Note: I've had the idea for this in my head for awhile now, but it's a much better visual joke if I'm being completely honest. But I have none of the artistic skill to make it into a comic or whatnot, so you'll just have to endure the written version.

But if someone does want to draw this, you have my permission.

hopefully this works and shows enough of it :') It's in an area called "Radiosonde" but they take damage from enemies as well so I struggled finding a good video. I went ahead and got mine + gifed it!

looks like they have a texture mask that goes over everything, and then they use the texture mask to check what to display!! if its one value, they still display the animated part, if its another value, they display the staticy part, and it looks like they have a third part for displaying the staticy part but also flashes ocassionally. plus a cracked-up texture that goes on top of everything and matches up to the texture mask (or could be part of the staticy texture)

i would guess they have different levels on the texture mask too? so like lets say if the color is 0.2 on the mask, it will transition after just one shot, but if the color is 0.4, it would take two shots, etc

...So I have some thoughts on BMBLB. Opinions below.

Words never reach as far as art, so here is what I'm trying to say. Whether or not it was planned, I don't really care. However, it all feels way too overhyped for a moment that felt forced. Like Yang and Blake were, like in this picture, forced to kiss and be honest in order to survive. "Worthy" was the perfect song for them, but the moment it was used felt like such a waste.

Hopefully Rooster Teeth and CRWBY do better in the future.
