I love art, food, music, and exploring mountain trails and hiking paths. I’m currently gender fluid while leaning more toward He/They pronouns, but She/They is acceptable. Anche se nei banchi dei mercati a Barcellona, come quello famoso delle Bouqueria, inizio a trovare le prime cassette di fragole del sud della Spagna, oggi ho optato per le ciliegie sciroppate per fare la prima Pie dell'anno. Poiché il blog con la ricetta è in fase di costruzione, il progetto Apple Pie and Co ha preso una piacevole svolta editoriale e richiede alcune attenzioni in più, vi lascio sotto tutte le specifiche per farvi a casa questa Cherri Pie. E mentre la preparate potete ascoltare Apple Pie Radio, la web radio con sound anni '50 ideale per sfornare pies! Link in bio Fate la Pie Crist mescolando dapprima 190 g di farina 0 con 110 g di farina integrale, 1 pizzico di sale, 3 g di baking soda e 15 g di zucchero vanigliato. Aggiungete 225 g di burro tagliato a dadi e create un impasto sabbioso. Aggiungete a filo un mix di 120 g di acqua con 8 g di aceto. Create il panetto e lasciatelo in frigorofero per almeno 30 minuti. Utilizzando 6400 g di ciliegie sciroppate serve solo aggiungere al frutto e al suo succo 30 g di farina e 20 di zucchero. Dividete l'impasto di Pie Crust in due parti  (1/3 e 2/3) stendeteli in due cerchi. Con quello più grande rivestite una teglia di 22 cm, alla base sbriciolate due biscotti. Versate il composto delle ciliegie e coprite con il secondo cerchio di pasta. Sigillate i due impasti, tagliate l'eccesso e con i lembi di una forchetta premete bene i bordi. Fate 4 tagli centrali, spennellate con un tuorlo d'uovo e spolverate con zucchero.
