i like to think xanxus is in no way related to vongola (including the second). like yes tsuna is kind of a nepo baby now and vongola is pretty much engaging in eugenics BUT here me out. xanxus not having any Special Blood but still being peak and becoming head of varia, the fan favourite choice for decimo, and getting the vongola ring on his hand at the end of the battle is more meaningful than if he did have Special Blood.

on the other hand you have tsuna, boyfail extraordinare who despite his Special Blood is still struggling to score anything on a test. it's a nice contrast to have but also just shows that Special Blood is not and should not be the deciding factor in anything, and tsuna is only becoming decimo because everyone else who thinks the Special Blood is important said so. tsuna doesn't even seem to be on board with this whole Special Blood nonsense but since everyone he cares about would die if xanxus won he's kinda stuck lmao

it just annoys me when series have that Special Blood nonsense in it to justify everything OP about a main character. i just like that tsuna's Special Blood turned him into a mafia smoke alarm occasionally but otherwise did nothing else

Xanxus's ass is on fire. It's on fire and they haven't even started with the rulers. He whimpers, low in his throat. The assassin feels like his ass is radiating heat and he's so messy with slick it's obscene. Xanxus can't even help the way he's squeezing the plug in his ass or the way he squirms and makes the bells jingle. His alpha hums, fingers trailing over Xanxus's folds. Xanxus arches his back a little more, hoping for a knot even when he knows he won't get one. His alpha chuckles, setting the new paddle down. "I think we'll come back to the rest. Let's start with the rulers." It gives Xanxus a little bit of a break, enough so that he doesn't think twice when his alpha guides him to spread his legs. They snap closed when the ruler lands between them. Xanxus squeals, all but flinching off his alpha's lap and panting desperately when he realizes what Tsunayoshi has planned.

Tsunayoshi just arches a brow at him when Xanxus stares at him incredulously. It makes Xanxus scramble back into position, legs reluctantly falling open. "Sir?"

"You're doing great, sweetheart. Good job." The alpha sets the ruler aside. "We're keeping this one."

He figured. Xanxus breathes carefully, not even listening as the alphas talk. The next slap makes him squeal just as loudly, body trembling but he manages to keep his legs spread. Fuck. It hurts. And his instincts are messing with him. Xanxus wants to be cuddled and shown he's been good but a part of his brain wants his alpha to force Xanxus's submission a little further. That part wants the plug out and replaced with Tsunayoshi's knot, wants the alpha to make him squeal and whine and cry on that thing. It's the primal side of him that's usually around only during heats, the part of him that wants his alpha to wrestle him head down and ass up. It's the omega hindbrain insisting that he wants an alpha that can make him present and force Xanxus to take it. And Tsunayoshi can, Tsunayoshi has.

When the alpha takes the plug out, Xanxus thinks, for a moment, that he's going to get what he wants. Witness be damned, Xanxus doesn't care about his self-consciousness at this point. But Tsunayoshi shoves the knotting toy inside Xanxus instead, forcing Xanxus's asshole to stretch around the silicone. It takes the omega a second to realize that the long whine is his but it's not like he has the self-control to stop it anyway. Tsunayoshi chuckles, spreads his omega's legs a little wider and grabs for the next ruler. "Breathe, lovely."

Doing as told, Xanxus arches his back the way he knows Tsunayoshi likes. "Sir? Please?"

"One more and we'll leave the rest for tomorrow." Tsunayoshi waits until Xanxus nods before delivering the last slap to Xanxus's pussy. He makes it count too.

Xanxus sobs, fingers tightening desperately on the couch. Tsunayoshi ignores that for now, setting the ruler aside before guiding Xanxus to kneel between his legs. It gets him a pliant omega between his knees. Xanxus's eyes are red-rimmed and tears are drying on his cheeks, but the omega stays in place, hands clinging to Tsunayoshi's leg. The alpha chuckles, curling his hand on messy dark hair. "We'll buy these ones for now. We'll check the rest tomorrow."

Felix doesn't answer quickly, he just stares at Tsunayoshi's omega for a moment longer. He's halfway sympathetic but more than a little turned on. Tsunayoshi clears his throat and the other alpha flinches into attention. "Right. Sure. Do I come back tomorrow or do I leave them here?"

Tsunayoshi cups Xanxus's cheek, pressing one finger into his mouth for the omega to suckle on. "Leave them here. I think I want to take my time trying them."

The other alpha winces but nods. "Sure thing, man. Just let me know."

Xanxus mewls but nods, offering Tsuna the plug. "Do we need a paddle collection?" He already dreads the one they have.

"Variety can't hurt." Tsuna kisses him, taking in the image of Xanxus spreading himself open for the plug. "If it makes you feel better, we can buy a set of plugs, too."

That has Xanxus looking up at him almost shyly. "With jewels?" He's always far too flustered when Tsuna spoils him even a little.

“If you want," Tsuna smiles. He watches Xanxus's mouth fall open when Tsuna presses the plug into his hole. "We'll go to the store, you can pick as many as you want."

"Ok."

But Tsuna is more than a little interested in those paddles. He's got a feeling that between the Varia and Xanxus's mischief, he's going to be using them quite often. So when the doorbell rings, Tsuna makes Xanxus open the door for the man and invite him in. Xanxus pouts and whines but Tsuna just shakes his head. "You're paying for that."

Xanxus huffs but stops protesting in favour of doing what he's been told. "I'm being good."

The landlord takes one good look at Xanxus's frown and Tsuna's bemused expression and chuckles. "Still settling in?" He leaves his bag by his feet. "I don't think I introduced myself. I'm Felix."

"Good morning, Felix." Tsuna grabs Xanxus by the nape when the omega sits down beside him. "This is Xanxus and I'm Tsunayoshi."

"Sawada, right?" The burly man asks. "It's what you had on the contract."

"Yes." Tsuna kisses Xanxus's cheek to reassure him he's not mad about that. Xanxus hums, leaning into the touch with a purr.

Felix smiles, more mischief behind his eyes than Tsuna was giving him credit for. "Sweet." He taps his bag with his foot. "Do you have something in mind or do I show you what I've got?"

Tsuna smiles back, gently guiding Xanxus where he wants him. Xanxus sends him a pleading look but complies, shifting until he has his face down on the cushions and his ass in Tsuna's lap. Tsuna squeezes his hip and rubs his back. "Show me what you've got." Tsuna knows Xanxus would have made all the background checks applicable. And if this stranger tries something, Tsuna will gut him before he can so much as lay a finger on his omega. "I'll see what we're interested in." They both ignore Xanxus's little whine.

"Sure thing." Felix starts laying the paddles down on the table. "I'm thinking paddles first. Or?"

"That's fine by me." Tsuna takes the first paddle that grabs his attention. It's a simple wooden thing with a few holes in it. Xanxus's ears go bright red when Tsuna pulls his pants down. His ass is still a little hot and the bells are hanging prettily from his plug. Tsuna doesn't blame Felix for staring, as long as that's all he does. "Do you mind if I try them out?"

"Oh, no." Felix sits back, gesturing to his collection. "Go ahead."

It makes Tsuna laugh lightly. He tries the paddle against his hand before tapping Xanxus's ass with it and waiting until his omega arches his back properly. "There we go." Tsuna delivers a few slaps, slow but hard. "And?" He squeezes Xanxus's nape. "What do you think?"

"Ow." Xanxus presses his face against the fabric of the couch. But if he's honest, he has to admit that this paddle is just as intimidating as the one his alpha originally used on him. "I think so, sir."
