I love little continuity errors like this, cause there's only two explanations for them: either Spider-Man got hit in the head so hard by the Lizard he thought he was Scorpion, or Stan Lee forgot who the villain of the issue was halfway through writing it and none of the editors noticed. Either way, brilliant work.
