Drowning

It’s been a month, the trauma experience that I had with my family’s partner was really tiring and sucking energy to the point I’m dying inside.

I have a support but it’s unstable good thing that I had one friend who I can trust. We maybe in the dark right but I hope the friendship will be a lifetime.

Healing process with trauma is somewhat frustrating yet challenging but for now I would rather trust the process.

Regaining Someone's Trust

“Trust takes years to build, seconds to break, and forever to repair.” – Unknown It's been a decade since I started writing. The major reason I started writing is because somebody broke my heart and trust. This person reached my limit of the unbearable pain of betrayal. Moving on, letting go and acceptance has been tearing up for a decade even though I have a current relationship. Lastly, forgiveness to this person and to myself. This year 2024, I finally finished the long process of break up healing. I did find peace when I was able to all my suppressed emotion for the decade. That was the complete closure of the past relationship that I had with her. Now, I found peace within myself and am ready to embark on a new to my current relationship. This person making a to regain everything and start a new one. Honestly, as I'm writing this blog, my mind is full of confusion and question but I let things be for the meantime. Sooner or later, I need to choose, and am not even sure I allow myself another chance since I have a current relationship. No Judgment. This coming to where I'm coming.
