Delusofluid (alter/system)
Flag is meant to be redesigned and if desired
An alter/whole system that identifies as delusofluid. It could affect how the system/alter functions but doesn’t have to.
(This Blog was created to repost terms for the convenience and comfort of others. If you remake a reclaimed flag please tag me.)

Are there any psychosis/schizophrenia specific genders/sexualities etc
putting this under a read more cause it’s long
Errofluid / Erroflux / Errogender: A gender which is fluid or fluxes in relation to psychotic symptoms; e.g. when someone’s psychosis symptoms are strong and they’re having a manic episode they feel genderless, but when they’re having a depressive episode they feel more male. However, the term errogender can be used regardless of how your psychosis affects your gender.
Posigender: A feeling that one’s gender is defined by or influenced by positive symptoms of their schizophrenia. Positive means symptoms non-psychotic people don’t have but psychotic people might (like hallucinations, delusions).
Negagender: A feeling that one’s gender is defined by or influenced by negative symptoms of their schizophrenia. Negative means traits psychotic people might have which suggest the absence of a “normal” trait (like having flat affect, anhedonia).
Delusogender: A subset of posigender in which one’s gender is influenced by one’s delusions. Strictly for schizophrenic/psychotic/delusional people. This can be a multigender identity if your delusogender is made of multiple genders itself.
Delusofluid: A subset of delusogender in which one’s gender changes as they experience delusions. This can be fluid through delusogenders, or simply changing between experiencing a delusogender and not experiencing one.
Holidelusogender: A subset of delusogender in which one’s gender is affected by delusions of being divine, holy,  demonic, angelic, or godly.
Grandelusogender: A subset of delusogender in which one’s gender is influenced by delusions of grandeur.
Paradelusogender: A subset of delusogender in which one’s gender is influenced by paranoid delusions.
Genderfake: Feeling that your gender is part of your hallucinations or delusions. For people who experience delusions or hallucinations as part of their mental illness or neurodivergence only.
Gendernoia: A gender affected by paranoia. Can be combined with other genders.
Psychogender: A gender that can only be understood in the context of a psychotic disorder.
Malagender: A gender which is created or influenced by maladaptive daydreaming or fantasy prone personalities. For example a malagender person might feel male usually but their gender may feel more nonbinary during a maladaptive daydreaming episode. A gender specific to people who experience maladaptive daydreaming due to a neurodivergence such as: schizotypal personality disorder, schizoid personality disorder, schizophrenia or similar.
Genderdisordered: A gender that is heavily influenced by, or unable to be defined because of disorganized thinking or a thought disorder.
Skhizeingender: A gender that is strongly connected to schizophrenia, or having a gender that is difficult to describe or communicate because of being schizophrenic. This term is exclusive to individuals with schizophrenia or schizophrenia related symptoms. Pronounced: sk-heez-ein-gender
Schizo-: An orientation for people on the schizo spectrum who feel like their disorder(s) affects their attraction in the way they perceive it, experience it or in its intensity.
Mala-: An orientation which is created or influenced by maladaptive daydreaming or fantasy prone personalities. For example a Malasexual person might feel pansexual usually but may feel more asexual during a maladaptive daydreaming episode. An orientation specific to people who experience maladaptive daydreaming due to a neurodivergence such as: schizotypal personality disorder, schizoid personality disorder, schizophrenia or similar.
(i didn’t include neurogenders/orientations that weren’t specific to psychosis/the schizo-spec so have a look through: my neurogender tag,@pride-color-schemes’ neurogender tag & their neurorientation tag)

(1/2) Today’s cringe person of the day is Ari (me)! Who just figured out some points of my identity and just really wants to shout about it to people and doesn’t have the means to! Ari is a virid stellarian greyace delusofluid (agender/gendervoid and holidelusogender) lesbian who uses they/them (and maybe fie/fire, lie/light, voi/void, and thy/thine) pronouns! Ari is schizophrenic, anorexic, and has insomnia, all of which are diagnosed. Delusofluid, delusogender, and holidelusogender are
(2/2) posigender terms they themself coined to describe their gender that changes along with delusions they suffer from about being a god. When Ari is having worse delusions, their gender changes from agender or gendervoid to holidelusogender which is compiled up of various genders including deifigender, praegender, diamogender, hellgender, daegender, gendercosm, effreu, ultragender, abyssinfernal, and aporagender. They really love this blog!
rad!

I can’t tell if I’m a gender I’ve seen here, or if that’s part of my mental illness/psychosis/multiple personalities living in my head/delusions. Absolutely no hate intended. How do I tell the difference? I’d really like to figure it who I am
this is a really difficult question, anon. i would tell you that i can’t tell you what gender(s) you are, and only you can determine that, but that’s made more difficult by being neurodivergent. as a fellow neurodivergent person, my advice is: when you see a gender and you think “oh that might be me”, write down the name & definition somewhere. forget about it for a few days, then come back to it. if you still get that “me!” feeling, then you probably are. but - i know that, because of neurodivergency, (generic you here) you can often feel like maybe you aren’t so-and-so gender, and that can lead to feeling like you’re faking it, and so on. the important thing to remember is that a) gender can and does change over time, b) you can be more than one gender, even if they seem to cancel each other out (e.g. being genderfae & demiboy), and c) it’s ok to make mistakes. there’s nothing wrong with thinking “i’m x gender” and then then realise later (hours, days, years) that you’re not.
i’m tagging some others for their opinion/advice - @uncommongenders @beyond-mogai-pride-flags @ask-pride-color-schemes.
also, as a side note, here’s some genders you may be interested in. it’s ok to identify as a gender while looking for other terms!

Delusofluid: a subset of delusogender in which one’s gender changes as they experience delusions. This can be fluid through delusogenders, or simply changing between experiencing a delusogender and not experiencing one.
