This line hurt because as a kid my aunt had THE basement. There was foosball, arcade video games, it was the best. So even though they moved when I was 12 and the basement is long gone, I'm now at the age where I'm the upstairs people now, and I don't like it.

Danny is gravely injured by the GIW, his voice box is severely damaged.

Making use of his own voice is impossible, but through some ghostly means Danny doesn’t quite understand, he can mimic others voices he hears just fine.

It’s a ghostly ability he found out he had a few years ago, with just a sentence or two heard he can do a flawless impression of that person. Now it’s not so flawless. The mimicked voice warps and fluctuates pitch, it’s crackly and he has a hard time not switching between multiple voices with every sentence he speaks.

His voice is reduced to an uncanny frankenstined attempt at speech that activates the average persons fight or flight response.

It’s no surprise that Superman is startled when he calls out for survivors while freeing the ghostly captives and a “not a deer” version of his own voice responds back.

fear does have a scent to it tbh. a sort of sweaty, uncomfortable smell, sometimes with a hint of bile or blood, but only enough to be a suggestion. pain is more biological, the bile-blood-offal smell is much stronger and more unpleasant. in sickness they eclipse other scents entirely, and an often stale, layered sweat smell forms the undertone. sometimes there's also rot.

i like to think demon summonings are like phone calls in the way that if the demon is busy or just doesn't wanna talk they can just hit ignore to add to that the idea that they cant ignore it and just pop up there whenever someone summons them is also funny like "why do u have a margarita in your hand" "i was at girls night so this better be important" or theyre just about to finish the finale of a show theyve been waiting ages for then suddenly theyre in jeff and friends basement staring at their terrified faces

but like. it's occurred to me that even if Snape HAD actually been there, and even if he HAD picked up baby Harry and attempted to comfort him, people who don't like snape would probably find something to complain about that too

like, "how creepy to pick up your dead crush's baby!!! snape was a creepy obsessive stalker and lily wanted nothing to do with him how dare he touch her child without a guardian's permission!!" or something, or that snape would only make baby Harry feel worse (fair, I don't get the impression that Snape was a naturally comforting, paternal, or cuddly young man), or that he was about to, like, kidnap harry or something and grow another lily in lab conditions 😂

Made for that one Twitter trend of designing a Radioapple fankid! 📻🍎 I went with the dark haired variant because the Morningstar family already has too many blondes and I prefer to have half of both worlds when imagining them together. As the spawn of a radio host and a ringmaster (plus having a theater kid for an older sister), Faun was practically raised to perform and he chose to use his voice for comedy (influenced by his dads). But as the second heir, he's more likely to inherit LuLu Land than all of Hell, so it works out in his favor anyway. Low-key based on my little brother. Who would just barge in our room, say a godawful joke, then leave... Like wut??? 🤓

ABOUT THIS ARTSTYLE: I know it's a lot, but there's a reason I could never do a sketchbook tour. How do I even begin to explain??? When they turn out EXACTLY like this!!! This is me at my most comfortable. Making OCs. Drawing loose and self-indulgent art. Just to remind myself to have fun. So it's mostly for me. Now that he's done... Back to making my AU!
