I just wanna share how I spent my first rest day of the week. Well, my first rest day was actually not just a rest day. It is one of the days that I am having fun with my siblings. I play, sing, and dance with them.
TikTok is one of our favorite application in which we use whenever we are having fun. We spend our bonding using it where we really enjoy and have some fun.
Over all, my first rest day of the week is not totally a rest day like sleeping, it is a rest day with some activities that can make my body active.

We are getting all sheepish at the Bothy about this coming weekend, it’s Fibre Fest - Dornoch. I’m chuffed that Maureen Mackay has joined us at the Bothy. Maureen is a very special lady to me , she introduced me to encaustic art -I took an encaustic beeswax art workshop class run by Maureen and fell in love with the process. I went straight home and bought my own waxes. Maureen understands the importance of keeping your body and mind active , for your good health. Once a week, she runs a craft workshop at the Oversteps Care Home, Dornoch encouraging the residents to participate in different craft making classes.
