Phil: Yeah I like Pac and Mike's ending is just hilarious- Pac and Mike's ending to their characters, um, is just them jumping off of Christ the Redeemer w-wi-with Richas. Er, mine, Lullah and-and Chay's ending is just we go- go to sleep. We go to Rose's sanctuary and we go to sleep at peace finally. The good ending, kind of, bittersweet.

Phil: Okay here we go wanna watch some fucking crazy shit? [laughs]

[video starts, Pac e Mike Wow Wow is playing in the background. Mike is saying something in the video, that I can't catch. Philza laughs.]

[Richas dies in video]

[harder laughter]

[pauses video]

Phil: Nah, man, fuck, no the fucking like BOOM noise is like actually like a fucking trigger for trauma. Dude, fuck me, the eggs dying, ahhh with the music is just so fucked- there's such a mixture of emotions in my body.

[rewinds the video, replays that, when Richas dies again, sharp laughter]

Phil: Ahhh God

[pauses video as Mike dies]

Phil: Ah Pac's fucking sad, man, shit, this is why I turn my webcam off, dude.

[plays video, pausing it again when Pac dies and sniffs]

Phil: Ah, Pac! I wanna give him a hug.

Phil: Shit, dude, the fucking music like cutting out is actually so extra sad, Jesus Christ. This is-aw man. Dude. This is- This is why I turn off my webcam, right, when I do lore and I- [Pac in video sniffs again] and I get emotional [Pac speaking. Again, I can't quite pick up what is said] I get- I get emotional, you know, I get- [closes video] I get- and I turn off my webcam you can't see me cry haha

Learned recently that the Xianzhou Luofu apparently uses a different script than Belobog and that's so cool, I love little worldbuilding things like that. ♡

And then I nearly keeled over imagining Gepard going for a daytrip with Caelus and Asta to the Luofu; Caelus is taking Asta so she can run errands (and go shopping, of course) and Gepard is tagging along because Bronya found out he'd been falsifying records about his paid time off-

(Bronya: You have two years of overdue pto?! Out!

Gepard: But-

Bronya: Go on vacation or something! Out!!)

-and. It's all a little overwhelming for poor Geppie.

Everything is so weird and different there. A part of him is curious and enjoys it, but he just doesn't really have that same pioneering spirit as his sisters and it's not as fun for him as it would be for them. He wishes they hadn't been busy and could've come along, he'd feel a lot better with Serval and Lynx. He can't even read most of the script, he's mostly reliant on Caelus and Asta or the translation function they put on his phone for him. He kind of just wants to go home. He misses his city.

And then he catches sight of a head of blue hair in the corner of his eye, snickering and messing with the script on one of the signs.

Gepard: Wh- You!?!?

Sampo: !!! :D

Sampo grins wide and darts off, Gepard launches after him out of habit, and somehow, even with Gepard being new and alien to the Luofu, Sampo always seems to stay juuuuuuust within sight, just close enough not to lose him or get lost completely.

Gepard is lead all the way out near the starskiff building grounds when he finally has to stop, because Sampo somehow scales the damn wall like a nasty little lizard, gets all the way to the top, then winks at him over the roof and tells him he'll see him later, have fun, give Serval a kiss for him back home!! Gepard flips him off even though Sampo has already turned around and left skxjkdkdmfkf

But then he finally sits down and looks around him and realizes that oh. He feels kind of. Better now. More on even footing. Stable ground. There's no snow, but the high steel walls and corridors here are more familiar to him than all the wide open space and brightly colored buildings of the main tourist section he'd been in. The background hum is quieter and gentler here, and it reminds him more of Serval's shop, as opposed to Starskip Alley's throngs of chattering people and fast-flying ships. The little pangs that made his chest feel hollow have eased up. ♡

Think what you want about the My Hero ending, which is fine we have our own opinions. HOWEVER. I will NOT take the Izuku teacher slander. And the "all for nothing" bullcrap. Watching powerscalers complain about it and about how it makes him weak and how he's not a real hero.

I think in the west, being a teacher isn't seen as much, and can often be mocked. But in Japan, being a teacher is one of the most honorable things you can do and it's very highly respected. I think Izuku becoming a teacher, fits his character perfectly. Even before he knew he was going to get his suit he thought to himself, "I already had my time, so it's time for me to give that dream to others." And to me, that's one of the most heroic and honorable things. And even beyond that, he continues to have a heart of a hero.

I think the point that people are missing is that MHA was never about being super powerful. Izuku was never meant to keep OFA. Even if he didn't give it away and kept it, he would have eventually had to get rid of it and give it to the next person. It was never about the power, it was about the people who used it. The whole "with great power comes with great responsibility" thing. Izuku is a hero, not because of how strong he is or because of his powers, but because of the decisions he made, and CONTINUES to make. Quirkless and all.

Even now, he continues to meddle and his body still springs into action to help others!

Either way, Izuku earned his suit, and deserves to be a hero, even without the quirk that he had only for a short while. All Might once said, "Just Believe In Yourself And You Can Become A Hero." And that's exactly what he did.

I love how Peppino is not selfless. The entire game is about him saving his restaurant, and while you can help John it's not necessary. He's not a "good guy" he doesn't see other people's problems and think "I need to fix this."

He's not an outstanding person in any regard. And that's what makes him more realistic and relatable.

The player still wants him to succeed, even though his quest isn't world-saving and is just about him. Not everyone is special or a hero, but everyone has problems life throws at them.

And I think Peppino shows that really well. You don't have to be a "perfect person" to overcome your challenges to deserve better in life.
