24 - Unpopular Opinion

I said in this ask that one of my favorite arcs of all time is the Synchro arc, which kinda bleeds into this question.

I don't think the Synchro arc is as bad as the fandom makes it out to be.

It's where a lot of my problems start to pop up about the show sure, but it's such a necessary arc for so many characters. There are few episodes you can take out that wouldn't greatly impact something about the plot, especially once you hit the Friendship Cup.

And honestly? I don't think it's that badly paced either. It's certainly a long arc, but it never felt like it was wasting my time, y'know?

9 - Favorite Minor Character

I have two answers for this! One is slightly generic and predictable and one very much isn't

I love Masumi. She's interesting and driven and could've gone so much further. I'm one of those people that think it could've been interesting if she was a Lancer, and I really enjoyed her rivalry with Yuzu, and the fact that Masumi motivated her to be better

Also her dynamic with Hokuto and Yaiba was really funny

As for the less expected answer, it's another one of Yuzu's rivals! Mikiyo Naname!!

She appears for like a total of three episodes but I really like her design, I adore designs that look butterfly/fairy-like and she certainly has that!

8 - Favorite Antagonist/Villain

Ohhh this is easy, I really like Yuri.

He isn't nearly as developed as some other antagonists, and had a completely off screen redemption, but he was an absolute treat every time he was on screen

Also, I'm always drawn to characters with a lot of potential, and he certainly has it. I like creating my own stories revolving around random scenarios and dynamics hehe

I also really enjoy his design!! Even if he's wearing an onsie.

Hi. Yeah. It’s been a while.

I’m pretty sure that most of my followers on this blog aren’t around anymore and for now I’m not really planning to bring this one back even though it’s my main. It pretty much shows my development over the past ten years and sides I’m not too proud of, but we’ll see what I end up using again.

For the K-pop side you can follow mins-ngie, I’ll try to keep it separate. Maybe.

Things are confusing and I still hope that Twitter survives this idiot, because as a news source it’s not really replacable. But for now, welcome on here 💗

Inspired by old clipart styles!! Trying to fiddle around with brushes and such, I think this one looks pretty cool :]

Some outfit exploration for my OC Chime, a Tibetan nomad! She's the best lil guy for me to play around with the concept of lengthy braids that can be wrapped around your neck. Technically a women's chuba (Tibetan robe) goes down to one's feet, but Chime only has access to the one from her childhood, so it's easily mistaken as men's :D (oh, and the gas mask? don't worry about it<3

i feel like i see ppl mischaracterise mariana a lot too but then i also don’t feel like i know his character well enough to articulate in what way lol

like i read. a lot of slimeriana fics. and in some of them his behaviour just feels ? off ? from what i expect it to be but idk how LOL

#.txt #there’s easier to spot things like uuh #having him speak Too clearly in english/speak english too much #like his english is better than he thinks it is but he’s also not super confident with it #so he stumbles over words or repeats himself a lot #or will just get frustrated and switch back to spanish #i think that’s just me and my Speech Patterns Are Like 75% Of Accurate Characterisation thing #like if u can read something in a characters voice and it doesn’t sound weird ur doing a good job
