Pizza Panic
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Inconsistent cut for Betty's skirt.
One notable thing is this 1961 story gives us a rivalry between Pop Tate and a pizza parlour across the street owned by a Grimaldi. Unless you decide a pizza twirler in 1964 is the same character (referred to as "Joe", though) -- or a "Pete" who fills the same role as this story in 1967 (almost certainly others fit the bill, but I am looking for similar identical likeness here), he disappears after this story. But in 2000 a pizza maker across the street -- Segarini-- became a recurring fixture and regular irritant to Pop Tate in the pages of Archie's Pal Jughead from Craig Boldman and Rex W Lindsey. Feel free to ret-con some things.

Digital diary 2025.06.01.
Jenko and Schmidt friendship was cute. Schmidt got hurt knowing who played him it was funny to watch. This movie is kinda funny. Jenko just sexually assaulted a motorbiker. Him and Schmidt both sexually assaulted a motorbiker. Ice cube finally showed up. Dakota Johnson is in this movie. Valerie Tian the actress from Jennifer's body is in this movie. Johnny Simmons also from Jennifer's body is in this movie. Johnny Simmons character just died from overdosing. Ice cube is funny. Dave Franco is in this movie. I like Dave Franco's character in this movie. Jake Johnson the actor from New girl and Spiderverse is in this movie. Brie Larson is in this movie. The slam poetry was nice. Ellie Kemper the actress from Home sweet home alone and Kimmy Schmidt. Dave Franco's character is the drug dealer. Spencer Boldman the actor from the Lab rats is in this movie. Jenko and Schmidt throw a party. The curly, blonde haired geek name is Zack. A character came to the party and asking Eric (Dave Franco's character) to tell him who is the supplier. This fight scene is both fun and action packed. The scene were Jenko pulled out the knife for Schmidt back was funny. There is an another drug dealer. The party scene with the Party rock anthem by LMFAO song was super fun. There is an Ice cube song haha meta. Jenko bonding with the geeks is cute. Eric and Molly (Brie Larson's character) are friends with benefits. This lady is going to blow Schmidt's cover. She started shaking and grabbed his genitals that is the best lie Schmidt could come up with. It was said so suddenly that it made me laugh. Jenko and Schmidt started drifting away. The geeks started singing, playing instruments and Zack is now a brunette. Eric started singing and playing an acoustic guitar. Schmidt and Molly relationship makes me feel gross. The suppliers are the motorbikers. I like how Jenko and Schmidt kept put out people from their cars. Schmidt and Jenko started fighting on stage, they both got expelled from the school and fired from their jobs. They have a lipstick and load montage. They go together to the prom. Who are these women that came with the geeks. Ellie Kemper character is weird. The actual supplier is the coach from the beginning. Molly fully comprehend that Schmidt was lying and Dave Franco expression to this is so funny. One of the motorbikers is a cop played by Johhny Depp (ew). For some reason he started chatting with Jenko and Schmidt if, there aren't multiple people pointing guns at them and they shot Johnny Depp in the neck naturally. Johnny Depp gives a dying speech which I don't care about. The coach tries to run away with the money, Molly and Eric. Jenko and Schmidt chase after them. The other motorbikers blow up. Jenko takes multiple bullets for Schmidt. Schmidt accidentally shot the coach's crotch but, it made me laugh outloud. They arrested Eric. Molly and Schmidt kiss. (She 18 years old by the way). Jenko kissed Dakota Johnson's character (she showed interest in him from the start of the movie). They hug Ice cube's character and says they are going to university (setting up the sequel). Jonnah Hill in this movie kept reminding me of Danny Gonzalez.
I kinda liked this movie it was interesting. I liked that it didn't have flashing lights during the party scene like in Neighbors/Bas neighbours. Surprisingly Dave Franco appeared in both movies. I'm scared of how are they going to treat Craig's character if, this movie is also willing to make sexual assault a funny thing.

Passe Hairstyles by Decade
Tumblr media
1960s Veronica's Pageboy.
Tumblr media
1970s Reggie's Perm
Tumblr media
1980s Archie's mullet.
Tumblr media
1990s Jughead's Mohawk.
Aiming for consistency.
Reggie's perm is tied to Harry Lucey's last period of work, and a re- styling to work with his degenerative disease. Archie's mullet is well tied to Rex W Lindsey just hired in the 1980s -- bringing in the then contemporaneous. I note a bizarre habit of crediting Craig Boldman as the writer for some Rex W Lindsey 80s stories, which I imagine works for the same reason as trimming Archie's mullet -- we pretend they slide right in with the decades' and a half run of Boldman / Lindsey Jughead stories. I already posted on Jughead and his mohawk, and see nothing much to add.
As for Veronica -- she had short hair for a while. I don't know that it makes sense to deny it, bit there it is. I suppose it is easier to drop in more hair -- except when they botch it.
