Was looking through Ao3 for fics and tell my why there’s more ships with Michael being paired with a rapist and his own brother, then Fernando Sucre, his cute Hispanic cellmate that I love. my fave dynamic is when two characters are equally as unhinged about each other's well being.

I'm talking characters who step up to bat for each other, no questions asked no explanation needed. you mess with one and the other is there with a seventeen step revenge plot already in motion against you. Small things and big things are treated with the same level of devotion because it's their person

Something about post game komahina but not entirely romantic but almost there and it's them trying to heal and Hajime thinks he has to fix everyone and Nagito wants his help but doesn't want to burden him and they get in verbal fights because they're frustrated and they want to be be friends and also be more maybe and UGH

One of my favorite things about people having the hc of Rex learning to love himself via loving Emmet (it can be both platonically and romantically).

Because, you see:

Rex does try to change Emmet so he can be toughter. That way, if he's tough, no one and nothing can hurt him again. He cares about Emmet and doesn't want him to suffer that pain, but he wants him to change for it to happen.

BUT.

In the AU's where Rex is alive/reformed, and they make them have a lovely relationship, where Rex fucking loves his bro (/p or /r, again, it doesn't matter), it makes me so happy. Because it means Rex has realized that Emmet doesn't need to change to be worthy of love and happiness. And Rex starts to love himself that way too.

I am just very soft, okay?
