hello twitter i made my own bpd [borderline personality disorder] flag because i didn’t like any of the current ones :3 meanings in replies the picture used in the flag is the eris symbol, which symbolizes to the greek goddess of discord ! this is supposed to show how chaotic and difficult having bpd can be but that it’s something worn proudly nonetheless and shouldn’t be stigmatized

also by recovery it means symptom management! please remember that bpd affects how your brain functions and is lifelong; it will never go away, so please be patient and kind to anyone you know with bpd, we’re doing our best :]

A forma que o boderline corrói a minha mente é insana. Eu não consigo parar de pensar um segundo e em todos esses segundos eu penso, imagino e desenho em como dar um fim na minha vida com a ilusão de que tudo vai acabar. Nesse exato momento eu só queria que tudo acabasse, todo esse fuzuê que acontece dentro de mim, toda essa dor, essa tristeza multiplicada por 10x mais, eu só queria viver tranquilamente, sabe? Mas como vivo assim, se o modo que minha cabeça funciona é 10x mais acelerado, da tristeza a alegria.

i live in black and white

so my sunshine is all gray

too deep in the wallows to figure out the color of the night

the search for it always ends up in vain

or much worse it brings me pain

a pain more hurtful than any shade of red

Welche Reaktion ist angebracht? Reagiere ich richtig? Verstehe ich richtig? Ist es ernst gemeint? Ist das was zwischen den Zeilen gesagt wurde beabsichtigt? Muss ich jetzt Emotionen zeigen? Was sollte ich darauf antworten? Wird jetzt eine ehrliche Antwort erwartet? Sollte ich weiter nachfragen? Ist es eine Frage aus Interesse oder Höflichkeit? Wie viel sollte ich erzählen? Liegt es an mir oder hat die Person einfach schlechte Laune? Bin ich das Problem?

Recuperação

Boa noite, fazem aproximadamente 2 meses e alguns dias que tive a maior perda da minha vida e tem aproximadamente 1 mês que sai da internação.

Estou vivendo a recuperação no modo mais difícil e lembrando que sempre pode piorar. Estou sem fuma, sem bebe, sem me corta, sem anorexia e bulimia. E o pior perdi meu maior apoio, minha maior força. Realmente, Deus esse teste está extremamente difícil, será que consigo?
