Not to be That Guy about an episode of a show behind a paywall but to Emily’s point about the Adam Sandler surgery, she actually would not qualify for a medical malpractice suit. Medical malpractice only applies if a person is injured or dies due to the actions of the medical professional. If Adam Sandler does the surgery within proper training and it goes fine, she cannot sue for malpractice.

However. Emily could report Adam Sandler, the supervising surgeon, and the hospital to the police and state medical boards as it is illegal to practice medicine without a license. Adam Sandler and the supervising surgeon could face heavy fines or time in prison for their actions, and the hospital could get investigated for misconduct.

Alternatively Emily could sue for medical negligence, which is a lighter charge than malpractice as no one has to be injured.

#had a really nice weekend to round it out u kno #saw Sarah on Friday for pasta and watching reality tv #picked wildflowers on Saturday and went to the dog park and some yard sales with my sister and we had such a good time we’ve been kind of #distant lately so that was really great. and time and my bf went to a mug decorating workshop and then tried a new restaraynt and got giant #margaritas . and watched survivor #Sunday gym kicked ass + moved furniture around and helped my bf paint his bedroom #today went to work first thing then to the lake for swimming and napping in the sun then more work and more gym which also kicked ass #then groceries and making out with my bf now home laundry etc getting ready to go to bed so I can wake up early and take Winston to do some #thing before work and my first classssssss yayyyy #can u tell im tired I made so many typos and fully just used the wrong words… we painted his bathroom .#personal

Soon it becomes a contest between The Bats. Who can catch the Hazard (thats what they call him cause he wears a hazmat and always shows up to trouble) nothing is working and some how he always manages to get the bait. Idk what bait they would be using but by god does Danny steal it.

One night at dinner they are all talking about it and someone jokes about him being a ghost. It’s like he can walk thru walls, disappear, and fly. Hes much more unique than the other guys No one takes it seriously and they go on with their topic.

Idk which Bat it is but one of them decides hey fuck it im a be funny and set a ghost trap. Hell im even gonna buy this shitty “Fentonworks Catch Any Ghost With The FentonTarp” thing and it’s gonna be so funny. Now for the bait! It’s all a big joke so they bait it with something funny like a smoothie or the newest play station idk man, I like the idea of it being food.

Anyway cut to Danny getting stuck in the trap and being like “uhhhh I get to keep this though right?”
