AU in which a series of canon divergences lead to Arthur surviving the mortal wound inflicted him by Mordred at Camlann and, with the help of Merlin who then becomes his Prince Consort, bringing the golden age foretold by the prophecies.

Arthur Pendragon, king of Camelot and High King of Albion. He successfully reunited the lands as the prophecies said, and also brought back magic. Few years after the victory of Camlann he married Merlin, who has become prince consort and second ruler of the kingdom. But, since unfortunately Merlin might be many things, but a woman with a womb he's not, Arthur (with Merlin) had to find a way to conceive a heir while being married to a man. Cue in Mithian, crown princess of Nemeth, equally saddled with the duty to give the throne a heir but uninterested in finding a husband trustful enough to sit at her side without potentially become a danger to her right to the throne. Together, the three of them reach an agreement that satisfies them all and they've been tight-close since. Their peculiar settlement initially was met with confusion and diffidence, but Mithian earned herself the thrust of everyone, and eventually the title of Queen of Camelot, third in line after Merlin. Peter is the first born of this union and rightful heir to the throne of Camelot. He's a talented swordsman but he suffered through all his teen years because of the never-ending comparisons with his warrior father who is on another fighting level. With age he learned to accept that he'll never be a war king and nobody ever asked him to become one either. He isn't his father, his name isn't part of legends or prophecies; he wasn't born to unite Albion but to keep it united once the Age of the Once and Future King sees its dawn. He will be a good and fair king for the peaceful times of the golden age, and his duty will be to make sure all his father - and his father's husband - sacrifices won't be wasted, that what they built is preserved. Susan was conceived because Mithian wanted both a heir for her to entrust Nemeth and a daughter. She's stubborn and strong but also capable of great empathy and kindness, as her mother and the Pendragon women (when they not meet High Priestesses who manipulate them). She's a formidable archer. Handsome Caspian, the son of Gwaine and Lady Vivian, is courting her and she welcomes this game, but Susan is enjoying too much her freedom to settle for a marriage and a family of her own. She has time though. Aithusa is the cute, small thing of the family, although she's actually the oldest of the new Pendragon generation - not counting the centuries spent in the egg that make her older than the castle of Camelot itself. As per usual with the dragon race, Aithusa's growth is stunned by her remaining with her parents. Only by being left on their own to tend to themselves, a dragonling is forced to grow. Thus, despite she was hatched on the dawn of the golden age, before Arthur married Mithian, she's still a dragonling that can fit Arthur's shoulders - her second favorite spot after the sling she made Arthur wear for years under his shirt. She learned the human language and can talk with her half-dragon impaired siblings Peter and Susan, but her speech pattern still needs some work. She doesn't care though. She's not so eager to leave the nest.

Aithusa, (officially the ward of the king, unofficially considered by anyone in the court his scales-covered, flame-breathing daughter) is actually the eldest, since she was the first to come to the family. So yes, she's the older sibling. Make of this knowledge what you want. She also is firm that Arthur is a dragon, just one kind that looks like humans. But he's totally dragon. And if he doesn't breath fire or doesn't understand the dragon language, is all Uther's fault who didn't teach him his dragon gifts. Since Arthur is clearly a dragon, while Mithian sadly isn't, Peter and Susan are to her half-dragons. She still claims that it's because of the half human blood in their veins that they are impaired and don't have any dragon skill.

There's a fanfic for Aithusa as the (still only) daughter of the royal husbands during Father's Day, if you're interested.

When the time comes, and Arthur retires to Avalon to sleep, Peter will ascend as new king of Camelot, whose court will be moved to the renovated Castle of the Old Kings (or a new castle - still have to decide on this). Susan will succeed to Mithian on the throne of Nemeth. Aithusa will inherit the nest itself, the castle of Camelot, to own and protect until Merlin will be ready to make use of it.

I decided that Caspian would be Gwaine's (and Vivian's) son out of looks alone, and out of a (wrong) belief that he was meant to be Susan's love in Narnia. I never watched the second movie, and by the time I finally read the books, I didn't want to change it. For the same reason, I don't have a woman for Peter. A potential daughter of Gwen and Lancelot wouldn't be bad, but not necessary. (The AU idea ends with Arthur's travel to Avalon for his sleep and a mention of Peter moving the court to another castle, to then a time skip focusing on Merlin, so I didn't really focus on Peter's or Susan's life.)

While I'm writing this I wondered if Merlin wouldn't want to have a child so to kickstart the dragonlords kind (although, unless Magic changes its rules, the child would never inherit the dragonlord powers, since Merlin doesn't die). It never occurred to me before. I'm not sure he'd feel like having children, if he already knew that he would be immortal and he would then be forced to see his children grow old and frail and then die. But who knows. He could have one or more with Mithian, especially once Arthur is gone to Avalon. In case, Edward Pensive is there for the picking. Also Lucy.

About the AU When Lancelot is sent sent back to the world of the livings after he sacrificed himself to close the Veil, Gwen realizes that, between the two boys she loves, a relationship with a knight of humble origins has better chances than the one with a king that comes with a throne and a heavy kingdom, and so she picks Lancelot over Arthur. Arthur, who has given his blessing to the couple, doesn't find the time nor interest to find himself a wife and he's still a golden bachelor by the time Camlann happens. Merlin manages to save him and they eventually acknowledge their feelings. The Court backs Arthur's wish to marry a male servant on the premise that Arthur will pick a woman to give the kingdom a heir. And here comes Mithian, who might be more interested in women, so Camelot and Nemeth can make an agreement that will make both households happy. Since Mithian is wonderful, and fondness between her and the Royal Couple of Camelot grows, she's eventually given the title of Queen of Camelot, third in line after the King and the Prince Consort. Arthur and Mithian will have two children, the first born a male who will inherit Camelot and the second a daughter that will inherit Nemeth.

Tec stuffs (aka Behind The Manip) Both a challenge and a nightmare. The original picture is four people. I needed five. Now, onto the specific characters - in order of making. Mithian, who had to be moved to make space for Merlin, was surprisingly easy to make. I wished to delete the lions on the dress, and replace them with either the Pendragon dragon or the Nemeth bull, but it was too much even for me, so I gave up. Removing them altogether felt odd - the dress is black with little movement, and without the lions it felt just one blotch of black. Susan. I'm not satisfied. The actress picture was perfect in pose but it has something in colors/lights that makes it stand out and look a bit more fake. Whatever. Peter. It took me a while to find the picture that would fit the body. Initially I kept the original body's curly hair, for I didn't feel like William Moseley's hairstyle would acceptable in a Medieval setting. But then I changed my mind, and remade it. He might be a bit too stocky for my liking but the body is that and making him less bulkier is out of option. On the chest the costume featured a cross: I erased it to be replaced it with the Pendragon dragon in the same style. Quite proud of how that turned out. Can't say the same for the sword. Yes, Arthur's son has a name sword which is coincidentally the sword of Peter Pensive. But the change was a given. Merlin was one challenge. I planned to use another body for his (the same king from Vikings but with another costume) but the picture just didn't work out. The one I chose... featured the man from the knees above. Which meant reconstruction for legs (which meant stealing the legs from Arthur's base - coincidentally it's always the same character!)... and the cloak. That was the true challenge! Also. I like how it turned out, but it just irks me that Colin doesn't look in the camera. But that picture was perfect and the result is fine. It did take me some tinkering to place the circlet but all in all I'm satisfied in how prince Merlin turned out. Bonus point for my headcanon marriage ring that didn't look good (the manip is too small for decent rings renderings), but I managed to add another from a jewelry maker that does rings in a style very similar to Ygraine's canon ring. Be sure to visit their Etsy and die. Ygraine's sigil, that replace the medallion the original body was wearing, is a given as well. Too bad we don't have a decent prop pic of it. Now. Arthur. Bloody Arthur. Tinkering with the original body to change colors from blue to red was funny. The rest NOT. Replacing the original sword with Excalibur, which was mandatory, gave a mild result. Ygraine's ring is there but, given the small size, isn't looking good enough. And those were the easy things! Because then it came the time to place bearded Bradley. Now. We do have few nice bearded Bradley pics, courtesy of the man himself, but they were mostly too small to work with in this manip - and/or in poses that wouldn't fit the body. You might say: there's Vikings: Valhalla. No, my friend. I downloaded ALL the screencaps available and very few worked, and - given the costume the character wears, there was never a inch of Bradley's bearded neck. In the end I worked with one of the pics Bradley released on Instagram. A pic with a black background in which bear and hair blended in. And an hard shadow on the right side of the face. A nightmare to cut, a nightmare to fix. And then the crown. The crown comes from The Hollow Crown. It looks similar but it isn't the same refurbished prop (different decorations, slightly different proportions of the fleur-de-lis). Years ago, when I saw the pics, I decided this would be older!Arthur's crown, for it's more regal with its fake gems and golden coating. There wasn't a pic with the proper perspective, so I had to tweak it a bit. It doesn't look awful, mind me, but I feel something's off with how it's placed on Bradley's head. I can't tell what, though - I used one of Arthur's coronation pics as reference while working, but still I can't fix what's wrong. In hindsight I wonder if I should've used a crowned Arthur pic with the original crown and be done with it. And then Aithusa. We literally have two pics of her, unless you want to work with night/dark screencaps. I knew where I wanted to have her, no idea how to. Still not happy. Does she looks fake? Yes. But at this time I just gave up. Whatever. (Besides, the other options didn't work. Her standing promo pic at Arthur's feet? Her fore legs are in a different perspective. Her standing promo pic on Arthur's shoulders? There was enough space, her head would be cut out from the picture and there was no way to extend the base pic by 50px, that specific background is a bitch to work with).

Medieval 141 AU Ideas

This is a huge work in progress but here's the ideas I have for this so far! Feel free to send me an ask if you have any thoughts or ideas of your own :D

I made a tag for this AU so it's easier to follow everything

In general, there's some sort of war brewing (with who? No idea) because you can't have a Medieval knight AU without some sort of impending doom. Ghost and Soap start as enemies and eventually fall in love

Soap: Head Knight (aka Captain) of the King’s Guard, the youngest knight ever to hold the position. Dreamed of being a knight as a child. He lives in the castle with the rest of the Guard and hangs out with Roach and Gaz when he can, which is less and less now with the war approaching. His horse Brèagha ("Beautiful") absolutely gets way too many carrots and sugar cubes from him

Ghost: Infamous mercenary with a long list of kills. He was paid to assassinate Soap to cripple Price's operation and kickstart the war but Soap's charm wins him over instead. I don't know what his horse is named but it's either something endearing (like "Sweetheart") or incredibly stupid (like "Sir-Bites-A-Lot-Explosion-Murder"). Totally falls in love with Soap first but is too chicken to say anything about it so he just follows Soap and the other knights around like a lost puppy

Price: King of... whatever the kingdom is called (either England or a made up country). Always busy, always tired. Loves his crazy found family of knights and killers and academics. Adopted Gaz when he was a boy

Gaz: Price's adopted son and heir to the throne. Enjoys running drills with Soap and Roach more than sitting for his history lessons. Best friends with Roach because they pretty much grew up together

Laswell: An advisor in the King's Court, like a Prime Minister-level person who works alongside Price. Super well respected and loved by the people because she's awesome :D

Roach: Another knight in Price's Guard. Mute, communicates with sign language. Has been Gaz's personal knight (and best friend) since forever. Orphan vibes

König: A knight from another kingdom sent to Price as a sort of exchange/show of good will. Was an executioner in the past (sniper's hood -> executioner's hood) because he was tall/strong enough to physically subdue the prisoners. Carries around an axe instead of a sword

Alejandro: ??

Rudy: ??

Graves: Either a knight in Price's Guard or an advisor in his Court that betrays them for the enemy kingdom

Shepherd: King of the other kingdom they're at war with

Fate/AU Grand Order Part 1: Story Differences

Singularity F to 5 are all but the same. The slight few changes is small and not significant. 

Camelot Singularity is the first major change. The Lion King is Lalter [Artoria Lancer Alter]. She is one of the antagonists in Part 1 up until Camelot. Her first appearance is a younger version of herself [Salter/ Saber Alter] in Singularity F. She later appears at the very end of the London Singularity, very briefly, but its enough of a fight to give Chaldea an idea that she’s a dangerous person. When Chaldea reaches Camelot, the story plays out the same; this singularity’s  Bedivere is sent on a quest to return Excalibur back to Lalter after failing to give it back to the Lady of the Lake. The Knights of the Round table seen in this singularity are just illusions and not servants. Rhongomyniad, the Holy Lance, is corrupted by Lalter, and in turn, produces illusions of the knights. The servant versions are already summoned to Chaldea outside of a few; these few being Percival and Gareth. When Chaldea comes across them in Camelot, they discover the two are servants, and were summoned to the singularity to stop their King’s onslaught. Story-wise, they are the replacement to Lancelot, in which they have a base-camp for survivors and help Chaldea in taking down Lalter. By the end of Camelot, Lalter is defeated upon receiving Excalibur from Bedivere. This singularity’s Bedivere shortly dies afterwards. 

Babylonia is also different. This is the first singularity where Goetia makes a much more prominent appearance. By the time Chaldea arrives to Babylonia, King Gilgamesh has gone missing and Uruk is in shambles. Kingu does not exist in my AU, Enkidu actually helps Chaldea out. He’s a servant however, but was summoned because of Gilgamesh’s disappearance. The Three Goddess Alliance [Gorgon, Quetz, Eresh] is different in that they were summoned to be anti-heroes, as Tiamat has already made her appearance and is trying to take over Uruk. The servants Gilgamesh summoned before Chaldea arrived are still there, but much of them had already perished trying to fight Tiamat. Those that remain are Ushiwakamaru, Benki, Merlin, and Leonidas. Goetia makes his appearance shortly after Chaldea’s arrival, proclaiming that he had taken Gilgamesh hostage. This is a lie however, because nobody can kidnap the King of Heroes. After a few fights and Goetia fleeing the Singularity, Gilgamesh does return, but he’s mortally wounded. The rest of Babylonia plays out in a similar fashion to canon, in that Gilgamesh goes to the Underworld in which they meet Eresh, and from there, its convincing the Goddess Alliance to join Chaldea’s side to take down Tiamat. Upon Tiamat’s defeat, Goetia gets intimidated by Chaldea.

A side note; Rin Tohsaka [Gudas mother] also joins the Gudas as her experience as a Mage would be of great use to Chaldea. She is contracted to Archer Emiya but also fused to the Goddess Ishtar. This is because her own magical energy was dwindling, so she fused to Ishtar in an almost similar fashion to Mash.

Epic of Remnant chapters all play out the same, but also slightly different. [Especially Agartha] Goetia get’s intimidated by Chaldea because of Tiamat’s defeat. If they can bring down a Beast, then the implications of the Demon Pillar’s 3000 year old plan could possibly be stopped as well. Goetia orders Demon Pillar Baal to distract Chaldea and possibly set them back once and for all. I’ll go deeper on these chapters later on as their still a Work in Progress as far as story. 

Solomon Singularity in the final chapter. It plays out the same as canon with the added bonus of it being the final battle against the Grail as well as Goetia. Upon it’s closure, Grand Order is restored, and the world is at peace...

The "pendragon|orkney" family does exist (as in mom(igraine)(she's alive), dad(uther)(he left them), morgan and lot, and nephews and nieces (morgan lost a bet to 5 year old arturia and had to name her kids after the knights) and more arthuriana characters are scattered around too, but they dont have an importance to the HGW part of the AU, with the exception of a few

They still call her Arturia (TECHNICALLY they call her Arthuria, because i love that name and no one will take it from me) because the few years that Uther was with them, he called Arturia "Arthur" because he wanted a boy and he couldnt cope (theres the History repeats itself motif and also misogynistic men like that still exist), so Morgan used Arthur*ia* as a nickname, and it stuck

This is where i will confess that im thinking of using a different name for Arturia, i already Kinda do in my notes. As in legal name (thinking of Aurlyn, which is similar but different enough). I would be doing the same with some of the Orkney siblings whose names would not be as common in the modern world or too obvious a reference, while still being named after the knights (Gareth would stay as Gareth cuz thats literally still a mormal name people use, but a name like Agravain or Mordred arent as common, ig. Or Gawain. And Gaheris. Actually only Gareth has a mormal fcking name)

ALSO mordred is Morgan and Lot's kid in this. No weird cloning in my modern AU. Genetics from the pendragon hit hard tho, they still look like Arturia

Arturia's family has little to no mage relation currently, but they still have mage blood and sht

Also Merlin manipulated Morgan(modern) using her literal dreams, into freeing him from Avalon and he used to that hang out with little kid Arturia at the park (everyone hates him/chases him away)

The reason why Cath Palug is there is because this AU follows the F/SN timeline, which is a timeline in which Chaldeas never formed. Therefore, Fou never learned to love people, teehee. He only learned to hate Merlin and King Arthur (?)

Also theres a modern Guinevere, tho her name is literally just Gwen, and Arturia and her met during high school Time but they werent Actually classmates (think like, tournaments or trips to other school/places). I called her "arturia's high school crush" in the tags of a previous ask but they are still friends and talk a lot

Elle est petite. Terriblement petite, effroyablement petite. Il a peur que d'une seconde à l'autre, le vent l'emporte et l'avale dans les tréfonds de son œil de cyclone, loin, extrêmement loin de lui. Ses cheveux sont les mêmes que les siens. Leurs racines sont blondes vénitiennes, s'éclaircissant jusqu'à être presque blanches au niveau des pointes. Ses deux yeux bleus sont comme des morceaux du ciel, qu'elle semble avoir arraché pour en récolter une part dans son petit corps. Ils sont espiègles, avec cette légère lumière au fond, qui brille de malice. Elle est sagement assise sur les genoux de sa mère, un album entre les mains. Son regard est concentré sur les dessins qui bougent, elle ne le remarque pas.     Elle a ses pommettes plates et ses lèvres pâles. Son nez est celui de sa mère, droit mais légèrement retroussé, ce qui change beaucoup du nez aristocratique qu'il a. Ses cheveux ont été tressés, et une multitude de nattes minuscules entourent son visage d'ange. Il sent des frissons remonter le long de son échine, quand il voit qu'elle se mord la lèvre inférieure en lisant. Il a le même tic lorsqu'il est intensément concentré sur une tâche, et elle fait pareil, avec son album pour enfants.      Que faire ? S'approcher d'elle, et lui dire de but en blanc qui il est ? Comment pourrait-il seulement le faire ? Il est un Serpentard, par le caleçon de Merlin, pas un de ces intrépides Gryffondor ! Il prône le calme, la réflexion, la raison. Même lorsqu'il exécutait ses blagues avec sa jumelle, il mettait préalablement un plan au point, en veillant à avoir des replis de secours, si jamais un imprévu survenait ! Il est incapable de lui balancer comme ça qu'il est son père, qu'il n'a pris connaissance de son existence que depuis deux jours, que sa mère a gardé le secret de sa grossesse à cause d'une stupide rupture d'adolescents ! Il ne peut pas, tout simplement !     Ses paupières se closent alors que ses pensées s'acheminent. Il ne peut pas l'abandonner, pas après avoir été mis au courant. Il est un blagueur, un poison, un emmerdeur, un salaud. Il est le mal, parfois, il en a conscience, il le clame haut et fort. Il est énormément de choses, pas toujours très jolies, très souvent embêtantes. Il est lui, Headley Archer, mais il n'est pas un traître. Alors, il rouvre ses yeux emplis de ténèbres, et les braque sur celle qu'il ne connaît que depuis deux jours.       Et il la revoit, mais à chaque fois que ses iris observent méticuleusement chacun de ses traits, il a l'impression de la rencontrer pour la première fois. Encore et encore, sans arrêt. Damaris, et ses cheveux tressés, son visage d'ange, sa lèvre mordillée et ses petites mains qui tiennent l'album trop grand pour elle. Damaris, cette petite qu'il a peur de voir s'envoler dans les airs, prise et emportée par les cieux qui la veulent, loin, trop loin de lui. Damaris, cette fille qu'il n'a jamais connu jusqu'à hier, qui lui apparaît du jour au lendemain, et qui pourtant, lui ressemble tellement. Damaris, son enfant aux pommettes plates et aux lèvres pâles, avec ses petites dents arrondies par l'enfance et blanchies par la candeur. Sa gorge se serre, il déglutit, passe une main nerveuse dans ses cheveux blonds – les mêmes que Damaris.

Il s'approche d'elle, et elle lève son regard de ciel vers le sien, qui est noir comme les ténèbres. Son cœur palpite, ses mains sont moites, mais un sourire attendri se dessine sur ses lèvres. Il se présente, et elle répond en acquiesçant, pas le moins du monde impressionnée. Il hausse un sourcil, penche la tête sur le côté de manière pensive, et manque de s'étrangler quand il voit qu'elle reproduit la même mimique. Il s'assit près d'elle et ils discutent. Bientôt, elle regarde avec insistance ses piercings, mais ne dit rien, reste polie. Il sourit, et se met à raconter l'histoire de ces bouts de métaux incrustés sur son visage. Elle l'écoute, attentive, curieuse puis rapidement passionnée. Sa mère les laisse tous les deux, elle doit aller voir quelque chose dans la cuisine. Elle se colle un peu plus à lui, et lui demande de lui lire son album. Il accepte, un peu avec appréhension, mais avec beaucoup de reconnaissance qu'elle lui fasse ainsi confiance. Sans qu'ils ne s'en rendent compte, elle se retrouve sur ses genoux, son petit corps lové contre son torse, et elle regarde avec fascination les images mouvantes. Elle agrippe et serre fermement sa main qui tient l'album, et il sent son cœur bondir hors de sa poitrine, alors qu'il comprend enfin.      Damaris Archer, sa fille, son enfant, sa nouvelle raison de vivre. Headley Archer, son père, son protecteur, son nouvel ange gardien. Voilà ce qu'elle est. Voilà ce qu'il est. Voilà ce qu'ils sont. Une nouvelle famille.

Abigail repoussa sa longue tresse qui lui retomba gracieusement dans le dos. Elle enfila ses gants et partit à la recherche de sa batte. Laquelle se trouvait entre les mains d'Headley, qui s'amusait à imaginer un batteur armé de deux battes.

- Headley, rends-moi ça ! s'exaspéra la jeune Serpentard.

Il fit tourner la batte entre ses mains. - Supplie-moi. - Rêve.

Un instant de maladresse suffit au jeune homme à laisser tomber la batte de sa meilleure amie, qui en profita pour la ramasser avec un sourire narquois à l'adresse d'Headley, avant de le gratifier d'un petit coup de batte sur les fesses. Les deux meilleurs amis rirent, puis Headley écarquilla brusquement les yeux, comme pris d'une illumination divine. - Byby ! J'ai trouvé une feinte... Il se pencha vers elle pour lui expliquer dans un murmure. Abigail hocha la tête en souriant. - On n'est pas entraînés, mais... Ça devrait pouvoir se faire, avec notre talent. - C'est clair ! Viens, on va leur montrer de quoi on est capables ! Le temps était exécrable. Des rafales de vent glacial balayaient le terrain, et le ciel était gris orage. - Sale temps, commenta Headley. Abby ne put que l'approuver. La commentatrice s'empressa de présenter l'équipe adverse, celle de Gryffondor, la maison à laquelle elle appartenait.  - FAVORITISME ! beugla Abby, bras levés en signe d'indignation. - Tu l'as dit, mon amie ! ADAMS ! PRÉSENTE LA SEULE ÉQUIPE QUI TIENNE LA ROUTE ! Son cri aurait certainement attiré à Headley les huées des gradins de Gryffondor, mais heureusement, Abigail seule l'entendit. Enfin, ils purent enfourcher leurs balais et s'envoler dans le ciel nuageux et menaçant. Mme Bibine lança le Vif d'Or en premier, et les attraper tentèrent de le suivre du regard de manière bien inutile, car quelques secondes leur suffirent à perdre la petite bille dorée de vue. Puis, elle lança les deux Cognards, attrapés immédiatement par Abigail et Headley, qui se les échangèrent pour les garder plus longtemps. Concentrés, il ne virent pas que le premier but était marqué par Gryffondor. - Vise Clark ! lança Abigail en parlant d'un poursuiveur de Gryffondor qui s'apprêtait à marquer un but. Headley fit rebondir le Cognard une fois contre sa batte avant de le lancer sur le balai de Clark. Le manche de celui-ci se brisa et il tomba à pic. Heureusement, il put remonter sur son balai immédiatement, mais trop tard pour lui : le Souafle était revenus aux Serpentard, qui ne le lâchèrent qu'après cinq buts d'affilée, au grand désespoir des Gryffondor. - C'est le moment de se bouger le cul, Mason ! cria Abby à l'attrapeuse. - Ta gueule, Filch ! Je voudrais bien t'y voir ! Abigail haussa les épaules, puis écarquilla les yeux. - Regarde Jones ! hurla-t-elle à Headley par-dessus le bruit assourdissant du vent. L'attrapeuse de Gryffondor, main tendue, n'était qu'à quelques centimètres du Vif d'Or. - C'est le moment de mettre ta technique en pratique, Archer ! lança Abigail à son binôme. Headley leva un pouce, et prépara sa batte. Au moment dit, il frappa le Cognard en l'air et redirigea celui que lui envoyait Abby sur l'attrapeuse, et fit retomber l'autre vers un poursuiveur de Gryffondor qui s'apprêtait à marquer un but. - Très beau coup d'Archer et Filch, les deux batteurs de Serpentard ! Leur équipe mène 50 à 10 ! commentait Adams. Et, oh, oh, oh, MASON EST À LA POURSUITE DU VIF D'OR ! ELLE SLALOMME ! ELLE... TOMBE ! Alison Adams peinait à cacher sa joie : Gryffondor avait encore une chance de l'emporter...

Soudain, la commentatrice blêmit, et bafouilla dans le micro enchanté :

- Ce... Elizabeth Mason a réussi à redresser son balai ! Attendez... C'était une feinte ! Par tous les slips puants de Merlin !! Désolée, professeur Sinistra...

Mason, triomphante, ouvrit légèrement sa main, dans laquelle palpitant le Vif d'Or.

- Serpentard gagne 200 à 10. OH ! Professeur ! dénonça Adams, choquée. Y'a Archer et Filch qui me font des doigts d'honneur!
