Scrolling in the Ra's al Ghul tag is a jumpscare that you were expecting but still got jumpscared.

i personally think there was no need to make remarks about age

#BG3 Musing #Halsin Posting #he giggles! i cannot describe that laugh as anything less than a giggle or more than a chuckle #i am such a sucker for characters who exist in divides of assumption #you think oh this giant man must have a big boisterous laugh (and like maybe he does) but no! it's a delicate little thing #you think this guy who a moment ago as a bear was growling and snarling and demanding blood be shed is a beast #that enjoys the activity - but the first thing he says to you is to pardon his mess #like i live for that appearances are deceiving cliche i don't care how many times i see it #and i love those little reminders that halsin is - in fact - elven - he is a fae creature #even if he doesn't look like a stereotypical elf he still exhibits elven traits and it's delightful #but also halsin needs to be protected - that is the giggle of a little boy coming from the chest of a middle aged man #also also you ever think part of the reason he's more soft spoken was to avoid scaring people because he's been told that he's a bit scary #so he taught himself to reign it in to avoid being stereotyped because like...that's sad

trying KT tape for binding for the first time and im gonna be real this is the most dysphoric ive felt in months

ngl i kinda wish they left a little bit more obvious to the GA that maybe will's feelings might be reciprocated, less subtext and a little bit more actual text. mike is so hated by the public, if you're not on the byler side of things analyzing his behavior and you just take the show at face value he really became a terrible character out of nowhere.

before becoming a full byler truther i had turned into a mike hater after s3&4. i legitimately couldn't understand why he started acting like a jerk to will after spending seasons 1&2 literally doing everything he could to save his life and keep him safe. even though i considered myself a stranger things fan i was not really involved in the fandom space that much.. i'm only here now because after thinking a little bit more about it i was able to see past mike's lies and his weird defensive behavior with will. and that made me go "wait.." but that's not how the straight GA watches this show at all.

and listen i know they are doing it this way so that we get the payoff once it shifts to mike pov in s5. it just gets tiring really fast to be seen as crazy and delusional for analyzing the show and getting homophobic remarks thrown at my face for simply having a ship and believing it could become canon.

if for some stupid reason money laundering is endgame and byler was queerbait i don't think i'll ever be able to look back fondly at stranger things. i'll only remember the absolute shit show we had to go through and how they built up a terrible straight relationship by feeding off of a gay character. and while i don't believe that is what is happening, it still irks me that we have to be treated like this 🤷‍♀️

i've determined i will probs never play minecraft again bc the sheer amount of content, while amazing, also is overwhelming to the highest degree but gameplay videos are highly enjoyable. also since finding creativerse it just hits better and terraria is like my happy (moddable) medium.
