Hi, anon! I’m okay, thanks. :) 

I know that @staubengel will take commissions, she’s done some great frostiron work in the past. I’m not sure if @batwynn will take individual commissions right now, but you can definitely go to their Patreon and they take requests for art when you sign up. 

If anyone knows of any artists taking commissions or you are an artist doing commissions let us know! Comment here or send us an ask.

Hi! I am definitely planning to update as soon as I can. I’m still working on a few commissions right now, and I’m pretty burnt out at the moment so I’m working a little slower than I’d like. I’m also updating my Patreon and moving some things around soon so updates can start again a little more regularly.

Hi everyone: update

Hello again.

So, as some of you know, I’m back at my abusive grandfather’s house for the moment. The roommate situation did not work out and they were not only extremely loud and rude, they pulled some bs with my toothbrush and stuff and it was not good.

I have managed to secure a new place, only because of so many of you who donated and helped share my post. I honestly cannot thank you enough for that. Seriously, thank you!

The thing is, it’s actually really kind of too much for my monthly budget (the landlord doesn’t even cover sewage???) so I’m going to be doing a LOT of commission work as well as trying to find a regular job somewhere that hopefully will accommodate for my disabilities and won’t fire me for being trans and yadda yadda. (Wish me luck? It’s another small town and I can’t really be sick at a work. 🙃)

In other news, though, I did get commissioned for a part of a big project. I’m very excited to work with them, especially because the project is super duper cool. (I don’t want to name names just yet until I’m sure it’s okay and that everything is all set.) So that’s going to take up some of my time, too.

What this means for comic updates and art updates:

During the move in and cleaning process I will not have any time to work on anything outside of what the big project demands.

For Patreons: I will be mailing out the post cards as soon as I get a chance to fix the Noodle and Cryptid cards that the printer messed up with and sent me the wrong type of card. ; u ;

After that, I will be much more limited to what I can do for comic updates and free art.

What would really help me out, and give me more time to work on the comic updates and offer art for you, is if you joined my Patreon . This would help my monthly income, and I can provide a lot more content that way.

If you can’t join, that’s absolutely alright! I know so many of you have already helped me out a lot, and I appreciate that so much! I also know that I owe more than a few people some art and that will be something I’ll be working on in any free time that I have as soon as my computer is set up at the new place and internet is hooked up.

Abaolutely! I draw different fandom stuff all the time for people’s requests. The only times we run into trouble is if I don’t really know the characters at all and there’s very poor/little reference material. Otherwise, anything goes!

It especially supports my webcomics by freeing up time between commissions, which is extra important as comic pages take more time to complete.

Update about move and my Patreon:

Hello everyone! Let me start by wishing everyone good health in this, honestly, terrifying time. I hope you are all being as safe as you can be, and that you and your loved ones are able to stay healthy and safe. ❤️

So, as you know I just moved, and thanks to everyone who donated I was able to actually get a truck this time (not a van augh) and while the truck was disgustingly full of mud we have arrived mostly safe and sound. Final bills have somewhat been paid, too, So THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Patreon update:

Patreon doesn’t, uh, allow raffles anymore because gambling and children and such, so I’ll have to name it something like ‘ART TIER THING!’

But I wanted to remind folks that if you have even an extra $1 a month, you get a chance to get a commission at a much lower price than my usual commission prices! ($1-sketch/$5-lineart/black and white/10+-full colored commission)

This coming month also includes a secret art post card, and an Easter art post card! (Voting for the Easter card design(s) will begin this coming week.)

I will also be publishing the next Accidental MerDer comic page on there a week or two early before posting it publicly!

And I’ll be bringing back live-streams for anyone stuck at home who wants to watch me draw, ask art-related questions, or request art during the streams.

I also know it’s a rough time right now for everyone, so please don’t feel pressured to join or support me when you’re dealing with your own financial and health hardships.
