This is based on the idea of at least preserving the text of one of my favorite visual novels, Love Island The Game, by Fusebox. Seasons 1 to 3 will be removed from the original app (which had been renamed Love Villa at some point) on December 11, 2023.

The plan for now is to manually extract the script from the game, then code it into a simple, fully text-based, playable format. This will be done for Seasons 1 to 3.

Expanded Info for Black Sails Kink Meme 2024

Hi there!

Since there has been a sufficient amount of interest for this idea, let me explain a little further how I think this will work and general guidelines–

I’m encouraging as informal and low stress/pressure of an atmosphere as possible here. Back in The Day when LiveJournal Kink Memes were common, it was very typical to see a prompt put up and filled within an hour. It doesn’t have to be polished, it doesn’t have to make logistical sense, it just has to fill the prompt as best as you can, sexily! It’s supposed to be fun. A bunch of fun, raunchy kink and smut to roll around in as a fandom. 🥳 🥳

So yeah, first thing to expect, it’s basically ALL PWP (porn without plot). Not to say that someone can’t write a full plot epic if they like, do whatever you like, but in my experience, a 4am fugue state smut fill written in a sweaty haze is kind of, the spirit of the thing. We’re creating ficlets, snapshots, tasty treats of smut with as little pressure to make it in any way polished as possible. Please think of this as, hmmm, a little fun writing exercise you do before you go back to your Big Serious Work, if that helps. We are letting loose, we are having fun, we are being deliciously, joyously, unrepentantly filthy with it! The tagline for the event is: “Get High, Jerk Off Three Times, and Write Me a Warmup :DD”

A prompt might say, for example– “MaxAnne, s2, would love to see the girls get slippery wet with some period sex, bonus if one or both eats the other out while she’s menstruating.” 

Pretty standard stuff, nothing that off the wall from my perspective, however, some folks might feel shy about asking for it for whatever reasons and so the anonymous format frees ppl up to ask for anything from: “Midshipman James McGraw getting caned in pre-canon by his superiors” to, idk, “full tentacle-y type oviposition porn where someone is being forced to come over and over again while being implanted with eggs by some giant plant beast on Skeleton Island (probably Silver).”

Literally ask for whatever smut you want~~ This is your chance, toss it into the pot! It will be tagged accordingly when posted if it’s filled, so live your truth, chase your bliss, know no shame, no one can see you~~

It is helpful when submitting a prompt to give details that are important to you, and the prompt filler will do their best with it. <3 So, I suggest giving a ship specification up front, maybe a vague timeline (season 1, season 2, etc), and then the kinks you want to see with a short description. Sort of like the MaxAnne period sex I gave an example of above.

Logistics and Structure of Submissions–

I have created a sideblog called @blacksailskmeme through which, once submissions are live (it will be open to accept prompts hopefully in March 2024), you may submit ANON ASK PROMPTS. I will publish them with a number and a link to the collection. If you like one of the prompts, simply post it through the collection with its corresponding number and then that AO3 link to your fill will be reblogged underneath the original ask prompt.

Simple as that! 

Follow the Event Blog, or the tag #2024BSKMemeFills in order to keep tabs on when prompts are filled. 

This makes it very easy for me and yall both, as there is no claiming process to trouble ourselves with. As many fills as are written are allowed for each prompt, simply write whatever speaks to you and I’ll be able to track the fills by the notifs on the collection. :DD

As of now, I’m planning to open prompts in March 2024 and keep the collection and blog running for prompts and fills both up through the end of Summer 2024. To respect the spirit of the event, all fills and prompts MUST be anonymous. Edit for clarification: The entire collection is marked Anonymous, which means any work submitted to it will be posted Anon. There is no option you need to worry about checking to guarantee this. I apologize for the initial confusing language, I have been learning as I go.

It still stands that if, after the event is closed, you want to then de-anon your work, that is your prerogative. However, it will mean you must remove the work from the collection, as the collection itself will forever and always remain anonymous.

season 1-3 character archive

hello everyone!! i know that i have become extremely inactive recently, but as of today fusebox has announced that the love villa app or the 'og' love island app will be discontinuing seasons 1-3 on december 11th. this is upseting news to many fans as a majority of us prefer these older seasons due to the love and care put into these intial seasons. as a way to preserve some of the og app, i will be creating a google drive folder with all character sprites and details from the og app.

some questions i will answer now before anyone asks:

can you rip the episode scripts? no i cannot because the og game doesn't contain scripts in the same format like litg2 therefore i cannot rip them.

will this folder be shared with everyone? yes of course! as a way to preserve memories of the og seasons and characters prior to fusebox's remastering.

5 Reasons Why You Shouldn't Watch OUR FLAG MEANS DEATH

1. It's about pirates

1717. The Golden Age of Piracy.

Wealthy landowner Stede Bonnet set out to find adventure and renown on the high seas. And he met a famous legend – the dread pirate Blackbeard. We watch their adventures, exchange of experience and confrontation with the Navy. This is the moment when you begin to remember notorious works inspired by pirate culture. For example "Treasure Island", 'Pirates of the Caribbean" , "Assassin's Creed". And you think... haven't we had enough? Haven’t we seen and known everything about pirates? Enough is enough. Come up with something new, folks

2. It's a comedy

When you think about comedies, I believe your head is filling up with moments from your favorite movies and shows. The good and old quality content that went through fire and water and made you laugh so many times. They don' t make anything like this nowadays. And we are used to an empty and similar shell of comedies. So you need to ask yourself: do you really want to laugh out loud until your belly hurts, because that is what you will get if you start to watch “Our Flag Means Death”. The perfect timing and delivery, the combination of the old setting and new realities, the general idiocy of situations will bring you to the edge of tears. Do you really need this? Is it really worth it? Yeah, I thought so.

3. It has a brilliant cast

You won't find a show with such an ethnically diverse cast anywhere else. Yes, this is a show about pirates who spread fear on the shores of the West Indies and were persecuted by the British Navy, but your fellow aristocrat from Barbados speaks with a New Zealand accent. The scariest pirate in history not only also speaks with a New Zealand accent, he is also Māori. Your ordinary pirate crew has a cannibal, a weirdo with a cleaver, a killing machine and a scribe among others. You'll just be constantly distracted by thinking how well the actors nailed their roles.

4. It makes you believe in love again

You think you're watching a silly little comedy about pirates, but then you start realizing that you believe in love again. How could that happen?

The two main characters met when they needed each other the most. The terrible pirate Blackbeard - a living legend - has lost the will to live. Wealthy landowner Stede Bonnet escaped from the trap of aristocratic life. The spark that ran between them, in a favorable, open and trusting space, turned into deep feelings. One didn't realize their power, the other didn't realize them at all, but both were willing to sacrifice everything for each other. Do you really need to believe in love again? In this economy?

5. It's an ongoing series

The first season was realized last year. The second season is expected this spring. The plot can take any turn. This is not a safe watching of an already ended show. For example the real pirates in the real world, aka Stede No-Middle-Name Bonnet and Edward Teach Or Thatch, parted and both died in 1718. Literally a year after the events described in the first season. No one wants to watch a show where the main characters who are in love with each other die in the end.

These are five reasons why you shouldn't watch this show if you don't want to constantly think about pirates.

i'm willow and i just started playing harvest moon! you seem to be really well-informed about harvest moon, so i hope it'd be okay if i asked you for some advice? :O if not, feel free to ignore this! (also, i emulate my games, so if you're uncomfortable with emulation i completely understand ^^)

i'd like to ask what ur favourite nds harvest moon is! yesterday i started playing tale of two towns and i've been seriously enjoying it haha. i'm now a little bit bored though (i've been playing it for the entire day now 😵‍💫) so i thought maybe i should try the other games, but there are just so many i'm not sure which i should try! the sad thing is that i'm only able to emulate nds games (3ds ones are definitely out sadly, and i tried to emulate the wii and gamecube ones but they didn't work unfortunatelyy) so i won't be able to enjoy trio of towns and more 😔

i really like the social aspect of the game (even though i haven't been able to get married to any of the bachelors ahaha) but i like the farming aspect too! do you have any game in mind? (or just your favourite one!) thank you so much! im so sorry if it's rude of me to suddenly ask you this. i hope you have a great week ahead!! 😊

I actually was having a replay of ToTT before Mistria came out! It wasn’t one I was fond of, so getting a new perspective on it and finding things to like was nice, even if I do agree it’s on the boring side. (Side note Gombe is the best character in the entire series and I wish he moved in with you too if you marry Nori/Nana.)

As for my favorite DS game, well, (gestures to my username). Grand Bazaar is one of my favorites. It’s actually the first game Dirk was from and his older brother is my favorite bachelor in the series!! (I also think Dirk’s ToTT version is a LOT better if you’ve played GB; it’s very nice to see his character development between the games if you see any of his GB heart events.)

A lot of the mechanics are more on the simple side (Iirc it was meant to be a beginner’s game), and since you’ve played ToTT you’re familiar with the hell that is the freshness system. (GB and ToTT are the only games with it; in every other game things never go bad. One of those experimental things that didn’t stick, which the DS games had a LOT of.) GB also has a mechanic where if you step on your crops too much their quality will go down, but as long as you switch from running to walking while watering them for the day, you should be good!!

The biggest mechanic change, and the one the game is based around, is in the name itself; the bazaar! You don’t have shipping bins in this game, and instead you sell everything at a weekly bazaar on Saturday! You run a stand with all your items set up, and ring a bell to attract customers. Generally if you’re focused and stay for a while, you’ll sell all your stuff. (The game’s goal is to earn enough at bazaars that you’ll be able to have it keep growing and become more famous, which also helps a LOT in the selling regard as you’ll get more customers the higher your rank is.) I tend to save all my stuff for the end of the season and sell all of my crops at once.

This is also where you’ll be able to buy everything; while Raul runs the general store in town, Enrique sells animals at the bazaar, for example. As it grows you’ll even have stands with characters from Island of Happiness and Sunshine Islands setting up shop!!

It’s also MUCH easier to unlock makers than every other game in the series with them, including the games before it. The other gimmick is town has 3 Windmills, all of which are unlocked automatically in your first year. I’m not quiiiiiite sure how they work on emu because they involve blowing to speed up production time, but doing a quick search for people playing Professor Layton and Ace Attorney on Reddit says it’s doable to configure, it just depends on what emu you’re using.

I’m not toooo familiar with animals because I never keep any (seeing this in the first game in the series I ever played when I was 11 traumatized the FUCK out of me and now it stresses me out to have them in any of the games that aren’t AWL LMAO.) But looking it up it seems to be standard fare, with the barn actually attached to your house to make it easier to reach them. You can’t sell your animals unlike other games, but besides that they’re functionally the same but with much easier access in the morning.

I also ADORE the cast so, SO much. Like I said, my favorite bachelor in the series is in this game. The entire cast is very colorful and charming. Both the art style and designs are, overwhelmingly, the biggest influence on my (chibi) art and overall character designs- which says a LOT about the series that made me start drawing as a child in the first place. It’s absolutely gorgeous. I don’t have a number one favorite mayor in the series, but a tie between 3. You better believe Felix is one of them. He’s SO good. Especially when ToTT Rutger if you chose Bluebell is very generic as far as bokumono mayors go. (Luv Ina/Irusa though)

Also it introduced tea leaves to the series which was the most goated thing to ever happen. Tea leaves are the best crop. I love tea leaves.

TLDR Please play Grand Bazaar I love Grand Bazaar.

(I also hope you can get other emus to work! All 3 of the 3DS games are the best in the series, Imo, and the Wii games are classics. If you have Steam you can also get Friends of Mineral Town (the best starter game imo), and A Wonderful Life (it’s a black sheep in the series but a VERY VERY beloved black sheep and the original GameCube version was a LOT of people’s first game.) I’m olivetownhater199x though)

Every game titled Harvest Moon from The Lost Valley onwards isn’t actually a part of the Bokujou Monogatari series, but rather games by the original localizers profiting off brand name when Marvelous switched to in house for translation.)

The day after the ball, my family and I had a nice dinner over at Lord Andrews's estate. I learned of his first name, Keelan as he accompanied me on a tour with my parents around the property before dinner. He was very kind and respectful, not at all what I pictured. I was expecting a very misogynistic man who only saw me as his breeding tool. However, Keelan held great conversations and spoke about education which I greatly appreciated.

Keelan would be the perfect match for any lady, but there were still doubts in my mind. Doubts that included me running far from here, and wondering if Law would let me tag along with his pirate crew. Then I thought about Ace and that idea went down the toilet.

Today, I asked my parents if I could go out shopping with my lady's maid Lana to chaperone. They agreed feeling that my one day courtship with Keelan was going well and expected me not to run away. However, I didn't plan to, we walked along the market and visited a variety of shops. I was picking out different clothing and silks that I knew my mother would never approve of but I wanted to have a say in my clothing if I were to be stuck in this god-awful place. I continued to walk and passed by the board that contained the most recent wanted posters, I eyed them and saw Ace once more. His bounty had gone up and I smiled.

I began to walk away and noticed a familiar face on the board, it was him. It was Law, he did have a small bounty but he was a pirate. He did not lie about that, I knew some pirates could be awful but he was far from it, especially with that bounty.

"Madam, shall we get going," Lana states.

"Yes, do you think we shall visit the mandarin orchard to pick out fresh fruits for breakfast?"

"As you wish." We continued our short walk to the orchards and began to look. I suggested that Lana and I should split, she was hesitant at first but I ensured her that I wasn't going anywhere, and my father would not hear about it. She nodded and went the opposite way as I continued down my path. I eyed for the perfect fruit that would satisfy my palate. I soon found one and began to reach for it until someone reaches from behind me.

I turn around and face Trafalgar Law once more. He smiles and hands me the fruit.

"To what do I owe the pleasure Law?" I ask as I continue my path down the orchard.

"I wanted to check in on you, make sure you were alright after last night."

"I'll manage." I inform him, and he gazes at me with pity.

"You know you don't have to live this life. You can be free from all this?"

"Are you offering me a spot on your crew?"

"No."

"Then how can I-"

"It's too dangerous for someone of your kind to be a pirate, I know you dreamed about it but with your upbringing." He says.

"My upbringing?" I say feeling a bit upset at what he was insinuating

"Well you know, a proper lady, tea time, gowns,"

"And training with my tough brothers on how to defend myself, asshat." He looks at me surprised.

"You trained with your brothers?"

"Yes, they taught me everything I know, Law."

"Alright then, show me." He says.

"Right now? You don't think anyone would-"

"I checked to make sure the orchard was clear before speaking with you. Your lady's maid is being preoccupied by my crew."

"Alright then" I go to swing at him and he immediately dodges it. I try again and he catches my fist in his hand. I use this as an opportunity to kick my leg up. He moves to the side however, I decided to aim towards his arm. This catches him off guard and causes him to stumble back releasing my fist. I take this as an opportunity to kick once more but he is quick to grab it. He yanks me forward forcing my weight to turn us. I then lose my balance causing me to land on my back. He chuckles a bit.

He begins to walk away, but I decide to try again to take him down. I go to throw a punch but he moves to his right grabbing my wrist. He pulls my weight into him bringing his arm and mine into a chokehold. However there is no pressure to this and I'm flush against his chest. I can feel his breath on my neck as he recovers from our little sparring session.

"See, I told you weren't ready." He whispers into my ear, my eyes close as I relish in his embrace, shivering at feeling his breath on me. I look up at him  and notice his lips and mine so close to each other. What am I doing? I look up to him and he shares the same uncertainty that I do.

"Not ready and being rusty are two separate things pirate Law." I finally answered.

"Captain Law, and whatever you say diamond" He says.

"I hate that you call me that." I say unraveling from his embrace.

"You've must have hated it more when the queen named you the diamond of the season?"

"Of course I did, last thing I wanted was to be an instant bride and here I am."

"An instant bride? Already?" He asks. Was that panic I heard?

"Well he has yet to propose but he has already begun courting me. My father has already given him his blessing."

"And is that what you want?"

"You already know the answer to that Law."

"Reject him."

"I cannot"

"Why?"

"It's complicated."

"Would you rather spend the rest of your life married to an oaf that only cares about wealth and status?"

"Out of all the noble men I've met, he's decent."

"So you like him?" He steps closer to me until are faces are inches apart. My breath hitches.

"As a friend, I can't see myself married to him."

"So what happens once he proposes?" He says as he begins to lean in

"Law..."

"You know the answer, just say it."

"Law I would say no and travel the world if I could, go on adventures, be the crappiest pirate there is but my hands are tied. If I were to run now, my brother that's out at sea is at risk of being captured by navy admirals!" His grey eyes gazed into mine as I confessed my true feelings to him. His stoic demeanor sent chills down my spine yet he still captured my attention in ways I could not describe.

“Don’t give up on your dream (Y/N), keep fighting for it.”

My heart raced as he stood close to me and I could feel the faint brush of his hand on mine. He slowly grabbed mine and we latched our hands together. Warmth spreads across my chest reaching up to my cheeks, I look down to his lips and slowly begin to reach my other hand up to lay on his chest. I close my eyes as we begin to slowly inch closer to one another.

"(Y/N)-" He began until we heard footsteps approaching. He stood in front of me as to shield me from anyone seeing us together unchaperoned. He remembered.

"CAPTAIN! We lost the lady's maid she can be here any minute." Penguin and Shachi scream. Law curses as his crew members failed to keep Lana distracted.

"We can continue this some other time (Y/N)."

"I look forward to it..." I say. He smirks as he and his crew take their leave.

I couldn't believe what just came out of my mouth. His concern of who I'm marrying did raise some questions. He mentioned that I could not join his crew. However, that doesn't mean I still couldn't find Ace's crew and join them. If that were the case then I would be by Ace's side if the Marine's were to come after him. That still meant putting him and his crew in danger which is what I had been trying to avoid. God if only he were here to talk to, or even Sabo. They would know what to do. Luffy would tell me to grab some meat and ponder on it.

"Madam there you are! I was getting worried, these two odd men approached me asking for directions, and then continued to ask me more about kingdom." She said as we began to walk out of the orchard.

"Maybe they took an interest in you, Lana"

"Oh no madam. Surely not." She says as her cheeks begin to tinge red.

"I'm just joking, let's get home now." I say as we begin the walk to my parent's home.

As we turned the corner, we run in to none other than Lord Andrews.

"(Y/N). Ms. Lana." He greets us nodding in our direction. "What brings you both out here?

"Lana and I were doing some shopping. Then we decided to pick some fresh oranges for breakfast tomorrow."

"Sounds lovely. Would you mind if I escorted you both back to your estate?"

"Not at all, Keelan."

"What brings you out here, sir?"

"Please just Keelan, and I was in town looking for a gift for my mother. Her birthday is approaching soon."

"Well please let her know I said Happy Birthday."

"Of course. I've actually been meaning to ask you something (Y/N)" No. No. No. not yet Keelan.

"Yes, Keelan?"

"I know that in our lives, we are to fulfill our birth right  duty.  Wed, have a family and carry on our families name. However, I have a feeling this is something you do not want."

"That's ridiculous-"

"So you're saying I'm wrong. I can tell when people are lying to me (Y/N)." Shit, he knows this isn't what I want but my parents would be furious to know that I called off the engagement before I was even proposed to.

"You would be correct but I do have an obligation to fill for my family. I know it may not be love but I do believe we would make an excellent partnership." I try to answer truthfully.

"As do I, however I too can't help but wonder what true love feels like."

"You and me both Keelan."

"Perhaps it is something we can explore with one another." He suggests.

"I wouldn't say no to that Keelan." I begrudgingly say but truthfully I wish I could ask him to hold off on the proposal.

"Great to know, (Y/N)." He himself seemed a bit unsure of me.

We continue our walk to my parent's estate, we bid our good nights and go our separate ways. No proposal has been set but I'm sure one is to come. I make my way back into my room.

I sat in my bed as I thought about what it would be like when Keelan decided to propose, well if he ever did. I don't think I was much help in wanting to marry me. Especially after the conversation we had today. However, I don't want to marry in the first place. I could try to write a letter to ace, but there would be no way to address him without it being intercepted by my parents. My thoughts then traveled to Law.

He was a man of mystery, I wanted to ask what it is he was looking for here.

Just as the thought appeared, the room turned a light shade of blue and a gust of wind flew through my hair. Speak of the devil. I look up and Law is standing there handsomely with a smirk on his face.

"Law, are you trying to get us caught?" I walk over to my door to lock it.

"Sorry diamond, didn't mean to upset the lady of the house."

"Please stop calling me diamond and I am not the lady of this house."

"Oh right, soon to be Lady Andrews."

"Hearing you say that out loud makes me even more nauseous. What are you doing here anyway?"

"I wanted to see you."

"There's not much to see."

"Don't do that."

"Do what, Law."

"Put yourself down."

"It's what I feel.."

"It doesn't make it true, you're an amazing and courageous woman who is still standing after being forced into something she doesn't want. If only I can talk her out of it."

"I might consider it if you let me-"

"Not a chance diamond, last thing I need is your pretty face getting hurt."

"Aren't you a doctor that could heal my pretty face." I say getting closer to him.

"I'm the surgeon of death."

"Still a doctor" I lean in closer to him, I just wanted to be as close to him as possible. His presence brought me great comfort, and I felt free while I was with him. I could speak freely, dress freely and act freely. No need to worry about manners, gestures or greeting. It was just me and him. (Y/N) and Law.

"(Y/N).."

"Law" We stare deeply into one another's eyes and the gap slowly closes in. This was wrong, this was wrong on so many levels for a proper woman. Me on the other hand felt this was right.

Just as the gap was about to close, the doorknob began to rattle. Loud knocks began to follow, Law and I pull away quickly and by the time I reach the door to turn around he was gone. I open the door to be met by mother.

"(Y/N)! Make sure you get plenty of rest, I'll have a dress picked out for you tomorrow. I just spoke with your father, Lord Andrews will be over tomorrow for brunch with his mother and father. That can only mean one thing!" She closes the door without waiting for a response and I feel the tears well in my eyes and begin to pour over. I walk back over to my bed and begin to sob into my pillow.

I feel a hand begin to rub my back.

"Don't cry (Y/N), everything will work itself out." He whispers into my ear.

"I can't do it Law, I don't want to do it, but I can't put my brother in danger." I say as the tears begin to get heavier.

"I tried to run away earlier in the year but my father caught me. He said if I tried to run, he would send marine admirals after my brother Ace. I can't let that happen, I won't put his life in danger."

"Do you think he would want you to suffer like this?"

"It doesn't matter Law if I'm here, the only danger he faces is the open seas. Not the wrath of admirals. If I'm here he gets to have his freedom.

"But you lose yours in the process."

"It's what I have to do as his sister."

"As a brother I could never allow my sister to do this to herself. If she were in your position I would tell her to let the admirals come. I would never sacrifice her happiness for my life. I'm sure Ace would do the same." Law argues but I couldn't accept that. I haven't heard from Ace in years besides seeing his wanted posters.

"Law, I wouldn't know what Ace wants because I haven't seen him in years. I can't put his life at risk."

“I’m sure your brother is much stronger now. Stronger than the last time you saw him, he wouldn’t want this for you. I know I don’t.”

“You barely know me.”

“You barely know Lord Andrews.”

“Law, please help me.”

“I’ll do what I can diamond.”

Kai,Zane and Opposite Shipping and Headcanons

1.Remember that scene in season one of Ninjago where Kai finds Zane in a fridge? It was a funny wholesome scene probably done for one time joke,but now with knowledge that Zane is a robot,I have a headcanon Zane sometimes sits in a fridge or freezer to cool down his body, because sometimes his systems overheat and because of that he glitches or lags too much. Ussualy it will happen at night after intense visions he had in his sleep or if he has 3 am thoughts that don't have a logical explanation,so he will wake up,all glitchy and laggy,and will go sit in freezer or fridge for 10 minutes or more, depending on how bad the glitches and lags are and he will stay there till he cools down.

2.As much as Kai loves parties,fun and a good time,he can't stand summer heat,his own body heat is already high enough on it's own because he is the master of fire,so summer heat along with that for him is like a nightmare. Because of this,he often cuddles with Zane and clings to him during Summer months to cool himself down. Zane finds it adorable and loves to use any opportunity to be affectionate with Kai in private,but it can be inconvenient when they are on missions or when Zane is doing something that requires more physical and or complex movement

3.After training Zane gives Kai thourough shoulder and back massages, while Kai oils Zane's cloged up gears,Zane insists he can oil himself,but Kai insists to let him pamper Zane as he loves to surround him with possessive caring affection, during those massages and oiling,they both extra time to do those because they are both touch starved. That being said,even though tehnology isn't Kai's forte and there are some things he doesn't like about it,he secretly learned to do some decent engineering and repairs just to be able to patch up and heal Zane when he is hurt. Zane appricietes it more then he lets on.

4. Kai will often push Zane to try new things that are out of Zane's comfort zone,Zane doesn't always like what they do,but he also appricietes it cause this way he discovered some things he enjoys that he never would have tried otherwise. One time they tried roleplaying and drinking,which is the way Zane learned he likes theatre acting. Another reason he and Kai now from time to time when they are free act out their favourite scenes from musicals and dramas,Zane cause he likes acting,Kai because he wants additional more cool ways to flirt with Zane

5.Zane makes Kai breakfast in bed,no questions asked, especially when Kai is sick or it's Kai's birthday. In that case Zane makes Kai's favourite meals and pastries, anything from spicy seafood ramen and cozy soups to ice-cream cake and croissants. Kai appricietes it and he can't help but brag about his boyfriend or to over compliment him in front of others,Zane gets flustered every time.

6. Sometimes Kai will be annoying little shit and he will kiss Zane anytime that's inconvenient because Kai is impulsive and spontaneous. Zane will of course kiss back because sharing affection always feels good,but sometimes this Kai's habit will result in Zane's breakfast burning or the tiles being too clean and slippery.

7. While Kai likes to kiss,compliment and cuddle often as expression of his affection,Zane more uses his actions and assistance as expression of his affection and saves kisses and cuddles more for special occasions.

8. After Zane was back from Chen's island,Kai wouldn't leave Zane out of his sight for months on end. He always checked up on Zane way too often to see if there are any damages,he often would glare at anyone who was about to hurt or acsidently push Zane,he would often make sure Zane doesn't go into dangerous situations or at the very least not alone because Kai was scared Zane would go self sacrfice himself again if the situation became too dire

9. Kai likes to sit with Zane on a balconies of high buildings or on rooftops for the thrill and to cloud and star gaze, however ussualy only when Kai can't sleep or when he is in a tough place mentally. Before Kai used to more punch his way into feeling better in boxing rings or just get drunk too much, however after him and Zane became a couple,Zane helped him find some coping mechanisms that are a bit safer and more healthy. In turn Kai helped Zane be more open and fine with expressing and feeling his emotions, including grief. In that department Kai can be a hypocrite because he likes to hide his grief through seeming cool and fine.

Tails' SLI Journey

Alright !! Lengthy Post Time. I was spurred to make this post by the person who mentioned on my character arc post that Tails was absent from it. And since I'm absolutely awful at clarifying anything unless prompted*, I thought I might do so here and explain the deal with Tails, considering his journey ended up being different in comparison to the rest of Team Sonic.

*Which brings me to say that my asks (under the "♡ Confessional ♡" tab) are open, and if anyone wants to ask anything regarding this AU, feel free to do so ! I know that we're so far into this project that some crucial details do go amiss when posting about it, so if you want to ask about particular characters, setting, lore etc., go for it ! Because it does help expand on the world and organise my thoughts a lot hehe <3

Tails... unfortunately did not have the easiest nor the best journey on the island.

He came in on day 1, along with Sonic, Knuckles and Vector, forming the og boys of the series. It's quickly established that Sonic and Tails know each other and are best friends on the outside (and had been since they were kids). Tails and Knuckles connected early on due to Tails' working in Mystic Ruins, a location with significant ties to Knuckles' culture.

Picked at random, Tails was coupled up with Honey and they did not get off to a good start. Their interactions tended to be awkward and forced, not to mention Tails' habit of being very unobtrusive came as a disadvantage to him.

Initial couple aside, Tails had his eye on Zooey, who happened to be coupled up with Knuckles. But, of course, Tails is a shy boy with low self-confidence and although Sonic encourages him to get out there, it took him a lot of effort to work up the courage to talk to a girl.

Tails sadly finds himself stuck in a loop of interacting with solely his friends (Sonic, Knuckles and Amy, primarily) when they're around, and attempting to pay Honey some respect.

Then, in comes the complications.

Honey has her attention on Sonic and Sonic entertains this interest (with Tails' reluctant permission), while Knuckles is cracking on with Zooey. The other two girls, Amy and Sticks, Tails paid no mind to, valuing them more as friends (especially Amy, who took on a motherly role for him).

Tails is left utterly disrespected in the face of both Sonic and Knuckles' actions despite the situations and feels hopeless, as his connections in the villa are being taken by two boys far more appealing than himself.

In later days, Tails continues to talk to Honey out of courtesy, but eventually begins to interact more with Zooey. And whilst Sonic and Amy are in the midst of a villa-typical drama, Tails is given the perfect opportunity to get to know Zooey more as a diversion from the chaos.

Tails spends the next couple of days chatting to Zooey, pushing past his meek nature and Zooey does admit she was interested in him from day dot but wasn't sure her attraction was romantic or platonic. She acknowledges and respects his slow-burning romantic style.

Tragically, Tails' story comes to a close at the end of episode 6, where he was voted off the island and he leaves with unresolved business.

Although, when he makes his return for the reunion episode after the season's end, it becomes known that Tails and Zooey did meet up on the outside and went on a few dates with one another, hinting at the potential of a relationship. All's well that ends well ?

Tails' journey did not quite pan out as best as any of them (or us) would have hoped, but hey, that's life. Sometimes things happen in their own weird way, in their own weird time.

Hello! Just found your blog and wanted to clarify something, what is it exactly? Is it based on some game on some kind of app? It got me curious. Is it currently being rewritten by fans If I understood correctly? It's been stated something about season 1 to 3, if so, where I can find previous seasons? Hi! Thanks for checking the blog out. To clarify, it is based on the original Love Island The Game (renamed to Love Villa) by Fusebox. LITG Archive is basically what it says on the tin: it's a preservation of the original Seasons 1 to 3 text content which was removed last December 11, 2023 by the company. There is another project that aims to rewrite Seasons 1 to 3 called LITG Remastered, which is separate from mine.

Here are the announcements they made in the app, about the removal of content due to the discontinuation of a third-party tool they use. Their first announcement says they may "remaster them and bring them back", but then subsequently changed it to "will look into ways to possibly bring back" which, until now, there is no news about.

The content on the original app had been replaced by Seasons 4 to 7 since then. To note, Seasons 4 to 7 is also the content of their current, newer app, which they had named Love Island The Game.

Story-wise, it is based on the actual reality show that is also called Love Island. You are playing as a female protagonist who enters the said reality show, where you stay in a villa with other hot people and couple up with them or risk staying single and getting booted from the show. You'll go through challenges and try to become part of the winning couple at the very end. There's a chance to win £50,000 where you'll make a choice: split the money with your partner and choose love, or choose money and take all of it.

At the moment, only Season 3 Day 6 Part 1 is available on the demo, which I will be updating near end of this month with Days 1 to 5 content with at least 2 routes. I do not have any Season 1 or 2 content up at the moment.

hiii biscuit ive been speedrunning sdv recently, do you have any tips on grinding for perfect :0?

HAIIII if you mean speedrunning-speedrunning then uh. check out thehaboo on youtube, he has actual information and perfection speedruns. he's gotten one under 24h but that's impossible in a casual run even if youre trying to go fast on purpose

in terms of more casual but determined gameplay... make sure to get a list of all of the ingredients you need for cooking and have a special chest JUST FOR COOKING ITEMS. make sure to stay on top of it or it'll fuck you over, especially the fish. crops are a bit easier with pierre's shopping list and the space on ginger island but that'll still delay you by a Lot if you neglect it

this is a given but make a LOT of use of the wiki, it'll make things a lot faster.

magic bait is an RNG nightmare and i don't recommend it for trying to get the master angler stardrop lategame for more than a few fish. make sure to stay on top of your fish, you need to catch every single one that's available in a season. octopus and midnight carp are easy to miss, keep special tabs on those, same with the mines fish.

speaking of fishing, don't be afraid to stack up a shitton of fishing buffs when going for the legend or glacierfish. no honor in hooking and missing it 5 times in a day. DONT use seafoam pudding unless you have a lot lying around, use +3 fishing foods that last longer like lobster bisque or dish o the sea. you can also buy trout soup from willy for +2. trap bobber and cork bobber are your best friends.

when you're doing the shipping screen, don't make a list of everything you need if you have more than half of the thing to go, wait until you've got a handful of items left or you'll stress yourself out needlessly.

the biggest obstacle for perfection is the golden clock. do NOT buy the return scepter from krobus once you have a few million, that is an eighth of the golden clock and could set you back by several weeks in the final stretch. you need ~13mil for all the obelisks and the golden clock. fill your greenhouse and ginger island with either ancient fruit or starfruit (ancient fruit are low maintenance but are worth less money, starfruit are worth more money but require replanting) and go ham with kegs

another money tip: don't age wine, age gold star goat cheese. it's over 100,000g a week if you have enough golden animal crackered goats, i believe it takes two full barns of them but they're really profitable WHEN GOLDEN ANIMAL CRACKERED

you can golden animal cracker a fish pond. i didnt know that for way too long. fish ponds are a great resource for getting specific items, but keep in mind they require gifts to reach population requirements that are sometimes The Item You Want Them To Make. there's an exploit you can do with fish ponds that doubles the produced items every day until you have a stack of 999, blade did a great video on it. it's kind of a pain though but if you're the kind of person to enjoy exploits then it can be a lot of fun and a lot of munny

crafting takes a surprising amount of time and materials. keep at least one piece of marble for a crafting recipe from robin's. keep tabs on the special requests board, it's SO IMPORTANT to take the quests that give recipes. make sure to hoard crafting supplies, even junk like slime or sap if possible.

hmmmm if you have anything specific you struggle with in perfection feel free to ask about it, i've done it twice and am chipping away at a third so if you need any advice im your guy. as you can see i love talking for a really long time

hi friends! like majority of people i have been obsessed with watching Love Island lately, and now that the season is sadly over i thought why not have my own version in the Sims. i have been hard at work preparing and i couldn't be more excited!

while i have my OGs already and a few bombshells up my sleeve, i want this story to be as interactive as the show and i would love to include some of your islanders! more info on submitting below↓

cc encouraged! maxis match/mix preferably (though i will add a few details that all my sims have to make them cohesive with my game, hopefully that's okay! i will not make MAJOR changes)

please try to have at least one negative trait, people are flawed and that's okay!

on the same note, try to refrain from stacking multiple romantic traits that would give a major advantage to finding love

please include a bit of backstory, likes and dislikes, (i'm not sure if ww attraction likes/dislikes transfer so if they do great, if not feel free to lmk them and ill add manually), turn ons/off, usual type, etc.

aspirations don't matter but if it adds to their story, cool! also feel free to have them have skills or not, but some challenges may be skill based so ;)

make as many outfits as you want to, just keep in mind that in the villa it's a lot of swimwear and club-ish/party fits as well as some formal outfits for recoupling, (for example, with sims i've made, i have in the cold category like a hoodie and shorts and slippers for like lounging around at night) I will be adding outfits as we go and to fit certain challenges/parties, but I will try to match your sims aesthetic as best as possible.

9. your favourite book of 2020

ahh, i'm actually going to answer this for---last year, because i remember it and also bc i hit my reading goal last year!!

so my actual answer would be nona the ninth, but as i have already rec'd gideon to bean and mentioned harrow in this list, i shan't count it.

i think i'm gonna go with The Midnight Lie by Marie Rutkoski, which is part one of a duology. the first is a retelling of cinderella, the second of sleeping beauty.

the first, to me, was much more enjoyable than the second, although i deeply enjoyed both. the first is singular pov, the second is split (i liked the LI's more!)

the book takes place on an island which is segregated into three classes / rings, each of which enjoys a vastly different quality of life than the other. the protagonist lives in the lowest class, where, if you're charged with a crime, no matter the severity, the guards can take any tribute they ask---from a few strands of hair to some blood to an eye, etc. she works with her guardian to help sneak people out of the lower ring and into the upper rings, and has always yearned for a taste of them hersellf. after spending a night in prison, she meets an outsider--the first on the island in many years--who helps her achieve just that.

also the plot twist in this book is. amazing.

14. a book that made you trip on literary acid

literally the first book that came to mind was Eldest, of the Inheritance Cycle.

(i was going to answer with "witches of ash & ruin by e. latimer" but my kindle cover is now blue -.- and uglier, imo. whatever.)

but, uh. The Wee Free Men by Terry Pratchett!! i started the discworld series with the tiffany aching series, and i highly recommend <3 the nac mac feegles make me giggle so much <3

also i deeply love tiffany and all of the things that pterry conveys through her <3

80. a book that reminds you of a loved one

i technically answered this on bean's! that would be "a girl of the limberlost" or "the secret garden" bc they both remind me of my mom.

also almost any murder mystery will remind me of her, as those were her favorite genre.

u h m. but to name a different book; i think of my brother every time i see a riordanverse book, particularly the Percy Jackson <3 i let him borrow my copies (i've. mostly forgiven him for their now beat up / falling apart state) and watching him develop his first otp / devour them was so sweet <3

Legends And Lattes - Travis Baldree! cozy, slice of life fantasy with a sapphic romance. an orc retires from adventuring to open a coffee shop in a city that's never heard of coffee. (its a gnomish thing.) has a lot of dnd-like setting things and so much found family <3

also it made me hungry, so like. have ur favorite warm drink & pastries on hand when you read it bc you may also end up wanting them <3

122. your favourite winter read

hmmm.

okay so first! um. when i think winter / autumn / summer / spring read i don't necessarily think about season in the book itself, but rather like... how i feel during those seasons. so! autumnal reads i prefer spookier vibes; summer i want lighter books i don't have to focus too much on bc the heat has melted my brain; and for winter i want books that are good for spending a long time under blankets, so. chunkier the better. (i don't know what a spring read is to me.)

i am going to answer this one with two books!

the first i have not actually read -- The Priory of the Orange Tree by Samantha Shannon, which is a fucking beast of a book. i am... about 20%? through it? i think? but i had to put it down bc i couldn't give it the full attention it deserved. however, i think, due to its size, it would be a lovely book to devour over a handful of snowy days, curled up in blankets <33

the second i have read, and i actually wouldn't call this one chunky, but. i dunno. it's made for a nice evening read, i think. anyway! The Forgotten Beasts of Eld by Patricia A McKilip.

My Personal Thoughts About a Mostly Forgotten 13-Year-Old Show

Ok so LOST, right?

I've spent the past 3 or so months watching the entire series for the first time, and now, a week or so after I watched the finale, I'm here to give my comprehensive thoughts on the entire show. (Spoilers- It's one of my all-time favorite pieces of media).

Ultimately, I ask why I'm so passionate about LOST. In many respects, I don't particularly feel like it's a great piece of media. The story itself, while interesting, can be extremely sloppy, tons of stuff gets rushed explanations or no explanations at all, and there are roughly three episodes per season (usually more) that I just flat-out cannot stand. So why, you may ask, is it one of my favorite things to ever grace the earth? Why do I cherish it like it's a perfect work of art? What exactly makes me cry when I think about the ending for too long?

Well, ultimately, LOST's themes and characters resonated extremely strongly with me personally. The story itself is a complete trash-fire mess for the most part, but it's held together by its absolutely fantastic cast of characters and the overall core theme of the show. Ultimately, LOST is a show about life, death, and everything in between. It's a journey more than it is an outright destination. I love the ending of the show, it's my favorite episode, probably, but it isn't the point of LOST. It never was the point. The point was enjoying spending time with these characters, seeing them slowly grow as people and overcome their personal insecurities. The Island, in turn, was a vessel for this. Jack's journey from being a pessimistic man of science to an optimistic man of faith is satisfying to watch because I cared about his character and wanted to watch him overcome his flaws.

To this extent, each character in LOST learns to overcome their problems and live their lives as they see fit. That, right there, is the core theme of LOST that resonated so strongly with me. The idea that your past does not define you as a person, and that you can overcome your sins and rise to be a truly wonderful person in the present and in the future. Kate and Sawyer, two of my favorite characters, are both murderers, yet they are treated roughly the same as anyone else in terms of their past. Even when the other characters learn of their wrongdoings, they're still accepted as the people they are NOW, not the people they were when they boarded 815.

Every time I think about the central ideas of LOST, my mind always comes to Greatest Hits. Personally, I think it's one of the strongest episodes of the entire show and it's the only episode aside from the last one that made me sob like a baby. Watching Charlie finally accept his incoming death as he sails out towards the Looking Glass would've been powerful enough, but it's treated as a celebration of life, not a mourning of death. Charlie is sailing to the Looking Glass with the knowledge that he is going to die. Despite Charlie being a flawed person, someone who was struggling with drug addiction, withdrawal, and aggressive tendencies in Season 2, the episode never once talks about any of that. The audience is finally seeing a Charlie that is free of his past, able to spread his wings and fly. Aside from that, aspects of his addiction are only scarecly shown in the episode, instead choosing to focus on how he actually lived his life, and his life's "Greatest Hits", as it were.

Also the scene with the ring personally obliterates me every time I think about it. Along with that, the words "The Night I Met You" are seared into the depths of my brain forever.

So, this brings me to The End. To the general public who was primarily watching for the answers to the big mysteries, sure, it was underwhelming. To someone like me, who was intentionally examining the themes of this show, it was the single most satisfying conclusion the show could've pulled. The final scene in the Church is, in essence, what LOST was really about the entire time. Everybody dies sometime, but the most important thing in life is the time you spend with each other. That's really all there is to it. It's a simple message, sure, but an exceptionally powerful one.

This has been my thoughts on a 13 year old show that has quickly become one of my favorite pieces of media ever. I'm already looking forward to wrapping up in a blanket next winter and watching it all over again.
