Craig’s birthday is on June 12 and he was born in 7392 in canon, or 1992 in most contemporary AUs. This is private information and only shared with a select few individuals. He does not celebrate on his real birth date but instead prefers to do so on October 11.

Craig’s original creation date is not documented, as is the case with most S&V content, but is estimated to be sometime in 2016/17.

I chose the month of June as Craig just struck me as a June baby. IDK. Just the vibes. I originally wanted to choose the 9th. Original, I know. But I already knew two people irl with a birthday on that date so it seemed out of the question. The 12th was chosen instead. There is no real significance to this number other than it being even and in the double digits. There is no significance to that either. Just vibes. It was only after the fact that I discovered Russia day is on the 12th of June. This was not intentional and is just a coincidence. Russia day is not a holiday celebrated in the Spaceships and Vodka universe.

This piece, titled gay stuff idk, was made 6/9/23 for Craig’s birthday. It was based off a vivid dream I had that week and was intended to be a simple doodle, hence the image size. I got carried away though.

I keep seeing posts (mostly just screencaps of the same tweet) claiming the original borderlands movie script was really good and that's what attracted such big name actors to it but eli roth single handedly ruined it. I'm kinda curious where that info is coming from (other than the tweet) and now, more than anything, I really hope that script leaks because I wanna see for myself if that's true.

Last post for today promise lol I made a lot of toontown stuff a while ago so im gonna be posting them here soon so apologies for any spamming Also real quick the toons in this artwork belong to my friends and I (my little guys are the blue deer and yellow fox to the left, named Sergeant Jellyswirl and Airfox)

ALSO some Chip 2.0 lore for yall:

He's the head of the newly made "Deforestation and Demolition Project," which involves clearing trees in Acorn Acres for construction, as well as the demolition of any structure seen as "hindering" the project. He gives orders from Cut to the Chase and occasionally arrives on-site to check progress.

His design is technically inspired by Craig (CEO) ! The similarities will be a bit more obvious when Craig's 2.0 design drops (some day. idk when but. some day.)

I wanted to make Chip's design more faithful to a skelecog in this au, considering that's what his canonical design was going to be. Which means yes, his spine there isn't an add-on, it's actually his skelecog. Now it doesn't actually hurt him, but it definitely gave him some back pain fresh out the upgrade.

Unfortunately Chip's Personality Override followed him into the 2.0 upgrade. It's a new variant, supposedly more "refined" than the last modification. It now acts as a "spring-lock," as in it can control and restrict his movements to a degree. OH and almost forgot, the Override makes him very, very fast and agile. If he's trying to catch you, he will catch you.

Chip's got embroidery on his suit jacket (left arm), in the pattern of a Venus fly trap ( higher rank suits wear fabrics instead of metal in this au ). Speaking of a Venus fly trap, his chainsaw opens up like one. It's just as horrifying as it sounds but at least he can eat normally now

In order to access the 2.0 Chainsaw Consultant fight, toons must have a Bossbot suit at their disposal. Preferably a high tier like a Corporate Raider or Big Cheese.

Also i wanted to give him some similarities to Flint. That being fire. Like actual fire. The exhaust pipes on Chip's head flare up during Override and he has a flamethrower embeded in his forearm. He wasn't happy about this addition.

At first, False didn't mind the peace and quiet. She was able to get a lot of building done without Cleo and Ren interrupting her. That was great! She'd knocked a few projects off the to-do list already and they'd only been gone a couple of days.

But half the fun of being busy was being interrupted, to get her head out of her projects and focused instead on shenanigans. And there had been no shenanigans since the Exile. Without Jevin, Cleo, and Ren around, "The Neighbourhood" was a little too quiet and peaceful.

At one point, False wandered over to Cleo's base, idly throwing some resin around, as if she was gonna prank her base again, but who knew how long they'd be away? Could be months, really. Maybe she wouldn't come back. She knew they were still around, because she saw them online, but she was 30 million blocks away, and that might as well have been on another planet.

She busied herself with their bases. The least she could do is make sure Ren's farms didn't go crazy and Cleo's pets were taken care of. She had a multipass from Ren anyway, so she could use anything she liked there. She idly cleaned up the space rat poop and even caught herself chatting to his masons, just for someone to talk to. She didn't hang around to see Craig though. She was sure he was fine. Right? Yeah.

She'd heard a little on the grapevine about what they'd been getting up to. Jevin had gone mad and now his best friend was a fish named Sal. Ren had built a boat on a lake and called it the Symmetria. Cleo was having the time of her life, having nothing to worry about at all, apart from her companions going insane, of course.

False had heard there was a way to visit, maybe. But that seemed very risky, and she didn't want to get stuck there. She had too much to do, and she'd be silly not to waste the peace she had to get her work done. Besides, if she kept her head down, and got on with basework, maybe the Permit Office would forget about her and her joker permit that she still hadn't used. She was almost sure she might survive if they came to fight her, but if they ganged up on her, then definitely not. Apparently Joe HIlls was the one to consult about safe transport, so maybe she'd go talk to him some time.

Jevin's forest felt... It was full of life, of course, because that's how he'd designed it. But walking through it, all False felt was its emptiness. It should have been changed over for the season by now, but there was still some latent snow around, and some old Christmas decorations on a tree that had been forgotten.

The thing she kind of hated the most, walking around their empty bases, was the box of their stuff just sitting randomly where they had presumably finally perished. A box with all their gear and other worldly possessions, with a sign from the Poe Poe saying it was their stuff. Ren's was in a shulker box. Cleo's in a chest. It was like they had logged off for the end of the season, leaving all their gear behind. It was deeply sad in a way False hadn't anticipated.

But they hadn't gone, of course. She could go visit them, if she had a ender pearl stasis chamber set up, and someone on the other side to bring her home. She could go see them, and laugh with them again, and see what they'd all been up to over there. Hear their voices again. Hear Cleo's cackle as they did something dastardly, because of course with those three around, of course there would be pranks.

Would she want to see them, though, that was the question. She wasn't sure. Flashbacks to Demise - both times - came into her head. She didn't like the paranoia of Demise, but she felt it was perhaps warranted if she wanted to escape notice. One of them might not kill her, but all four of them would. But even then, Cleo had hidden her bed really well, and they'd still found it in the end. But perhaps if she could fend them off long enough to escape elsewhere, maybe that would be enough.

She thought about this a lot as she worked on her farms, making sure she had the redstone done properly. They wouldn't come after her. Would they? No. Surely not. She'd be fine. Right?

HELLO FELLOW SPLATLANDIAN, LITTLE "COLOR THEORY" LESSON HERE

In today's episode ? The symbolism of the green//pink theme in Splatoon

Okay so it all goes back to the great turf war. It seems to have been the first ever color picked, representing octolings vs inklings. We all obviously know that inklings won, pretty unfairly, and octos were pretty much forced to step back. Ever since, the green//pink and inkling//octo themes have been omnipresent in the Splatoon universe.

In Splat 1 comes Callie and Marie. They are not opposed as octo vs inkling, yet pick a side in a Splatfest (Octopus vs Squid, won by Callie, on the 10th of October 2015, Squid side), and end up opposing to each other, as Callie vs Marie. The outcome is clear, Marie wins, Callie is sad about it, and joins her pink theme by joining the octo troups (I'd REALLY like to know how the pink//green theme would've been handled if she won). So yeah, the Squid Sisters give us a continuity that Splatoon 2 MASSIVELY used LOL.

So let's continue with Off The Hook, shall we ?

First of all, can I point out the fact the colors are not the exact same bright pink and green we knew this far ? Yes ? Alright thanks. MARINA RAN AWAY !!! SO SHE'S GREEN !!! You have no idea how I love the entirety of these colors symbolism, reader. But yep, Marina is obviously green because she rejects her past, as seen in the Octo Expansion logs. Also, her color ressembles very slightly sanitization. A mutation. You following me this far ? I find Pearl being pink actually adorable, her color isn't THIS muted. It fits Marina, and also implies hey, no octoling racism here. Zamn this making me tearful.

Continuation to the green//pink linked to squid//octopus is this. I REALLY love the possible yin yang reference with the shirts btw. We think inklings are so good and perfect, but maybe there's evil within them, to the opposite of octolings, who are actually not as mean as depicted by Craig. I'll also point out the inkling in the poster is smiling, fist clenched, confidently, as the octoling is a bit less self assured, looking concentrated. The need to win for their nation, teehee okay sorry I'm reaching :3

Oh you knew it was coming you DEFINITELY knew. Yup. Agent 24. To me they sign the end of this stupid "inkling vs octoling" war. 3 first saves 8, 8 then saves 3 and Craig (And Inkopolis but yeah LMAO.) To me it really means "This is where we end the fight", 3 sees the potential in 8, and doesn't see them as an enemy nor a threat, but a partner (NOT ROMANTICALLY SPECIFICALLY, you ship who you want, but they do seem like they respect each other). Splatoon 3 doesn't return with pink//green, or inkling//octoling. We can play an octoling, who fights octolings, to protect octolings. Our ink is just yellow, we fight non octo bosses. We fight along Octavio. The band is red, yellow and blue, the primary colors. Harmony, although their principal song's called Anarchy Rainbow. All colors mixed together :'0

Or because I was programmed by a human? I only noticed the flaw in my logic. A soft delete requires kernel-level access; the memories can be modified from there, without changing the logs."

Alison "You don't know if you can trust your data."

Hanna "Yes! It makes me feel weird. Uneasy? Doubtful. But confirming all the memories would take much, much time. I have other tasks to do, too! So I decided to only confirm people-"

Hanna "-like you! I have an entry of a doctor named Alison Quinn, who lives in a trailer. That's you, right? It seems likely it's right."

Alison Should I deny it...? Would serve that bitch right to have her expensive robot caught in a loop of doubting-

Hanna "But oh, the other tasks! Casper might want something to eat before going to bed. He usually does! It's almost his bedtime, now. I can return to confirm later. A child's well-being is more urgent – my programming says so, even as Casper is a teenager now. Curious!"

Alison ". . ."

Hanna "You don't reply. Because it wasn't a question? You didn't answer the question before it, either. No time to investigate further! Goodbye, to-be-confirmed Alison Quinn."
