Orchid: favourite fruit? — yknow i hated them for so long but raspberries are up there now i think. i really like apricots as well, and pears are my favourite only if they're like. the perfect texture.

Carnation: Does true love Exist? — Truelove is a conceptual failure of the human mind, what does it even mean, really? one person who will love you forever? believing in that carnation would force other beliefs, bring up the question of free will, destiny, consent om either side to be that. i believe that love is free and love is true as long as you can feel it, love is so particulate you can't see it in your ear until you see it in theirs, its not special and it it is. so yes and no ^^

Be sure to check your pinecones for pinecone sprites, and your chimneys, fireplaces and stovetops for soot wyrms!

Pinecone sprites, as their names suggest, are only found in pinecones. These ghostly lil' creatures are mostly dormant throughout the year, and only emerge from their pinecone shelters during autumn and winter.

Soot wyrms are curious lil' critters which are commonly found in households, although you'll rarely see them apart from the tiny trails of soot they leave behind. They live in small groups and can be lured out with tiny pieces of coal, which they love snacking on. 🎄💖🎄

been picking at the design of the vvyrms again. they're "dragons" that formerly inhabited the earth before natural disaster forced the whole species (all 1000 individuals) to flee to space and end up in the interstellar equivalent of a neglected, due-to-be-demolished housing project. A lot of their anatomy is sort of arbitrary and nonfunctional in universe for... reasons

Cooking dinner (in my friend’s kitchen) (kitchen very narrow) attempting to get a pot out (pots stacked) instead knocked over massive bottle of vegetable oil (such a large bottle) (why so much oil) and it opened onto my foot (wearing thick sock (it’s cold inside) ) and my foot (and sock) was utterly sodden in oil (sopping oil sock) misery and agony (had to soap my feet off) (friend helped) (friend was like Jesus) but in the end (felt like some kind of pilgrim) (being ritually cleansed) I was cleaned and made a good dinner (chicken and mushrooms with balsamic honey sauce and rice) (my ‘easy meal’) so overall we win these (I’ve never lost)
