Niche idea but hear me out.
Ace Attorney Clue AU, until next time. I would just need to figure out which characters would fit each person tbh.
Why must I come up with such niche idea no one cares about?
Anyways go check out Clue if you like a good murder mystery.

Ace Attorney, Steel Samuri AU
This is a re-telling of the AA story but with SI-FI elements based off Steel Samuri.
Since there isn't much Steel Samuri lore in AA, I'm going to have to make some up!
---
Long ago there was an old race of aliens, they don't really matter to the story but what does matter is the fact that they made the Samurai Suits. The Samurai Suits were left on earth for reasons and now new aliens are coming to feed of the power of the suits and earth by proxy. So, The Samuri have to rise to face these new threats, face hardships and accidently become celebrities.
Tumblr media
Poor Greggy, he gets zero hours of sleep and managed to acquire a little baby who is probably a little alien. Becoming one of the few people capable of defending earth was a terrible choice for his health. The Steel Samuri is world famous and so Gregory has to also deal with hiding his identity, Clark Kent but with 1000x more walking disaster energy.
---
Fast Forward to Mile’s middle school days, guess which kid finds a Samuri Suit? Well, he isn't the only one who finds a Suit! Meet the Five Signal Samuri!
Red, The Brains (Miles Edgeworth)
Orange, The Jokester (Larry Butz)
Blue, The Second in Command (Phoenix Wright)
Pink, The Heart (Maya Fay)
Purple, The Leader (Mia Fay)
They have no clue about each other identities, even the sisters but they are all very close friends! They go on wacky adventures together and learn valuable lessons with occasional help for the older Samurai.
Tumblr media
Oh dear, don't forget the Karma Samurai, he hates it when people don't give him attention. Can you guess who it is? (Manfred, we all know it’s Manfred)
Things go wrong when the Steel Samurai realizes that the Karma Samurai is faking monster attacks for fame. The Karma Samurai doesn’t want his secret told to the others so he attacks the Steel Samurai and loses, badly. The Steel Samurai thinks he killed the Karma Samurai and leaves, but shock Manfred is not dead. Karma heads back to Germany and licks his wounds and focuses on his lawyer career and child. Then Manfred meets Gregory, the defense attorney and feels a odd sense of DeJa'Vu.
Note, The Steel Samurai dose not tell the others what happened with the Karma Samurai because they are already traumatized enough and some of them really looked up to Karma.
Back in court Manfred gets the plenty commits DL-6.
While later he realizes that Gregory was the steel Samurai because of very specific scars listed in his autopsy report. Soon after Miles moves in with the Von Karmas he realizes Miles is the red signal Samurai because of the boys mannerisms and the fact that the red just showed up in Germany.
Tumblr media
Miles isn't having a good time, Manfred revels himself to be the Karma Samuri and lies that the Steel Samurai attacked him because he was too popular (Miles doesn't know his dad is/was the Steel Samurai). Also Manfred says he was crippled by the Steel Samurai, which he why he doesn't fight any more (Actually because of the DL-6 Bullet) So now Miles is being trained as a Samurai and Prosecutor. Franziska is also being trained to take up the Karma Samurai mantel one day, they go flying togther a lot.
Tumblr media
Nothing much changes in the Daliah/Early Ace Attorney area expect Mia is even more stressed because she still has to manage the Signal Samurai, minus the only other one with common sense. Oh and the Signal Samurai are now Earth's main protection since Karma and Steel disappeared.
Unfortunately Mia would still die since she didn't have her suit, but her chase would be much easier to solve since she knocked out most of Red White's teeth, and nearly broke his jaw form a single punch. Red White had surprise and a weapon is the main argument for why he could win but there is a strong argument that Mia should have survived.
At the end of Turnabout Goodbyes, after Manfred has all is lies exposed, he dawns his Karma Samurai suit on last time to try and tries to destroy the courthouse and probably the city. Unfortunately for him he transformed in front of ALL OF THE SIGNAL SAMURAI! Manfred doesn't stand a chance, especially with their teamwork being on point for the trial. After Manfred is dealt with the Signal Samurai have a moment to process all the identity reveals that just happened.
They are all upset, excited and shocked to find out the truth but resolve to make themselves a proper team again, even without Mia. Of course, after taking that picture, Mia reminds them that she is really gone.
That's all I got for now, feel free to ask me anything if you have questions. <3

How goes the fma x albedo fic? I hope that doesn't sound pushy, I'm genuinely curious. And in that vein, do you have any little drabbles you may have written or want to write? Especially with your recent kny ocs/yourself and your siblings. That'd be super fun to read about! Your art AND your writing is so freaking good, the moment I see you've posted something new on your blog I'm clicking it so fast. Same with your ao3 account ❤️
Thank you for the kind words!!! Currently not working on any fics, since I just came out of 10 weeks of summer research where my days began at 8 am and ended at 9 pm for probably less than minimum wage hahaha (doing research is a Bit Sad but I get a whole month to relax before classes start again so thank goodness for that)
Tumblr media
I do however!!! Have a lot of plans!!! If you’re interested you can read more below!
Plans include but are not limited to:
Finally working on Homuncular Nature again!! I definitely do have a lot of plans and cool scenes playing out in my head for the next chapter, it’ll just come down to when I actually put pen to paper (or stylus to iPad) to actually organize and write them all. The road block I think is that I have seen neither Albedo nor fmab very recently and all my concrete ideas are for around the 30 episode mark for fmab, the turning point with the first actual confrontation against father and the subsequent Briggs arc.
Rewriting Ten Thousand Maple Leaves! A lot of people have been very kind but I think I missed the mark with my first chapter to be honest. My writing has gotten a lot wordier and less succinct, which feels like I’m filling a chapter more with fluff and unnecessary description than actual content. I think I also dislike how I characterized Sanemi and how quickly Kazuha was willing to agree with things. Writing both of them is kind of a difficult challenge tbh! I think in rewriting it I want to give back to Kazuha more of his vagrant role in the games, where he is avoiding the law for reasons somewhat out of his control.
Ebisu siblings content! I think it might be fun to try having them interact with more of the canon characters in kny but I also think there’s some value in a complete sort of outsider point of view when inserting characters into a piece of media. I feel like whenever I see self inserts I see a lot of ocs making themselves indispensable and making meaningful relationships with existing characters that way and that’s totally valid! That’s a lot of what I do for crossovers as well. I think when it comes to my own ocs though, I want them to feel grounded in some form and the reality of it is that none of the characters I make based on myself or real people are that impressive or remarkable. But I also think there’s a lot of value in showing smaller scale things outside of the main interactions and plot to show that even though we aren’t remarkable, we still have our own meaningful connections and ideologies and stories :) in the end the Ebisu siblings are a lot more visual though so I may just continue making doodles and art without writing anything haha
Kirby & Meta Knight ageswap AU: I was mostly doing this on my ask-gikabi sideblog in short form comics, but I lost sight of what I wanted to do after making the discord and starting to interact with some of the people who followed it. I think a lot of people are inspired and have their own very cool ideas that I wanted to take into account but then eventually it was no longer my story or the story I wanted to tell, which is why I’m thinking of restarting it as a fic. This one is still in very rough idea stage though, I have honestly no clue how I’m even going to begin organizing it
Yanfei ace attorney crossover: this one’s just pure crack lmao I would definitely write it as crack taken seriously but I think this is fun to explore just for small ideas that pop up every now and then, i.e. yanfei is semi-immortal because she’s half adeptus so it would be Really Funny to me if she showed up in dgs era, got her attorney’s license, went into hiding after it became obvious that she wasn’t aging, and then re-emerged after rebranding herself as her own daughter or granddaughter. That, and I have a lot of fun imagining someone as pragmatic as yanfei trying to get through the sheer chaos of aa despite being otherworldly
Continuing winter weather advisory: I got to a really good point in that fic and was rereading it today like,,, damn I wrote that? And it would be fun to see where I planned on going with it so I do want to also try working on that a bit if I can
Kazuha & Kunikuzushi role swap au: this is something I posted about a Long While ago but it’s an idea I continue to be fascinated with :) I especially enjoy how these two characters could have had completely different roles and personalities depending on how their pasts happened (with wanderer being so nice and turning so bitter and kazuha growing up so spoiled (for lack of a better word) and turning out so weary and yet kind
Link click and mha crossover: this one is honestly just a very recent idea but I think it would be fun to make a drabble on how lightime photo studio would be able to continue operating even in another world and the trouble they might get into for illegal quirk usage and what using cheng xiaoshi’s powers in a world where being able to tell the future is canonically possible would entail
I have!! So many ideas!! And not enough time or motivation to actually write any of them most of the time :’)
But I’m very glad to hear that you enjoy them and look forward to my posts!! :D I really hope I can work on some of these over the last month of summer vacation that I have :)

genshin impact law drama au
characters: diluc, ayato, gorou, heizou, albedo, itto, childe notes: gn! reader, reverse harem, spoilers for childe’s real name, all legal knowledge comes from ace attorney (so it’s not going to be accurate but it will be fun), follows some ace attorney plot, non-graphic mentions of murder and death, brief non-graphic mention of an attack, very unedited
you
you’re a rookie defense attorney. you work at ragnvindr & gunnhildr, the premier law firm for defense attorneys. jean gunnhildr, one of the partners at the firm, directly mentored you.
the first few weeks of your job are kind of slow. the cases that you receive are pretty minor, defending people accused of small crimes like petty theft. you weren’t complaining — it’s good experience no matter what, but you will say that you wouldn’t mind something more exciting.
you immediately regret wishing for that because it’s a week later that your other boss, diluc ragnvindr, comes storming into the office, saying that you’ve been summoned to the detention center, specifically requested by someone being held there. you don’t have time to ask diluc who it is or what their crime is before he’s hurrying to into his car and you’re driving to the detention center
a guard leads you to the defendant, who you’re shocked to see is jean’s younger sister, barbara, a renown and beloved pop star
she’s sobbing and beside herself and diluc finally tells you what barbara’s being accused of — murdering jean in her apartment
through her sobs, barbara insists that she didn’t do it and both you and diluc (well, more you because diluc’s not great at handling tears) assure her that you know she didn’t do it and that you’ll get to the bottom of it and jean will be given justice
diluc ragnvindr
your boss and the sole head of ragnvindr & gunnhildr now
when you first met diluc, you thought he was kind of cold and sort of uptight. he’d avoid your eyes in the break room and in the first few days of knowing him, he spoke all of ten words to you
things shifted when you were working on a case and lost track of time. most people were gone, including jean, who usually stayed later, but you saw diluc’s office was still light. you peeked your head in to find him poring over evidence, eyes flitting across the page frantically
“sir,” you said and diluc jumped. “sorry, i didn’t mean to startle you. is everything alright?”
“i’m fine,” he said.
“is that the livingstone case?” he confirm that it is and finally admits that he’s having a difficult time proving that your client is innocent. you sit down with him and the two of your work through the evidence until you hit a breakthrough at 2 am
diluc thanks you and drives you home, refusing to let you get on any public transportation that late. he brings you coffee the next morning, just the way you like it — you didn’t know that he had paid attention when you made it in the break room
you and diluc work together on clearing barbara’s name, going to the scene of the crime to investigate and find clues. you examine where jean’s body was found, the murder weapon, and other piece of evidence that help you build and strengthen your case
you and diluc work late into the nights on the case and something about toiling into the early morning hours brings you closer and closer
there’s one night, right in the middle of the case, where you’re both exhausted and drained and you both flop onto the couch in diluc’s office. you tell him you’ll close your eyes for a second and the next thing you know, you’re waking up an hour later with your head on his shoulder and his stacked atop yours. he stirs as well and springs back, apologizing profusely
the case takes five days of courtroom procedure, investigations, and interrogations until you finally uncover the true culprit: a businessman named pallad. jean had had documents that would reveal unsavory business practices, and pallad needed to swipe the documents in order to save himself from scandal. he had planned to break into the office and steal the documents, but jean and diluc’s workaholic spirits made it impossible to really find a viable time so he decided to invade jean’s apartment and look for documents there. she found him searching and he broke a vase over her head and framed barbara for her death
as pallad is hauled off and barbara gives you her thanks, diluc asks, “would you like to come to dinner with me?”
“as a date?” you ask teasingly and diluc sputters and scoffs and turns bright red at the suggestion
“no—! not that i wouldn’t want— it’s— dinner as a celebration for your winning your first big case”
you agree and he brings you to the fanciest restaurant in town, angel’s share, which he tells you this was his father’s restaurant and that it’s the place he always goes to after long and taxing cases. bashfully, he adds that he shares ownership with his brother, kaeya, who happens to be there that night too
kaeya is just as good-looking as diluc and you feel your face warm a little when he swaggers over to your table and offers you a charming smile. “diluc, you didn’t tell me you had such an attractive partner”
“they’re not my partner,” diluc replies but his face is that red shade again from before. you decide to put diluc out of his misery and tell kaeya that you work at the firm and that you really are just co-workers, to which kaeya responds with a drawn out, “sure…”
kaeya eventually leaves, saying that he’ll let you two resume your little date, and you and diluc eat your delicious meal. diluc’s face slowly returns to its original shade and he drives you home, walking you to your door like a gentleman
you two stand at the entrance for a second, quiet, and diluc breaks the silence, saying, “i had a nice evening. perhaps we could… do this again sometime…”
“i’d like that,” you say. “good night, diluc, i’ll see you tomorrow.” you give him a warm hug before entering your building and what you don’t get to see is diluc blushing again and smiling brighter than he had in a long time
kamisato ayato
ayato is your rival prosecutor. he’s known as a prodigy through the legal community and he and his sister, ayaka, inherited their father’s law firm
he’s the prosecutor in barbara’s case, and he’s just as skilled as everyone says he is. he cuts down each breakthrough you and diluc have with a surgical precision, and his arguments are always watertight and seemingly impenetrable
still, you and diluc manage to win the case and ayato loses for the first time… ever
after the case, diluc tells you that he needs to talk to barbara privately, and you wait in the lobby for him since you’re going to dinner together
ayato approaches you and congratulates you for a job well done. you’re shocked to say the least
you expected ayato to be cold and stand-offish given his reputation but he’s genial and kind as he speaks to you. he tells you that he thought that his first loss would feel worse but he finds himself content; the truth was revealed and justice doled out, and that’s all he ever wants. it’s why he and ayaka became prosecutors
you’re standing there, kind of gaping at him, and he laughs, saying, “i sadly have to be off now but i have a feeling i’ll be seeing you more in the future”
indeed you do
now that you’re taking on more high-profile cases, solo now, you find that ayato in your opponent very frequently. he performs just as well as he always does with every case, and just like he did after barbara’s case, he congratulates you when you win and even when you lose
your conversations get flirtier and fliriter with each interaction and it eventually leads to the two of you exchanging personal phone numbers. you talk frequently, never about upcoming cases that the two of you work on, but about everything else. you both have a love for boba and for a certain historical drama, and you actually set up a time to grab boba and watch it together
you eventually encounter ayato’s sister and their assistant and close friend, thoma
they’re both super sweet and ayaka says, “you must be the person ayato talks about so much!”
thoma adds, “he manages to work you into a lot of conversations. it’s not a bad thing, it’s pretty entertaining”
“yeah,” ayaka says, “i’ve never heard him talk about someone so much”
ayato shows up a few minutes later and ayaka and thoma quickly excuse themselves, continuing onto whatever they had to do, and ayato asks you, “what did you three talk about?”
“oh, just you”
he chuckles, “i hope only good things?”
“i should be saying that to you — i hear you talk about me a lot”
he moves closer to you and says, “of course it’s only good things. you’re quite… special to me”
gorou
cases seem endless. ever since barbara’s case, you and diluc have been receiving a high influx of them.
to combat this, you suggest hiring assistants for both of you but diluc is stubborn and insists that he doesn’t need one but “you can get one of if you want”
you’re not really sure where to start so you reach out to ayato to see if he could help, given that he has thoma, who is just such a sweetheart (and, as it turns out, is a childhood friend of diluc’s)
ayato tells you that thoma told him a good friend of his named gorou is looking for a job and would be perfect for the position
so you invite gorou in for an interview
thoma was right that gorou is an ideal candidate: he’s organized and diligent and he takes initiative, so you hire him on the spot. he’s so eager that you swear if he were a dog, you’d see a tail wagging rapidly
gorou helps you sort through cases and figure out which ones to hand off to other attorneys in the firm and which ones to prioritize. you two have a good rhythm going with each other, falling into it after a week or two — you run like a well-oiled machine
he also goes with you on investigations and you find that he’s great at uncovering hidden clues and evidence
you ask him, half-joking, how he’s so good at it and he tells you that he used to be in the military, working a job that required keen observation skills — it actually explained a lot of stuff about him, including his sky-high expectations for himself
one thing that you absolutely love is that gorou brings you pastries in the morning from your favorite bakery a few blocks away. they’re usually accompanied with a handwritten note with words of encouragement like It’s going to be a great day today!
gorou also cleans and organizes your desk when it gets buried under stacks of papers and empty coffee cups
as time goes on, you come to realize that gorou developed a crush on you. it wasn’t hard to figure out with his puppy eyes and the way he began adding small hearts to the end of your notes
you’re not sure if you should say anything, not wanting to make the relationship awkward and it doesn’t interfere with any of your work so you keep quiet for now, enjoying the little hints gorou gives, intentional or not
shikanoin heizou
the top detective in the police force
heizou works mostly with prosecutors like ayato but you see him a lot on investigations and he’s always very chatty, which you’ve heard drives his superior, a woman named kujou sara, nuts
heizou is very charismatic and a very smooth talker. you’ve seen him run verbal rings around officers at crime scenes, able to get them to agree to let you onto a scene you may not necessarily be authorized to be at before they know what they agreed to
he also leaks bits of information under the guise of “accidentally” letting it slip but you know he’s far too sharp for that
there’s a particularly tricky case you face where you can’t make any sense of the evidence and, more importantly, how you can use it to prove your client’s innocence
you and gorou keep going over the evidence at the scene, bouncing ideas off each other and wondering aloud until you hear heizou say, “you know, when i’m trying to solve a puzzle, i find that it’s helpful to look at it from a different angle to see where the pieces fit together”
he leaves it at that and gorou takes the photo in your hand that you’ve been staring at, flipping it around and everything clicks now. you feel stupid but you’re grateful for heizou’s assistance
when the case is done, you take a trip down to the precinct and see him bickering with the front desk lady over something. he stops when he sees you and he says, “this is a nice surprise! you have a new case i haven’t heard about?”
you shake your head and ask if you can talk to him in private. he brings you to his office and you say, “i wanted to thank you for all your help on this last case”
“i didn’t do anything,” he said, “just wanted to share a hobby.”
you both laugh at that and you say, “can i buy you lunch or something. not just as a thanks for this time but for all the times”
“i’m free right now,” he says and luckily, so are you.
as you two head out of the office, you hear officers shout after heizou, “where are you going? don’t you have to address those compla—”
“where are you taking me?” heizou speaks over the yelling, “or is it a surprise?”
albedo
you’ve never actually met albedo in person but you’ve heard of the genius forensic analyst that works for interpol. he wasn’t just a brilliant analyst but he actually created new tools and software that enabled easier and more accurate forensic analysis
your meeting with albedo is completely by chance, totally unrelated to your job
you run into him at the supermarket, where he’s buying groceries, accompanied by a little girl
you wonder briefly if it’s his daughter and then, albedo sees you. he gives you a polite nod and greets you by name, taking you by surprise. “how do you know who i am?”
“well, it’s nearly impossible to not hear about the rookie defense attorney who handed kamisato ayato his first loss,” albedo says. “plus, i’ve done quite a few forensics tests on evidence for your cases”
that’s right — how could you forget about all the samples that come back, signed by albedo
you feel your face heat up in embarrassment. you don’t get to wallow in it for long when the little girl albedo is with taps albedo. “how do you know this pretty person?” she asks and albedo says, “i work with them.”
she nods and turns to you. “hi!” she chirps, eyes bright. “i’m klee, ‘bedo’s my big brother!” ah, that makes more sense
you run into albedo again when you’re working on a case that has interpol involved. (you also unfortunately run into your ex-boyfriend, but that’s for later) albedo goes along with you and gorou on investigation for this particular case, bringing the famous handheld device he invented that allowed for forensic analysis on the go
it’s the most thorough investigation you do and because of how strong the forensic evidence is in favor of your client’s innocence, the case is also one of the smoothest that you have
because of all the time you two have to spend together, you learn a lot about albedo — klee’s not his biological sister but she’s the closest thing he has to it, he knows kaeya and diluc as they all used to work in interpol (you have to diluc about that later), he also knew jean
albedo also drops the fact that he’s single, which was so quick that you swear you misheard something and albedo’s nonchalance backs that up, but the subtle brushes of your hands and shoulders suggest otherwise
arataki itto
itto is the head of a small time gang, the eponymous arataki gang, as well as a frequent client of yours
you swear that he’s cursed or something to be in the wrong place at the wrong time because he’s always somehow caught up in a crime
he never actually does whatever crime he’s accused of but like you said, wrong place, wrong time, all the time
itto storms into your office one day, garnering a tired sigh from diluc when he sees him. itto beelines to your office and when you see him, you ask, “what’re you caught up in this time, itto?” you’re surprised they haven’t brought him into the detention center yet
he slams his hands on your desk and says, “you need to help me!”
“i know, i just asked what—”
“it’s not me, it’s about shinobu!”
it’s certainly a shock to you that anyone could accuse kuki shinobu, itto’s right-hand woman, of murdering some in cold blood because she’s the only one who has their head screwed on straight in the gang and she’s pretty nice from what you remember
plus, the arataki gang doesn’t wheel and deal in murder. “gang” really is a ceremonial title, it’s mostly just a bunch of itto’s friends getting together for things like beetle fighting, whatever that is
anyways, you have to calm itto down since he’s getting hysterical and you tell him you’ll help shinobu. he throws his (very buff) arms around you and chants “thank you” about a thousand times before you get him to release you
it’s not a very hard case, the evidence against shinobu is all circumstantial and flimsy, and ayato’s not even the prosecutor on the case — it’s some guy named royce
you prove shinobu’s innocence and, as a thank you, itto insists that you come to their “super awesome, totally lit ‘congrats on your innocence, shinobu, and thanks for your help, attorney’ party”
you figure that it will be fun and you go, finally formally meeting the rest of the arataki gang
it’s actually a very fun night with lots of good food, drinks, and itto’s arm around you for most of the time
childe
ajax is your ex-boyfriend and one of interpol’s best agents
you guess he’s going by childe now
your relationship didn’t end on the best note. you broke up because childe was never honest with you. it wasn’t about his job at interpol — you understood the need for secret there — but it was like every part of childe was closed off. so many parts of him felt ingenuine like a persona
there was a lot of sharp, hurtful words flung around, some meant and most not, and lots of condescension on ajax’s part
you also had a sneaking suspicion that he was involved with some organization other than interpol, something darker and perhaps not wholly legal but you never asked because it really sounded outlandish
you see ajax — sorry, childe — for the first time since your breakup on the interpol case. he looks just as you remembered: tall, lean but toned, and infuriatingly handsome
he still wore that easygoing smile, winking at some of the other agents, who blushed and giggled
you’ll readily admit that you felt a bolt of satisfaction run through you as you see his face fall when he spots you. he quickly recovers, striding over in three fluid steps and a drawl of “nice to see you again.”
“you too” that’s the longest sentence to say to him
you thankfully don’t spend a lot of time with childe, who’s gathering intel and performing raids and stuff like that. most of the intel that he gets is passed through many people before it gets to you. you can’t even distinguish info from him from other agents’
there is one night where you’re heading back to your apartment and someone jumps you. you don’t have to attempt to fight them off for long before they’re being hauled off you and you see childe holding them by the throat against the nearest building
he arrests them swiftly and calls another colleague to come and collect them. when they take your assailant away, childe rushes to you and asks, “are you okay?”
“yeah, i’m fine, a little shaken up,” you reply. then, you ask, “were you following me?”
“agents have been assigned to keep an eye on individuals involved with the case as a precaution,” he tells you. you don’t ask if he requested to be the one to watch over you. “come with me.”
“what?”
“i’m taking you to my hotel room”
“why?”
“because i’m sending agents to check your apartment.” you feel a zip of cold, spine-chilling fear down your back and you nod silently, walking with childe for the next few blocks to the hotel interpol put him in
he uses the time to try and catch up and slowly, you open up. not fully but you let him in just a little. you’re worried about telling him more than what you have, worried that he’ll worm his way back into your heart
you ask about his younger siblings and his parents back in snezhnaya, he tells you that teucer and tonia ask about you a lot and that he hasn’t exactly had the heart to tell them that you broke up almost a year ago. you don’t know why that makes your heart flip a little
when you make it to his hotel room, you see there’s only one bed. you expect him to make some joke about you having to share a bed but he just says, “i’ll sleep on the couch.”
you insist that you sleep on the couch and he takes his bed (“it’s your hotel room!”) but he refuses. it goes back and forth for a while before you just resolve to sleep on the bed together — it’s should be big enough
he lends you clothes to sleep in and a spare toothbrush and when you climb into bed, your backs are to one another and you don’t dare to move an inch. you think about needing to have agents investigate your house to make sure no one’s going to hurt you and a barb of fear wedges itself into your chest. you shuffle a little closer to childe and at the movement, he turns around and wordlessly pulls you close
you don’t resist and you don’t say a thing, heart pounding. it feels too intimate, too familiar, too comfortable. you think briefly about scooting away from him but you let yourself be lulled to sleep by the rise and fall of the same chest you’ve fallen asleep against so many times prior
you wake up in the same position and neither of you can find it in yourselves to move away

How about an au where qRoier is a police officer and qCellbit is a famous private detective hired by the government to assist the police with a really difficult case?
In this, Cellbit would be used to working alone so he wouldn't be very excited when Roier was assigned as his assistant during his investigation. At first he refuses to have him as a partner/assistant even tries to push him away but little by little he begins to get used to Roier's presence, there begins to be more and more trust between the two until all of this leads to the realization that what they both feel for each other may be more than simple affection/companionship.
∆∆∆
"Why did you follow me?"
"Why didn't you tell your sexy police assistant that you were coming to investigate this place?"
"Because I don't need a "assistant", I can investigate and deduce by myself"
"And that's how it works, you are going to do all your enigma and mystery stuff while I use bullets and fists when necessary, you are more like the brain and I'm the muscle that contributes from time to time"
∆∆∆
"Be careful"
"Aaaww so you DO care about me"
"I mean, be careful you don't contaminate my crime scene"
"Did you have to ruin the moment like that?"
"It was you who didn't let me finish the sentence"
"Culero"
"Pendejo"
∆∆∆
"There is a small problem"
"What is it?"
"We may have fallen into a trap and we are in danger here"
"No mames"
"Yeah, if I'm not wrong, this place may explode in a couple of minutes"
"I told you it was strange that the murderer left clues on how to find them, and you call yourself a detective?! ¡¿No que muy detective cabrón?!"
"¡Cale a boca e corra, filho da puta! We have to get out of here, you can say "I told you so" as many times as you want when we're outside!"
∆∆∆
"Why did you decide to be a detective?"
"It's a long story"
"Isn't there a short version I can listen to?"
"I like solving mysteries and I'm pretty good at it"
"And that's it?" Cellbit nodded "I feel like that wasn't even 2% of the full story" Cellbit nodded again.
"And why did you decide to be a police officer?"
"Long story"
"Can I listen to the short version too?"
"The uniform looks sexy on me" They both broke loose laughing. "Someday will I be able to hear the full version of your story Cellbo?"
"Let's make a deal, when this is all over, let's go for a coffee and exchange stories, what do you think?"
"Oh, how subtle Mr. Detective, if you wanted a date with me, you just had to ask for it"
"Pendejo"
"We're both pendejos, aren't we?" Roier laughed.
"I think you're right, we are"
"And I accept the deal"
"What-..?"
"Let's go get that coffee when we have that criminal behind bars" Roier smiled.
Cellbit's brain stopped working for a moment and the only thing he could think was "Has Roier's smile always been this bright?"
I see romcom potential with this idea and I would like to know if someone has already written something like this because I want to read it :D
Edit: If there is anyone in the world who wants to use this, you can do so.
[I was playing the great ace attorney when this hit my brain xd]

how would your favorite ace attorney characters react to being in the tokyo ghoul universe? would they be pro-ccg or pro-ghoul and/or how would they react if they were in kaneki's situation and became a half ghoul?
OOOOOO THIS IS A GOOD ONE
(Lowkey been considering an au with the opposite but with no clue how to start it)
Apollo: Oh this boy is most certainly pro CCG but in the Hirako type way. Poor guy gets thrown head first into a world where there are humanoid creatures that eat people and immediately goes "oh shit.... does this mean I don't have to go to work?". You'd think he'd be much more panicked but he fits in here bc shit's already crazy enough. No one really cares about him screaming in the corner and at least now the edge lord is actually supposed to whip out a damn sword in the middle of a professional setting.
So he wakes up one day and oh no half ghoul!!!! Honesly with how convoluted his backstory is and how many parents he has I wouldn't be surprised if he turned out to be a natural half ghoul lol. I feel like he'd wrestle with the eating people thing for a decent while but he'd probably adjust a lot quicker than Kaneki did. He starts threatening to eat the brb witnesses if they fuck around and the judge isn't gonna do shit bc why would he???
Ema: Our favourite woman in STEM!!!!! She'd probably join the CCG specifically so she can experiment on ghouls (me too girlie dw). Feel like she'd sooner or later get sick to death of the CCG attitudes and volunteer to help ghouls with things like healthcare out of spite and yknow what good for her.
If she ended up in Kaneki's situation she'd probably be more angry about not being able to eat snackoos any more but the fact that she now has a kagune she can experiment on. Unlike Polly who's being tugged along for the ride along the story, Ema is intentionally sitting her ass in the corner and having a good ass time with her new kagune and coffee addiction.
Tysm for this I appreciate that you don't know ace attorney so you submitting these things really warms my heart sm. I love you for this oomfie ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
As always feel free to send more :3

I just read your recent Au that you and @sythesizeher are talking about and im in love with the AU!
But i have many questions soo..
1. What is Barbatos’s role here? Im still gonna guess he’s still Diavolo’s assistant but what’s the story here?
2. Would it be right for me to assume that Solomon had started his friendship with Mephisto because of his connection to Diavolo’s dad but now with Diavolo’s dad dead, Mephisto is probably on the run due to the lawsuits?
3. Lucifer is a lawyer so Ace Attorney shenanigans? OH WAIT MAMMON CAN BE HIS ASSISTANT or we have could the brothers take turns being his assistants?
4. Wait does that mean Simeon is the prosecutor here? (Wait why the hell am i making this so ace attorney, this isnt the right AU)
5. Would it be interesting if Zhao is the Devildom king but because he’s too busy, he accidently neglected Ik like JTTA? Would be cool parallel to Diavolo..
6. Adding to question number 2, what role does the newspaper club have in this AU?
7. This isnt really a question but “Solomon trying to expose Diavolo for his dad’s crimes but ended up helping him make the public love him” kinda reminds me of Candace trying to expose her brothers thing from Phineas and Ferb
And that’s all for now because im way too tired and in need of sleep, hope you have a good day/night!
- 🐧 Anon
hoho okay here we go!!!
1. barbatos - in this au the equivalent of the chronodae are the 'believers'; barbatos is hired as diavolo's tutor, which is a cover for him being tasked with keeping him from finding out about all the demon stuff. barbatos ends up having second thoughts over the years, and he's the one who first clues diavolo into looking into his dad's weird cult stuff after he dies, and promises to assist him in making things right
2. solomon and mephisto - similarly to barbatos, mephisto was originally in on the whole thing, but (as in jtta) he got more of the dirty work - sourcing the things they'd need, covering up their tracks, so on. he's a lot more taken in by sonno's stuff than barbatos, and such he only starts having second thoughts towards the end of sonno's life before that though - solomon does notice that he seems very in on the company's inner dealings, even though mephisto doesn't seem to have any good business sense, so he does befriend him to try and get some secrets out. mephisto sees right through him, but he's sort of intrigued anyway, so they end up in a sort-of-friendship, with a lot of back n forth and song n dance once mephisto does get cold feet though, he confides in solomon very cryptically and vaguely, then just disappears - soon after this, sonno suddenly starts deteriorating and dies, because it turns out he's BAD at managing the demon stuff without an assistance. solomon assumes mephisto vanishing was him running away, like a coward (similar to how he assumes he was abandoned in jtta)
3/4. the lawyers- i'm not at all clued into the lawyer world, but afaik it's not generally a "this firm is for defence attorneys, and this firm is for prosecutors"? i think (especially since they're an independent and very new firm) lucifer's firm is doing business consultations and such, and they partner with diavolo's company as per his agreement with lucifer
i reckon lucifer and satan are the only ones who genuinely see law as their career path (which could be a source of the luci-satan conflict), the others see it more as something they're helping with while trying to figure out what they really want to do
the celestial law firm is like a family business, so the brothers grew up accepting they'd take that path - since they followed lucifer when he got kicked out though, now they have a lot more freedom (as for simeon, he really just wants to be a writer, but he's also very dedicated to the family business)
but i reckon there'd be at least one big dramatic trial against diavolo - potentially as the Big Turning Point that might reveal the secret of ik's nature - and simeon would be the prosecutor, and lucifer the defence! so we can still have ace attorney shenanigans in that respect
5. zhao - i find it so hard to imagine zhao as a genuine demon king, but maybe that's because i associate the role so much with sonno in jtta? i imagined that ik-the-demon is born from some past ik-the-human, and zhao is human-ik's father. maybe he turns up as a genuine ghost in the office building later on (which could make for big big drama, because ik doesn't remember her life as a human)
6. newspaper club - paranormal investigators! solomon joins forces with them at some point, but somehow never gets to meet their elusive fourth member, despite that fourth member being the main source of all their information
7. phineas and ferb - Yes

ace attorney au- for tgcf? or au where Meng Yao shows up at Lanling not on Jin Zixuan's birthday but (somehow) in the period where JZX is off at the Wen indoctrination camp?
I love both of these :D
And funny that you mention a tgcf ace attorney au because @vicucha and I recently came up with a three tumors lawyer au (sorta) so I am obviously keeping that!
Pei Ming is a Defense Attorney. Ling Wen handles all the paperwork/investigation for the firm. Shi Wudu keeps the firm afloat because of course he does. (he hasn't been arrested for murder yet, so it's fine!)
Okay but that part aside, TGCF already kind of plays out a bit like an ace attorney game with Xie Lian solving various cases that slowly come together to create a bigger case.
Pei Ming and the Three Tumors are the rival defense attorneys in this AU because I feel like we haven't really had that yet in AA
Jun Wu is the judge naturally
Mu Qing & Feng Xin are the prosecutor and the detective. MQ is channeling his best Miles Edgeworth energy - he is excited to be able to fight against Xie Lian in court, and definitely not friends with him or anything. Feng Xin exists to make Xie Lian's investigations easier and Mu Qing's harder :)
I just finished reading Ling Wen's revised backstory last night so I have the Hua Cheng's Butterfly Dream spell on the mind as this AU's supernatural gimmick. Hua Cheng is Gege's mysterious assistant who allows him to enter the suspects/witnesses' Mental Scapes and gather various clues
SQX is going to get accused of murder at one point, and this is a trap for Shi Wudu who will never allow his sibling to go to jail (it does not actually matter to him if SQX is guilty). This results in a rivals team up/compete situation as well though because Pei Ming is also not letting his friend's sibling go to jail (plus he refuses to believe SQX is a murderer. He's met SQX), but SQX wants Xie Lian to defend them. This whole case turns into a mess because SWD *will* admit to a murder he didn't commit if it gets SQX off the hook, and will also make the investigation painful for everyone and drive friend and foe alike insane (PM isn't even competing with XL after a point. He's commiserating.) (And naturally the real murderer is He Xuan who wanted SWD to take the fall for it. He's unsuccessful but SWD's not off the hook after this trial because there's obviously a reason HX targeted him. All the crimes come out!)
Incidentally, SQX is being accused of murdering Ming Yi. Who is their best friend. Except something something identity hijinks and plastic surgery. So that's fun :)

Hi there! I'm new to your blog, but I've seen a lot of people sending AU ideas to you, and I wanted to do that too!
I came up with an idea while talking with a friend, and ended up with...
The Omori Detective AU!!
Omori Detective AU is an idea that stemmed from a conversation about how Omori’s gameplay could be improved. Eventually, me and my friend landed on the idea of a possible detective game; In the same vein as Ace Attorney.
Instead of fighting enemies, you’d interrogate them. Asking questions, and getting answers.
The mechanics:
The central mechanic would be the interrogation.
Upon entering an interrogation session, you would be presented with several questions to ask, as opposed to skills and ways to attack.
Questions would change based on who is leading the party when interrogation begins.
Interrogation sessions would be presented in a visual novel format.
Instead of “Foe Facts,” you would instead have a “Answers Record;” a book containing every prominent NPC’s answers to your questions.
To aid in your search for Basil, Hero’s made a clue board! (Space will send you an example.) Attach photos, notes, and theories to this clue board, and string them all together. Who knows; Maybe you’ll reach a breakthrough and find Basil!
Speaking of Basil, you’ll find his camera at his house. Taking it, Omori can now take pictures of clues, and attach them to the Clue Board! Be mindful, though. The Clue Board only has so much space. Make those pictures count!
The horror stems from the fear of forgetting things, and right now me and a few friends have a discord rp of it going on! Just thought it was an interesting idea more people should know about :)
That's such a fun mechanic........ do you think that the camera would have different lenses that allow you to collect more detailed evidence? :0 I think it'd be interesting to collect some that can sort of detect secret messages,,,, ehe,,,,

Silly ace attorney au idea I had cause I went to go see strictly ballroom the musical earlier
—-
Miles is a ballroom dancer born and bred, he along with his sister Franziska they have won many championships and trophies since their debut into the world of ballroom
Miles wants more, wants to be free from the movement’s of ballroom he wants to dance his way
Franziska is against it at first along with her father (who trained them both) who wants him to continue being the perfect dancer
Enter Pheonix and his partner Dahlia, he’s relatively new to the ballroom scene unlike his partner.
They are supposedly both in love off and on the stage (as seen by pheonix’s love struck eyes)
He’s been inspired by miles this whole time and has actually no clue what he’s doing but agreed to dance with Dahlia as a way to bond with her but also maybe have a chance of seeing his crush
So that leads us to miles breaking rules and doing his own dance because he literally can’t be arsed hiding it anymore
Franziska ends up ditching him for someone else because she knows her father will hate her if she stays
Mia and Diego are partners and are pretty much pheonix’s mentors after dahlia gets up and leaves
Miles meets pheonix when he’s trying to get one move right but can’t, so he helps him.
They end up dancing together and miles is like “oh you have potential do you wanna be my partner”
They end up getting disqualified but dance their dance anyway
Mia and maya are his wingmen
Gumshoe is miles’s along with a reluctant franziska who just wants to dance with the pretty lady she sees with her brothers crush
Athena and Apollo are training along with ema and klavier
Yeah just an ace attorney ballroom dance au and yes this is my first contribution to the fandom I am not sorry

Ace Attorney: Indictment AU
I have quite a lot of notes about this AU, which I started brainstorming shortly after I finished my first playthrough of Turnabout Goodbyes in the first Ace Attorney game.
The original premise: Phoenix Wright gets injured and hospitalized, and Miles Edgeworth has to search for clues and prosecute the one responsible.
Setting: Sometime after Turnabout Goodbyes (canon divergent from that point onwards.)
The plot outline is here, in Google Docs form.  Because it got very long (probably too long for Tumblr) and my original intent was to write it out as prose, but that got away from me.  So for now I will simply present it as-is. <3

For the Stanley parable ace attorney crossover, does Stanley talk at all? If he does, does he have a British accent like the narrator? Or does the narrator do all of the talking? (I would think that would be hard, given that ace attorney is a visual novel style game where all the characters talk.)
The Narrator absolutely does almost all the verbal talking, at least in public - we support selectively mute Stanley on this blog! And when I say ‘we,’ I mean ‘me.’ I support it. Because it’s a good headcanon. Yes. In the rare instances where Stanley does speak out loud, it's probably only when he's alone with the Narrator. Also, Stanley has a Liverpool/Scouse accent. (Mute Stanley is also a very good headcanon, but you asked about accents and my brain went, ‘Oooo~ yes, let’s,’ so selective mutism it is for this AU!)
And I think in this AU I’m going to go with, ‘the Narrator can partially read Stanley’s mind, but also Stanley knows ASL and generally uses that when he’s purposefully talking.’ Because I like both those concepts, and these two are in my story now, so. >3 When they were first getting to know each other in the Parable, the Narrator tended to just skip straight to mind-reading more often than not, but by the time this AU rolls around he tends to only use it when, say, Stanley's hands are full or busy. Level one Respect for Basic Human Privacy unlocked and all that jazz.
This also turns out to be useful when they arrive in the AA world, because the Narrator’s powers he has in the Parable did not make the trip with him, so the mind-reading bit is out. Thank heavens they both know ASL, that would otherwise have been Bad. They still run into the occasional difficulty, because the Narrator’s not used to having to specifically look at Stanley to know what he’s saying and Stanley’s not used to the Narrator needing to do that either, or to things like dim or dark environments impeding the Narrator’s ability to see what he’s signing.
On the plus side, this situation gives the Narrator a chance to try using ASL a bit himself - he can understand what Stanley says with it, but there’s never been a reason for him to use it himself before, since Stanley couldn’t see him. He’s actually quite clumsy with it, too. This leads to the situation where the Narrator will (sometimes) translate for Stanley to other people who don’t know ASL, but if they meet someone who uses it to communicate and has a hearing impairment, Stanley has to translate what the Narrator’s saying (also assuming they can’t read lips).
Stanley’s actually a better translator than the Narrator - he’ll actually tell the person pretty much exactly what the Narrator’s saying. With the situations reversed you have to either figure out what Stanley said via context clues from the Narrator’s response, or keep an eye on how Stanley’s reacting to see how accurate the Narrator is being. Part of this is the Narrator being his gremlin self, part of this is that he’s just not used to interacting with anyone other than Stanley. Though one thing he always does do is introduce Stanley by both his English name and his ASL name sign. (Yes, Stanley and the Narrator both have name signs in this that Stanley chose. However, as I am not deaf, mute, or fluent in ASL and the culture surrounding name signs, I’m not going to specify what they are - gonna leave that to people with better qualifications.)
As for Stanley's mutism and the Narrator doing the majority of the verbal speaking... it causes some difficulty for communication, but no more than it would for a regular pair of people, one of whom communicates primarily through ASL and the other of whom handles the verbal communication.
What's much more difficult is that they're both in a wildly unfamiliar situation that neither of them are really equipped to handle - this is Stanley's first time out of the office in forever, and the Narrator's never been physically present with Stanley (has possibly never been physical at all) and also isn't used to making choices. Because, even if Stanley makes all the 'plot' relevant choices, the Narrator still has to interact with people, decide what he wants to eat or where to sit, and it's... a lot. For someone who's used to having his choices generally only matter if his protagonist agrees to follow his instructions.
Also, they’re in Japanafornia, America, which is just Weird, why is America like this, why are Americans like this, such strange people! (Do they constantly play the ‘confused foreigners’ card? Oh and how!)
Thanks for the ask!

Strange-ass Great Ace Attorney canon divergence AU that I’ve thought up one day that contains massive spoilers of the endgame and the lore, if you could call it that
Everything’s the same, except something or someone twists Karuma’s handle way earlier than canon—when nobody nearby knew (except for maybe Yujin or Sholmes) who a “Klimt Van Zieks” was. All they know is that he’s a serial killer who has decided to spill the beans and die to atone for his sins.
But if I remember correctly, Genshin’s name was there too, so maybe Ryunosuke would make the connection that this Genshin character is connected to Kazuma somehow. But depending on when Karuma was twisted open, Kazuma’s assumptions about his father’s death would be shattered, or Ryunosuke cannot ask him about this person since he’s not with him.
Perhaps the readers of the will are skeptical of Stronghart, and feel horrible towards the professor’s little brother who has no clue, but pretend that everything is all fine and dandy.
As if they didn’t read something that was read at the wrong time.
