help i saw someone put loveless on a list of queer contemporary romance books (and they labeled it only as ace) and i was like haha, loveless is like by definition not a romance and they’re getting defensive and reinforcing that it is??? what are you talking about?

Today was so rough and frustrating that as soon as I got home I popped open a wine cooler for the first time in months (for the record I don’t usually drink on my own but today was an exception)
Now the edge is gone and it’s time for a nap before I continue on some projects

I accidentally told a friend about TheThingsThatGoOnInMyHead™️ and then he told his little brother a few weeks ago (which was kinda rude actually because that’s not for offline public ears) and anyway my friend FaceTimed his little brother today and then he saw me and asked, and I quote: “are you the cannibalism lady?” And I simply did not know how to respond to that except for maniacal laughter and I think I just made it worse. I just really don’t like having anything going on over here be anyone’s first impression of my real life self.

Hey look, this is coming from someone who’s confused and wants your opinion, so I’m sorry if this comes off rudely to you (I truely don’t intend it too)
Why do you support Snape even if he did what he did in the books? He’s a thirty year old man who made the boy who has flashbacks to his parents being tortured to the point where he didn’t recognise him, Snape made himself, Neville’s worst fear and we see proof of this is Prisoner of Azkaban. Yet that’s ok because Snape was bullied as a kid???
I just don’t understand and would greatly appreciate the reasoning. Again im sorry if this came off rude
i—think u might have sent this to the wrong person, anon?
i mean, i don’t like this word support (bc this is a fictional character) but i don’t really like snape, no. i’ve grown a bit to the point i’m not exactly anti-snape like i used to be, but i’m also not a fan of him so uh, yeah, no justifications here.
that being said—i will make a case for snape fans here in that sometimes u like characters not because they’re good or righteous or just, but because they’re interesting. or hot. or tragic. anything that evokes a serious emotion in u is fair game imo. it’s like, i can admit james was an asshole (and only now lol; a few years ago i refused to even acknowledge it) but still super like him, yeah? there’s also the fact that so many people might relate to snape for a number of reasons, and that makes them so,,,snape love-y yknwim?
