Everyone Almost everyone must’ve seen some motivational video.. With or without interest.. It may be a YouTube suggestion or a WhatsApp forwarded message or our patents must’ve sent us which’s really common or we must be pretty desperate for motivation so we googled up ourselves. But do they really have an impact? I mean for me I’ll watch a video I’ll be like ‘wow I must really do this, I shouldn’t be lazy anymore’ I think all of that while sleeping on my couch like a panda. It is jus like listening to Some interview at 3 AM telling bout how important sleep is. So I’m asking again Is really watching just a motivational video really do have an impact? Yea May be for a while. And then we’ll get back to our old self. For a change, motivational speech isn’t the only thing u need. First it needs ur will. Your will to change. And then of course efforts. Change comes to u like a lost puppy. So if you ask me.. Motivational speech isn’t really gonna change things.. it just helps you to think. you know what i don’t see that often that should absolutely be explored? a concept where dog man doesn’t immediately warm up/cooperate with petey. a scenario where dog man holds a grudge for a good long while and slowly trusts petey more and more over time not even because of the whole “i’m a cop and you’re the worlds most evilest cat”, but because of petey holding a large chunk of responsibility for the creation of dog man in the first place. he’s the one who made the bomb and lured officer knight and greg the dog onto the building. it WAS the nurses idea to sew the dogs head onto the man’s body, but it was petey who brought everyone into that situation to begin with

hector and his ability to detach his body parts; a ramble

i really like how hector uses his skeleton ability to detach and reattach his limbs and head.

while most of the skeletons we see in the movie would only reconstruct themselves if knocked over, hector willingly and purposefully detached his limbs and lets himself fall apart like a lego statue because it helps him get from point a to point b faster.

hector does it for a variety of reasons, as well! he can do it to emphasize a point as seen when he’s talking to the guard after getting arrested

to physically show off and be entertaining

or to get from one point to another or however else you describe this

hector as far as i remember one of if not THE only skeleton who willingly does it this often. i also like how weird he moves

most other skeletons walk as they did in life, but hector? his walk is shaky and jittery, so much so miguel tries to mimic it to “blend in”.
