11-5-23 Five Nights At Freddy’s (2023) :) I’ve been waiting for this ever since I was 13 and I had so much fun watching it. This was a highlight of my year!

11-12-23 Corpse Bride (2005) Really really good Tim Burton Halloween movie with so much stylization. So much fun to watch!!!! And so ethereal at times. MUST WATCH

11-12-23 Frankenweenie (2012) Very cute but disappointing ending, too safe. It could have been more impactful if they pushed it further. Watched this after corpse bride and the parallels were FUNNY.

Okay, first off, I know I said we would start where I left off in Corona, but I need to take a second to recognize something I forgot in Toy Box when rewriting the last post. Yozora.

Sora's "I never looked this good"

Okay, now back to Corona😂

So, where we left off, Gothel took Rapunzel back to the tower, and I'm skipping to Gothel's Rapunzel trap working on Flynn, and Flynn slowly dying

So, starting with Rapunzel, she starts off pretty confident, talking about how she'll run and run and run from Gothel forever, but in one moment, she becomes more submissive

If only she could just use her hair to save him.

Though obviously these are two different feelings going on, we're gonna start with this loose parallel of Rapunzel to Sora, who also in a single moment or from a single event, goes from confident to crying on his knees

If only Sora had his friends to give him the power to drive back the demon hurricane.

And of course, neither Flynn nor Riku will let it be this way. Flynn can't let her give up her dreams and her freedom to save him, and Riku just can't let Sora give up and believe he can't do anything.

So, what do they do?

Flynn cuts off Rapunzel's hair, condemning himself to death, but saving Rapunzel's life (or at least, right to truly live)

Riku takes a shot at the demon tide, sacrificing himself in hopes of saving Sora's life.

In other words, they do a true love's sacrifice/act of true love

Quick intermission since here is where Gothel becomes the heartless and final boss. I still suck at this boss. It took me an hour or two to beat her. However, this is also when I started abusing shotlocks for the first time, so there's that. Abuse ultima shotlocks, cast magic, time your dodges, and hope whenever you attack you don't get attacked 😂

So, by the time Sora, Donald, and Goofy get up to the tower, I think we're supposed to presume Eugene is nearly dead, but Rapunzel is holding on, not wanting him to die

And of course, Sora desperately reaches for the light, calling for Riku. I guess you could say he's holding onto Riku.

["Riku! Riku, answer me!"]

Rapunzel sings her healing song that talks about reversing time, bringing back "what once was mine", changing "the fates' design, ect, and then her tear drops onto Eugene's face. And so, after both of them risked their own lives in acts of true love, both of them cheat the different deaths which would have been thrust upon them, changing fate's design

In similar fashion, due to what I believe to have been Kairi holding Sora's form together and Riku's act of true love saving Sora's heart, Sora too has cheated death (at least for now), and after reaching for the light, calling for Riku, and flying into it, he goes for Riku's heart first, saves all of his friends (minus Kairi till the light tunnel, though Sora doesn't save her) and not only reverses, but rewrites the destined events to happen in the timeline. I'd say it parallels Rapunzel's healing song, and even though he does save everyone and not just one person, there definitely is something to the fact that he specifically goes for Riku, specifically calls his name, and ends up wresting him from his fate first.

(Don't worry, bro, his heart'll be okay now)

Also, side note: During Rapunzel singing her healing song, she and Eugene confess that the other was their new dream and that just my heart

Bro, Eugene like, "Did I ever tell you... I've got a thing for brunettes?"

He really be the Riku parallel in this scene, don't he😏

Now of course, being me, I can't pass up the next parallel in this world

Sora: Well, if he comes back and tries to bother Rapunzel again, then Flynn will keep her safe.

Donald: Come on. Rapunzel's the tough one, if you ask me.

Flynn: True. But nevertheless, I won't let her out of my sight.

I mean, maybe it's just me, but it seems this parallels Riku wanting to have the strength to protect Sora, attaining that strength, but also being aware that Sora can take care of himself and has his own strength

And of course, this world is ended with a funny sex joke and Flynn getting stared down by Maximus and wet willied by pascal

Since here we're done with the worlds in the first area of gummi space and launched into the next, I'm gonna add that after every world I spend forever in gummi space farming meteorites and occasionally fighting the heartless and some boss battles, and every time I get launched into the next area of gummi space, I get all the treasure planets and the warp zone things too (apparently actual words evade me for both those things today). Legit though, farming meteorites is so helpful in getting synthesis materials you can use for upgrading your keyblades

So next was on to Monstropolis. I don't have much to talk about here.

Sora, Donald, and Goody freaking out over each other's monster forms? Hilarious.

Monster Sora? He will never not be adorable. Same with Boo

The big blue turtletoad unversed are annoying, and ngl, I had to dodge around a lot and play safe so I wouldn't die in like 2 hits.

Both the keyblade forms for Oathkeeper amd the form for Ultima on monster Sora are just so epic!!!

I still hate light rails with a passion.

Poor Sora so tired of dealing with computers thst when Goofy suggests smashing it, he's completely ready

Monstropolis: Randal nearly becomes leather wear before Vanitas saves him

The fact that Sora, Donald, and Goofy talked about Sora's weird kh1 smile and afterwards actually came up with a name for it. "Do the silly face special!" Also, when Monster Sora does it, it's definitely cute compared to the kh1 scene

The final boss unversed still sucked and took me plenty of tries, but I think I did better than my proud run.

YEETUS VANITAS

Ngl, I chanted YEETUS VANITAS cause I knew when it was coming

Poor Vanitas. He just need some love. From what I can tell in kh3, he's probably not hurting like he was in bbs and is less angry, and because there was a hole in his heart, he believed he had to join with Ventus to fill it even though their hearts have grown apart. Vanitas probably needs love to fill that hole

Poor Sora hurting and falling to the ground while Vanitas tells him that Ventus is in his heart

And last but definitely not least! Sora's Kingstagram post on the Vanitas scene where he learns that Ven is in his heart. And at the end of it, after talking about how apparently Ven is in his heart and stuff (I think) he's just like, "Would Riku know?" And the fact that Sora's included Riku in the Kingstagram posts means he was probably thinking about him and the fact he thinks Riku might know these things just... aaaaaaaa brooooo

And now onto Arendelle, home of many a Soriku parallel and where I did a lot of backtracking to save points

Track 1 - Red Desert

This song is such an anthem omg. The harmonies? The heavy drums? The lyrics? Ugh *chef’s kiss* I can just imagine how the crowd singing along to this.

Track 2 - No Shame

Always a banger, let’s be real. I enjoy listening to this song so much. It’s my go-to dance in the room, head banging and air guitars with no shame (lmao) not to mention what the whole song is about? Just 🔥

Track 3 - Old Me

This song makes me 🥺 it’s such a chill sound but great song all around. Also Luke with the vocals?? Yes king 👑🔥

honestly last night's concert caused me so much fckin happiness and euphoria that I genuinely feel like it'll fuel me for the rest of my life. I can't say it was the best concert since I've (thankfully) attended so many, but it's definitely up there in the very best

and one of the reasons is that I saw them SO CLOSE........ and yet didn't feel physically uncomfortable (ie; ga concerts I've attended, bts for example, where I saw them even closer but AT WHAT COST)..... Clearly seeing their happy faces is a memory I will cherish literally forever in my heart

but also, y'know, its just Pentagon themselves. I didn't expect any less of them but they still exceeded all my expectations. (ngl woulda tweaked the set list a bit - the order was weird imo and no "violet"?!?!?!?!?!?) I love them so sososo sososo much and last night really solidified them forever and ever in my heart

yes Yuto my love looked like an entire God just standing there (he was smiley but also shy and barely talked) but Hui might've. just might've. became my bias although he was so awkward when they weren't singing he looked kinda stiff???? like he didn't know what to do with his hands lmao but when he performed....... Whew...... and his English was absolutely adorable 🤧🤧🤧🤧🤧🤧 Shinwon is such an angel he rly gives off the nicest most comforting and friendly vibe I'm. In love. Jinho VOCALIST OF THE ENTIRE INDUSTRY BROOOOO...... oh my god........ And as expected he's both an amazing performer and the cutest bean....... during the first "kami oja" in the chorus I literally had CHILLS all over my body like that hit me like a ton of bricks...... I don't rmmbr getting chills during concerts but at that moment WOW........... "Havana" was rly some 18+ shit I was sh00k....... "uptown funk" was rly fun and hui tried to make it 18+ as well omg..... "lost paradise" was expectantly insane, oh my god I could go on and on and on but in short they rly don't have bad songs and the entire concert went by SO QUICK for me because I enjoyed it so much and screamed my lungs out...... My babiesssss

my dream in life rn is to have them perform with a live band behind them like fucking IMAGINE THE FUCKING POWER. oh my god

also I can't believe they had us screaming HO HEY HO HO HO HEY HEY HEY and shit during the first VCR oh my god only fckin pentagon.........

Summer I saw Cal last night and just wow. I was on the barricade next to the catwalk and he stood right in front of me for amnesia. It was beautiful. I’ve got two more shows to go, but I can already tell the post concert depression is gonna be killer.

Chapter 1: Therapy

"Ben, how high are you?"

"Liiiiiike six foot four..." I slurred, I felt fucking amazing to be honest.

"Uh...Ben, dude, you're floating."

I looked around and I realized that, yeah, I'm actually floating. I giggled.

"Oh shit. I am. Jeff, that's so fucking rad."

"Ben you float around regularly," Jeff told me. I looked at the joint in my right hand.

"This is not a new thing," Jeff continued. Be such a shame to waste such a good joint...

"Ben don't you dare take another--," Jeff warned sternly, I took another drag, "--and you did it. Dude! I want to have a conversation with you! I can't do that when you're higher than a fucking kite!"

"Brooooo, why don't you try it?" I held the joint out to him but the meaniehead smacked it onto the nasty ass hardwood floors then stomped it with his foot.

"My joint..." I whined I really wanted to finish that...I felt sad for a sec, then I got pissed. "What the hell, bro?!"

"You know I don't do that shit!"

"Ooh...you can't handle drugs but you can kill people?"

Jeff got up and snarled. "I can't deal with you when you're like this!" Paleface grabbed his nasty hoodie from the moth eaten couch and stormed out of the stupid and worn down cabin.

I huffed and floated around some more, I didn't have anymore stuff and my high was fading fast. One of the unfortunate things about not being truly alive. Abruptly I dropped to the ground and picked up my phone from where it was charging, at least I can make the electricity work seemingly anywhere. I checked the time.

It's barely ten pm...

Ugh. I'm so damn bored. Guess I'll just scroll through my phone aimlessly until the plot moves forward...

While browsing Instagram I thought about Jeff, that asshole, he did ruin my last joint and he knows that's my therapy. But it also close to the anniversary of when he...killed his family. I guess I was being pushy. Oh boy now I'm the asshole friend. Well at least I don't kill people!

After only minutes of scrolling I found a very interesting post about some event happening at a club in the city. This could be fun. I could go, get fucking shitfaced, and maybe get laid. That's always fun. Of course I'd need to change into a way better outfit... I looked down at my stained t-shirt and sweatpants. I definitely need another set of clothes if I'm gonna get some.

"Do I look hot or like a total douche?" I turned and twisted as I gazed at myself in the mirror of the changing room. I didn't have anything in my wardrobe I liked so I stopped at a store. The club was pretty fancy so I decided to try on a long sleeved white button up, a green vest, and some nice black pants. I was going to end up wearing some better shoes I snagged too. The outfit wasn't uncomfortable, but it still felt too stiff. I undid the cuffs of the button up and rolled it past my elbows, I also undid a few buttons on the shirt. I smirked to myself in the mirror. "Damn, I look hot."

Getting out of the store with my new clothes was easier than taking candy from a baby. I now stood in an alleyway close to the  club, another perk of death was teleportation evidently. I had already taken up my human form. My skin was peachier with a healthy glow, my hair was more like a dirty blonde, and my eyes weren't red and black but brown. Even from here I could feel the energy of the club. This place was going to be intense.

So without further ado I strode out of the alleyway and made my way down the city sidewalk.

Okay guys can we talk about chapter 217?!

Bnha chapter 217 might have become my favourite, seriously I’ve become a little crazy when reading it and I need to talk about it, not analyse it be, just me being the fangirl i am so nothing too serious here

And obviously ther will be spolier! So don’t read this post if you didn’t read the chapter 217!

First of all

Katsuki helping and training with Midoriya! He takes part too there secret reunion, he express his thoughts, and opinion, pushing the reflexion about One for All and the issue Izuku had earlier. If he accept to do all this I think it’s becuse he wants Midoryia to be able control his quirk and making progress so they can carry on the little competition between them( he loves it even it he won’t admit it). Just I love that Katsuki is helping Midoriya in his own way

But Bakugou Katsuki is still Bakugou Katsuki lmao. But I love the fact that his ego is now not something taken as a problem but something just for the humoristic tone

THIS PANEL! I couldn’t believe it was drawing by Horikoshi and not by some fan artist cause he portrayed them exactly like the fandom do. their interaction are so funny I love how they support each other like the bros they are ( Kiri screaming Tetsu’s name is like him screaming “brooooo”) ( also Iida running for the beef stew )

My tododeku heart is screaming! Todoroki ( so pretty btw) being worried that izuku hid things from him, he seemed really desappointed poor boy but don’t worry izuku is not a hypocrite. As always Todoroki is being Todoroki and jumping to conclusion.  And after apologizing, the usual praising cause they admire and support each other like the good  boyfriends they are. (also the way izuku look at him but maybe i’m going too far here)

In one sentence Katsuki as described Todo perfeclty omg. His face though, without all the text and only with the drawing, we could think he is jealous and irritating cause Izuku is talking to Todo (but again it’s my shipper heart talking)

I also thought of a parallel between the way Todo react to Izuku having a second quirk and the way Katsuki reacted when he first discovered Izuku had a quirk. But I leave it at this for the moment and maybe someone else will developed it who knows?

Then this. I’m getting more and more curious about Aizawa (and Mic’s) past. like who is this Shiragumo? Is this the dude we saw in the last chapter in Aizawa’s flashback next to Mic? I hope there will be answers in the next chapters

Finally we got to see Mirio and Eri again! Look a Eri hiding behind her big bro, and Mirio being so proud of her for saying what he “taught” to her. I’m sure he takes care of her so well, we can see how much she trust him. Also Monoma is iconic, I start to like him more and more

This panel warms my heart. The precious sunshine being the best hero and reassuring the precious bean about her quirk. Izuku is her hero and his words are so encouraging, motivating, He is able to cheer her up and putting a smile on her face and I find this beautiful. I hope this little girl will continue to smile!

Sorry it was long for so little,I don’t think a lot of people will read this but I needed to let out my excitement. This chapter has nothing extremely interesting I’m probably the only one to get excited reading it  but it was really cute and funny and I just felt happy reading it.
