omg lore. so this store in the vlog missa had been at previously in his past japan trips and he said that the merchants are SO NICE and SO KIND and they’ll like show you so many options and items that match you etc etc and they managed to convince missa to buy a sweater. what he didnt know is that the store is stupidly expensive and that that sweater was $300!!! he ended up only wearing it once… to brazil. and it so happens that THAT WAS THE SWEATER HE LET BAGHERA BORROW AND SHE NEVER RETURNED😭😭😭😭 he asked chat to never tell her (the price) cause he really doesnt mind its not a big deal but he just finds it funny that the sweater has traveled the world

Luffy - Travel Vlogger

Channel: IAMLUFFY

Subscriber Count: 7 Million.

Luffy would 100% be the unintentionally annoying vlogger who just streams and records everything. He's more likely to shove a camera in your face by accident, but he's also the guy who makes really engaging content and does more unique things than your average vlogger. He'd actually be a pretty big name in the vlogging sphere I'd imagine, and while vlogging channels tend to have lower subcounts, I think that 7m would be a good number for him to have. Luffy would also be down to record with other people (regardless of their sub count), and wouldn't mind traveling halfway across the world to do a one-off collab (especially if you agree to feed him).

His content: His content would revolve around travel, food, everyday living, and funny anecdotes. The editing would be very fast-paced with lots of graphics, and sound effects. He'd need to have an editor, and that poor editor would just be swamped with hours upon hours of random footage of him eating, or picking his nose. Lots of B-roll potential!

Zoro - Fitness Guru/Vlogger.

It's a no-brainer that Zoro would be a fitness influencer. He would never have thought of becoming an influencer, but Luffy probably recorded him working out in some of his early vlogs, and convinced him to start his own channel. He wouldn't be as into vlogging as Luffy, and definitely wouldn't put much of his personal life out there, but he'd still show what he did and make it somewhat entertaining. Zoro would have fangirls up the wazoo! Especially since he trains without his shirt on, and always shows himself working out. I don't think he'd do collabs on his channel, but he'd always accept being in one of Luffy's vlogs, or even guest starring on Sanji's show (more on that later--).

Content: I think his content would be focused on posting his daily schedule, what he ate, how he worked out, etc. as well as a weekly weigh-in. He'd occasionally post his kendo tournaments and would encourage people to try it out, and make tutorials on all things kendo. I have a feeling he'd probably have the most sponsorship offers, but he'd turn down the vast majority of them (since a lot of them are scams). I don't think he'd have an editor since he seems like the kind of guy to just slap it together with some music behind it and post it to YT or Insta. I can even imagine him getting quite decent at editing and filming, and using Brook's music (with permission ofc). I think he'd also talk about stuff about the gym, what he likes vs. doesn't like, and sometimes talk while he works out.

I don't think I need to explain why Sanji would have a cooking show, but I imagine it more like Binging with Babish with fun challenges, instead of straight up Kitchen Nightmares/reality TV. He'd have the highest production value out of the strawhats with a cameraman and 2-3 editors, and he'd probably be the only one to actually get a show on cable (separate from his YT). Sanji would be more likely to bring guests onto his show, and I can see Zoro being a frequent guest. Would not be surprised if they start a podcast tbh. Wouldn't be surprised if they also lived together

Content:

His content would be a lot less 'indie' feeling and more high quality. Lots of cool camera angles and editing. His stuff would end up on Food P*rn I'd imagine. Like, all the time. Sanji would probably be asked to collab with other people, and he'd take a lot more sponsorships too. Soy Sauce wants to sponsor him? Hell yeah, he'd do it! Bang Energy Drink? Well, no. He still has standards. I can imagine him doing a lot of 'How-to' videos and diet-focused videos, like "How to Cook for Vegans", or "Best Gluten-Free Recipes". He'd probably be in and out of relationships quite a lot too, maybe some controversies? (Lemme know if ya'll want some headcannons for that.)

So I see a lot of people demanding (not everyone a lot of ya'll are just excited and want more, yall are fine) that FirstKhao get a new series announced "RIGHT NOW"or already planning hate spam of they don't get one this year.

So first of all none of the permaduos get one every fucking year. They had three in two. Obviously a 2024 mock trailer popping up would be awesome and we know from an instantly from their manager they were looking through scripts that were optioned to them.

If they don't have one this year, it's because they turned those down.

Secondly they have hinted multiple times they want to do other things as well.

They are so excited to do school rangers together but all of you drowned that out at GMM2024 part 1 because no series was announced.

They also want to travel and meet fans like whe they went to Brazil and how they are going to Italy and where ever else.

ONTOP OF THOSE, they keeping talking about wanting to do either vlog or have a travel show like a lot of their friends have/had.

Any script they do chose, if they chose one will be on condition of it being scheduled around any of the other things they want to do (or a promise to get to do them after a series.

You all think the demanding is great?! It makes us soms look controlling and not caring for what First and Khaotung want.

BACKSTORY

A girl who has extreme wanderlust. She wanted to travel, to see the world, but unfortunately, she didn’t have the money to go anywhere, with only being able to stay in her apartment.

So she obviously wished for the opportunity to travel! She won a lottery that allowed her to travel any where! She immediately grabbed her luggage and hopped on the first plane she saw.

She was overjoyed to see all these places around the world, and even met a friend group! But things started to go awry when she and that group learned about the truth of soul gems. To escape this pain, she immediately got onto a flight and used her travels as an excuse to not think about the truth.

This kept happening when something kept happening to her. The origin of witches, the death of a magi friend, she kept running away.

She became a witch on a flight, when she ran out of grief seeds.

The last thing she remembers is wanting to escape, but being stuck to the ground.

QUELEA

The witch who wants to become a bird. Her nature is wanderlust. This witch, desires to cast off her zebra body in order to fly away from the dark muddy ground she resides on. She desires to go anywhere, just not from her barren, tainted island in the sky. If one were to accidentally destroy the bird costume she dons, she will never forgive you and hunt you down relentlessly, until you or it drops dead. When the witch is defeated, a distorted “thank you for flying with us” will echo through the barrier.

The doppel of wanderlust. It takes the form of a bird in flight. This doppel, attempts to become a bird via pushing it’s gloopy insides out from it’s original zebra like body into the bird costume. Much like the master it desires to travel, so it attempts to fly by jumping great heights, only to be disappointed when it comes crashing down in a meteor like fashion. It attempts to attack by using a multitude of weapons it pulls out of the unzipped original body, but due to the floppy movement of the costume and the doppel being unaccustomed to the bird body, it’s aim is less than stellar.

I should be studying physics rn and chemistry since i failed my chemistry exam & everyone has been making fun of my ass.

There is a lot tbh, but Brazil specially Salvador. i have been watching lots of travel vlogs and I'm so mesmerized. Everything about Brazil is so captivating but what makes me want to visit Salvador so bad is the afro-Brazilian culture, Salvador is so rich in cultural heritage. I would love to explore it's culture in real life not just the videos & articles.

My Role as an Environmental Interpreter

As I mentioned in my last blog post, my relationship with nature is largely shaped by my experiences traveling. Keeping that in mind I think my ideal role as an environmental interpreter would be a blend of adventure, education, and storytelling. I would like to be able to travel and share my nature experiences with others through various medias while I also expand my knowledge. My ideal environmental interpreter role would take place in various locations around the world, allowing me to immerse myself in the rich tapestry of Earth's landscapes. Whether it's trekking through lush rain forests in Brazil, exploring deserts in California, or diving into vibrant coral reefs in the Caribbean, the diversity of locations would be crucial to my mission. I envision being in different locations for months at a time before moving onto the next adventure.

This multifaceted role would involve not only exploring diverse ecosystems but also sharing my experiences and insights to inspire a deeper appreciation for the environment. My goal would be to create narratives that not only showcase the beauty of these places but also convey the importance of conservation and sustainable travel practices, this could be through blogging like this class! Additionally, through a combination of videography and photography, I could immerse viewers in my experiences. Even working with others to create/plan their ideal nature adventure trips would be something I can see myself doing in the future. Like mentioned in the textbook learning styles vary with individuals as well as intelligence (Beck et al, 2018). I personally feel I can learn a lot more through experiences and actually being out in nature than any other way. My specific intelligence for my role as an environmental interpreter would be Spatial and Linguistic as I would use photography and storytelling to convey my knowledge to others (Beck et al, 2018). 

This role would demand a diverse skill set to effectively convey the beauty and significance of the world. First, a deep understanding of ecology, biology, and environmental science would be essential. This knowledge would give me the ability to understand the complex connections in ecosystems and see them in real life while shedding light on the delicate balances needed to sustain life.

Effective communication skills are equally as important. As an environmental interpreter, I must be able to convey environmental concepts in an accessible and engaging way so everyone can understand. Whether through spoken narratives or written content, the goal is to connect with diverse audiences.

Additionally, proficiency in multimedia tools and technologies would be crucial for creating visually appealing and informative content. From blogs and vlogs to photography, these tools would help me reach a broader audience and share my experiences in different ways. 

Lastly, I think adaptability is very important for this role. Traveling to different environments means encountering diverse weather conditions, different cultures, and logistical challenges. Being flexible and adaptable ensures an easier integration into each destination, allowing for authentic and respectful storytelling. Similarly to that, emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills would also be helpful. As building connections with people from different backgrounds and cultures is essential to learning the most when abroad.

Ultimately, I wish to be able to encourage others to explore the natural wonders in the world and appreciate the nature we have through videography, photography and travel (because who doesn't want to be on vacation all the time!).

The world has gained a rare glimpse inside one of Brazil’s most notorious slums where people brandish guns and grenades like fashion accessories and sell drugs in open-air markets for “insane” prices.

YouTube travel vlogger Timmy Kartyer gained unprecedented access to the infamous shantytown known as a favela, located in the north of Rio de Janeiro.

A censored clip from his almost 70-minute vlog – deemed too controversial for YouTube — has emerged from behind a paywall, showing Karter on a stop at a gang-run street drug market in the heart of the favela.

In the video, Karter captures the moments he is unbelievably offered grams of marijuana, cocaine, and “perfume” from a smorgasbord of drugs sitting for sale on tables, like fruit and veg sold at a farmers’ market.
