I just noticed. Ranpo has tears marks after he came out of Fukuzawa's room at the beggining of the the Cannibalism arc. He cried at Fukuzawa's bedside. Bye 😭
When you're at a con with the cosplay crew and spot a rival crew cosplaying the same show and y'all perform that vibe check from across the room to ascertain that your crew's Look is better than theirs
I love that the Cannibalism and the Moby Dick stuff are referred to as the Cannibalism Incident/White Whale Incident in canon. The Agency has so many different Incidents that they need to name them all. I imagine that they fight over giving titles to all their stupid little battles and they have to refer to them in their reports.
Even though I am in agony over the changes made to the cannibalism stage play, I do wonder the canonicity of it. I wonder if it’s like fully not canon, bc admittedly Asagiri wasn’t the main script writer for this one though it likely had to have his approval at least.
Or I’m wondering if it exists in the same kind of space that the Beast Movie does in relation to the Beast Light Novel where ofc that movie was clarified as being almost like a slight alternate universe of that alternate universe
So obviously, it’s not The Canon of the story since the changes only occur based upon the decision they made to not include Poe in the Guild Arc storyline, but I wonder what level of canonicity it is relegated to?
Fully not canon, Alternate universe/timeline/whatever of the main story Cannibalism Arc, or somewhere near the two?? I’m unsure, but damn does it make my head hurt
