Yeah so...I mentioned in a post that I reblogged some time back that I’m just going to keep my BATIM AU pretty much the same...I was toying around with some ideas for incorporating Audrey, and the events of BATDR into my AU, but in the end I was like ‘nah’, and decided to just leave my version as is (though I don’t mind doing threads with BATDR roleplayers, or even discussing ideas down the road!)

I will, however, be making one change to my main BATIM AU/verse--I realized it didn’t make any sense for Joey not to be happy with Bendy when he was basically perfect in every way, so I’m going to say that, when Bendy first came to the real world, his inky body would sometimes start to melt when he got too happy/excited. Think Dani from Danny Phantom, and her unstable body, but with a bit less angst (at least, until Joey decided to kill two birds with one stone regarding Bendy’s unstable toon body, and his own illness...)

TBH, at some point I may or may not look over ALL the verses for my various AUs, and scrap a few...a certain one in particular now being kind of redundant with my upcoming original story, Oasis to Oakwood, which I’m planning to start drawing more for next year. Though hey, given that I’m planning to focus more on my original stuff, as well as other things, in 2023, I’m admittedly not entirely sure how much I’m going to keep doing stuff for my AUs...

I sometimes think about Vladimir’s Martyr complex and I get... really sad. Vlad’s spent most of his life as a scared and shy little child. It has caused a lot of heartache in his life and in some verses it’s caused the death of his father Tom. (Again this is PURELY verse dependent as more often than not Tom survives and leaves the studio but is gravely injured before doing so... again.) After surviving the Studio, he’s sick of watching and letting those he loves get hurt. So he decided to be the protector for once in his life. That’s why he tries to keep up a more “princely” public image. In all of the fairytales that he’s read, princes are powerful, princes are fearless, princes protect their kingdoms and their families from the forces of darkness. They are graceful, elegant, couragous and don’t falter in the face of danger. They slay dragons and in some stories bring down gods themselves. All for those they love. 

However, unfortunately in Vlad’s case, the “forces of darkness” or “the dragon” in this case, is his own uncle who runs a cult. (Gio’s Bendy.)  Sammy, His own aunt (Dani’s Alice), The Butcher Gang, and of course Mister Doctor (Gio’s BATIM OC) are all “forces of darkness.” but it’s mainly Bendy since Vlad believes that the cult could easily be the undoing of his entire family and swallow the world in a sea of ink... just like Joey Drew wanted. A world where he writes the script. (At least, that’s how Vlad sees it.) 

Vlad takes a little bit of help hear and there, but for the most part he takes it upon himself to end it all when he’s barely old enough to drive and he’s not even old enough to drink yet. Why? Because the thought of losing someone he loves terrifies him. He’ll lament about how hard it is on him, but will almost never ask for help. He’d rather take the brunt of if, even if it kills him.

(ramble warning because I have alot on my mind)

I got a hermit crab named Beelzebub today! I've had a hermit crab only once in my life other than now and this is also my first time with a marine animal excluding my crawfish and carnival goldfish!

Also me and my best friend are working on a story together and for some reason I got super hyperfixated on the characters, and for a while now I've actually been motivated to produce content! Also my indie game special interest came back and I've been super hyperfixated on Wally Franks and Sammy Lawrence from batim

Meet Dani, a background character from the Bendy cartoons! She’s a little big of a prankster and can be extremely stubborn, and she rarely changes her first impression of people. Coincidentally, her first impression of Bendy is a self-obsessed popular kid and she despises him.

I also have her twisted form, a feral-looking raptor who stalks around the studio and snaps her jaws at anyone unfortunate enough to cross her path. Her feathers have turned to ink and taken on its colour as well, and when her mouth is closed it appears non-existent.

Oh look. I finally did a thing. Part 2 is sketched out very roughly and idk when or if I’ll ever finish it. 

If I don’t, let’s just say Dani adopts the precious child as a little sister. Already adopted Wally at this point in the fic as a brother. Btw Wally is the one talking to her. He’s a Lost One in the fic and at this point they just defeated Bertrum. 

Excuse the bad hands and shading. Hard to draw when your hand is almost frozen due to how cold it is,

@wilddemonchild22 I’M SO SORRY FOR THE DELAY! I’ve been having a lot of art blocks in my head these days. It was difficult to draw :(

I hope the little portrait of Joey and a smaller and much younger Dani compensates! I just haven’t been in the mood, y’know? But I wanted so hard to keep my part of the bargain. I couldn’t let you wait any longer!
