Zucchini Fritters . 🥒Zucchini, 1 medium 🌿Shallots, handful 🥚Egg, 1 Flour, 1 tablespoon 🧄Garlic 🌶Chilli 🍋Lemon zest 🧂S+P Grate zucchini and squeeze out excess water. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix together. Form into patties and pan fry in extra virgin olive oil for a few minutes each side, until golden and cooked on the inside. SUPER FILLING way to build your meals (typically lunch & dinner) - if you need more food, please add to it! • The “formula” is listed above 👆🏼 2+ cups of veggies 1 normal serving of protein And 100-200 calories of fats • • Some foods are both protein and fats - nuts, seeds, and dairy - there’s no “rule” as to whether one of these foods counts towards either group - just do what works for you for that meal! • • What about vegetarian protein sources like beans? Are they starches or protein? It really depends on you! Super Bowl comin up!! Are you going to someone’s apartment, are you hosting people at your place, or are you headed out to a bar (like me & Zak)? • • Here’s a good tip, which can work if you’re bringing something, hosting, OR ordering at a bar ‍️ • • Instead of chips & dip or hummus (I know dip is more common, but I’m trying to prove a point here with the extra starch in hummus haha), get veggies and guac - which is still very filling, but cuts down on the calories & carbs 🥦🥕🥒🥬🥑 • •… Super Bowl comin up!! Especially if you’re sitting around for hourssss and just need to MUNCH • • AND! Breakfast boxes for the win! 😍🍇🧀🥜 • • Made these with 👉🏼 🍇 2/3 cup grapes 🧀 1 oz sliced cheese 🥚 1 hard boiled egg 🥜 1 to-go peanut butter (I’ve been loving the Jiff ones!) 💪🏼 500 calories for this breakfast or snack - OR, if it’s too much for your for 1 meal - split it into a breakfast and afternoon snack • • Even though there’s 4 breakfast/ snacks here, I’d only make this for 2-3 days so it 1) stays fresh and 2) you don’t get sick of eating the same thing over & over! 💁🏻‍♀️ • • Now I know you might be asking: what do you dip into the peanut butter??
