squints. why did i open tumblr. i know there was a post i wanted to make. OH yeah for one of my courses i gotta make a webpage which is soooo yippee and i was rlly hyped i was gonna challenge myself to make a neocities look nice from scratch but now im thinking its probably more energy and time efficient to just use wordpress or something :( literally so fucked...... sigh do i have a personal neocities which has provided me with html experience? yes. however it looks like this

#worse than that its a group project so like. its not just my ass on the line if i go icarus mode #the other people in my group are relying on me and im gonna assume they dont want the ultra-retro look. :(#do u guys have any like. advice or whatever.... maybe for making html site more manageable #maybe for good sites like wordpress w*x etc bcos i know those sites can be bastards #do you guys think i would get fired from a cannon if i suggested basing our site in a tumblr blog

I'm trying out a new writing program bc jotterpad gets sad if there's more than 4k words in a document and also doesn't have free cross platform syncing, and. I keep closing out of the new program, doing something and coming back to keep writing, only to open the old draft of what I'm working on in Jotterpad and Immediately have a panic attack about how much progress didn't get saved (because the progress was in a different program)

#im hesitating to name the new program bc i cant figure out how they're being funded #they have an anti ai statement. but ive not been prompted to pay for anything and i cant find any like. up sells.#idk maybe my ad blocker is just hiding all the ads and they dont have those stupid 'pls turn off ur ad blocker🥺' ui elements #and its Not a small or open source project. theres actual money involved. its a sister site to tunglr and WordPress.#they can have my deranged fanfiction and nothing else until i figure this out #i do like the ui better that jotterpad tho
