late valentines, i suppose? this has been a wip since last year but i finally got around to finishing it this week. i ran into a few issues that i almost gave up on it but it's been so long since my last upload and i wanted to share something before February ends so here it is! i drew the scalp textures from scratch in Photoshop (using one of the braids from GT as a reference) so it took ages. it's not perfect but i quite like it, hope you do too <3

Drawing and painting all the tiny locations taught me a lot, and I'm grateful I got commissioned to work on such a beautiful map. Only thing I regret is that it's so big so many details are lost, when looking at it so I made this post so the close up views might do them justice

Killian OC Update: Maps

It's been a crazy week with a lot of real life challenges, but I have been working on sprites for Killian's custom map. He will have a full map for his home base, along with a house and warp points. It's very much a work in progress and will see a lot of changes before it's finally done, but here's the concept and base!

Can't stop thinking about clocks apparently... 🥰

I found this while perusing models-resource for something to convert and thought it seemed fun. It's an alarm clock from a game called The Stretchers, which seems like a paramedic version of Overcooked.

This will function as an alarm clock in most ways, except your Sims can't break it as I was too lazy to model a broken state. They can still try, though! Speaking of model, this thing has 3,300 polys. That is very high for an object of this size. I didn't check until I was far enough along that I didn't want to throw it out. :( The texture sizes are really small, though!

Found in Small Electronics with the other alarm clocks and costs §70 which is quite a bit higher than the one I cloned it from, but I figured it's overpriced like any other novelty item. And it is unbreakable.

I miss when cucurucho sent everyone on these little side quests during Christmas and get the reward of seeing their kids in cute christmas outfits </3 - everyone's reactions to their kids all dressed up makes me want to tear me hair out and cry they loved their kids so much :((
