Umh [ noises of panic and distress as I try to look for that one website page with the Greek vocabulary that I opened 5 minutes ago among all the other 11 tabs (each containing: character name generator, backstory, background, list of Celtic baby names, DND forum abandoned by humankind in 2014 and YouTube with the entirety of the FFXIV soundtrack)

We’re trying to stop an assassin at a ball, and it was fun imagining what Nox would wear. She’s a bit feral, so she definitely wouldn’t wear something pristine. I think she would like shorter skirts so it’s easier to run around in.

Playing D&D in two different campaigns is sometimes hilarious because this is what the two parties look like :

Party 1 : the cleric is a depressed alcoholic with a bad temper, the druid is a little shit who loves causing trouble, the rogue is currently working a MLM scheme, the nerdy witch is adorable but also a doormat, how do these people even manage to not kill each other ?.

Party 2 : everyone gets along great, even the rivals are our best friends, we're chill with almost everyone except a couple of NPCs.

And this is how last session with each group went :

Party 1 : Visiting the witch's dads who are the sweetest, nicest and most supportive cottagecore parents ever, the druid and the cleric spend the end of the evening smoking in the garden and bonding over family traumas. All in all a relaxing session.

Party 2 : "OH GODS OH FUCK WE'RE GOING TO KILL EACH OTHER WHY DID NO ONE RESIST THE MIND CONTROL WE DON'T WANT TO KILL OUR FRIENDS HELP SOMEBODY DO SOMETHING !!!!"

Right now we’re trying to stop an assassin from murdering a duke. This is the second time someone has tried to assassinate them. I hope we’re paid handsomely after this.
