synopsis: eddie munson frequents the sunrise diner every thursday after hellfire, just when his favorite waitress’s shift starts.

a/n: i honestly don’t know what day hellfire club is so pls don’t cancel me LMAOO

8:03, eddie looks at his watch and shakes his head, slamming his car door behind him and racing into the diner. he sighs in relief when he sees his seat is still open, not that the diner is that full on a thursday.

he hoists himself onto the stool as soon as you come out of the kitchen.

“you again,” you mutter and he laughs.

“what? did you miss me?” he jokes leaning his face into his hand.

“it was so quiet before you walked in, i even finished some of my homework,” you quip back holding up you physics worksheet.

“good, now you have some entertainment,” he chuckles reaching over the counter to grab a glass. he holds it out to you and smiles, “i’ll take a coke, and the usual.”

“whatever munson,” you roll your eyes and walk away, but he doesn’t miss the small smile tugging at your lips.

“be quick! i’ve gotta tell you about my campaign!” he calls out as you scribble down his order and head to the kitchen.

you come back with a burger and fries in your left hand, coke in your right and you place it on the counter. he came in every thursday, you always made sure the kitchen had his food made by at least 8:10.

“wow, a pretty waitress and quick service. its almost like you were waiting for me,” he beams as you grab him some napkins and a straw.

“hush, its only because you’re the only one here.” you say and snatch a fry from his plate.

“hey! im paying for these,” he whines, pulling his plate back and starting to assemble his burger.

“yeah and i put the order in early, the least you could do is share.” you laugh, snatching another.

he can only watch you munch in his food as you walk down the counter to do god knows what. he watches in awe, not truly believing that he hangs out with the prettiest girl in hawkins each thursday.

the two of you talk for what seems like hours about his campaign, sharing his food and even sharing his drink. the diner so dead besides the two of you and the occasional truck driver who came in for a coffee. the sound of your laughter and conversation filled the air nicely though. you ask questions and even give him a few ideas for his next campaign and he can’t help but smile at the thought if you joining.

“what time do you get out of here?” he asks, checking his watch, 10:57 it read. he swore it had inly been thirty minutes.

“around eleven-thirty. we close at eleven but i’ve got to wipe down the tables and clean up.” you explain taking his dirty dishes and putting them in the sink behind you. “then i’ve gotta walk home.”

“i cant let you do that, let me take you,” he says, warm smile spread on his face. “i promise, i wont kidnap or murder you.” he laughs holding his pinky out for you.

“you sure? its a little far,” you say looking down at his hand.

“where is it?” he questions, pulling his pinky back a little.

“i uh..” you start turning around toward the sink, then facing him again, “foresthilltrailerpark” you mumble under your breath.

“didn’t catch that, sweetheart,” he says, leaning in over the counter again.

“i live at forest hills trailer park,” you sigh running a hand through your hair.

“don’t be embarrassed, i cant believe i never saw you around there, so do i.” he answers chuckling a little. you shake your head and laugh yourself.

“oh thank god, everyone else doesn’t even talk to me because i have a job, spoiled brats.” you complain.

“finally someone who understands,” he smiles and holds out his pinky again and you lock yours with his.

your eyes flash to the clock behind him and come around the counter to the front. “im technically not supposed to have you in here after hours, so get to cleaning big boy.” you say, motioning to the rag and spray behind the counter.

“already putting me to work, haven’t even asked me out on a date yet.” he laughs, hopping over to grab the cleaning supplies.

“hey! don’t do that!” you laugh turning to face him quickly, “this is a fine establishment!” you giggle, and open the seining door for him.

“sorry, it just looked like fun,” he says, smile on his face as he explains himself. “i’ll work extra hard, i promise.” he beams looking down at you. you two make quick work of the tables and chairs and eventually you two meet in the middle.

he watches you wipe the sweat off your forehead with your forearm and sighs. you look at the clock and a smile forms in your face. “11:17, maybe i should get them to hire a busboy,” you beam, taking the supplies from his hands and walking behind the counter.

“i’d love to, doll, but i work at the auto shop by the general store.” he says, elbows on the counter as he watches you put away the spray bottles under the sink.

you turn in your heels to face him and giggle, “eddie munson in coveralls and grease all over his hands..? i could get used to that.”

“what? do you like a man in uniform?” he smirks cocking his head to the side.

“and if i do?” you retort, pushing off the sink behind you and walking forward to meet his face across the counter.

“maybe i’ll come in on my lunch break one day,” he grins, hands digging into his pockets in search if his keys. “you ready to go?” he says, holding up his keychain.

“oh yeah! let me grab my bag and say bye to lou!” you say, running through the swinging doors to the kitchen and emerging two minutes later. he smiles at you, opening the glass door and hearing the familiar jingle of the bells as you two walk away to his van.

the ride home is full of laughter as you dig through his tapes and share your opinions. he learns that you grew up on metallica and dio, just like he did. he tells you about his uncle and how he practically lives alone too.

“so, you gonna invite me over sometime soon?” you question when he finally stops in front of your trailer.

“i was thinking of maybe saturday? if you dorm work of course.” he says, putting his van in park.

he quickly hops out of his seat and closes the door behind him. you go to open your door and he comes around the front of the van quickly. he holds the door closed with his hand and shaking his head at you, laughing through the glass window.

he opens the door for you, holding his hand out to help you out of the car and sighs, “let me walk you home?” he jokes, chuckle rolling off his tongue.

“yes please, its late and im scared.” you giggle squeezing his hand in yours. he walks you to your door, reluctantly, not wanting to let you go so soon.

“guess i’ll see you around pretty lady,” he smiles brushing the hair out of your face quickly. its a move he doesn’t even expect, but the blush that dusts your cheeks gives him the reassurance he needs.

“i hope so, rockstar,” you beam up at him, reaching up to press and kiss to his cheek. you turn to unlock your door and leave him in a daze leaning against the railing to your stairs.

once you close the door, he brings his hands to his hair and shakes his head. the biggest smile spreads across his face as he laughs to himself, in shock that that just happened.

“eddie?” the sweetest voice pulls him out of his daydream, it makes his stomach drop. you caught him thinking about you. “im free saturday, at twelve, after work. meet me there?” you ask in a quiet voice, opening the door a little more.

his eyes open as he looks at you under the harsh porch light. you still look gorgeous to him anyway.

“yes!” he says all too quickly before blinking quickly. “i mean, sure… i’ll be there,” he tries to save himself coolly.

“good! ill see you then,” you smile kindly and blush even darker.

“oh and y/n?” he starts before you close the door, grabbing your attention.

“yea eddie?” you answer sheepishly.

“i hope this,” he pauses pointing to the cheek you kissed, “is part of the new usual.”

so i just finished the first season of house md and let me say

your attachment to wilson is understandable, that man has the biggest brownest eyes ive ever seen

house on the other hand has the scariest blue eyes known to man pls buy her brown contact lenses

i actually like cameron x house i would potentially like to see more of that she is a very nice contrast to house and i rlly want to see that dynamic explored even though the season 1 finale did make it pretty clear that hes still in love with stacey

speaking of which im looking forward to seeing how her presence in the hospital shakes things up

im very glad they got rid of vogler or whatever his name was i had vivid hallucinations of punching him in the face repeatedly everytime he was on screen

i want to find out what the deal with foreman is. he has matching shows with house. he hates homeless people. he committed a crime at 16. he broke into a patients house to figure out how to comfort her while she died. literally who is this man i need to knowwwww

that brings me to chase. i cant figure him out either, first hes a brown nose to house, then hes snitching on him every chance he gets, he doesnt need to money but he wants his job, he is somehow to coolest person in this show and the lamest, he wears a leather jecket and looks like he belongs in a pantene commerical. hes my favourite

also i want it to be actually brought up that house plays piano? like in the first season there are 4 seperate times he plays piano (tho he only mimes playing it one time so technically only three)

wilson really does have the most wettest biggest brownest eyes i have ever seen and it makes him so scrunkly i need to put him in a bag and bash that bag into a brick wall

and yea houses eyes are fucking terrifying and the worse thing is that someone on a discord server once edited him to have brown eyes and somehow it was scarier

also you are like the first person ive seen express a like for cameron x house so honestly god speed for that but you do bring up some banging fucking points

live laugh love stacey that is really all i have to say to that her and house have such a good juicy relationship

fun fact vogler only exists because fox wanted someone to like oppose house and that so the writers threw him in and in process made chase a dickhead (still bbg tho)

also FOREMAN, god i love him so much like mans presents himself as like 'oh smart doctor, id want this man to be my doctor' but then as the show progresses you just end up looking at him like 'what happened here'. in s3 you do properly start to see how he parallels house and it is scrumptious top tier telly and, like chase, he is a fucking dickhead. and the car thing as well cos like he goes on about how he pulled himself out of that but then you watch and he clings to normalcy and making something of himself its brilliant

and the shit himself chase. i find it so fucking funny how his first name is robert like he does not fucking look like a robert. and his relationship with house like fucking hell, you can tell chase is desperately trying to separate himself from his actual dad and by doing that he clung onto his work and especially house in an attempt to do that.

also 'he wears a leather jacket and looks like he belongs in a pantene commercial. he is my favourite' speaks for itself cause yeag.

unfortunately i don't actually think its bought up that house can play piano later on but you do get to see him play other instruments which is fun cause hugh laurie is a really good musician and im so happy they gave house interests outside of just medicine

Going to be giving my thoughts on chapter 113 of Chainsaw Man

SPOILERS AHEAD!

Okay, as someone who hates deviating from a set schedule, I found this super funny.

But what’s more interesting is that Denji genuinely wants to enjoy his time here with her. I know that isn’t saying much but I’m so happy to see Denji doing normal teenager things. And when he said yes to going out on a date with Asa, it’s just so that he can experience an actual date because a girl finally asked him out.

But I will admit, I really want to see Nayuta and Denji’s home life now but that’ll wait as Asa is technically our MC (We did see Nayuta’s head when Denji was sleeping in the previous chapter I believe…).

Let the boy see his penguins!!! Another thing I like is that he’s more willing to stand up for himself and his opinions in Part 2! (Yes the majority of my reactions to this Part is just going to be me enjoying Denji’s progression as a character! >:3

Another interesting thing is that Asa seems to have trouble realising when her tone sounds rude. This dynamic is turning out to be more interesting than I initially thought and not from a romance perspective.

This is by far my favourite scene and solidifies my thinking on what Denji is like now.

He will not be controlled. He will not have another Makima in his life again.

It was hinted when he was eating cake with Yoshida. He tried to control Denji by taking away his cutlery, but Denji retaliated by eating with his bare hands. It was the “Denji” way of showing his new way of going through life.

But this scene is great too. I think he would’ve waited for her to finish but that “You don’t need to think about a thing” gave him red flags and for good reason. I’m sorry but I’m just so proud of Denji here. Go see those penguins king!

Poor Asa tho, she rehearsed so hard for this haha.

SOOO FOUR HORSEMEN OF THE APOCALYPSE?? Lets go!!!

Fami seems nice though, why is she helping Asa? Surely it’s not JUST because she’s her sister right?

But what’s more intriguing is that Yoru doesn’t want Asa to trust her. Do all the horsemen of the apocalypse hate each other?

I love how Denji’s first reaction is “Ah damn, Eternity devil is back again urghhh”

But wow, Fami’s ability is so unique. I wondered how they’d show “Famine” as an ability but even tho this is kind of like Eternity Devil’s ability, I suppose the difference is that you’ll eventually wither away from starvation.

Also wow Denji looks like a regular teenager in this shot. I’m so happy for him ;-;

Overall, a great chapter! We get more insight on what Denji’s character is will be like for part 2, more insight Asa’s personality and mentality (which I think is that she is afraid to admit when she’s wrong? I need to look into that more, I’m not sure), and finally, Famine Devil confirmation.

And although it was brief, Yoru’s reaction to Fami gives me the feeling that the apocalypse sisters do not get along. I cant wait to see Death Devil but I’m sure they’re still in hell. I mean, Death is feared by so many people and animals, I’d be surprised if the devil isn’t the strongest in Hell…

ok i need to write out the isolation after choro confession i am spitballing thoughts and they need to be out NOW!!!

so to start: choromatsu confesses to ghost after theyve finished their shift at the library and are walking nearby the riverbank

he goes on about how much he's appreciated them since theyve met and that he wants to pursue something more with them, blah blah "i-i love you!" yes. OKKK

imagine ghost feeling like glass and getting hit with a massive sledge hammer at that moment. they were always the one to say i love you, and rarely ever got confessed to about it when they were a little bit younger. and everything just stops in them like you could almost swear their heart stopped

they get physically sick and nauseous after hearing that. and almost had to lean over the bank just in case if they did get sick. ghost is silent for a LOOONNGGG while and choro gets stupid fucking anxious cause this is technically his first confession. they hate it, he tells himself, they really hate it!

imagine his disappointment when ghost tells him to wait a while before they give him an answer...

sooo atp methinks ghost wouldve gotten choro a phone... and ever since that day ghost has been Holed up at their condo and has refused to come out unless absolutely necessary (eg work or groceries) and it only spirals from there. even if choro tried looking into their condo from afar all the blinds are shut and windows closed... he cant see a thing, and he's starting to get worried.

like he is constantly trying to reach them everyday on his phone to no avail. the only thing that keeps him going is the "read" caption that he sees on texts at times. at least theyre alive...?

he doesnt know why ghost is doing this, but they do. theyve noticed him getting closer to them, and all the little things that he's been doing is making their heart hurt. they can't go through heartbreak again, they cant !

they absolutely refuse to believe choro is in love with them. or someone like them. sure, theyve teased him or flirted with him, but that was all in good fun, right?! right...? come 2 weeks after that day and ghost wakes up in their bed, tired and absolutely understimulated and weak. they dont want to get up again, but they have to. the birds need to be fed. dishes still have to be done. laundry... shower... have they changed clothes recently? they cant even remember that.

it isnt until they get a singular text from choro that they snap out of their daze, looking over to their phone on the nightstand. they can see his icon, and the special nickname they gave him as his contact name. god...

its the 23rd of the month. they last talked to him over 2 weeks prior... has it been that long? not even ghost has a clue anymore

this is where the relationship picks back up again with ghost finally taking the step and texting him back. a singular "I'm sorry" is all he could ever ask for as a reply, even if it hurt him so much.

they meet up at ghost's place and go on to talk about what happened and choro learns the full extent of why ghost has been skittish around love and distances themselves from it a lot. he reassures them he wouldnt do anything like that, and if he were to they have all rights to beat the shit out of him for it (his words not mine) and choro finally gets to see the more vulnerable side of ghost. its hard for them at first, but once they feel comfortable enough with him its opening floodgates from there

choro does help ghost get out of their isolative and depressive state dw ^-^ he cares way too much but its endearing to them that he would take time out of his day and worry himself over them. like wow....

currently watching: house md on my own, im on season 7 rn and [spoilers] have finally left huddy hell. i love masters btw my friend masters ❤️she just had her first main pov ep and it was a good un. im also watching doctor who when mine gustes and peris schedules line up, and also taskmaster with guste :)

currently reading: money by martin amis!! its good ive read time's arrow by him before too. he's got a fun way of writing but idk how i feel about him putting himself as a character in this one lol???!!! also i guess i technically have a few other books on the go too but tbh im not actively reading them... btw if anyone wants my goodreads send me a dm !!! i would love more friends on there

currently listening to: my albums 2023 playlist which is um. 1500 songs strong still. i swear ive listened to plenty its just that i keep adding more oopsy doopsy

currently working on: editing my longish nrmts fic so that i can finally start the last three out of ten chappys.... problem is is that im doing this mostly at work when the bars quiet LOL. im also trying to draw more frequently!! ive made it as easy and low stakes as possible for myself (using a biro in some small lined notebook, means i dont get fixated on making things look perfect and also means i dont need to fill up too much space to finish a full page) but its still a habit in progress ....

current obsession: honestly probably the gym. im following what i guess based on exercises and number of sets and reps would be considered a powerbuilding program?? october saw me doing proper strength building work for the first time Ever rather than just hypertrophy/muscle building and ive finally started doing bench press using an actual barbell rack set up!!! and i really like it :P

Favorite Completed Work: oh man this is tough!!! If i had to choose, I'd probably say You're the reason I dont want the world to end. it was written for the SGA server birthday bash, follows mcshep over the course of the series, and is the longest oneshot ive ever written. its different than my other works and was fun to do

Mighty Nein: Finished Episode 99

I feel comfortable doing a major update on my journey through Critical Role campaign 2.

Some might ask "Why episode 99 instead of 100?" and the reason should be obvious for those who already watched the show but in case you havent there are two major reasons.

First of all, episode 99 feel like a good cutting-off point. This episode shows the culmination of the campaign longest Plot thread that had been looming since the beginning and does so in a satisfying (if not action-packed) manner with most of the characters in the campaign reaching a point you could theoretically end it and you would feel they got some degree of closure if not a complete arc and only one or two major plot threads remaining.

the second reason is that episode 99, which btw was their HUGE celebration of FIVE YEARS of doing Critical Role and cheering for another five, was the last episode before the Pandemic forced a months long hiatus and having the group having to re-work things to be able to operate safely.

Because of this I feel justified in marking down episode 99 as a sort of "end of part 1" deal to give my thoughts in an orderly manner.

For starters I had heard the early criticisms of the campaign starting off un-focused, which was blamed to a more "open-world" format with the characters constantly changing idea of where to go next. Having witnessed it, I can say for certain the show was a bit unfocused at the beginning. This is in part due to the players not really knowing yet what they wanted to do or still finding the group's dynamic, but I think it is also in part due to the conflict of, as described by Liam at one point, the players dying to give out details about their characters, but most of the characters keeping their stuff close to their chest and not trusting anyone just yet.

In this regard, the character of Jester was essential, I feel, to keep the campaign moving, since she was a really good pillar for this early part as someone very upfront about herself and also an agent of chaos who was really good at actually building a dynamic with the rest of the group. it's not surprising she became such an iconic character.

I think it says something about Jester that I find her the easiest to picture as she is, rather than as Laura Bailey. Also, as a tiefling, I feel I cant imagine her as anything BUT a tiefling, while I might sometimes need to be reminded which race are some of the other characters.

Speaking of tiefling, I feel like I should mention Mollymaurk, a character who I wasnt really aware of his existence until I began preparing to watch Campaign 2, since I have believed Cadeuceus had always been Taliesin's character for campaign 2. Molly is... a character who existed.

I think Taliesin's Molly was the one who nailed the best the whole "Anti-Hero" nature of the Mighty Nein. Someone who wasn't a hero, was here to hopefully make some coin. That being said, I dont think he was as charming as Taliesin wanted him to be, I kept forgetting he was in the group and I did not feel he had as many memorable moments as the rest of the Nein.

He was, however, a perfect example of a character whose death progresses the story. Because his demise shifts the entire party's dynamic and, unlike some npc, his abscence is inescapable for the rest of the campaign moving forward, forcing a situation nobody, not even Matt, had planned for their character arcs. Including the introduction of Caduceus, who ended being what I felt was the thing that was lacking in the group. The biggest irony of Caduceus being quieter than Molly is that Caduceus had a lot more of a pressence than Molly. and his relationship with Fjord was something I did not see coming.

Mostly because Fjord was only slightly ahead than Molly in terms of me knowing they existed. Mostly because Fjord was in the opening (okay, molly technically is, but you get me) and Fjord was... honestly, He was just there right until way later, when I finally realized he was supposed to be a dork, and we got into his arc to become a Paladin. that was when his character really picked up for me and became a lot more interesting. His arc into becoming a Paladin was also so different from Vax's last campaign that it was fun to watch.

Beau was the character I was looking forward the most. because as a monk she felt she would have some fun combat. and it is in fact a bit interesting the minor, unplanned arc she goes through of Stunning Strike initially failing to quite connect every time until the Lorenzo fight when stunning him with her last Ki point completely shifted the combat in their favor.

Yasha I always knew I would like however, remember when I said I could not imagine Jester as anything BUT a tiefling? I often find myself forgetting Yasha is non-human, mostly becaus eher status as an Aasimar fely more like a mechanical thing than something that quite fits her. Unlike Nott, which everything regarding her race informs everything about her character arc.

It is, however, hilarious that Sam restoring Nott into Veth leads to the character technically becoming worse due to losing an awesome trait and Sam vowing to not use the new one. Her relationship with Caleb was something I did not see coming.

Which speaking of Caleb. Liam plays Caleb exactly how I would play them, by which I mean I am the weirdo who sees no reason to play Wizard if you are not constantly filling your spellbook with spells you will probably become too overwhelmed to use.

Overall. I do think the beginning of the show is a bit of a bore. it takes time for everything to take into place. and there are a few times when I think in hindsight the party took the least interesting route. I do think the point when the series picks up is when they steal their first ship, the Mistake. The arc that follows helped a lot in making me endear to the group. and then going to Xorhas was probably when I definitely felt on board with this.

Those are my overall thoughts so far that I can tihnk of. I might do more stuff if I cant put more stuff into words, but that is it until I can think of something

i cant believe we wont get new chapters for y/n, yuta and co. even tho i was crying, screaming, dying these last fee chapters, im so happy they finally got their happy (ish) ending. they lost so many people but at least it wasnt for nothing (idk how i would’ve handled that) and they finally get to live their lives however they want

yuta literally sacrificing everything he is for her made me ugly sob like i love them so much. they invented soulmates, literally. theyre so cute and my standards are so high bc of them, sobbing

finally finished the jeffrey dahmer show and honestly it was so baffling to me. it wasnt bad television per se, in terms of technical skill -- there were even some parts i really liked (ep 1 was really tight and i thought it was a subversive twist to start in the pov of the victim that did get away so his survival by the end of the episode is a relief and effective/cathartic tension/release, ep 6 where we get to see the tony character's whole life before he meets dahmer was also truly compelling) but ultimately the whole time it just felt like the usual seedy filthy true-crime morbid voyeurism was gift-wrapped in woke paper and the "humanizing the victims" factor was there as a chore so that the rest of the show (the dahmer backstory + three dimensional portrait) could be justified in the first place. AND like... i don't even object to dahmer being humanized; i think art/storytelling that forces you to empathize with people who commit truly heinous crimes has so much value, but like... i didn't ACTUALLY understand dahmer, other than "well he was lonely and awkward and he had a weird fetish and the circumstances to not be stopped" like him and 304219012309 other white boys, so that's nothing new.

i think if the project was mostly the same BUT it was written/directed/ran by someone else other than ryan murphy (a black gay man, or someone in the victims' family) it would change the entire context and put the series in a different light but unfortunately we know ryan murphy loves to woobify the attrocities of attractive white men so mostly i think dahmer got the "he was misunderstood !!!!" treatment

(+ also the carceral system being portrayed as a place of healing through run of the mill christianity... girl what asdsadksajks. the guy who beat him to death being framed as an Angel of Justice was almost, almost really fucking cool, if, we had not spent the rest of the episode watching dahmer convert to christianity and finally find some sort of fullfilment in life it seems, so that in that context his death at the hands of someone who believes in a "god of vengeance" (a black man with psychotic episodes) rather than a god of forgiveness (a neuroatypical "misunderstood "white man) comes across almost as tragic/unfair. like what were we supposed to get out of that dichotomy? if it was "there's some crimes not even god can forgive" then they did a shit job at portraying that intention.)

(also john wayne gacy making a secondary character appearance in the last episode and being a full on cartoon evil murderer to Contrast Against Dahmer... on the one hand i can see how that could have been done well in the hands of a more skilled and socially nuanced writer but GOD IT WAS SO.... KINDERGARDEN MORALITY)

and i ran out of steam so i cant even get into the hypocricy of trying to have a "true crime hurts victims" moral while being a true crime that did indeed hurt victims by not contacting them or getting their approval to be made

so today we did a christmas oneshot because its holiday time and im not sure we can play next week cus sash is gonna be not in town anddd we brought in a new cast for this we got constantine a very murdery technically ghost barbarian played by me, naidana a pretty british bard played by mads, and wasp hornet big man played by sash (wasp hornet big man is a returning character he was the first dnd character sash ever played) this oneshot takes place some years before the current events of all that stuff

so we get a bounty from these two ladies and theyre like "hey theres a false midwinter ghoul who is stealing presents instead of leaving them they were last seen at this bar" so the crew heads to the bar and in the bar two people are preforming but we ignore them and go over to the bar and talk to drygan !!!!! it is her first day here she is so scared and it is not helped by constantines intense glare that he does at everyone. naidana asks where the owners are and drygan points to the two people preforming and one of them is very clearly eivas without the blue streak. the other is some dude with red eyes. naidana uses a message spell to contact the red eye dude without disturbing their piano playing (eivas is singing btw and red eye dude is playing piano) and they wrap that up and eivas keeps doing his thing but red eye dude comes down introduces himself as LUCIFER FUCKING MORNINGSTAR and gives us some info then is like "well eivas would know more wait for him" and then eivas finishes up comes over and oh my god pre-tci/theriot/whatever the fuck happened eivas is such a rich boy bitch he is like "i couldnt help but notice you were staring at me" and "oh id hoped you had an actually interesting reason to talk to me" and he calls us filthy at one point and constantine comes very close to killing him. but he doesnt. eivas tells us false midwinter ghoul was last seen in the woods so we go to the woods and fight some spiders and then we find a cabin and outside the cabin is a present for constantine he opens it its a ps5 and also some cheese for wasp hornet big man then we go inside and boat guys there and BOAT GUY IS THE FALSE MIDWINTER GHOUL so everyone stops constantine from killing him and instead turn him in to the sheriff also naidana got a flute cleaning kit from inside the cabin at one point

5 - TV show of the year

this is so hard because i actually dove into so many good shows in full like monk and house but my favorite has to be better call saul because i cant believe its finally over and it was amazing as id hoped and it was beautiful and gorgeous and chaos and harsh and it was just amazing. ive always loved bob odenkirk since i was a preteen and followed him through his career since and seeing him take saul and just create this amazing multi faceted and not JUST comic relief anymore like in breaking bad but now simultaneously the hero the villain AND the comic relief. it just blew me the fuck away from start to finish. honorable mention is game changer bc thats not technically a tv show but has helped make my days easier to get through

this is gonna be a really depressing answer but bro i didnt even make any my resolution was to Survive bc i had just been dumped a week after my one year anniversary. tw for being a hot mess but i was passed out drunk before the ball even dropped so nye barely happened for me im gonna be honest because i was already just so messed up that whole week mentally and trying my hardest to shove it under a smile bc i was visiting nyc. not to be all emo but it was a hard new year especially a few days later spending 12 hours overnight in an empty airport with furious insomnia so no sleep even tho i was trying on the floor so hard and severe thirst to the point i drank from the bathroom sink bc the vending machine was empty. atlanta airport suck my balls btw. but i digress there were no resolutions i was in too bad a place to even think about the future

oh boy since you havent finished shb post patches and i assume endwalker i shall refrain from talking about A Certain Thing but I can still answer this just fine without it so <3

k'oto met emet-selch the same way every wol does during shb, thats one part of their story that stays the same lol, k'oto defeats titania and returns t othe crystarium and there he is to introduce himself and be a bastard as he is like to do! there was always a weir dtension between them, they were sorta drawn to each other for azem reasons and other reasons i cant talk about without spoiling endwalker but yeah even though they were kind of gently antagonizing each other they couldn't help but try and hear each other out..any dialogue option where the scions ask wol what they think about emet selch and the stuff hes saying k'oto is always "i believe him and/or trust him for some reason" even before they were like. full on in love <3 K'oto tried really hard to ignore that he was like gently crushing on him but emet-selch was always subtly flirting with him and making it really hard to like even before their first night together emet was always doing that thing where he touches k'oto in little subtle ways to get a reaction out of him and looking at and speaking to him in a very Certain Way that was impossible for k'oto to ignore and thats why it just kept building and building until that night emet saved y'shtola and k'oto just couldnt take it anymore and called himto his room <3 tldr enemies to hate fucking to lovers extremely quickly bc theyre soulmates :)

i honestly dont think too much about apollo bc i consider him and k'oto different characters…like yeah whatever theyre technically the same guy the only difference being sundering but WHATEVER….he and hades' story is pretty borning compared to emetkoto, they were just kinda childhood friends who met while attending whatever school ancient children went to who met when apollo decided he wanted to befriend the weird grumpy loner and started forcing himself into his life until it worked and htey became inseprable lol! somewhere along the line they met hythlodaeus and he joined hte group but it was always kinda hades/apollo and then also hyth. they werent a throuple really, hyth was a casual but otherwise uninvolved third who was happy watching his friends be in love :) apollo and hades were married after graduating and were soul bonded and all that until the final days when apollo peaced out for whatever reason idk (again i have trouble attaching to characters who have been dead and gone long before the story even starts so his story is prety ????) and they kinda broke up pretty dramatically!

(with the mic so close to my mouth it might as well be in it) but none of that matters bc emet-selch loves k'oto as he is right now this moment azem and everything aside and in bad end he goes out of his way to make sure k'oto doesnt return to being apollo when hes fully rejoined bc he wants K'OTO

For a one shot, probably And Deliver us From Evil. It just went from "haha it would suck to be trapped in a mind control spell being the only one it didnt work on" to "OH it would REALLY suck if that was Dogma" I still cant believe people really liked it lol.

Also this technically isnt written yet but I am so excited for The Shadow Twins because the plot is absolutely nuts if I do say so myself.

I just remembered I did try to write a fic where Umbara happened but Ahsoka was there and Krell's apprentice. But going through actual scenes to mimic them on paper makes me really burned out fast. I may continue it but who knows.
