a moonpresence thang where if you didnt get his great rune you can’t say no. ends ominously on an “age of abundance” where your character is charmed.

If you do say no, he will try to kill you. Bossfight. Ends on an unfortunate note, back to base game endings.
