Law gulped heavily, watching as the tiny, oh-so-tiny piece of paper moved weakly across his palm, getting smaller with every second as the edges burned more and more. There was barely anything left. Barely enough to hang onto any hope. “What are you doing?” Law growled, but he could barely hear himself. There was a hum in his ears, a white noise that didn’t mean anything, didn’t serve any purpose but to drive him even more mad. He refused to believe this. The paper had to be lying. There was simply no way, no way that Luffy lost. No way that his life was about to disappear, leaving behind nothing but a few specks of ash.

I (once again) commissioned the incredible @kagamiciel for this gorgeous piece to go with my fic Ash (from the Ashes of Life series) and I couldn't be happier with the result!! I mean, look at it, it's so so so beautiful 😭🤍

But an actual Latino hero. One who speaks Spanglish and gets annoyed when call him an immigrant because PR is part of the US and gets his cake from a Mexican bakery and loves his parents even if he feels like he can’t talk to them and calls Miguel tío

Said her to her boyfriend as she grabbed one oversized shirt that she made for herself and failed and placed it over her head as it will be easier for her to dry later and with that, she opened the door and went outside, her feet and legs soaked wet, but she continued to look around, and she won't stop until she finally finds that creature.

She could feel her legs merging into one tail, making it more difficult to walk, until she just fell on her stomach and looked at the creature... a human child?, her scales appearing now as her dorsal and tail fin.

"Ray! I found it! Come, I can't move, is a human child, come get her, please! She seems lost..."
