Errofluid / Erroflux / Errogender: A gender which is fluid or fluxes in relation to psychotic symptoms; e.g. when someone’s psychosis symptoms are strong and they’re having a manic episode they feel genderless, but when they’re having a depressive episode they feel more male. However, the term errogender can be used regardless of how your psychosis affects your gender.

Posigender: A feeling that one’s gender is defined by or influenced by positive symptoms of their schizophrenia. Positive means symptoms non-psychotic people don’t have but psychotic people might (like hallucinations, delusions).

some of these are psychotic-specific, while others are for people who experience symptoms that those with psychosis may experience - i figured i’d include both!

delusogender: a gender influenced by one’s delusions, strictly for schizophrenic/psychotic/delusional people. can be both a standalone identity and an umbrella term for all genders influenced by delusions.

grandelusogender: a gender influenced by one’s delusions of grandeur

holidelusogender: a gender influenced by one’s delusions of being divine/holy/demonic/angelic/godly

paradelusogender: a gender influenced by one’s paranoid delusions

errofluid: a gender which is fluid and/or flux in relation to psychotic symptoms

magentagender: a gender that doesn’t exist because you don’t exist. even though you can see it and, logically, you know it’s there, it still doesn’t exist. for psychotic people/people who experienced delusions

psychogender: a gender that can only be understood in the context of a psychotic disorder
