It is difficult for the crab to get out of the bowl filled with crabs. But the crab whose desire is to get out of that crabby environment must be so strongly determined that no matter how many times the other crabs pull it down, it is going to keep climbing until it gets out. Don't get wearied of having to climb over and again, you are climbing out for more than a generation. When you eventually climb out and get out, without needing to talk too much, your actions will become an inspiration and motivation for all other Crabs who are sick of being stuck in their crabby environment. It’s really sad when I see people bashing each other. What can one gain from it? _ I have seen some finance people make fun of networkers because they are “Power Power!” Why don’t you just be kind to them & possibly open the door to teach them financial literacy. They might even become your client one day. There are many great networking companies out there and awesome people as well. _ I have seen financial planners ridiculed because they are not doing well financially themselves. That is why they went into this profession in the first place. They want to apply what they teach and be financially capable too. _ I have seen some real estate agents bash other companies. Why don’t we just embrace healthy competition. We need each other to become the best version of ourselves. _ I have seen some speakers say they won’t speak in an event with this other speaker. Why don’t you just decline the invitation without speaking ill of another? That is his livelihood and reputation. Clients may not say it out loud but you are tarnishing your own reputation much worse than the other. _ Why don’t we just stop the crab mentality? Lets push each other up and not bring each other down. If others are more successful or better than you, you should celebrate.
