it just makes sense. faes circulate their power around nature, as stated in the game. but in general, faes and nature work as one since faes are born from nature itself. maleficent controls nature — that's what made her strong hence that's why malleus is indeed one of the strongest mages in twisted wonderland.

so, in glorious masquerade, the reason why malleus felt "weak" it's because he couldn't control nature (the flowers). it's going against him. however, that doesn't mean he couldn't control something else. no doubt, mal can control the skies (thunder), water, and fire. that's why he can control his own blot because his supply IS nature. in comparison to human mages where their vessel is their own body (where it can overflow). mal's vessel is NATURE. and there's so much around him. it's, quite literally, the whole space around him.

that's why he can't lose control over overblot. what's making him lose control is his own mindset and emotions. nature is stable, but the one controlling nature is not. that's how powerful malleus is.

This is really tough to answer, I've written so much and took so many screenshots, and they are all dear to my heart. But if I had to choose, I'll say: this screenshot (because I still have it as my phone's wallpaper)!

And as for my writing, hmm...

I don't know if it's my favorite, but it's certainly one I keep re-reading more often than others: Lessons in Love-Making (because the twist at the end worked out perfectly imo)

Another "one" that's very dear to my heart because it's been among the first smut stories I've written is: A Night in the Undercroft (AO3 link, here's the tumblr one.) It was also the first short story featuring my HL MC Nebbia DeLuca.

As for a non-smut one, I really enjoyed dipping my toes into the angst theme with News travels fast in Hogwarts (makes me appreciate Sebastian's darker characteristics more - and possessive/jealous/angsty Seb pinning mc to a wall will always be one of my favorite things to write!).

But I gotta say, making an account on tumblr and creating this very blog and filling it with stories and pictures has been an absolute adventure (not always a good one, but most of the time I am very happy I made the daunting step to share my works with the world!)!

Thank you again for making me think about what I have already achieved here! I wrote 38 smut oneshots (I just counted holy shit!), a handful of longer fics (even if those take me longer to continue), some sfw works, too, and a couple of headcanons, so, that is all crazy to think about... and it hasn't even been one year for me here (and I'm still creating more!).

So give me this one moment of self-love and let me admit: I am quite proud of all of this! I truly am! And I thank you and everyone reading or following or looking at my stuff for joining me on this wild ride! Without you all, I wouldn't have continued on this journey, I am sure.

Unironic Gostoc Gushing (with some F/O thoughts)

Gostoc has a sort of Pathetic Rat Man Charm™ that I simply can't resist.

He looks like an old used rag someone left in the rain. I bet he's full of worms & fleeces.

I want to give him some onion, cheese and crouton soup. I want to run a bubbly bath for him, with nice scenting candles.

I want to massage his scalp & brush his hair. I want to put moisturizer on his face and then roll him in a warm, soft blanket. & I want to kiss his cheeks.

He'd probably try to bite me before realizing that hey, free yummy soup & warm, and being pampered is actually rather nice...

He'd probably play along & then would try to steal my wallet later.

Look at him. Utterly Pathetic and Miserable. This is the look of a man that is done with all of Godrick's shit and just wants to eat soup & be left alone... but alas, he still has to grovel & pretend that he gives a shit because he's too weak to do otherwise.

He can't survive on his own and Godrick is a bad boss - father ? Elden Ring had him being Godrick's bastard and I DO see the similarities. I just want to...

Scoop him up and take him with me. I wish we could have Gostoc as a companion / consort. There would be a quest to give him a cool prosthesis - maybe its design would be based on Malenia's arm ? You could send him to loot corpse & stuff while you're resting at a site of Grace, and there would be a level-up system (leveling up his looting also makes him more friendly to the player)

I'd be Elden Lord and he'd be my little chaotic gremlin. He'd be safe and protected with me, andspoiled rotten too. He'd go power-drunk while not realizing that he has no actual power - people are just humoring him.

(also no one attacks him because they know harming him would unleash the Elden Lord's Wrath upon them)
