Ok, so I just want to get the general fandom consensus on what they think Jason's ethnicity is, because during DITF he though Lady Shiva was a viable option for his birth mom

Your animation of the great gig in the sky WAS SO AMAZING. Brought me to literal tears
that was NOT made by me, but my dear friend @petya-and-wolf worked on it as art director/character designer/colorscripter/layaout artist/animator/cleanuper and together with my other dear friend Grisha they also worked on dolls designes and stop motion animation (I actually gave them tiny itty bitty advice on how to make joints move, but tbh that should be thanks to my other other friend Anya who taught me that haha)
anyway I posted the link to the video bc I have more followers and I wanted more people to see their fantastic work!
btw everyone should look at it again, because it IS SO AMAZING and it does bring to tears, you are correct

Introduction:
The Risks of Chinese Loan Apps: Why You Should Exercise Caution
Contents
Chinese loan apps have gained popularity in recent years, offering quick and convenient access to funds. However, it’s crucial to understand the potential risks associated with these apps. In this article, we will explore the reasons why you should exercise caution and avoid Chinese loan apps.
Lack of Regulation and Oversight: Chinese loan apps often operate in a regulatory environment that may be less stringent compared to other countries. This lack of oversight increases the risk of predatory lending practices, exorbitant interest rates, and unfair loan terms. Without proper regulations, borrowers are left vulnerable and may face financial difficulties.
Data Privacy and Security Concerns: Chinese loan apps have faced significant scrutiny regarding data privacy and security. Some of these apps have been accused of collecting excessive personal information, potentially sharing it with third parties without consent. This raises concerns about the misuse of sensitive data and the potential for identity theft or fraud.
Invasive Collection Practices: Chinese loan apps have been known to employ aggressive and invasive debt collection practices. Borrowers who are unable to repay their loans on time may experience harassment through constant calls, messages, and even public shaming. Such practices can cause immense stress and negatively impact the borrower’s mental well-being.
Hidden Fees and Unfair Practices: Chinese loan apps have been associated with hidden fees, misleading terms, and unfair practices. Borrowers may encounter unexpected charges, unclear repayment terms, or sudden changes in interest rates. These practices can lead to financial strain and make it challenging for borrowers to repay their loans as originally agreed.
Difficulties in Dispute Resolution: Resolving disputes with Chinese loan apps can be challenging. The apps often have complex customer service processes, language barriers, and limited responsiveness to customer complaints. This lack of effective dispute resolution mechanisms can leave borrowers in a vulnerable position, with limited options for recourse.
Potential for Fraud and Scams: Due to the lack of stringent regulations, Chinese loan apps may attract fraudulent actors who exploit unsuspecting borrowers. Scammers can create fake loan apps or use deceptive tactics to trick individuals into providing personal information or making upfront payments. It’s essential to remain vigilant and cautious when dealing with unfamiliar loan apps.

Make a chineese proverb of why it is wise to seek clout
Assistant
Poe "行走江湖,谋求声望。鹤立鸡群,智者之途。"
Translation: "In the realm of the world, seek renown. Stand out from the crowd, the path of the wise."
Tell me more.
Assistant
Poe Certainly! Seeking clout or renown can be seen as a wise endeavor in certain contexts within Chinese culture. Here's a bit more elaboration on the proverb:
"行走江湖" (xíng zǒu jiāng hú) refers to traversing the world or venturing through society. It implies actively engaging with the world and interacting with different people and situations, much like a wandering hero or a skilled martial artist in ancient China.
"谋求声望" (móu qiú shēng wàng) translates to "seeking renown" or "pursuing reputation." It suggests the deliberate pursuit of reputation, influence, or clout. In Chinese society, reputation and social standing have traditionally held great importance, and individuals who possess high social status often enjoy various benefits and opportunities.
"鹤立鸡群" (hè lì jī qún) literally means "standing like a crane among chickens." It symbolizes standing out from the crowd or being outstanding in a particular domain. The crane, with its elegance and grace, is regarded as a noble creature, while the chicken represents the ordinary or commonplace. This phrase emphasizes the significance of distinguishing oneself and rising above mediocrity.
"智者之途" (zhì zhě zhī tú) translates to "the path of the wise." It suggests that seeking clout or renown is a path followed by the wise or enlightened. It implies that those who actively pursue reputation and influence possess wisdom and strategic thinking, understanding the potential benefits and opportunities that come with it.
Overall, this proverb encourages individuals to actively engage with the world, strive for reputation, and stand out from the crowd, as it is considered a wise approach to navigate through society and potentially unlock valuable opportunities.
