I have officially completed the weight loss ⛰️ mountain! I am weighing in at 311.8, which is the lowest weight I have been since 2016. That’s what happens when we overflow ourselves with the same food; the pleasure vanishes and you just get tired of it . Even if we go the other way around! So yesterday was a pretty big day for me in my weight loss journey. I hit my 100 day tracking streak on the @loseitapp - I don’t think there’s been a time in the past 15+ years where I’ve consistently tracked more than 2 weeks. Simultaneously, I also crossed the 75lbs lost threshold, which is equally as huge for me. Year after year, I continually make these big new year resolutions and consistently fail to follow through. This year was different and I actually stuck with it. I’m really, REALLY stinking close to being under 300lbs… which is absolutely crazy. I’ve told myself since I started that I would start working out and going to the gym if I ever got to be under 300lbs. A total loss off 11,2 kg since start, a combined loss of 7 cm this last month. Not sure what my thighs are up to though... Considering sharing some progress photos by the end of the year.

If you had a very high maintenance calorie level (say, you were a bodybuilder), then having some added sugar would be no big deal.
