Miss Pie: I...tried that in the past. Long story short, Candy banned me from ever dyeing my hair again... I'm pretty sure our carpet still has that stain, heh.

Friendtober Day 4!! It’s @ask-narratordoe

Might be the last day I do sadly- idk, I’d like to do more but tbh was it with a BIG burnout and some depression and it’s been kinda hard to be happy with anything I draw ;;

As for how I changed Doe? Well here’s the thing- I already helped Doe a bit with the redesign she did on her oc a few months back so it’s kinda hard- however I DID change something! Gave her more freckles lol like a fawn’s spots or something lol

Sorry if this disappoints anyone tho, I really did want to do more :(

Actually going insane over the implications of Jason asking Dick to be the Robin to his Batman in Battle for the Cowl.

Like I initially took it at the purely surface-level of Jason wanting a partner in the general sense. Which made sense, it's a huge responsibility and a lonely one so an assistant/sidekick/partner seems a no-brainer if you can get one.

But then I really thought about it, because Jason is not asking Dick to be his partner in the general sense; he's not even asking Dick to be his Nightwing. He's asking Dick to be his Robin.

And they both know exactly what Jason means: "Be the light to my darkness. Be the smile to my scowl. Be the hope to my fear. "

He's saying "Be 'Robin'; be the embodiment of Love and Justice and Goodness. Be the exceptional person that you have always been. Be the slightly-less exceptional person that I was when I wore your colors. Be the person that I was in the process of becoming and might have been (or might still be), if only Joker hadn't clipped my wings."

He's saying "I am prepared to become vengeance, become the Night. And I will go further than Bruce ever dared to, because it is what is needed. I will be the necessary evil. But you don't have to be. truth be told i'm not totally sure how this happened. it just seemed funnier that instead of being genuinely infected, he pretends so he can blend in until he figures out some kind of solution. so now he just sits there and sweats nervously hoping nobody notices. and since lovebug stuff is getting popular again... why not?

also this totally means he keeps getting pink glitter on everything and he hates it lmao. not bc it's pink, but bc it's glitter, and that shit stays forever.

an anon came into my office lookin' for a post about a fella flippin' his sticks. seemed my client came all the way across the ocean for this one, given the lingo they were usin'. i may not be sherlock holmes, but i sure could find this post.

i went to google and searched for "tumblr flipping his sticks" and quickly found what i was lookin' for. the last blog in the chain had been deleted, so i did a little reverse engineerin' usin' some of the reblogs and found the post no problem.
