The most efficient way to conduct Yahoo backup
Events as ordinary as a technical fault, hardware failure or accidental email deletion, can distance us from the digital world of emails. The answer to this issue is right within vicinity if we pay enough attention to it. We just need to backup Yahoo email regularly to open up another avenue for accessing email data when situations are not in our favor. It's as easy as that. Yet, many among us remain oblivious to this need and pay the heavy price of permanent data loss when the disaster strikes. But things must change and we must realize the importance of regular Yahoo backup. This article will be an eye opener as it will elucidate the most efficient way to conduct email backup. So, read on.
Mail Backup X is a perfect remedy that cures the disease of data loss once and for all
Tumblr media
Mail Backup X is a flexible application that puts you in charge of email management by allowing a lot of customizations that help you devise the most beneficial strategy of Yahoo email backup. This tool does not impose full backups on you, but hands you the freedom of going down the route of selective backups when you can easily figure out the backup-worthy mails. But this doesn't imply that you cannot choose full backups when it is the more appropriate option. Automatic incremental backups will aid in keeping a backup storage site fully updated to the point of last received email. This tool also lets you choose an appropriate backup frequency and timing so that all gaps in data security are well taken care of.
It is also necessary to know the merits and demerits of different backup repositories, so that you can concoct a backup plan which gives rise to maximum data redundancy. Backups onto local hard drive facilitate quick data access but we must be aware of the possibility of hardware corruption. Portable backups onto an external storage media like a pen drive are also subject to same risks. Backups onto cloud storage services may sometimes be temporarily inaccessible due to server issues. Losing access to all these backup sites at the same time is almost impossible. This is the reason why experts advise us to execute 3-2-1 backup plan by situating backups on all three backup sites to augment data redundancy which will come to our rescue in the event of data loss. This can become an intricate exercise when using complexities-ridden tools, but this user friendly tool makes this a straightforward task. You just need to specify your choice of multiple backup locations while initiating a backup session and the rest will be taken care of automatically. It gets as easy as that with this user friendly Yahoo mail backup tool.
Backup Yahoo with excellent data security techniques in action playing their role to perfection
Storing backups onto multiple sites is just one side of the coin; data security is incomplete unless these backups are highly encrypted. This is where Mail Backup X comes in play by securing backups with multiple layers of encryption. Google approved login ensures that your login details are not leaked or stored anywhere. Users are given the option of password protection to augment the security of confidential files.  Stringent network security protocols also play their role excellently by warding off internet threats.
This Yahoo backup tool bubbles with features that will provide you an extra dosage of satisfaction
This tool offers a wholesome experience to users with no lacks whatsoever. Twin compatibility with Windows and Mac is a real game changer for seekers of advanced email management.
Backup Yahoo mail or for that matter emails from a wide range of email clients with ease and precision you desire.
This lightweight tool is quite unlike those resource hungry applications that mar the performance of your PC in a big way. No more system slowdowns or system crashes due to an overloaded CPU.
Once a full backup session has been completed, the difficult part is how to deal with mails that arrive after that. This tool easily solves this quandary by setting automatic incremental backups into motion so that all gaps in data security are duly plugged.
Selective backups allow you to show the exit door to the non-essential data by storing only work-critical data in backups.
This tool supports mirror backup, which is yet another dependable alternative to source hassle-free data recovery.
Multilayered encryption gives a much needed thrust to data security, saving your confidential data from being preyed by malice mongers.
3x data compression is achievable with this tool and that too without posing threats to data integrity.
PDF archiving allows you to save files in a format that facilitates a convenience-rich viewing experience and is ideal for long term data retention.
This tool speeds up the process of email search with an inbuilt smart search module.
Smart backup and resume is another well liked feature of this tool that saves an interrupted backup session from going to waste.
This Yahoo backup tool is just what you need to enjoy heightened data security
To stay productive a business organization must have uninterrupted access to emails 24/7 so that work allocation and urgent tasks do not become victims of uncalled for data loss. This tool will surround your data with multiple layers of encryption to dispel any fear of internet threats preying on your privacy or sensitive email data. Users can also contribute towards setting up an indomitable infrastructure of data security by chipping in with password protection. Google approved login is an assurance that your privacy is highly valued and nothing can go wrong in this regard.
Avail a free demo
To benefit from technological affluence at its very best, you must get this tool right away. The best way of initiating an early journey into the technologically affluent landscape of this tool is by availing its free demo www.mailbackupx.com/yahoo-backup-tool.

"...I- my... My actions weren't greedy! It- it didn't come from greed! I didn't- i didn't mean to do everything that i did while down there!!" Marcille was only getting more and more upset as she spoke once more, beginning to sniffle as more and more of her thoughts began to pile up in her head. And that thick blanket of guilt that covered her, only seemed to get thicker and thicker the longer this- woman stayed.
Did her actions stem from greed...?
No- nonono they were selfish!! Delusional!! But she came from a place of love and worry!! She loved and cared for her friends and didn't want to be alone!! They weren't greedy in the slightest!!!
.....
Were they...?
Tears began to roll down her face, no longer able to bring herself to look at her. Just staring at the ground as she began to hiccup. "I-... I don't... I-.." She began to stammer and try to force out. "I- didn't want... Any of that to happen. I.. I just wanted Falin to come back... I... I didn't..." She said through hiccups, fingers digging deeper into the fabric of her skirt.
"I... I didn't mean to hurt anyone..."
Something seemed off about the library one afternoon. It didn't feel like there was some kind of monster lurking about, no shelves or furniture were moved either. Papers and stacks of books were even in the same state as they had last been seen. There was one thing that stood out upon closer inspection- a small, shadowy figure was peeking out from behind a stack of books on the floor, barely taller than the stack itself. It was hard to make out in the dark, but it almost seemed...animal-like.
Tumblr media
There were weirder things Marcille had seen or done, for example look at her entire dungeon adventure with her party. And she's definitely seen little shadows in the dark, but that's mostly caused from her summoned lights shifting and moving around with her as she dug around the library to organize everything.
But that little figure was definitely- definitely not caused from her summoned lights. And Marcille was spooked- very spooked.
"...What- the fuck...???" This was definitely weird, weird enough to get her to climb down from her ladder and pick up her staff to check out what that thing was. Hopefully it was just a little cat that snuck into the castle but- still kinda scary.
"...hello...?" Marcille called out, using her staff to gently nudge the stack of books around as she made her way towards the figure. Please let it be a cat-
Please.

I don't know if your request is open can you write Creator reader who favorites Zhongli, Venti, Nahida?
They need love ok 🙄
Yep yep, got it! Lemme see what I can pull off :)
Favoritism! With The Archons (Discluding Ei and Furina—)!
(Warning: Might Be OOC!)
Nahida
She honestly loves the attention you give her! She's really happy to get to spend time with you, and really get to know you and who you really are despite your title as the Almighty Creator.
Loves it if you play with her—and especially loves to learn the kind of games that you played before you re-descended down to Teyvat. There's UNO...and that's pretty much all that I can remember but you get the idea—
Loves visiting you in your dreams to see what you dream of. The Almighty Creator would surely have dreams of all forms filled with creative and inspiring ideas!
Nahida would 100% try to ask you to hang out with her through the streets of Sumeru. She has no shame :D And, if anything, her people would see this as a blessing.
"Come on, Your Grace! I want to show you somewhere I found!" Nahida would also take you to the Aranaras, where you would eat fresh fruit, make flower crowns, and even play some hide-and-seek.
She loves making and meeting new friends, the Almighty Creator is no exception! Spend some time with her as much as you can, Nahida will cherish it!
Venti
Hohoho, you're down to hang out with this carefree bard? Well, the first hangout will definitely be inside the most extravagant tavern of all time!
Yes, he means Angel's Share. Or the Cat's Tail. Man has his standards and he ain't afraid to take you there. Prepare for the best wine you'll ever taste, because Venti sure as hell is proud of the wine of Mondstadt.
Loves to share ballads and songs with you. Some of them are even based off on you! Loves when you give him your feedback as well.
Give him apples. He'll be happy—that's not saying a lot. Any apple dish, he will eat. Even if the apple is very little.
"Yahoo, Your Grace!~ Wanna hear a ballad this amazing bard has made for you?" Would absolutely perform these ballads during Windblume Festival, so please praise him :D
Zhongli
OSMANTHUS WINE TASTES THE SAME AS I— *Aggressive Truck Noises Driving Pass*
Take him out for food, buy him any gifts, ANYTHING. This man loves anything you'll give as well (trust me)
Just take some time to spend with him. Strolling through the area, the market, it doesn't matter—he cherishes all moments with you, as you are a friend (and more cough cough)
Osmanthus wine. Yes.
"Ah, Your Grace. I am blessed to know that you have the time to spend it with me. Please, allow me to pour you a fine cup of tea." If you're a tea lover, you both are gonna have a really good time.
Zhongli loves to share stories, so if you like to know more about Liyue's history, you came to the right guy :)
He's also a good listener, so you can also share stories and he will be rapt with attention. He loves every single story you tell.
Tumblr media
Ghost Rebel Side Notes: My procrastination is impeccable. I'm on a living streak, clearly. Welp, I hope this satisfies you—hopefully, the next request doesn't take too long (watch me eat those words).

Betrayed! At the email inbox: have been sitting around checking my email every so often this evening while working, thinking to myself “hmm, its Tuesday…where is the Child of a Wandering Star update!!!” Well, now I’m done with work and getting ready for bed, thinking how odd it is that it STILL hasn’t turned up (I usually see it around the 6pm CST range, it’s now almost 10pm) so I decide “there’s no way…but I’d better check just in case” and look in my spam folder. And you’ll never believe what I found in there!!! I am so incredibly offended, “how DARE you call this trash, yahoo mail?!! The same story I read every week, like clockwork, and never even delete once I’ve read the update?!! And you wanna put it in the same folder I banish the unwanted plethora of disgusting ubercapitalist elongated muskrat ass kissing mailing lists I somehow got added to (much to my dismay) and have to block every day like virtual whack-a-mole into?!! Oh! Oh! JAIL for yahoo mailbox…JAIL for 1000 years!!!!”
…anyway, time to go read the update—and now I won’t have any customers calling in to interrupt me!!
Yahoo Mail is trying to save you

Hotmail service was founded by Sabeer Bhatia and Jack Smith, and was one of the first webmail services on the Internet along with Four11's RocketMail (later Yahoo! Mail). It was commercially launched on July 4, 1996, symbolizing "freedom" from ISP-based email and the ability to access a user's inbox from anywhere in the world. The name "Hotmail" was chosen out of many possibilities ending in "-mail" as it included the letters HTML, the markup language used to create web pages (to emphasize this, the original type casing was "HoTMaiL"). The limit for free storage was 2 MB. Hotmail was initially backed by venture capital firm Draper Fisher Jurvetson. By December 1997, it reported more than 8.5 million subscribers. Hotmail initially ran under Solaris for mail services and Apache on FreeBSD for web services, before being partly converted to Microsoft products, using Windows Services for UNIX in the migration path.
Hotmail was sold to Microsoft in December 1997 for a reported $400 million (~$705 million in 2023), and it joined the MSN group of services. The sale had been preceded by a major incident in 1997 where all email was lost for 25% of mailboxes. Hotmail quickly gained in popularity as it was localized for different markets around the globe, and became the world's largest webmail service with more than 30 million active members reported by February 1999.
Hotmail originally ran on a mixture of FreeBSD and Solaris operating systems. A project was started to move Hotmail to Windows 2000. In June 2001, Microsoft claimed this had been completed; a few days later they retracted the statement and admitted that the DNS functions of the Hotmail system were still reliant on FreeBSD. In 2002 Hotmail still ran its infrastructure on UNIX servers, with only the front-end converted to Windows 2000. Later development saw the service tied with Microsoft's web authentication scheme, Microsoft Passport (now Microsoft account), and integration with Microsoft's instant messaging and social networking programs, MSN Messenger and MSN Spaces (later Windows Live Messenger and Windows Live Spaces, respectively).

UNKNOWN HOLY NIGHT AND NIGHTHEAD - BLACK CAROL 2

( A few days later )
Tomoya: Yaaawnnn, uu…
Mitsuru: Hmm~... I want that!
Aira: Sounds like Tenma-senpai, alright. I’d like this one…
Tomoya: Mm? What’re they doing?
Good morning. Mitsuru and Shiratori’s faces are pressed/huddled up together, what are you two up to?
Mitsuru: Ah. Tomo-chan, good morning~. I’m looking at flyers with Ai-chan right now!
Tomoya: Flyers for what?
Aira: Good morning. For a toy store– There was an ad in my mailbox this morning. There’s lots of toys featured in the Christmas special!
I’m not at the age where I’ll be getting toys anymore, but a flyer with lots of toys in it is always exciting no matter how old you are… Tenma-senpai and I both got excited over it.
Tomoya: Ahaha. I understand, I understand. It’s always fun to look.
Mitsuru: “This is something I wanted when I was a kid, and these are the kind of things I’d like now”... That’s what Ai-chan and I were talking about.
Tomoya: Hmm~. Lemme take a look. Ah. As I figured, game consoles have always been popular. I also asked Santa for one every year.
Ahh. This is something I wanted as a kid but I never got to get it. And I got this one from Santa once!~

Aira: Many of Mashiro-senpai’s picks are classics. I feel like you’re very consistent and easy to understand.
Tomoya: Is that so? I guess I’m really not an adventurous kind of person.
Mitsuru: Hey Tomo-chan. Doesn’t this look like a toy from a long time ago?
Tomoya: Nn? Now that you mention it, I think I did used to play with that way back when.
Wow, but now there’s shining lights, and it makes noise. The latest ones are so flashy, huh~?
Aira: Nn~♪ Looking at gift flyers like that makes me antsy! It’s almost Christmas ♪
Mitsuru: Juuust~ a fewww~ more niiights~ until Christmas!
Tomoya: Ahaha. That’s true~. After all, as December approaches, I also start to feel kinda restless…
–Oops! I’ve gotta leave the dorm soon.
Aira: You're off to work?
Tomoya: Mhm. I have a photoshoot this morning and a meeting in the afternoon. I have to go soon.
Mitsuru: That’s a shame, I wanted to talk more~!
Well then, go ahead, Tomo-chan!
Aira: See you!
Tomoya: Take care!
Tumblr media
( That afternoon )
Tomoya: (I’m glad~...! The shoot went better than I had expected it to! I knew it was the right call to ask for Narukami-senpai’s advice beforehand.)
(My work for the morning went well, but… After I eat I’ll have a meeting about the contents of the “Shuffle Project” in the afternoon~...)
(I’m worried, what kind of project will it be…?)
Sigh~... mogumogu…
(I wonder if I’m gonna be able to get along well with the other members…)
Hinata: Yahoo~! Tomo-kun, thank you for your hard work!
Tomoya: Nn? … Ah, It’s Hinata. Thanks for your hard work.
Hinata: Are you having lunch? So am I. Can I join you?
Tomoya: Mhm, go ahead. I’ve just started eating too.
Hinata: Thank you ♪ What to order~...?
Alright, I’m in the mood for some pork cutlet curry today!
Tomoya: That was quick~. You always make quick decisions– it’s pretty refreshing to watch.
Hinata: Fufufu~. I wanna take good care of my intuition, you know! ☆
Ah. That reminds me, I heard something~! Tomo-kun. That “Shuffle Project” of yours. So they reached out to the wrong members mistakenly?
Tomoya: That’s right! I really thought I was in the same unit as Hajime and the others! The shock after so much joy was just too much…!
Hinata: Ahaha. I feel sorry for you, Tomo-kun, but it was a pretty amusing situation to hear about.
Tomoya: You… Just because it’s not your problem to deal with~...
Tumblr media
Tomoya: All the members are my seniors, so I have to be mindful.
I’m somewhat used to Akehoshi-senpai and Fushimi-senpai, but I feel like the others are all pretty quirky…
Hinata: Uh-oh. My vice prez is on pretty high guard too, huh~?
But I think I understand. ♪
Tomoya: Even ES said they’d give us support, but… considering the circumstances, no matter how you think about it, it’s totally just meant to give us some peace of mind!
Hinata: Mhm, still, I do really feel sorry for you. But, y’know, doesn’t that also depend on the project? Have you even decided what kind of project it’s gonna be?
Tomoya: No. We just met face to face the other day. I heard we’ll have a meeting about the project now.
Hinata: Hmm. Is that so. Then, from here on out, the outcome of Tomo-kun’s fate shall be decided…
Tomoya: You find my misfortune amusing!?
Hinata: Ahahaha ☆ I’m just looking forward to seeing what kind of “Shuffle Project” Tomo-kun’s unit will come up with!
Tumblr media
Hinata: It’s okay! Give it your best shot, Tomo-kun! If it all falls apart, I’ll pick up the pieces for ya! ♪

Some more random silliness from the Muppets concept (Welcome Home) au yahoo-
After the vase incident Barnaby doesn't let you live it down. You're constantly bombarded with little jokes about your strength and smashing the poor vase into pieces. It embarrasses you each time because it really was an accident. Other than teasing you with the violent yet embarrassing first meeting, Barnaby also tells you jokes and puns, often times earning a laugh or a groan from you. But all in all you enjoy being around him.
You figure out quickly that Julie is a ray of sunshine, but she's also extremely chaotic. There was one time when you'd come home from work only to find her sitting on top of your fridge. Just cuz she'd come up with a new game involving climbing said fridge. Took you awhile to get her down but you had fun doing it. Even if you had to replace a few things that had gotten broken in her more erratic moments. (You made sure to keep bowling balls hidden from her afterwards).
Eddie likes to go get your mail and just sit down and chat with you. Since he can't exactly be a mailman anymore he's taken to telling you about all of his deliveries he's done in the past. You always find them incredibly interesting and are always asking him questions much to his delight. You'd even began to give him your letters you're planning to send out so he can take them to your mailbox. Often times joining him on the walk to just enjoy the morning air with him.
Sally has officially overtaken your spare room as the new theater room. She'll often be found in there practicing for her shows or writing a new play. She'll drag you into some of these sessions, asking for your thoughts and even including you in some of her plays. You always have a blast. And the costumes she gets her hands on are always a delight to try on and parade in them.
You and Frank surprisingly take a bit of time to get used to one another. Mainly because Frank is still lingering in the aftermath of their last home and what had become of their last caretaker. He's a bit distant with you however eventually he comes around like the others and talks to you about his bugs. Especially his love for butterflies to which you enjoy immensely. Seeing Frank light up about them makes you incredibly happy, knowing that he's warming up to you now.
You come to learn that Poppy is a bit of a worrier and it doesn't take long for her to start mother henning you as well as her beloved friends. She'll make delicious food and treats, help keep the house tidy and clean and has even made you a few hats, scarves and sweaters. You wear them all with pride and in return you try to help her out wherever you can. From chores to helping cooking dinner it becomes a special bonding time between the two of you.
Howdy keeps trying to persuade you into starting an online shop once he'd learned about the internet. It's an ongoing discussion between the two of you, mainly cuz you have no idea what he'd even sell. But eventually you do give him the reigns to get an online shop going and he becomes successful in no time at all. You learn not to question his unique abilities in selling things. Howdy just seems to have the magic touch and charming charisma that many salesmen wish they had. You also purchased a few things from Howdy's little shop much to his giddy glee.
After finding a few doodles here and there in your home, you'd come to realize that they were made by Wally. The smallest puppet was an artist and always seemed to be fiddling with pens or pencils he found around the house and draws on any scraps of paper he could get his hands on. He doesn't ask you for it, but you get him his own little art kit, with paints included. Let's just say he clung to your leg in happiness for a good half hour before gifting you a painting he'd made sometime later. It currently hangs on your wall.

Look, idk how important fortune cookies necessarily are in the grand scheme of everything. But. Things need to be said.
You know, it’s a good cookie, tastes good, fun shape, and fun thing inside. Good design all the way around and they have great personalities. I’m sure I’ve heard some people say that the messages inside are bad or whatever, but I personally don’t think they’re meant to be taken that seriously. Idk, to me whatever message inside is a nice thing to read usually. Sometimes they read more like poetry pieces and a lot of the times, they’re common sense things, neither of which are bad to hear too much. You can’t fit an essay in there, so don’t try. So I don’t really see why we need to be mad at them for being simplistic in bakery or literature. Simplistic is not bad in some cases, especially not in the case of the fortune cookie, where simplicity may be one of its greatest features. Simple packaging, simple but good cookie, simple but fun paper message. Simplicity can be a very strong and important feature, and no I did not hear this from a fortune cookie. And you know, the small rectangle of paper is taking on at least two huge tasks: imparting important knowledge and teaching you to speak a whole language. Give the cookie and it’s innards some slack, it’s not easy.
But for whatever criticism, you know at the end of it all there’s nothing really, inherently wrong with two lines, at most, of small poetry, common sense adages, or odd phrases, numbers, and an attempt to teach you a word or phrase from a language.
It’s like getting a letter from a friend. It’s like finding a message in a bottle. I’ll be honest. I have a jar of almost every fortune from a fortune cookie I’ve ever received. I collect the ones from my family too since they don’t care to keep them. I enjoy this jar of paper. I would say fortune cookies are always a pleasant experience. 10/10
Except this time.
You know if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it right? It’s already perfect, why mess with it? I just said that simplicity is one of its greatest features. The cookie is self reflective! Every adage that applies to you applies to it too! Why don’t you learn some self reflection too! Why are you trying to complicate perfectly fine things??? Why are you deliberately choosing to taint what’s good!? FORTUNE COOKIES ARE NOT YOUR TROJAN HORSES!!!!!!
On this great day today I ordered some food from a great local Chinese restaurant. The cookies were there. All is good. At the end of lunch, I pick one at random. Food tastes great. Cookie tastes great. Today is great.
Poker bitcoin ad.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Billboard signs up and down the yahoo roadways, ad and then ad and then ad on YouTube, pop up this pop up that on every website and I know “get adblocker”. I do have that. It doesn’t always work! Hey do you want to sign in? Are you sure? Are you sure you’re sure? You want to sign in? It doesn’t matter if adblock works sometimes, it’s the principle that’s the point! And I can’t adblock my eyeballs!
I know nothing about which company or companies actually makes the fortune cookies. But god. Can we have one thing without an ad. Can we have one simple thing that exists to simply be pleasant and provide a good experience without it being an ad?!? This particular cookie was good. It’s innards were foul. Was it worth it? Did they pay you good bitcoin poker money to put bitcoin poker ad inside??? Is it worth it???
The words were NOT poetry, NOT a nice adage, those words did NOT exist to be fun for the sake of fun. Those words existed for no other reason than to be an ADVERTISING SLOGAN for poker bitcoin. I never asked. Fuck you. I was neutral before, now I hate poker and bitcoin.
This was not a letter from a friend. It is not a message in a bottle. It a piece of junk mail in my mailbox! It is a call in my inbox about my car’s extended warranty!! IT IS UNBLOCKABLE SPAM!
So I finish eating the cookie. It was good. But I’m feeling odd and I’m like. Never seen this before. My whole jar of fortunes, with fortunes from me and my friends and family. Never seen that before. Feeling a bit down now. Feeling lied to. Feeling like a datapoint. Feeling like a demographic that a company wants. So I google it, and realize oh.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
????????????
Do we have to?? Just because online ads have changed doesn’t meant let’s litter the whole world offline with ads now??? Tiny billboard?? I hate big billboard, why would I like tiny billboard? Why just because it’s tiny and inside my food?? Am I nuts??
I, as a consumer, can tell you that I get things or services because I need or want them. I seek out product first, because I need or want it, then maybe I see ads because I’m shopping and then ad tracking happens. I DO NOT get product because product saught out me first! It doesn’t work like that!!
@companies who make fortune cookies, please for the love of god dont put ads in the fortune cookie, I’m not anti-company, I’m sure we can reason through this.
I’d rather an ad be on the outside packaging if needed, why it’s insides? Please what are you doing to the good heart of the fortune cookie?? Why??? Why does anyone think this is good???

More Secure, Less Spam: Enforcing Email Standards for a Better Experience
Tumblr media
By Marcel Becker, Sr Director Product Management
A key mission of Yahoo is to deliver messages that consumers want to receive and filter out the messages they don't.
To guide and help senders support us in that mission, we have documented our sending best practices on our Sender Hub. In addition, our postmaster teams have assisted the sending community to achieve the best results for them and ultimately for our users.
Yet, numerous bulk senders fail to secure and set up their systems correctly, allowing malicious actors to exploit their resources without detection. A pivotal aspect of addressing these concerns involves sender validation, leveraging email authentication standards to guarantee the verification of the email sender's identity.
Sending properly authenticated messages helps us to better identify and block billions of malicious messages and declutter our users' inboxes.
But we believe we can do even more to improve the quality of the emails our users receive as well as fight abuse and ultimately improve the experience for email users everywhere.
In the first quarter of 2024, we will require that all bulk senders:
Authenticate their email: To help our users to be more confident about an email's source, we will require senders to implement stronger email authentication leveraging industry standards such as SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
Enable Easy Unsubscription: Our users should be able to unsubscribe from unwanted emails without any hassle. It should just take one click. While we have promoted solutions for some time, adoption of these common sense standards have been low. We will require senders to support one-click unsubscribe and honor our users requests within two days.
Only send emails our users want: True to our key mission, we want to ensure our users' inboxes are not cluttered with unsolicited or irrelevant emails. While we have measured user reported spam rates for some time and even exposed some of that data for trusted senders, we will start enforcing a threshold to ensure our users can continue to enjoy a spam free mailbox.
While we are announcing these changes for all domains and consumer email brands hosted by Yahoo Mail, we are not alone in our quest to improve the email experience for users anywhere, keeping emails safe, user friendly and spam free. Our industry peers like Google agree with us:
“We firmly believe that users worldwide deserve a more secure email environment, with fewer unwanted messages for an improved overall experience. We look forward to working with peers across the industry to boost the adoption of these email standards that benefit everyone.” - Neil Kumaran, Group Product Manager, Gmail Security & Trust
In the coming months we will provide more details on our Sender Hub and we can also be reached at [email protected] to provide more information or assist with any questions you might have.

5 Reasons to Switch from Traditional Email to Dmail in 2025
Tumblr media
As our virtual world keeps evolving, so do the threats to internet privacy and data integrity. By 2025, it will seem totally out of context to rely on legacy email networks for secure communications. Dmail is a revolutionary decentralized email system rapidly picking up speed. From state-of-the-art privacy to post-quantum cryptographic security, decentralized email offers a fresh perspective on an old issue that has bedeviled digital communications for decades. This article informs us about the five reasons to ditch mainstream email providers and embrace decentralized email today.
5 Reasons to Switch from Traditional Email to Dmail in 2025
Tumblr media
As we dive further into the age of digital communication, the shortcomings and vulnerabilities of old email infrastructure have become self-evident. Email services such as Gmail, Yahoo, and Outlook were built on archaic architectures focused on convenience, not privacy, and centralized authority over user control. Compared to them, dmail, which is a decentralized blockchain-based email service, is revolutionizing the concept of safe communication in 2025. Here are five sound reasons why leaping to decentralized email this year is a good and timely move-
1. Unparalleled Privacy through End-to-End Encryption
As opposed to the typical email services that habitually read your letters for adverts or data tracking, dmail has end-to-end encryption by default. Your letters are only readable to you and your sender — no go-betweens, no corporate spying. This kind of privacy matters in a time when personal data is constantly used against them by Big Tech.
2. Real Data Ownership and Control
With conventional email providers, your information resides on central servers and can be exposed to intrusions, spying, and abuse. decentralized email shatters the status quo with decentralized storage of information on blockchain nodes. You own your messages, attachments, and identity — no single company holds keys to your mailbox.
NCOG’s Dmail operates on the green, post-quantum secure Earth Chain. Encrypted and censorship-free communication is assured. Access and data sharing belong to users. Trees are planted for each transaction over $1. It promotes sustainability. Dmail is coupled with Web3ID for easy management of identity. It safeguards privacy, security, and the environment.
3. Post-quantum security for Future-Proof Protection
As quantum computing continues to advance, current encryption techniques employed by older email services are progressively becoming insufficient. Dmail is among the rare platforms actively embracing post-quantum cryptography, protecting your communication in a quantum-enabled future too.
4. Seamless Web3 Integration
decentralized email is Web3 universe-specific. It enables users to send and receive emails using crypto wallet addresses (such as MetaMask or WalletConnect), providing a secure and seamless means of communication within decentralized communities. This makes decentralized email a perfect utility for crypto traders, DAO members, and NFT collectors.
5. No Ads, No Tracking, No Surveillance
If you’re fed up with email services that profit from your attention and your data, decentralized email is a breath of fresh air. Users receive emails without tracking systems and advertising, while algorithms do not alter their inbox content. A distraction-free, minimalist experience focused on secure communication.
Why Dmail is the Future of Secure & Private Communication
One of the best reasons people are utilizing Dmail is due to the fact that it’s secure and private-centric. In contrast to the other email platforms, decentralized email is run through a blockchain-driven decentralized network. What this accomplishes is that your information is not stored on centralized servers vulnerable to hacking and corporate spying.
With dmail, all communication is end-to-end encrypted and stored in a way that even the service providers will not be able to reach it. All users remain in full ownership of their data and can openly communicate without apprehension that their messages will be hacked by third parties. As decentralized, dmail is also resistant to outages and censorship, which gives users ensured access regardless of the situation.
Also, dmail does not depend on selling users’ information to third parties — a common occurrence on conventional platforms. In an age where people worry about surveillance capitalism, decentralized email is a relief, a safe platform whose attraction meets contemporary assumptions about data ownership.
Dmail vs. Gmail: Key Differences & Benefits of Decentralized Email
Tumblr media
People doubt whether their technological tools provide advantages in an era of rapidly developing online communication processes. Gmail owns the email industry as the common household name largely because users find its simple design and Google integration convenient. The rising apprehensions about data privacy, combined with surveillance and centralized control issues, are making dmail gain substantial user interest. Let’s compare these specific areas between dmail and Gmail-
1. Centralized vs. Decentralized Infrastructure
The biggest difference between Gmail and dmail is the way they’re organized. Gmail is based on a centralized design. User information and emails are stored on Google’s servers, which makes services simpler to manage but results in a single point of failure. If Google’s servers are compromised, user information can be leaked in bulk.
Conversely, decentralized email is based on a decentralized network of blockchains. The messages are encrypted and sent through a node network, and hence no centralized database can be targeted by hackers. Not only does the distributed system secure data, but it also keeps the network online even if nodes fail.
2. Data Ownership and Privacy
One of the most appealing motives for making the change to dmail is the guarantee of ownership over real data. Gmail users do not have much control over how they would like their data treated. Emails, attachments, and even metadata are scanned, most often, in fact, for targeting ads or machine training.
Dmail provides strict privacy. Your email is end-to-end encrypted, and even the firm that offers the service cannot read it. With no ads and no data mining, dmail provides a sense of respect and control to the user that centralized services like Gmail simply cannot provide.
3. Security and Post-Quantum Readiness
Gmail offers two-factor authentication and spam filtering. However, it still uses conventional encryption methods, which are vulnerable to the advent of quantum computing.
decentralized email advances the post-quantum cryptographic standards by demonstrating leadership in their adoption. This means that even when next-generation quantum computers can erase classical encryption, dmail messages are safe. This forward-looking feature provides dmail with a solid advantage in long-term data security.
4. Web3 Compatibility
As Web3 worlds expand, decentralized email will be the communications layer for dApps, DAOs, and crypto-native users. Gmail does not require a Google account and tends to lock users to centralized identifiers such as phone numbers and IP addresses.
With dmail, users authenticate via their crypto wallets (like MetaMask or WalletConnect). Not only is this more secure, but it also gives way to smoother interactions within blockchain environments, from transaction confirmation to governance alerts.
5. No Ads, No Spam, No Surveillance
Gmail’s “free” service isn’t so free, after all — the users are paying for information. Ads, specials, and algorithmically sorted inboxes are in the package. decentralized email features a spam-proof smart filter with an ad-free setting, bringing a cleaner, safer, and less distracting communications platform.
Dmail for Crypto Users: Why It’s the Safest Way to Send Messages
Crypto-native users already get it. They already appreciate how critical decentralization, anonymity, and wallet-based interactions are. To crypto-native users, decentralized email is not even emailed — it’s the natural extension of their Web3 experience.
With decentralized email, you can send and receive messages with wallet addresses (such as MetaMask and WalletConnect) with very little in the way of classic sign-ups. This painless integration with blockchain wallets means that dmail is not only a communication tool but also a safe notification system for DeFi transactions, NFT drops, DAO governance, etc.
And because the majority of crypto users fall victim to phishing and scams, dmail offers a safe shield against such attacks. It is built with anti-phishing measures, encrypted attachments, and authentication barriers that render impersonation almost impossible. For others who use DeFi services, NFTs, or Web3 DAOs, decentralized email is not an option — it’s mandatory.
Dmail’s AI Integration: How Smart Features Enhance Privacy
Tumblr media
What distinguishes dmail in 2025 isn’t merely its unmatched security — it’s the smart, privacy-focused design of its integrated AI capabilities. Unlike other email clients that use centralized servers to drive their artificial intelligence, dmail goes a completely different route. Its AI capabilities are executed locally on your device so that your private data never escapes your system or is transmitted to the cloud.
This local-first AI architecture provides you with the convenience of a contemporary smart email without sacrificing any of the typical privacy trade-offs. decentralized email employs its built-in AI to automatically sort and prioritize messages, so you can address the most urgent and time-sensitive emails in your inbox. From critical work deadlines to confidential memos, dmail makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Security is also strengthened. Dmail’s artificial intelligence will recognize phishing attacks, dubious attachments, and menacing links in real time. This high-level security protects you from increasing cybercrime threats without submitting your information to third-party scanners or cloud vendors.
Moreover, decentralized email streamlines inbox management through AI-created summaries of lengthy email chains, so you can glance through the key points at a glance. It even provides the feature to elicit encrypted responses, promoting secure exchange without extra effort.
Unlike Big Tech’s AI programs, which learn from your information to make their algorithms better, dmail doesn’t train its models using your information. It is strictly privacy-by-design, keeping your content private at all times. In a world where AI is most commonly associated with spying, dmail…
