I am so happy that RKDD anime came out and I am so proud of Amano that another series got a screen adaptation.

literally there is probably no greater honor for an author than making his manga into an anime, imagine seeing your own characters brought to life on screen with voices, it must be amazing feeling.

And she did it again!

I will support RKDD anime as much as I can because Amano deserves it

Also have another “first words spoken to you are on your skin” soulmate AU idea where Kara is a journalist assigned to shadow the controversial CEO of L-Corp for the day. It’s a big deal for her to get this assignment, so of course she trips the second she’s near the other woman and tries awkwardly to redeem herself.

The CEO stares at her almost in shock, and then says nothing. At all. Ever, for the entire day.

Kara spends hours following Lena Luthor around trying to fill the silence, but no amount of questions get her to talk. Lena almost seems to be running away at some points - like she’s trying to lose her? - and the few times she’s managed to catch her actually talking to someone she goes silent the second she sees Kara.

She asks around if Miss Luthor is usually like this and everyone looks at her like she’s crazy. Apparently she’s the only one who gets the silent treatment. By the end of her first day shadowing she’s walking away with half a page of observations and not a single quote. Miss Grant is going to kill her.

But that’s okay. It’s fine, this isn’t over. She has four days of shadowing ahead of her and she’ll be damned if she doesn’t finish this with a quote from the woman herself. It’s only a matter of time.

the company i work for decided that its switching from the german formal "You"(Sie) to the informal "you" (Du) in all of our websites so now we have to scour the entire database to change it and i quite frankly hate that, not just bc the unecessary extra work but especially bc its such a weird and unecessary change

i bet its bc everything here is getting englishfied (both literally and culturally it feels like, when my new boss talks its half in english bc every second german word is just replaced by an english one despite there being perfectly fine words for it in german too, its so annoying) and bc they want to sound more personal in hopes of getting more clients bc 'company is your fwiend uwu!!', i know this here is the amercian tm site so you wouldnt understand really but i do not want to be greeted with 'du' by companies, no, thats too personal, you dont know me and im not giving you my data, stay away!!

i guess thats how i would describe it .. the formal you is like a polite distance, like someone you dont know staying outside your personal space, but when its the informal 'you' it feels invasive unless i told you you can call me that, and that goes double for companies

maybe its a small thing that doesnt seem important but i cant stand it, im just a little part time worker doing data work so i got no say in it but the companies founder also announced hes giving his post to his kids some time ago so ...... since then theres been alot of changes and new projects that solely aim to imitate whats popular and whats done by other companies, despite ours being one that is, or used to be, intentionally different, like, that was the POINT, but i guess chasing trends is just too appealing for CEOs

i had a strange dream in which Vasco and Machete were both a) in a modern day gang and b) were based on real people that you, the artist, personally knew. Someone made a trivia post about your blog saying “Y’know how all 12 of the high ranking gang members in that canis albus webcomic wear necklaces with a die hanging from them? (Both Vasco and Machete had four sided dice btw) This is actually based on a real thing that the real people who are in the gang it’s based on wear.”

then someone reblogged it with “I didn’t believe this until I learned that Machete’s real life counterpart is the one that designed all of them, and has spares of them all for safe keeping. Supposedly, his most unique password is the one that protects the safe that the spares are in, which, in turn, is based on the canis albus blog!”

Clyde watched from above a tree as the human walked down the streets late at night, it's lurking eyes locked on the human as they enter their home.

It watched from afar how this human was put on constant watch by the people that call themselves the Lankmann foundation, the fools that aim to hunt it down and stop it's rampaging around Eastridge. Their attempts were foolish, hilarious even, thinking back at what happened to that one officer.

Clyde doesn't blame how the human keeps a paranoid eye around their surroundings with it's association with the Foundation.

It slithered through the corners of the house, seeing which windows lead to which room, before settling on a window leading to a living room. Clyde could make out the humans movements in another room, possibly a kitchen.

Might as well have fun.

Clyde began knocking on the window lightly, barely making noise to reach the human. Then it made it's knocking louder against the glass, splitting an amused grin as the human flinched. Clyde hid from the window as the human began to turn around.

It began to head to another window, before looking back and seeing a faint silhouette of the human on the window before they closed the curtains.

Clyde went to another window, this time one leading directly towards the kitchen. It clawed at the window's hinges before it managed to unlock it, pushing it up and crawling inside the house.

It picked up on footsteps drawing closer and closer, Clyde looked at the doorway as the human entered. They noticed it before gaining a frightened look, it smiled in malice.

"You"

It pounced, jumping over the dinner table directly towards the human. However the human moved quicker and dodged it and went towards the right.

The table was spared but the wall wasn't, Clyde making a dent in it as it crashed into the wall.

Quickly recovering Clyde stood up on two feet, feeling the room look smaller compared to when it was on all fours. It looked at the human in the corner, who was holding something in their hand.

As it grew closer to the frozen human, it's attention shifted towards the thing in their hand, a sandwich, looking through the memories of the human kids. It should be focused on eating the human's mind to gain the information it wants but their curiosity took hold.

The human seemed to notice it's focus on the sandwich and offered it towards it.

"P-peace offering?" They said stuttering.

Clyde reached down and grabbed the sandwich from the human, briefly missing contact with their skin. It examined the human delicacy, searching through the memories it conducted that it was a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, or pb&j for short with it's sticky texture in-between the two slices of bread.

It took a bite, it's the first time it's ever eaten something that isn't a humans mind, the texture of the sandwich was soft and the chewy feeling was addicting, despite the lack of taste it enjoyed the feeling of eating.

It backed up from the human and went to a sitting position, feeling the room getting claustrophobic with it's height. It ate quietly, munching on the feeling of the bread and the sticky substance that is the butter and jelly. It's eyes flickered to the human as they didn't make a move to run but instead watch silently at the demon.

Before Clyde realized it already finished the sandwich. Looking at the human who now cowered in the corner.

It would've just eaten the humans mind and gain the information it seeked out, but instead it stood up and looked down at the human.

"I'll spare you for now"

Clyde then went to the window and exited the house, leaving a flabbergasted human behind.

two years!! :D it’s been two years since my final curtain call and seven years since Jimlingss began! Seven years!!! Now that’s a crazy yet meaningful number!

Hello to everyone reading this message :D hopefully you remember me (it’s ok if you don’t) and for those who care, hopefully this is a treat! just a quick update on my life — I successfully completed my first year of law school and what a whirlwind it’s been. 

I’ve had so many ups and downs in the past year and I honestly feel like I’ve changed a lot. like evolved from pichu to pikachu. It was my first time moving away from home, away from my parents, and making so many friends. it’s been 20% bitter and 80% sweet. overall, I feel like I’ve learnt so much about myself and became a lot more stable in who I am.

school is hard but completely manageable. luckily, I don’t think my choice was wrong. there are days I quite enjoy what I’m learning. I got 2 years left in the game. soon (hopefully) I’ll be making the big bucks $$$ and I’ll be able to fund my sugar baby dreams (except I’ll also be my own sugar mommy). Although my dating life is as stale as always with 0 movement, I’ve become close with a handful of folks that I hold dearly to my heart. guess I’m in my friendship arc hahahaha

funny enough, I actually came back to this blog out of my own volition 2 weeks ago and re-read some of my stories. I feel so nostalgic. some of my stories really slap ngl. anyway, I really miss creative writing so much. Fortunately, there’s a few extracurriculars at school that allow me to write creatively so it’s somewhat of an outlet for me. it’s not fully satisfying but it’s something!!

I regularly come back to tumblr to check messages and do plagiarism checks lol. Speaking of which, I’ll take this time to answer some messages in my inbox.

unfortunately, i don’t have any socials that anyone can follow me on. my socials are pretty private and only the people who i’m close to, I follow and vice versa. but no worries because I will always come back to this blog to do a yearly update so you’ll hear from me! I will satiate your curiosity if you’re every curious about what I’m up to!!
