One of my favorite games is telling my boyfriend (who's studying to be a therapist) different scenarios from the tv show Bull (CBS) and see him slowly go insane about extremely unethical this psychologist is.

TV Shows - Bull V
You blink for just a moment, and suddenly you're in the fourth season. Bull and Izzy are expecting a child, Danny has knocked Jason down with a really nasty right hook, and Crunch has a daughter with her own worries.
Tumblr media
Sometimes the cases are very extraordinary, sometimes quite impressive, and some have an extraordinary impact, even though I'm not always completely satisfied with the outcome (S4E9 as an example).
This is nitpicking at a very high level, and yes, I still think it's very good that so far all the cases have had a good ending for Bull and his team, but sometimes I wish for a different outcome. Not in the form of a loss for the team; no, they should keep winning nicely. It's more about some cases that allegorically represent certain situations in society, like the episode mentioned above. But there are also other cases where a little wake-up call would have been good instead of signaling that you can just keep going as before, someone will come and fix it, you don't have to take responsibility.
But I don't want to rule out that maybe this is also due to the American legal system, where everything and everyone can be sued into the ground, but I don't know enough about that.
And of course, almost tradition by now, my usual complaint that I miss the Jason Bull from the first season, and yes, that includes the blue suits. But also this much more analytical approach and involving the team, which feels like it's diminishing more and more.
Nevertheless, Bull is still a good series, even though after these four seasons, I'm done for now because seasons five and six are not included in any of my streaming subscriptions. But since today is May 4th, the rest of the evening will naturally be spent with Star Wars!

You can’t watch season 3 episode 1 of Bull and doubt that Jason Bull loved Marissa Morgan. And if you can do that, come chat with me and I’ll present my powerpoint.

CBS Sports: NBA 1988-Chicago Bulls @ Detroit Pistons: Fourth Quarter
. Source:The Daily Press The Chicago Bulls weren’t that bad in 1988, they were actually good winning fifty games, but were still developing as a team and still not good enough to beat a team like the Detroit Pistons, Boston Celtics or Los Angeles Lakers. They had Horace Grant developing at power forward with Charles Oakley still having that position, who was very solid and very good for them. But…

The Fun Thing Everyone Forgets About Michael Weatherly...
In 2016, Dushku had a recurring role in Season 1 of “Bull” that was meant to become a regular role, but she alleges that she was fired from the show after accusing star Michael Weatherly of sexual harassment. She received a $9.5 million settlement from CBS, the Boston Globe reported in 2018.
“I was told that the role would be a six-year commitment to play a smart, strong leading lady, a confident high-powered lawyer meant to counterbalance the existing male lead, and that the role had been written specifically with me in mind,” Dushku said. “However, in my first week on my new job I found myself the brunt of crude, sexualized and lewd verbal assaults. I suffered near constant sexual harassment from my co-star. This was beyond anything I had experienced in my 30-year career.”
The male co-star “frequently referred to me as ‘legs.’ He would smell me and leeringly look me up and down. Off script, in front of about 100 crew members and cast members, he once said that he would take me to his rape van and use lube and long phallic things on me and take me over his knee and spank me like a little girl. Another time he told me that his sperm were powerful swimmers.”
The reason she won the lawsuit was because they had recordings from the outtakes of him saying these things.
I know everyone is excited about the upcoming show but bear in mind this is the calibre of man you're supporting.

Bears are so cute and cuddly looking u can forget they could kill u. Until u remember they could kill a charging bull with one swipe and can generally $&%# u up.
This goes doubly so for Cave Bear! Reader, who is so sweet and gentle that everyone just forgets that they CHOOSE to not harm a fly, that doesn't mean they can't.
They should all be reminded of this when Reader picks up their dad by the scruff one handed or lifts Juggernaut over their head and throws him no sweat.
Sabretooth: C'mon, cub, we should head back home
CB Creed Reader: ... No...
Sabretooth: Cub... please...
CB Creed Reader: No!
Sabretooth: Cub, don't make me call yer uncle-
CB Creed Reader: grabs him by the scruff of his coat and tosses him into a snowbank
CB Creed Reader: No! You can't make me! 😖😤
Alternatively-
Wolverine: Hey, cub... long time no see
CB Creed Reader: stares at him
Wolverine: So, how about we talk at home? I'm sure everyone missed ya-
CB Creed Reader: picks him up and tosses him out the door of the bar/diner
Wolverine: groaning against a rock
Wolverine: I forgot how strong they were...

!FNAF SL REDUX! Writing scene test.
Katherine finds the first model CB plush she had gifted to Liz for her birthday that had disappeared along with Liz, hidden in William's nightstand.
Katherine finally walked back to her and William's bedroom door, rubbing her face, groaning in exhaustion, but she didn’t feel tired. Nothing but fear and stress were eating at Katherine's entire being, day in and day out. How could she just disappear like that. She inhaled shakily, walking into her and William’s bedroom, she squinted and rubbed her eyes, a little startled by William's lamp still being on. Did he forget to turn it off when he left… William was still off at “work” whatever that was to him currently, at least Katherine thought so. Her drained eyes adjusted to the sudden light, closing the door behind her as she walked over to turn off the lamp. Katherine reached out to the lamp before halting short, a little cupboard on the nightstand was slightly ajar, something white and red was inside, it looked familiar…
She opened the small cupboard and stared at the Circus Baby plush inside, she pulled it out and held It gently in her hands. It was just like the one I gave Liz, she pinched her brow, trying to remind herself that it was missing along with Liz. Even still she examined the plush doll, its slightly soft plush body flopping in her hands, she looked at the tag on the bottom of the doll, the usual branding and such written on it. Katherine wouldn’t have thought much of it, if it weren’t for the words on the back, Katherine's eyes widened, staring at the unmistakable writing, her writing. She had written Elizabeth's name in pen on the bottom of the tag on the plushie, just in case she lost it. Why is this here ?… This was with her when she… Her heart sank into her stomach, rage boiling in its place, her grip on the plush tightening, Why is this here?!.
She was snapped out of her trance by the sound of the bedroom door opening, and Williams voice breaking the heavy, piercing silence. “Katherine? I didn’t expect to still see you up.” His voice was calm, only a little surprised by Katherine. “What are you doing?” Katherine slowly rose, not facing William, holding the familiar plush close to her. “William… Can I ask you something.” Her voice was calm, or at least as calm as it could be, her eyes still burning into the lifeless eyes of the plush in her hands. “Of course, you can ask me anything.’ “Nothing was left behind when Elizabeth disappeared, correct?” She heard a sigh from William, her grip only tightening further on the doll, basically squeezing the poor thing. “Yes Katherine, we’ve been through this…” she listened to his footsteps approach slowly continuing to speak as he did “You gotta stop letting this eat at you, the police are doing the best they can, I’ve looked through the security footage, they’ve looked through the security footage and both them and I saw nothing.” Katherine laughed dryly “Nothing, Nothing at all, then why is this in your night stand, William?”
She turned slightly presenting the doll into William's view, her hardened gaze burning into him, as his face seemed to shift in a mix of emotions Katheirne couldn’t catch. “It’s just one of the first sets of Circus Baby plushies that were produced, I don’t understand what you mean by this-” “Cut the bull shit, her name is on the tag William!” She cut William off, showing the name written on the tag, in Katherine's hand writing. “Nothing was found! Then why is the plush that is supposedly also missing with you?!” The rage bubbled in Katherine, threatening to spill. She stared at him, demanding any kind of answer, but he just stared. After a while he finally spoke “Katie…” “Don’t ‘Katie’ me! Why is this with you! And not with her, Where is she, William!!” All the weeks of worrying about her, all the weeks of putting up missing posters, all the sleepless nights and he knew, he knew something. Katherine shook a little as she stared at him, tears threatening to fall from her eyes. William spoke again, “Are you accusing me of having done something to Liz?” Katherine's hands formed into fists. “Yes… Yes I am, unless you can explain why this missing item has been in our house, in our room the whole time!” she stared into his eyes now, her eyes burning with rage, but also pleading with William to just tell her why, why this was here.
He said nothing, his eyes swimming with this calmness, this casualness, that broke Katherine tears finally began to fall from her eyes, the rage bleeding forth from her like a broken dam. “WHERE IS SHE WILLIAM! WHERE IS SHE!!” Her voice pierced the silence of the room like a gun shot, it even seemed to take William off guard as he stepped back slightly, staring at her. “YOU KNOW SOMETHING THAT YOU’RE NOT TELLING ME, NOT TELLING ANYONE!! AND THIS!” She held the plush up, its connected parts flopping a little as she did. “THIS TELLS ME ENOUGH!!! So tell me William… WHERE IS SHE!!!!” Katherine finally stopped, staring at William. Tears pooled down her tired, broken eyes, shaking as she waited for an answer, a response, anything “TELL ME!!!”… but even still, he said nothing. Except his brows furrowed a little, not in anger, not in sadness, but rather pity. She clenched her teeth, sucking in air through them, choosing to not yell more. She lowered her head, walking around William and towards their bedroom door. That is what finally got William moving, and talking “Katherine, Where are you going?” He followed after Katherine, even as she swung the door closed, into his face. She ignored his pleas to talk to him, and slammed and locked her office door in his face.
“Katherine, please open the door, talk to me!” Katherine ignored him, her back pressed against the door, slowly sliding down it, her body heaving as she choked out sobs, her knees now huddled against her chest, holding that plushie close. She remembers the way Elizabeth's eyes shone as Katherine presented the gift box to her, the excitement burning in them as she tore open the wrapping and the excited, joyous gasp as she pulled out the plush doll. She remembered the guilt she felt that she couldn’t be there for Elizabeth's tenth birthday, the ache in her heart, but the happiness she felt as she watched Elizabeth wave her bye, holding that plush close to her chest in one arm. Now it was all that was left of Elizabeth from that day, and that thought only made Katherine cry harder, coiling up into a ball around the stupid plush. After a bit, her cries began to calm down, slowly dying out. She stared at the barely illuminated room, the plush still clutched to her chest, she could feel the joy from Elizabeth still burning in it. It did little to comfort her, but it gave her a glimmer of hope that Elizabeth may still be alive. She continued to ignore Williams pleas, requests, and demands, listening as he finally gave up and walked away. She laid there in complete silence, staring at the room before her for a while, before her eyes became heavy, exhaustion finally overtaking her.
Before she slipped into unconsciousness, her mind made a promise, ‘I promise, Lizzy, I will find you, and I will bring you back…’ her grip on the plushy only tightened as she finally drifted off to sleep.

CPom stroking together in hold in warmup, which isn’t true of many of the teams - ooh eating up ice and fast in twizzles. Carmen is SO GOOD - they’re showing another level of intensity and power - their bull lift is silky at this point- you can practically see her fan in the curve lift- they’re really embodying Carmen so musically, and the skating is gorgeous
btw them, the Mrazeks and SD there’s a lot of power in this group
Dune is stunning, especially the first half speaking of arena audio LBs FD is amazing live, and the music sounds great and huge
Lilah and Lewis have improved in that they’re more often skating with deep edges, but they’re drawing smaller circles on the ice, so that means they have less power i think? whenever Lewis lifts Lilah they’re most striking - there’s a lot of sharpness and interesting shapes and speed in those lifts
LaLa are so spacious when they skate - they cover a lot of ice, but they also like good dancers are creating a frame that’s bigger than they are with their carriage. they’re a good example of how you don’t need to portray any kind of romance to convey connection and intimacy
the robot dance felt flat in this practice - i hope for their sake that when it’s skated in full that it works better. the first lift is very impressive though
Gr/Pa’s FD lovely, much quieter in tone than everyone else in the last 2 groups. their combo curve lift is beautifully choreographed to the music
Piper and Paul’s FD feels nostalgic. wish the choreo was less on the nose to the lyrics at times. they really feel like they skate better when they’re not the underdog, but let’s see if they can bring it this afternoon
the only person with sparklier costumes than Holly Harris is Madi C lol CB need only to have a regular day at the office to win today i think
men on the ice for practice- the announcer had trouble with the French teams’s names but is absolutely nailing the names of the Asian skaters, intonation and everything. there are a few hundred people here now vs about 20 at 7:30 am

TV Shows - Bull IV
We're approaching the end of the second season, or even the beginning of the last episode, and we're immediately confronted with a shock that turns out to be just a dream.
Tumblr media
But it doesn't get better because even though the destruction of Bull's ex-wife's wedding turns out to be just a dream, the case he vigorously defended in the last episode has failed for him. His client was found guilty! Of course, this is no reason for Bull to give up now; his fighting spirit is ignited, and he's really ramping up. Will it work out?
You can tell that the Bull from the first season is becoming less and less present, and by now, we also recognize why. It's not just about Izzy's wedding; it's the cases that continue to wear Bull down. Especially the recent cases show this very clearly, and this goes hand in hand with the development of the various characters. The series chooses interesting paths because there's absolutely no balance.
That's not a bad thing; it's just very unusual. Normally, there are two possibilities: Either the characters' development is handled episode by episode, or there's a change over a whole season in small doses. Here, however, the developments are always thrown in between the individual cases, except for Bull's own development, which is clear if we look at the title of the series. But apart from Cable, there are also no episodes that focus solely on one character, especially in relation to Chunk or Marissa. Chunk's fatherhood is always mentioned in passing, even though there's the case with the reporter, but even there, the daughter and he play a subordinate role. With Marissa, it's the fraud, and even there, we only get glimpses of it, even though her therapy is now coming to the forefront towards the end.
As I said, just an observation. I find it interesting that despite the lack of balance, they still manage to always find the right point to tell what about whom, without it feeling out of place. It always fits very well, and you can process the information well because it's so abstract compared to the respective case that it stays in your memory.
I think this storytelling style is also the reason why the series has six seasons, although I don't know what will happen next.
However, what I miss are still the sessions with Chunk, the selection of jurors, or dealing with the processes, and how Bull analyzes them. I really like those analyses and those little comments he makes; it always reminds me of my sociology seminars. You could do something similar and have at least as much fun as Bull.
I'm very curious about what will change in the third season, how the team will come together, and, of course, how it will continue with Dr. Jason Bull because as it stands now, it looks pretty bleak. I really miss his blue suits and slightly longer hair, but his team also says they miss it.

That Weatherly's harassment went far beyond mere jokes (some of which was captured on tape by the production): "The tapes show his offer to take me to his 'rape van, filled with all sorts of lubricants and long phallic things' … There was also his constant name-calling; playing provocative songs (like 'Barracuda') on his iPhone when I approached my set marks; and his remark about having a threesome. He made the threesome remark to me about himself and me in a room full of people. Minutes later, a crew member sidled up next to me and, with a smirk, said in a low voice, 'I'm with Bull. I wanna have a threesome with you too.' … For weeks, Weatherly was recorded making sexual comments, and was recorded mimicking penis jousting with a male costar, this directly on the heels of the 'threesome' proposal, and another time referring to me repeatedly as 'legs.' He regularly commented on my 'ravishing' beauty, following up with audible groans, oohing and aahing' … As was caught on tape, after I flubbed a line, he shouted in my face, 'I will take you over my knee and spank you like a little girl' … There was daily undeniably demeaning conduct that is unacceptable in an absolute sense."
