- Denial is a river in Egypt. Refusing to believe that they would die for the sake of his life.

- No matter how many times he convinces himself, he knows truly he can't do anything to stop it. Further pushing him into no limits of getting stronger to maybe, just maybe prevent it?

- Keeping a watching eye at you at all times to see if you're safe, more so in battles or training.

- Would try to convince you to do other tasks rather than join the team if he knew it could be risky for either you or himself.

- Consently tries to spend as much time with you so that when the time comes, he could make sure to not regret a moment.

- Would often spend time silently watching you just live and socialise with others, his heart falling into his stomach.

- Admiring you and everything about you as a person.

- At first, he just laughed and shook his head. There was no way.

- After maybe a few hours or days, the gravity of it all dawned on him. He couldn't help but feeling so hopeless and useless to not be able to help or postpone it or anything for that matter.

- His mind of having a feature together with you was immediately crushed, all the plans of being able to hold you at night and talk into the long hours of the night.

- In the meantime, he changed a little for you as in allowing you to goof around with his hair as an example.

- Holding hands no matter where you walked to feel you close just to know you weren't gone. Not yet at least.

-Knowing he was absolutely broken after when Nya was gone, he would be just the same with just worse of completely letting guilt eat him up in silence. He would refuse to let anyone know how he felt.

- Really? First, his own mother. Now, the one person he loves with the whole being of himself

- No matter how much he tried to collect himself, he could easily take it out on training.

- Would at some point start to distance himself from you so when the time came, the impact would be less painful.

- Didn't want to be like his father with absolutely neglecting everything when you we're gone, but anyhow, he tried to smile to everyone and act chill like he usually would.

- Often held his breath when holding you close, wishing for these types of moments to never end.

- He was obvious to the fact that the one he loves could so easily die, but he could live on for many years on.

- Has already been over this with himself, but hearing it being sooner than expected shocked him.

- Acting no different than normally maybe a few occasional more hugs throughout the day, nothing too out of the ordinary.

- When he was alone, his way of grief was meditate. Maybe it could make the damage a little easier for his wires to handle?

- Occasionally turning off the emotions to just feel as if he could "breath" as it did get to his head at times more than he'd like to admit it ever did.

- Immediately lost himself as he shook his head, refusing to belive what a dumb scroll had to say! It's dumb right?

- Spending every waking minute of his day with you by his side, alongside helping you with everything he could think of.

- Coping with occasionally stealing shirts with your smell on them to feel as if you mext to him, even though you are just a few doors down or so

- Would slowly communicate with others as he became more silent, which scared everyone. Everyone stood on their toes around him to not further upset him.

- He came in clutch and used every single excuse possible to man kind to have you for himself the first week or two after getting to know. He felt kind of pushy so he calmed down a little.

- She genuinely just accepted it, what more could she say? The prophecy says so, she cannot deny it no matter how much this frustrated her.

- Checking up on you and acting for the most sake normal, as to not make you uncomfortable or worried for her sake.

- Used any or all frustration on training her powers in different ways, which was beneficial for her in the long right?

- Just like her brother, there was no communication from her side. Whenever the topic of prophecy popped up, she went silent and stood next to you, holding pinkys.

- Would cry to herself whenever everything got to her, just knowing you're gonna to eventually leave it snapped her multiple times. She would always refuse.

Ninjago x Reader headcanons (Bad Day)

✫Zane✫

✫ Whenever you feel down he would make your favorite food 

✫ If you don’t want to eat then he would save said food until you do

✫ His love language is acts of service so he would clean your room for you, make your favorite food, etc. just to see you smile

✫ Zane believes that the way to the heart is through words so he would constantly give you affirmations

✫ If it’s just one of those days where you can’t get out of bed, that’s fine! He would sit with you and bring you anything you need

✫ Zane is a very respectful guy. If you don’t want to be touched? He won’t. If you want quiet? He’ll be quiet. If you need to be alone? He’ll leave you alone, but will check up on you every hour or so

You knock on the door to the monastery, hoping someone was inside. Luckily, there was and it happened to be the one you were looking for, Master Wu.

“Ah, Y/N, what brings you here?” You smile politely.

“Hello Mr. Wu, I was hoping I could get some self-defense lessons from you. If that’s okay, of course,” He smiles and offers you to come inside which you do.

“I don’t mind at all, I assume I was one of your only options?”

“Well…” You started but never finished, Dareth had a good heart but his fighting skills were… yeah, and Wu knew it too.

“I see, well, either way, I’m more than happy to help,” You grin.

“Great! When can we get started?”

Training with Wu for the past few weeks has really helped you physically, mentally, and combat-wise. You were going over one of the basics on your own when the door opened.

I'm starting off with him because you know why <3. Imagine a long day of training with only 2-4 breaks, must be exhausting right? So in the evening when everyone was mentally and physically drained from all the training, you decided to treat your boyfriend, Cole, into a nice and warm bath. I mean, he smelled and was sweating really bad, so you really didn't have any choice. You just had to drag him into the bath even if he didn't want to.

"Nooooo..... I don't wanna go, I'm tired and wanna cuddle." the master of earth whined as you dragged him by his arms to the bathroom, but he was way too heavy.

"Cole, babe, I'm not gonna cuddle with a stinky sweaty man. Come on, we'll cuddle after, okay? I already prepared it all, and I can join you if that makes you feel better."

"Okay!" He immediately jumped up and ran to the bathroom as if he just regained all his energy back.

Anyways, now to the headcanons!!!!

This man would be smiling the whole fucking time. He's just so happy he gets to be so close to you (not in a weird way) and he's just really fucking touch starved- Massage his shoulder, he'll instantly calm down and melt into your touch after a tiresome day like this. Also he'd probably just wrap his big arms around your body as you both talk or rant about the day. He'd even maybe sing to you if he feel like it <33333. He'd kinda go into panic mode or he like really nervous when you wash his hair because,,,,, he's not used to being taken care of like that? Especially when his mother died? He absolutely loves it and would probably cry because he miss his mom and just <333. He loves taking his time to be with you, so expect the two of you being on that bath for at least an hour or so 💀. But after that you both go changing, and then cuddle and sleep <33333333. Taking baths with you is probably his favorite thing to do, he finds it so comforting. You guys don't even have to do anything, not even talk, he just wants to enjoy your presence, that's all that matter for him <333333.

Kai Smith

Kai's probably the one to initiate it, unless it's in one of those days like in Cole's. Like maybe he's just missing you and feels like he haven't given you enough affection and love that day so he decides to do something special for you. He's very extra about it and tries to be romantic. You know with all the flower petals, candles, bath bombs, etc. You'll of course thank him for all that, and his confidence boosts his 100% lmao. He probably asked Nya to help him because she's a girl and knows way more than him on how to do these things (which almost led to her to do all the work). He insists in joining you (if you feel comfortable with doing so) and if you said yes, he'd just quickly strip off naked and hop into the small bathtub, causing a quite big splash and a candle or two to fall down, but you luckily caught them both. "Whoops...." You gave him a look and which he gave an innocent smile in return.

So with that out of the way, instead of you massaging him, it's the other way around. I headcanon him actually being really good and skilled at massaging, and would probably heat up the tub a little if it starts to get a little cold. Kai just wants you to know how much he loves you <333. Also you'd both start doing stupid things out of boredom like playing Rock Paper Scissors or would you rather or whatever. He'd wash your hair for you, but ends up accidentally either putting soap in your eye or using the wrong shampoo 😭. Give him a 10 for trying though. He's a sweetheart but an unaware dumbass like <3.

Jay Walker

Okay Jay is very similar to Kai, except he's an aware dumbass <33. He's probably too shy to initiate it himself, but he does try though. He'd be so awkward about it, and would also get Nya and ask if it's enough with all the flowers and candles and shit, and she responds with "Yeah... More than enough I think." But at least he knows it's good. Again like I said, sometimes he's shy with initiating all this, like he's only good at kissing or hugging or maybe hand holding unprompted. It's so cute <33.

"Awh, Jay, you did all this for me?"

"Yeah, I'm glad you like it."

"I love it! Thank you, I really needed something to get my mind off of."

And just as he was turning around to walk out the door, he fisted the air with a small victorious "Yes!!!!!". That was until you stopped him and asked if he cared to join you. He never thought you ask, and got even more happy.

"Are you sure? I don't wanna invade your privacy."

"I know you want to, come on! It'll be fun." You reassured and gestured him to come in as you were already inside the bath tub.

Now that both of you were in it, you sighed and leaned onto his body, allowing him to wrap his arms around you. He has never been this close to you before, to anyone really, so you could tell he was a bit hesitant. But the longer you both were there together, the more comfortable he became. You'd both just talk about random shit, laugh at some jokes, and it'll soon escalate to both of you splashing water all over the place and at each other, so there was a lot to clean up... But you both still enjoyed it !!! He'd definitely ask to do it again sometime, and hopefully it doesn't get that messy again.

Zane Julian

Zane is a nindroid, he can't take baths 💀. But you can still clean him up! Like maybe clean up with a damp towel on some scratches, marks or stains to keep him shiny and new as possible. Let's just take the same context as Cole's. He was a mess as soon as he walked into your room you just had to clean him up. You could tell he was tired to do it himself so you offered him to help. You'd call Nya or Pixal if there was some minor injuries in his system (it's always Nya smh /lh). He felt bad for having you to assist him, but you just have to reassure him one way or another. He'd probably guide you a little though just incase you stumble upon something important or sensitive, he's a nindroid after all and should be taken care of with caution.

After all that, he'd probably make you a treat or a good meal even if he's tired as a reward, he doesn't care if you protest about it. He just loves you okay???? <333 kiss him too, he'll explode. Literally.

Hey guys! It’s been a long time since I’ve written something but I just can’t get this song out of my mind. If you know the song “Only Want You by Rita Ora” then you’ll probably get this :)

Here it goes!!

You just ended up things with David and you’re back to your apartment. As you walk inside your apartment, you could still smell his scent and it lingers across the room. It’s like he’s there but he wasn’t. You plopped down the couch and started crying until you fell asleep.

Days have passed and you’re still miserable you miss him but you know that you both wanted to end things and it’s what you guys needed. His life and your life was too different from eachother and its causing either your career or his career.

You stand up from your bed and went to the restroom to pee. While peeing you decided to check your social media accounts. Then you opened, Instagram. The first story you saw was from Jason, and the squad was invited to a party. You scan your eyes through the video as you search for David and you saw him laughing his heart out with Todd and just talking. You imagined being there with him and just talking but still reality hits you right in the face and you remember that you and David are done.

You decided to invite your friends to go to a bar just to clear your mind off of David. You’re having a good time with your friends and you somehow forget about him but still, there’s this emptiness that you can’t even explain. You started drinking more and dancing and having fun with your friends. You somehow flirted and talked with other guys too. You’ve been asking them for coffee, handing out your number and you’re doing everything just to forget about David. Alcohol is working though because you kinda forget about him. It’s already late and you think it’s time to go home so you ask your friends to pack up because it’s already 4am and you’re exhausted from drinking and dancing.

When you reached your apartment, you kicked off your shoes and started walking towards the couch. You sat there for a minute, a little bit drunk and a little bit sober you thought about you and David again. You were dazing off and you got snapped out of it when your phone rang, you answered,

“Hello?”

“Oh, Hi. This is Luke, well you gave me your number a while ago, and I was wondering if you want to have lunch tomorrow? I mean it’s already 5am so maybe later? but lunch? ugh I think you get me, am I right?” Luke talking fast and nervously.

“Hey, Luke. Yes! Sure, I would like to have lunch with you.” you replied.

“Okay, perfect well text me your address and I’ll pick you up around 2pm yeah?” Luke said.

You texted Luke your address and you walked towards the bathroom and started taking a bath. After you were done you decided to put on a shirt and underwear and decided to sleep the alcohol remaining on you.

You woke up around 11am and you decided to scroll through Twitter and Instagram. Nothing much to see there so you decided to watch Dynasty from Netflix.

After 2 episodes you decided you need to start dressing up. So you brushed your teeth, combed your hair and put a little bit of make up on. You changed into a new outfit and you waited for your doorbell to ring. After 10 minutes it rang, you answered and it was Luke. You don’t even remember that he looked like that. Yes he was tall as David and his hair is also messy like David’s. You smiled as you walked out of the door.

Lunch was good. You were full and you enjoyed Luke’s company. You thought to yourself, “Am I starting to finally forget David?” “Maybe.” but that’s what you thought.

You went back to your apartment and asked your friends to come with you to the bar again that evening. Of course your friends being your “nice” friends they said yes. This kind of been a habbit that every night you and your friends would go out clubbing.

On the other hand, things are much worse than Y/N can imagine.

It’s been days since Y/N decided to cut things off and I’m still miserable. I try to be happy when I’m with my friends cause I don’t want them to worry about me. I’m not fine though, but I know I’ll be fine. Maybe it’s for the best? or maybe I made the biggest mistake of my life? I don’t know anymore. I can’t think straight.

Jason asked David if he wanted to come with him and Todd out clubbing since they just got finished uploading their vlogs. David said yes just so they would stop bugging him about how he looks miserable and that they can see that David didn’t really wanted to end things with you.

When they reached the club, they realized it was full of people but they don’t wanna waste time so they still squeezed in until they were there drinking and laughing about things in the vlog and issues outside the club. For a second, David forgot about Y/N it was like he was having so much fun. So he started dancing with strangers and asking girls for their numbers.

One night, you were out by yourself you felt like you have to do it and you needed it. So you went in a convenient store and you bought a pack. You were thinking about David again. You kept on walking and walking around the streets of LA when you realized that you’re walking on your way to David’s neighborhood. You were already there so you said to yourself might as well walk maybe David is to busy with his life and you won’t even bump in to eachother.

So you keep on walking while having a cigarette and you were thinking about the things that have happened and might have happened. You keep on telling yourself, what if? What if I didn’t have to leave. What if I tried to be more understanding? What if I believed in him? A lot of things are going through your mind as you walk around the neighborhood. As you were walking, you realized you’re near David’s house already.

You let out a big sigh and you couldn’t take it anymore as you walk tears start rolling down your face. You tried to stop it but it’s pouring out just like your heart. You sit on the sidewalk and you started to scream in frustration. You want to go to David run in to his arms and admit that you’re sorry and that you love him so much and you understand everything clearly. and that you’re tired of trying to replace him because you can’t.

I was about to leave with Jeff when he forgot something back to my house so he went back to go get it. I waited inside the car and I was thinking about Y/N. How it could’ve been and maybe if I tried to stop her. But I can’t take it anymore. It’s like she doesn’t understand what I’m doing, and I think that she needs to understand it. Isn’t it the reason we met eachother? I’m tired of looking a trace of her in other girls and I just can’t keep my mind straight. I am confused with what happened, if there’s just a reset button, I probably hit reset; back to the time when it’s all just fun and games.

I was in a daze when I heard someone screaming. It’s like someone’s being frustrated so I tried to follow the sound and saw a girl sitting in a sidewalk and I think she’s crying. Well I don’t really care about the crazy things that happens in my neighborhood but when I head the girl I could feel her pain I could hear how hurt she was. I was about to step out of the car when Jeff came back. He saw the girl crying and we stared at her for a good 30 seconds before he decided that we should go.

When Jeff was about to go, the girl stood up and started walking near us. We were parked in front of my driveway and to be honest I kinda feel scared. What if she’s a psycho, what if she killed me and Jeff? A lot of bad things are running through my mind when I recognized something on her.

She was wearing my merch! She’s near us when I realized it was Y/N. I hurriedly went down the car and towards her. She looked up to me and I can see from her eyes that she has been crying. I cupped her face and wiped her tears and tried to shush her making the both of us cry. I put my lips on her forehead and hugged her. It was that kind of hug where there’s no talking but you can feel what’s the message. It was those kind of hugs that will take away all of the pain and suffering that we both have been feeling. There was nothing to talk about and we already knew what that hug meant. She looked up to me again and whispered “I missed you.” I look at her cupped her face and kissed her and whispered “I only want you baby” while smiling. I mean we tried kissing while crying which is hard so we pulled away and it was happy tears. It felt like all the sadness in the world is gone. All I can feel is my girl next to me as I try to savor this beautiful moment with her.

y/n was happy with the birthday dinner her friends took her to, sure it wasn’t what she expected but it was nice for once. no cameras, no skits, no flirting just a group of friends celebrating a birthday almost as if their lives were normal. 

y/n did not intend to wake up this early but the light ascended through the blinds in the living room and she was closest to the window. the first thing she noticed when her eyes finally adjusted to the light was her excruciating headache, the second was the fact she was completely pushed up against the edge of the bed, next to her was someone she swore not seeing him ever again would be too soon, jack. His arm was wrapped around her waist, his warm breath fanning her face as he softly snored, it took everything in y/n to get out of his grasp. She fell to the ground with a thud, adding to her headache. Little bits and pieces of last night flashed through her head.

“i’ve never seen a party this big at davids!” y/n yelled over the music to natalie, while they both watched everyone continue to spill into the house. half of the people entering david’s they didn’t even know, the house and backyard were completely full of semi-drunk, sweaty bodies. usually, the parties consisted of the vlog squad and a selected group of other but today it seemed like all of LA decided to join this party. 

natalie turned to face the girl. “yea, it was never supposed to get this big-” she signed, throwing her head into her hand, “-david kept inviting people who invited more people.” natalie didn’t think it was the greatest idea but she knew better than anyone no one could stop david once he set his mind to something, she wanted to stay responsible and be the adult but even she couldn’t deny she was tempted to party with everyone. 

“hey! might as well enjoy it.” y/n shrugged. “bottoms up.” 

that was the start of y/n’s night, as she continued to throw different mixtures of drinks back her mind went into a flurry and little did she know more was to come.

y/n tried dodging all the bodies of her friends and strangers scattered among the floor as she made her way to the kitchen. rubbing circles along her temples, trying to ease the pounding filling her brian a cold metal ejected itself into her foot causing her to let out a series of whispered profanities. y/n focused her eyes on the object, a pair of pink, fluffy handcuffs, more memories flooded her thoughts.

“the police are here!” someone yelled, the music was shut off, hectic groups of people started to scatter around panicked, grabbing as many bottles as the could while finding a room or place to hide. erin and corinna linked their arms through y/n’s as they waited for natalie to open the door with David, who still had his vlog camera rolling- to no one’s surprise. most people knew of the stunt being pulled but played into their part of hiding, while some all lingered in the kitchen or living room along with y/n and the girls. 

“look as sober as you can.” zane screeched, making everyone turn to him and shush him. “just act natural.” he bent on the pool stable, causing the cue sticks to fall on the hardwood floor, putting off a loud sound. everyone couldn’t help but start to giggle at the typical ‘zane’ move but all the noise seised when david made his way back into the area, a camera pointed at the birthday girl. his eyebrows were furrowed, a confused look plagued his face. 

“they’re asking for you, y/n.”

natalie soon walked in with four officers following behind her, y/n’s heart was beating fast, she was sure everyone could hear the wild pounding coming from her chest. the men’s eyes scanned the room before landing on their target. they made their way over to y/n, motioning for erin and corinna to move. she started to feel smaller and smaller as they approached her, the intoxication wasn’t helping her fear either. she went to speak but her mouth felt dry.

jason decided to break the silence. “there has to be some mistake.” he said, while still keeping his distance. “what exactly did she do?” he asked playing right into his part, although he did feel a little bad for y/n, she looked petrified, he couldn’t help but internally laugh at her stature. 

the officer who was standing directly face to face with y/n ignored jason, he grabbed her chin, pulling it to the side while shining a blinding light toward her eyes. another one of the men dragged a chair behind y/n, staying next to it. “i don’t think you’ve had quite enough to drink.” he mumbled, causing y/n to furrow her eyebrows together. “can you please sit at the end of the chair with your hands behind your back.”

y/n complied, not wanting to get into more trouble than she around was in, the previous officer grabbed both of her hands before looping the handcuffs through the chair and onto her wrist, his breath was hot on the back of her neck, his body heat radiating causing the hairs on the back of her neck to stand tall.

 “it’s your birthday, correct?” y/n nodded. “we have you here for a couple of reasons, one a noise complaint and-” his paused felt like an eternity to the girl “- for being too damn fine!” he yelled as they all ripped their shirts open, displaying their very tones abs. y/n’s eyes widened as confusion still clouded her mind, she was still shaken up with the previous events. 

the music was turned back on and the lights started flashing, many people who were recently hidden have rejoined the party. david had the camera pointed straight in her face as the ‘officers’ started to dance around and on her. “happy birthday, peaches!” everyone screamed, bursting into fits of laughter. 

“david julian dobrik! i am going to kill you!” y/n squealed, a look of anger mixed with amusement written on her face along with amusement. “Oh my god!” the strippers pulled off their pants, all matching in peach emoji underwear right in y/n’s face. the men continued to grind themselves onto her while she giggled uncontrollably, enjoying herself a little bit too much. when she was finally uncuffed and done with the lap dances she remained dancing with her strippers and throwing back drinks. 

more bits of the night resurfaced as she starred at the cuffs, a smile made its way onto her face as she reminisced her night. she continued on her journey to find medicine. when she finally made it to the living room she cringed at the mess and destruction caused by the party, bodies, red solo cups, food, and pieces of glass were scattered across the floor. a bottle of Fortaleza Blanco tequila caught her attention when she heard shuffling coming from the kitchen, pulling her attention away. she made direct eye contact with the person who the tequila reminded her of. jeff.

“jeff, come one. it’s my birthday! let my one wish come true. dance with me.” y/n whined, pulling on jeff’s arm to pull him away from the corner of the room. he allowed the small girl to drag him away from his secluded spot, she was right, it was her birthday and he was more than happy to deliver. once they got to the dance floor jeff watched as y/n started twirling around and swaying to the music like no one else was in the room, she grabbed onto his hands trying to get him to dance with her, jeff gave in once again, resting his hands on her waist moving to the beat along with her. he turned her body so y/n was facing away from him, into a more intimate stance, her back hitting his chest. it’s just for the vlog. she gladly accepted the new position, grinding her ass onto jeff. they continued dancing for what felt like forever until they heard stassie’s voice over the music.

“body shots!” 

y/n was quick to drag jeff over to the bar, where their friends and some others were gathered, many bottles of tequila were position on the counter, along with salt and limes. y/n’s flared with excitement while she admired all of her options.

“me and y/n are going first.” stassie shouted, pointing at the birthday girl whose eyes were still trained on all the treats. “pick your poison.” y/n chose the classic bottle of Fortaleza Blanco, taking a fairly large swig of it before handing it to stassie who did the same, she pulled off her top before bouncing on the pool table.

y/n turned back to jeff. “do the honors.” she whispered before joining her friend on the table. a lime was set into both of their mouths, along with salt placed in a line from their cleavage to their collar bone, madison took the tequila, pouring a fair amount onto both girl’s stomachs. they were surrounded by a big circle of people either wanted to watch or get a turn at the action. zane was first to jump into the pull table, right as stassie’s feet, pointing to david’s camera with a big grin on his face. jeff’s inner debate quickly ended when he found himself jumping onto the table, everyone erupted into cheers and hoots. just for the vlog.

y/n tried to keep her breathing a bay, she watched as best as she could as jeff climbed over her body, getting closer to her stomach. his lips parted as he met her eyes, the air seemed to thin, the music around them started to fade, they felt like the only two people in the world. after a few seconds of their staredown, jeff eventually lowered his head to y/n’s torso, getting every last drop of the bitter drink, he then climbed farther up her body now face to face with her chest, he licked up the line of salt, his tongue leaving a burning sensation on y/n’s skin. he wasted no time to before he was face to face with y/n,  their soft lips met as jeff sucked the juice from the lime, he picked it out with his teeth before spitting it somewhere long forgotten, he then connected his lips back to y/n in a long-awaited, lust-driven kiss. everyone once again cheered at the two but it was only background noise, y/n and jeff were caught in bliss while they moved in sync with each other. y/n was first to pull away out of breath, her heart was pounding in her rib cage as his eyes pierced into hers. definitely not for the vlog anymore.

“hey.” jeff said, moving the fallen out of his face before going back to rummage through one of david’s many cabinets. “i’m looking for ibuprofen or something but he literally has nothing.” y/n smiled to herself before walking over to the island, opening a drawer full of miscellaneous items, humming in triumph when she found the bottle of pills she was looking for. she shook the pills in jeff’s directly.

“you mean these.” 

he rolled his eyes, getting two glasses down and filling them with water. he sat them down on the counter closest to y/n, she handed him two pills before taking hers. “fuck, i can’t remember anything.” 

“anything?” jeff asked.

“maybe a few things…” she trailed off, chewing on her bottom lip, her mind going into a battle trying to decide if she wanted to indulge in the conversation at the moment. “do you wanna go to the beach? i just woke up next to my ex and need to clear my mind and you’re the only one awake.” she started gnawing on her lips once again. “and i think we should talk.”

Would eventually loosen up and give in with a shy smile with avoiding eye contact. When he tried to flirt back, he wasn't exactly good at flirting at all. At least he tried.

Let's say mid battle against a villain and hiding, planning. He'd ignore it at first, but his heart would speed up lightly, tumbling on his words.

-When one or all of the others come in injured, Zane just sighs, muttering that he’ll go get you.

-If Zane is injured and your ability doesn’t work, you kinda panic and call Jay, the mechanics expert.

-Can and will take you along for missions with snacks on hand, Zane always protects you.

-There may have been a moment one of the others flew right into a wall, unconscious. You and Zane kinda glance at one another before you slowly put a bread bun in their mouth.

A Nice Moment (Zane X Reader)

Day 13, "Whilst camping, things begin to go missing" and "water flowed." Apologies for missing a couple of days, I'll fill those days with requests when I can. Either way, enjoy! P.S., don't say any spoilers in the comments.

You had planned a camping trip for the defenders of Ninjago because let's face it, they desperately need it with all the action and near death and revivals going on.

You all arrived around noon and started setting up camp, Jay making sure everything was accounted for, Lloyd and Nya getting water and wood, Kai and Cole sorting tents, sleeping bags and the like, Zane enjoying nature while planning what to cook and you decide to take a nap. You drove here dang it, you need some sleep before the activities begin.

But while you were getting ready, you forgot an essential key item. Blankets. With a groan, you left your already set up tent, passing Kai and Cole setting up theirs and approaching Jay.

"Hey, you didn't happen to see any blankets while cataloging, did you?" You described the one that belonged to you and Jay looked at his checklist.

"Yeah, I saw it. I think Zane took it before wandering off," You and the ninja kinda silently agreed to let Zane wander since he's cooking and is usually willing to help if asked too. You hum.

"Did you see where he went?" Jay pointed down the tree line.

"He said he wanted to visit the river, pretty loud and not too far from here, can't miss it," You nod, saying you'll be back and approaching where your icy friend would be.

The splashing of water along with various critters met your ears as you approached the nindroid staring at the waterfall with the blanket wrapped around him.

"I found you, blanket stealer," You teased while sitting down next to him, he glanced at you looking a bit guilty.

"My apologies, I did not know this was yours," You had packed some blankets for anyone to use, you smiled.

"It's cool dude," A silence falls over the two of you, watching the river ripple and the insects buzzing about.

"Have you ever seen a waterfall before?" He nods.

"Once, but it was in the heat of battle," You frown.

"Well, we're here for a couple of days so you have plenty of time to watch, maybe even play in the river," He blinks.

"You can do that?"

"Yeah! As long as you're not wearing any environmentally damaging sunscreen and keep our trash far away from the river and woods," He nods.

"I suppose I can do that… if I'm waterproof," You blink.

"YOU DON'T KNOW?!" he chuckled.

"Kidding, I am water proof. What kind of ice ninja would I be if I wasn't?" You snorted.

"Now I'm imagining you freezing up from just one of your blasts,"

"Not ideal for battle," You laugh for a bit before silence falls once again.

It remained for quite some time… until-

"ZANE! A RACOON STOLE OUR MARSHMALLOW BAG!" Jay called out frantically, you glanced at one another before smiling and standing up.

"Guess I'll have to wait on that nap, this is a very serious situation," You joked, he smiled.

"I'm sure I can persuade the racoon with some nuts, we can trade," He fires back, you both continue to joke around as you returned to camp to deal with the racoon situation.

Zane Julien. The nindroid that rescued you, assured you were safe, and became your friend all in the same day. He vouched for you when you wanted to be on the team and helped teach you some self defense. The nindroid you fell in love with.

At least, you did. But now the heartache of stumbling upon Zane and the team's newfound companion Pixel having a conversation in the trailer before you came in, and soon after Jay which sparked a whole new problem. You wanted to care, you wanted to tell the bickering boys off… but you were to preoccupied with the dull ache in your chest.

You should've known. From the moment you all entered the tower and he first laid eyes on her. From how eager he was to save the nindroid from the overlords control. You should've known from the moment you caught feelings for him that it'd be one sided.

You knew he was deeply in love when he gave Pixal half his heart, but refused to see it. You barely acknowledged what was happening around you. You only came back to reality when Zane sacrificed himself.

One moment he was there, barely holding himself together to ensure the overlords demise. And the next, gone. Only the falling snow left to fill the silence. You wordlessly walked over to his broken faceplate, gently picking it up to stare at it before the dam burst. Tears flowed and the only thing you could do was scream in agony.

Snuggles (Ninjago Zane X Reader)

Today was a tiring day for you and you wanted some snuggled from your favorite nindroid. You walked into the shared room of the Ninja and found him reading a book on his bed.

"Zaaaaaane," You fake whine, he looks up from his book with a raised brow. You extend your arms forward and make grabby hands at him.

"Can we snuggle??" You ask, he smiles gently, putting a bookmark in his book before opening his arms for you. You happily crawl into the bed and hug him, flopping down on your side as he holds you, his head resting on top of yours. 

"What were you reading?" You ask.

"A mystery book. So far it's doing a good job letting the pieces fall into place," You smile.

"Can you tell me the story so far?" He hums in agreement. He tells you the plot of the book while gently patting your head, you listen as you doze off in his arms. When he realizes you fell asleep, he simply smiles and keeps holding you while he lets himself fall asleep. The rest of the team found you snuggled together and didn't disturb you. :)

This might be a bit upsetting to ppl in The ninjago fandom, but I fucking hate the seasons (8, 9 and 10) after the movie. I also miss the old designs so much :(

This is a rant about the new designs and just everything I dislike about it so if you’re sensitive to that then don’t read below the cut! Keep in mind this is just my opinion on things, and I’d love to hear yours too!!

I think Lloyds new design looks off, plus I miss when he shared the same hairstyle as his father. His eyes looks intimidating too, like who tf decided to change his eye color to green so suddenly while the other (minus Zane) still has black eyes?????? PLEASE DO NOT COME AT ME, THIS US JUST MY OPINION BTW

Also, Cole looks like a fucking stoner 😭😭😭😭😭. He reminds me of like that one hot beach guy who‘s actually a dumbass (no hate for Cole, he‘s my favorite character BUT STILL). I mean his old hairstyle looks like emo Justin Bieber but- Yeah no hate for him tho, I still love him <3

ALSO NYA. Listen I know she grew up and stuff BUT I STILL MISS HER ICONIC HAIRCUT AND OUTFIT. They just turned her into an emo ?? SHE LOOKS REALLY BADASS AND SHIT BUT I JUST MISS WHEN SHE WAS LIKE MORE INNOCENT AND STUFF

Jay looks like an UwU boy. That’s all. He’s like the fanon version of himself now mixed with an anime UwU sub boy. I love his freckles and his fluffy hair but- I miss his eyebrow slit :(((((( Like I used to crush on him when I was a kid because of that eyebrow slit and I really wanted one, but they just removed it :(

I DONT REALLY HAVE ANYTHING AGAINST KAI EXCEPT THAT HE LOOKS SO MUCH OLDER THAN THE OTHERS FOR SOME REASON AND HIS HAIR?? WHAT HAPPENED???
