Cicero's tribe was assimilated into the Legion when he was young, he ended up as a vexilliarius over his short stature and frail body. Works as a courier every once in a while.

Stinky who barks and bites and will fight anyone even if they are bigger than him. Chaotic neutral.

He is around 5'3, got the nickname Cicero over the latin work meaning "Chickpea"

Not that he knows that, thought, he thinks it sounds badass.

His missing ear is in my NCR ghoul's collar lmaoo, so are some of his teeth, I need to draw her next.

i did this 'sneaking Hunter past the ToS' design for the Vampires vs Werewolves ArtFight this year and still adore it so, to here it goes

Feredir just = "Hunter" in Tolkien's elvish

he had lore and everything!

i have phases where i just, want Hunter around in every canon or project i drift between, but this design was part of a whole little tale i was using to try and do collaborative pieces for ArtFight

as the story goes, Feredir and other Bad Batch mirrors still kept their 'outcast' vibes as they were either vampires who fled vampiric hierarchy after refusing a command, or werewolves who approved of that rebellion and joined forces (i was on Team Werewolf so)

design choices were, how to do his tattoo, instead made it a burn from exposure to sunlight, his fangs double up because his tat has gaps for two teeth, he still retains his "knife" in the form of a silver stake he can use an either Vampire -or- Werewolf, and in the same fashion as his Katarn-lll gear, keeps his vampiric armor even when acting against them- not going out of his way to hunt other vampires, but definitely willing to defend himself or when convinced by his fellows, rescue them from their superiors

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀So I’m going to ramble about why I give Wolfwood some scars when in canon, it’s not shown that he have some. I don’t know if it would be a headcanon post or just Sou rambling so I’m just going to classify it as my rambling for now.

Going in depth on scarring healing process and etc!

Now logically there’s limitations to the serum he uses and has. Yes, they can heal and regenerate tissue cells to the injured area but the serum can not alter the underlying structure of the wound or the presence of scarred tissue. Consequently, the flesh in the affected areas remained visibly scarred.

During the experiments, Wolfwood's back, lower back, and abdomen were subjected to various procedures with the Eye of Michael. These procedures likely involved invasive surgeries, tissue manipulation, and possibly the extraction and transplantation of organs. Such interventions would have necessitated incisions and suturing, resulting in scars.

In addition to the medical scars, Wolfwood also carries old gunshot wounds. These wounds may have been sustained during dangerous encounters or missions. Although the healing serum could repair the damage caused by the bullets, it was unable to eliminate the traces of the entry and exit wounds.

Now why the scars are jagged, discolored and thicker and less flexible than healthy skin?

When wounds heal, the body's natural response is to produce collagen fibers to repair the damaged tissue. In the case of Wolfwood's scars, the healing serum would have stimulated collagen production, resulting in an excess deposition of collagen fibers. This excess collagen can lead to thicker skin in the scarred areas compared to the surrounding healthy tissue.

The healing serum might have influenced the melanin production in the scarred areas, leading to a variation in skin color. Causing either hyperpigmentation, where the scar appears darker than the surrounding skin, or hypopigmentation, where the scar appears lighter.

The healing serum, although promoting tissue repair, would not have had the ability to perfectly align the edges, leading to the formation of jagged scar tissue. The healing serum, while aiding in the regeneration of damaged tissue, would not have been able to completely restore the normal structure of the skin, resulting in the persistence of such irregularities. Causing the skin to also feel rough, raised, or even sunken compared to the surrounding healthy skin.
