TL;Dr : Reverse 1999 is great

So since yesterday I’ve been playing Reverse 1999 because I was interested in the story. Honestly I’d say this game is pretty good overall! The story is cool, the gameplay is fun and interesting, and the characters are really fun, not to mention the character roster has a much more unique and diverse cast than Genshin (sorry Genshin). So for this post, here are some of my highlighted characters:

Sonetto is pretty sweet, plus she has cool attack animations. She’s also a free five star you get in the main story, which is neat :3

Normally i dislike Tsundere characters because they can be annoying, but Matilda is an exception. She also has pretty attacks, plus she’s kinda funny so I like her.

Leilani is currently my favorite, i just love how cute and energetic she is! I’m really glad shes for free, even though she’s a 3 star :,)

Currently one of the MVP’s of my account. Does decent damage plus provides solid healing, an overall comfy unit for me. It helps that she reminds me of Diluc. I dunno why but characters who represent justice/judgement always appeal to me in video games. Maybe it’s because of their strong presence?

Mondlicht is another favorite of mine (even though i have trouble pronouncing her name ;-;). I really like how she’s a balance of cute and stoic, it reminds me of Razor (not 100% sure if they’d get along tbh). She also has an axe gun so she’s easily top tier lol.

Ok so from what I’ve seen on the internet, his name in the English language is spelled “Zima”? I think? Lemme know if I’m wrong. Anyways yeah, I like him a normal amount. He’s just a peaceful, possibly sleep deprived lil guy with an owl, you can’t compete with that! Plus he sounds like he struggles with speaking english, unsure if that was the intent but it’s a very cool detail.

Sweetheart makes me feel a certain way, plus she’s a really nice Dps. Her design reminds me of Betty Boop a little bit. Her voice is nice too, it really sells the kind of character that she is.

Pavia’s interesting to be sure. He reminds me of Childe with his murderous tendencies and unmatched charm. For real though, this guy is a borderline psychopath, the voice lines will tell you that much 0-0

La Source is a decently comfy healer, definitely worthy of the MVP status despite being a 3 star. Plus I love how sassy she is, she can be pretty funny. That being said, she’ll probably be benched as soon as I get my hands on a better healer.

Kakashi sighed inwardly as he stared at the three kids: two introductions down, one to go. Naruto and Sasuke had been as expected. If they passed the test he would have to work on Sasuke’s definition of a hobby. Training was not a hobby. Now for the sole female on the team.

At first glance, Kakashi didn't know what to make of her. She had pale pink hair in twin tails, an unusual colour. According to the brief skim he did on her file her family were civilian immigrants. But she was born in Konoha. On her back was a quiver full of arrows with the matching bow sitting in her lap. They looked to be custom-made. An unusual weapon, especially for a shinobi.

The girl was vibrating in her seat. Oh boy, please don’t be like Naruto. “Alright pinky, you next.”

“Alright! Alright!” She pumped her fist. Oh no, it's another hyperactive one. “My name is Haruno Sakura! I love surfing, learning new languages and making new friends! I don’t like it when people make fun of my hair, but that’s okay! They don’t know what they’re missing!”

Fairly normal in Kakashi’s opinion. That bit about the surfing was weird, the nearest ocean was days away.

“And my dream for the future is to live happily every day! It's a lot harder to achieve than you think!” Sakura tilted her head and smiled brightly at him.

hihi love that you ask 🤭 currently have seven tattoos.

the first one is i got pretty much the moment i turned 18. my dad paid, like he always promised he would hehe. it is the chemical structure for dopamine — kinda cliche, ik, but represents the time i was going through my depression

second one is also kinda cringe, but it is just for me. it is the paw print of my childhood cat that i had for 17 years. then i got a big ass dragon on my thigh, which is definitely my favourite tattoo. got this simply because i love dragons.

got four words in my four arms, references to the four most influential pieces of media/pop culture in my life without it being painfully obvious lol. then it’s the feather/quill as you know. and the pride and prejudice quote i have talked about briefly. and then i have a bouquet filled with the birth flowers of my family and two irl best friends.

and october 2nd i have an appointment to get two new tattoos 🤭 another dragon because, again, i love them, and a d20 dice bc i am a nerd

Vincent arrived ahead of Renee and was worried about meeting her parents. He had lingering thoughts about his past in his head. Should he let them know about it an the first meeting or another time? Really, there was nothing to be afraid of, he's done nothing wrong. But what if they don't approve of them being together since he could bring danger into her life?

Hmmm quick facts about her!

- She / Her. Aged 22.

- her mole on her face comes from my boyf, and her little scar on her forehead comes from me!! (When I was young my brother and I were playing tug o war and I slipped and his tug pulled me to hit the corner of a coffee table LMAO)

- She always keeps her hair in messy buns, but when taken down it's very long

- Leilani is very unaware of the other villagers' (mainly bachelor(ette)s) feelings towards her as she becomes closer to them, AKA she's very dull and oblivious

- She is also very clumsy (possibly to the point of accident prone) and can get prettyyyy awkward in general. But when she gets to know someone her confidence in her words and actions become much stronger when in their presence

- Upon getting to know everyone in Stardew she receive multiple parents (I like to HC that other villagers, mainly like the older ones, start to love and care for her as one of their own 🥰 I may have been deprived of something growing up who knows lol)

- She's very friendly towards everyone, even those that rub her the wrong way. She's not very good at confrontation and would rather sit through something unpleasant than confront the issue head on

- She has a background in music! She played flute and guitar in middle school and HS

- She becomes very strong while living in SD: from all the farming and animal care, and mining/fighting off monsters, she is VERY strong. She'll pick you up

- For unknown reasons, Leilani is able to see the junimos along with the wizard. However, like the game, she's the only one the junimos wish to communicate with. They love to pester her! They also hang around the whole town (rather than just the community center) but no one else sees them. Before Leilani met the wizard she didn't know their name, so when trying to explain what she saw to Harvey he was not able to connect the dots (junimos are a well-known folklore to the village)
