Nagisa is a HighSchool teacher, clearly not the best job, he's not paid well and the students are a real piece of work. He's seen as weak and nice many of them doesn't respect him. Until...

Until the prank streamer Akabane Karma does a live with his bestfriend as co-star.

Until the famous actress Akari Yukimura posts a story with Shiota-sensei next to her.

Until the young CEO Asano Gakushuu is waiting for him at the school door with his expensive car.

Until two government agents stopped in the middle of the street to talk to him as if they were good friends.

Until a rich gastronomic influencer Norita Yuuji is seen having lunch with him in a five stars restaurant.

Until many other famous, rich or important people seem to know him very well. And Shiota-sensei doesn't look like a breakable short and inoffensive teacher anymore. Every time he's asked, he says the same thing. "I knew them from Junior High." And it doesn't make sense, but he doesn't explain further than that. There's theories about him having link into some Yakuzas clans, or being the illegitimate child of some politician, or being an ex-celebrity under witness protection program who changed their apparence and name to start a new life here.

And the 10y anniversary of Korosensei death arrives and there's a huge ceremony, documentary about the moon, invitation on TV plateform of people being there, and more secrets about Kunigaoka getting revealed. Shiota-sensei's name and face appeared, along with all the others one closed to him.

Something else was supposed to accompany this post, but it’s taking longer than I thought. So, have this for now.

I’ve been listening to a lot of Missing 411 cases right now—well, forest/camping/cabin stories in general, and it had me thinking of Until Dawn. Then, I thought, what if I put the AC cast into a similar scenario . So, I did.  Yes, I make too many AUs, I know…

Premise: Karma invites his friends to his family’s winter cabin for a fun 1-week getaway. His brother, Gakushuu (because of course I’d make them brothers in this AU. Am I predictable? Yes), has somewhere he needs to be that’s closer to the cabin than their home (still pretty far, though), and he’s not on a tight schedule, so he decides to tag along for a couple of nights. There’s some stuff there that he needs to collect, too, so it works out. So while the group’s having fun and enjoying their time at the cabin, they’re unaware they’re being stalked by a cryptid. The fun doesn’t last for long.

I imagine they’d be in their late high school years or college. As such, I gave them their adult heights and I cut Nagisa’s hair.

I would have liked to add more people in, but that would’ve made such a big group. In fact, Nakamura wasn’t originally supposed to apart of this, but, well, I couldn’t resist adding her. Besides, the main cast of Until Dawn is 8 characters, 4 girls, 4 boys, so the addition was fitting.

I’ve only gotten a concept for this AU rather than anything substantial. I don’t know how much I’ll do with it or if I’ll even touch it after the next post. But I listen to these kinds of stories all the time, so there’s a good chance I’ll get into a mood sometimes.  I haven’t even decided if this takes place in Japan or Canada. I thought about switching it to Japan, as that might make more sense for them. I could switch the wendigo out for some sort of snow yokai—which one? I haven’t a clue. I’m not the most clued-in when it comes to most yokai.

But I think going with Canada is more…terrifying? First of all, Until Dawn introduced me to wendigos, and my God, they are frightening. I don’t believe in them—I don’t believe in supernatural cryptids in general—but I do believe that they are the scariest (As such, I find them the most fascinating and like consuming media about them).  Secondly, the group wouldn’t just be miles and miles away from their homes—they’d be in a whole other country that’s on a whole other continent. A cabin in the woods can already feel pretty isolated, but I think this just adds to that (Also, going on a trip to another country just sounds exciting. It might help set the mood for their trip before it gets dashed away. Also, the Asanos are rich—I can imagine them having oversea vacations spots. Oh, also—for some reason, this AU of all AUs made me think about Karma being referred to as an Asano. Like, he’d be called Asano/-san/-kun, and that’s…that’s a weird thought, haha).

(If I ever get to those parts) this AU would definitely include traumatic events and injuries, but I’m undecided if I’m gonna kill some of the group off. On one hand, ✨angst✨. On the other, I’d like them all to survive through this. There would definitely be a close call or two. For now, I’m leaning on the latter, but, well, we’ll see.

Sunday Ship, Gakushuu x Akari

This ship is so rare, I don't even know what their official name is, and GakuAka doesn't sound cute to me, so Gakushuu x Akari it is. I was requested to analyze this rare pair by @tuulikannel, and I have to say, it's quite the challenge. Still, I'll do my best because I like it.

To start, I feel like Akari is mostly into boys and that Gakushuu prefers boys but could be with a girl given certain circumstances. With that said, I could definitely see Gakushuu being with her later in life and it working out for the long term. Both of these characters prefer a casual distance in their relationship and if Akari pursues acting (which I assume she does) these two would make for the "ideal couple".

Here you have Akari, beautiful, intelligent, graceful, out being the awesome actress that she is, and Gakushuu, brilliant, focused, hard working, and not afraid to go above and beyond.

Depending on how Gakushuu develops, I can totally see him using Akari's status to heighten his own while also treating her like a queen because it 1. looks good for both of them and 2. would mean the world to her since I imagine he goes over the top with things. He'd pay for an extravagant wedding, luxurious vacations, only the finest of jewelry, and I think Akari would love every second of it.

Here's the kicker though, I don't see a lot of passion in their relationship. They would care for each other a great deal, but I don't think either of them would ever know each other on a deep level. Both of them are the type that needs someone else to punch through their cold exterior to get to know them. I think they would both be okay holding each other at arm's length though, a comfortable distance if you will, and respect each other's space.

I don't think they'd have children either. In my mind, Gakushuu wouldn't want them for his own reasons and I feel Akari would just go along with it. Gakushuu's is because he wouldn't want to be his dad and the best way to skip that is to simply not be a dad. For Akari, I think it's because she's used to her family being small and the pain of losing her sister was so great that she would be okay if Gakushuu just said "no kids" and then she'd just accept that because it's not something she'd fight hard for.

I also think this relationship is dangerous, in a way, because I don't think they'd ever separate but they also don't do anything to make each other better as people. They are there for companionship, and because of the distance they are both happy to keep, it would never get deep enough to really develop that passion, that desire that every relationship deserves to have. And in a way, that's sort of sad.

Because I can see Gakushuu being asexual, I don't think it'd be too much of a problem for him to be away from her a lot, but Akari may just keep it in and never say anything because at the same time, she has the "perfect relationship", why ruin it?

To wrap this up, I wanted to end with something a little more positive. While they have their pros and cons of being together, a pro I'd really love to see played out are their conversations. I think they'd be wildly entertaining.

An example: Gakushuu: Yeah, I snuck out once. Akari: I broke your dad's trophy case/laptop on my first day at Kunugigaoka like a bad ass. Gakushuu, wide eyed: That was you???

Another example: Akari: I almost got my ultimate revenge on my worst enemy, but then I realized I liked him as a teacher, so… Gakushuu: I DID get revenge on my worst enemy. Akari, confused: Who was that? Gakushuu smirks. Akari puts it together: You're the one that put your dad in jail??? (Reference, bismuth's fanfic.)

So in the end, I feel like they'd make for a great platonic relationship, but I'm not convinced they'd stay that way because of their potential as the "perfect couple", and if they go into romance, I don't think they'll ever come out of it. That's just my opinion though and I'm always open to other headcanons of these two because honestly, there's almost nothing on this pair since it's so rare. So let me know if you feel differently about them.

Gakushuu ain’t crying in front of anyone lmao, so you can instantly cross him out. Just kidding, but really both of them would rather die than cry. With each other in a close friendship though…probably Akari. She tries to say it was just crocodile tears afterwards bc she’s an actress and Gakushuu’s just like “mhm”

2. Who puts more thought into gifts? Who puts more money into gifts?

Akari puts thought AND money into gifts. Gakushuu just puts money. Haha ok he gives it some thought, and they’re not terrible gifts. They’re just oddly extravagant, like giving her the exact pearl necklace Audrey Hepburn wore or something.

8. Which one is the sappy friend who doesn’t hesitate to write sappy cards and things?

AKARI. She’ll say that shit out loud too, in front of his friends and fan girls. She does not care whatsoever, besides her goal of annoying him. And she’s successful. “Shuu~ I’m so glad you’re my friend. I wouldn’t trade you for the world! <3” “…You would trade me for a pudding cup.”

9. Which one says “I love you” first? (Platonic “I love you”s are important to me)

I could see Gakushuu saying it first. They get into an argument about something stupid, but it’s a big deal in the moment. And he just blurts “God you’re lucky I love you, because you’re literally crazy!” And then Akari exe stops working for a moment. “Aww I love you too. But what was that about me being crazy?!”
