My personal thoughts:

It's super interesting that MC introduces Aerin as the heir to Morella, not the guy who summoned the Dreadlord.

I find it so funny that even after months hanging out in the Shadow Realm together, no one ever once mentioned Aerin to Valax. Not even to talk shit.

Aerin, please never prove your awful father right again! At least it took Aerin a couple months to get mauled? Unless there's still a time difference between Realms...

Cause of death is also interesting to me. No offense meant, but hiding is kind of one of Aerin's best things.

I'm playing at the general release pace, but if more interesting changes come up, I'll post them as I play!

His heat was near, hormones raging. He was getting way ahead of himself—even though it didn’t feel that way, his rational brain knew it—but his instincts were screaming at him to prepare for a pup, for a home, for family.

The nest needed more materials, half-assembled with the blanket they slept under and Tommy’s clothes Buck had selfishly hoarded. 

Weeks later, Buck still couldn’t bring himself to take it apart and return the clothes. He tried not to curl up in it every night. Failed miserably. It eased the nausea a little. The only thing holding him together when he wasn’t baking or eyeballing his phone.

kiddo who asks to go on a hike with his fav uncle, kiddos been goin through some shit with his little boyfriend and needs to clear his head. once uncle hears about this hes jumping to help his lil nephew out, making sure that they dont ever have to think about that shitty "boyfriend" ever again

(origionally i wanted to go more in depth on this idea but im hungover and my head hurts so if u want to then pls feel free to add more to this, if you dont want to then no problem at all either)

Uncle doesn't like the idea of kiddo being sad, and does everything he can to try and distract him from it. Every now and then, even while they are out having fun, paddling in streams and climbing trees and rocks, he can see nephew's face fall a bit before going back to smiling. He isn't blind, he can see kiddo is still thinking about him. So while they are sitting down to eat lunch, Uncle sits down closer than usual to nephew, gives him some of his animal crackers and candy he brought for dessert.

While kiddo is nibbling on a chocolate bar, Uncle puts his hand on nephew's thigh, a little higher than family-friendly. He slowly slides it up, looking out at the little clearing they decided to eat in. It looks like he's admiring the view, but he's really checking no one is nearby. His hand slides up under nephew's shorts slowly, tracing the inside of his thigh with the rough pads of his fingers. Nephew's always liked his uncle's hands, he thinks they look rough and rugged with all their scars and callouses, but any time kiddo's gotten himself hurt they've been so gentle and tender in patching him up. Kiddo used to play with his hands when he was younger, and uncle would make up stories about where the scars came from.

Right now, the other hand has come up to carefully turn nephew's face towards uncle. Nephew swallows his chocolate, and his mouth opens a little, probably to ask what uncle is doing. Before he manages it, uncle very gently presses a kiss to nephews mouth, his hand tightening ever so slightly on nephew's thigh. For the first time that trip, he isn't thinking about his "boyfriend". As uncle pulls back, nephew leans in to chase him, he doesn't want to think about his boyfriend, he just wants his uncle to do it again. Uncle leans back a bit, but makes sure nephew doesn't think it's his fault.

Uncle moves his lunch off his lap, lets go of nephew's leg and moves his lunch too, before coaxing nephew up so he's straddling his uncles lap, face to face. Uncle kisses him again, just as tenderly as the first time. Uncle's hands hold nephew's waist, pushing him down a bit to sit on his thighs a little more. Nephew's boyfriend never treated him like this. Why did he waste his time on him when he could have been safe and happy in his uncle's lap, out here on a gorgeous forest trail. The view around them is so pretty, but when uncle and nephew finally break for air, uncle is looking at nephew like he's the prettiest thing on earth.
