I think there should be more asexual takes on Aziraphale/Crowley. In the book it mentions that angels (and subsequently demons) are sexless unless they really make an effort, which one can interpret through a gender lens and a sexuality lens. I see a lot of posts/fics/media about them hooking up as a way of making up/solidifying their relationship, and while that's perfectly fine and dandy, I have no issues with that, I wish there was more media with an emphasis on non-sexual intimacy being the change in their relationship. They've grown physically closer throughout s2, are starting to become more free with touch, as they individually grow closer to confessing. I think a kiss, a hand-hold, an intentional hand-hold or any other form of touch could be just as impactful in solidifying their relationship. Especially when combined with the conversations they so desperately need to have.

As an asexual person reading/watching Good Omens, I enjoyed understanding Aziraphale and Crowley through an asexual lens, and I hope to see more fan media that explores these characters and their relationship through that lens.

Tanjiro is such an honest soul.

He's probably the type you won't even notice his yandere tendencies at first.

He can't lie and is always so kind and appears so innocent towards you.

He's so naive and forward he probably could not hide anything from you if he tried.

Tanjiro may also be a hopeless romantic and a family yandere.

He just believes you two love each other and in the future, when there's no demons, you can be a family!

As a result he's no doubt a delusional yandere.

I feel Tanjiro would overall be a docile yandere.

He probably couldn't lie to you without you noticing.

He just... isn't that kind of manipulative type.

He could emotionally manipulate his darling but even that isn't fully on purpose.

Tanjiro just clings to you because he feels you're like family to him.

He isn't very violent unless he has to defend you from a threat.

Tanjiro would also grow more attached if you cared for Nezuko.

There's many ways you could've met Tanjiro.

Maybe he saved you from a demon and you became friends ever since.

Maybe you work at one of the manors and help Tanjiro when he's injured after missions.

Or maybe you're a Demon Slayer yourself?

These are just some ways you could've met and gotten close to Tanjiro.

Tanjiro is someone mostly attracted to caring/familial traits.

Things like caring for him, caring for Nezuko, or even sympathizing with demons despite your job.

Anything that shows you have good intentions or are a good person will attract Tanjiro to you the fastest.

Tanjiro is definitely an obsession at first sight person.

He's also incredibly loyal and devoted to his love.

I want to say he'd be bashful and shy but if anything in reality he's mostly blunt.

Tanjiro would be very open about his feelings towards you.

He's not afraid to tell you compliments and how you make him feel.

He isn't ashamed of admitting he feels jealous when you speak to others.

Honestly, Tanjiro would do almost anything for you if it means you'll love him.

As I said before he truly believes in love to the point of being a hopeless romantic.

He's a bit more grounded than Zenitsu would be and isn't going to really chase you everywhere.

He'd cut them down before they have a chance.

Tanjiro's big goal with you is certainly to have a family somehow.

He is such a family man due to growing up in a big family.

He wants to be your husband in the future.

He may even achieve such a goal since he's so sweet before you notice anything.

It's hard to point out the more toxic traits in him but I can come up with a few.

First is his emotional manipulation.

Intentional or not, it occurs when he is jealous or worried for your safety.

He wants to be the one to keep you safe and wishes you'll rely on him.

He wants you out of harm and would take a blow to protect you just to make sure you don't spill a drop of blood.

If anything I can see his yandere behavior showing up later on.

Like, by the time you two are adults and dating/married, that's when the worst of it is.

Maybe Tanjiro becomes obsessive about keeping you home.

He wants you as his little house spouse and you're most likely coerced into it.

Tanjiro tries not to appear "forceful" when he has you stay home.

He provides for you, gives you everything you could ever want.

He allows you outside in like a yard or something but never too far without him.

He's promised since you both were young that he'd protect and care for you.

So why do you need to go out so often anyways?

You can just stay at him and he'll come back to pepper you in kisses and affection!

You won't have to lift a finger.

For some, this is a dream.

For others, a nightmare.

Tanjiro removes your autonomy once you two are officially together.

He doesn't get why you'd want to leave home anyways.

He picked an isolated cabin just for you and him.

Now... it'll just be you and him!

There's no need to worry anymore, there's no longer any demons to harm either of you.

Prepare some tea and pancakes because I'm gonna share with you my dp omegaverse au. Sorry for misprints, I try to fix them but always miss some of them.

1) Yes, halfas have ghost genders, too, because it's about a soul, not body. Dani? Well, she's too young yet, her personality isn't determinated

2) There are 3 ghost genders: alpha, omega and beta. Betas are the most part of ghosts (80%). As most people tgey exist to serve alphaa and omegas' wishes, ideas. Beta often doesn't even know what they really want or their desires are only a result of culture traditios. Examples: Bertrand, Technus, Bullet, Skulker*, Fright Knight (*hc that he is born ghost, so, he just want to survive being tge best hunter)

Alphas are the strongest gender (several alpha is stronger than several omega or beta). They dominate in a way people see it. They also barely doubt. They don't an appreciation but alphas often gather ghosts around themselves. As possible morpho feature is huge fangs. Examples: Young Blood, Pariah Dark, Danny* (at least we watched him developing as an alpha. Especially in season 3.)

Omegas dominates as well but through manipulations. This is why most omegas are demons (Desire, Ember, Spectra). They need appreciation, it's make omegas weaker. They make a cult from their persona or exist on their own. A possible morpho feature is fangs, too, but a bit smaller. One more example: Vlad.

3) Spirits is out of gender-party game (Clockwork, Valentine, Nocturn)

4) Instead of heat there's the vibrating period. (yea, sounds smutty, i know) It happens once in 4 years and lasts a month. This period is called from omegas' souls become extremely emotionally vulnerable and their core make vibrations that "vocals" all their deepest worries. Alphas of the same kind can apprehend vibrations and the scent of that omega (it's not sounds actually, they feel it by the whole body; more like snakes' bone conduction). This thoughts like a mantra sounds in alpha's mind, so, they try to help omega. Researchers-ghosts say that in the vibrating period increases the mating frequency.

An simple example of how it works on Pompous pep: Danny was 17 when oneday he started to hear in his head "Vlad needs you. He wants to get some love. You must be this one. 5) Fangs are for: a) mark your beta slaves; b) mark your omega (mate). Anyway, the mark means "you can't touch it, it's mine". It has the owner/mate's scent. Mated omega soul vibrations can't be apprehended by other alphas. Marks disappear after 4 years.

6) Betas lacks of gamets. Alphas and omegas are both isogamic. If they decide to make a child... they actually MAKE it. They form theur gamets and combine. Future parents watch for the egg, corrects the core from time to time. The eggs develops into the new ghost (halfa) after several months. But the child is still vulnerable. It can't survive without parents.

7) Sex? Well, ghosts can form genitals if they like too but it doesn't connect to mating or ghost born. It's like playing the ukulele. Do if you'd like to. However, I wouldn't say the same to halfas. They are half-humans after all.

The way your analysis of the water boiler scene with Crowley and Shax made me wheeze 🤣 I'm with the Crowley-is-ace-but-knows-everything-in-theory crowd of the fandom which makes him giving "instructions" even more funny 🤣

Glad I could make you laugh! However you see them is all good. I'm of the Crowley's-a-hands-on-learner variety over here as you probably can tell lol but the point of the story to me isn't what is "right" so much as that it all is. If you're not harming anyone, then whatever you are and whatever, if anything, you like to get up to is all fine and no shame.

Also? He is asexual to me as well, even if it's pretty evident from my blog here that I think he and Aziraphale are getting up to it like rabbits. Angels and demons, per Gaiman, are canonically asexual unless they wish to make an Effort, right? To me, that means the idea of asexual default in Heaven-- so, the inverse of how the human world operates. It's a way of reiterating that the ace spectrum is as normal as more active sexuality, which is very important to me. I'm not ace but I think the world would be better if we stopped the entire idea of a 'norm'/'default' when it comes to anything related to sexuality or gender.

The world of Heaven/Hell is an allegory for the human world in the story so where it differs is where the commentary is. To say angels & demons are "asexual unless they wish to make an Effort" is to say that there are some angels and demons who are asexual and there are others who wish to make an Effort and explore those options-- which is the same as the humans. As a result, all angels and demons are asexual because they're angels and demons, so they begin from an assumption of asexuality within their society, and many might stay there because it is who they are and right for them and there's nothing wrong with that. There are other angels and demons, though, who fall into the 'wish to make an Effort' category and so explore sexuality in a different way. I personally think Crowley and Aziraphale both fall into the latter category but neither of us are "right" or "wrong" because, technically, just by being a demon and an angel, there is an element of ace default to them.

The angels & demons not only are allegorical for human experience in the story but what they have *in common with* humans is a human corporation. This isn't to say that an angel or a demon or a human is inhuman if they are ace-- absolutely not. Sexuality is not like the need to breathe and to eat for humans. It's not something we all need and if we are the kind of humans who do need it, we don't all need it in the same ways. The same is then true for the angels and demons as they explore the humanity they have in common with the humans. Some of them won't be interested in sex at all. Some of them will in certain situations or infrequently, etc. Some will be more sexual beings. They're really no different from the humans in this way. We aren't all the same and there's nothing wrong with that.

By having that 'asexual unless they wish to make an Effort' default for angels & demons, the show is reiterating that not every human experience need be necessary or the same for everyone and that sexuality isn't humanity. It can be a very human experience but so, too, can a lot of things, and someone who is ace is still every bit as human as someone who isn't, as sexuality is not the defining feature of humanity. That's true if you're an angel or a demon or a human or a semi-sentient car or anything else and our Earthly world here would be better if we approached it from a standpoint of whatever you say you are and however you present yourself and whatever you want to get up to or to not get up to is all fine, so long as it's all consensual and you're not harming anybody.

You can read the hot water boiler scene as just in support of that, if you want, and it sounds like you have. Crowley just being all sex-positive in the sense that if it's something you're into, that's fine, and if it's not or if it's often not, that's fine, too. (Also, he's obviously poking fun at her by being like yeah, I know why you need your hot water boiler, Shax. Stressful week being Hell's new rep in London? Must be exhausting, all this threatening you're doing...)

The Papas When They Are Heartbroken

Papa Nihil: The last time this man had his heart broken he ended his music career. Dramatic yes, but how can he continue after something so painful? (Even if it’s his fault!) He simultaneously becomes withdrawn emotionally but goes out of his way to distract himself. Nihil needs time to process his feelings. He doesn’t catch feelings for people easily, and he’s used to getting everything he wants. So being heartbroken is so foreign to him. Nihil will become very curt in person. He’ll give everyone short answers and not be as social. If he can avoid talking for a while he will because he’s too much in his own head. He’s practically a ghost… until he decides to start partying again . Or throw himself in some sort of activity. Anything to help numb the pain! He’ll go wild at parties, he will invest in hobbies, and do anything to keep himself occupied so he doesn’t have to think about you. It’s his escape from the daily ache!

Papa I: He’s not the most emotional man in the world, but losing you hurt more than he could put into words. Papa tends to be the most accepting of the family. Lucifer has his plans, and clearly you weren’t meant to be in his life that way. He will be very cordial and respectful to you but very, very cold. Unless you both work together he will never willingly put himself in the same room as you. Papa has to distance himself as he can’t stand to be reminded of the pain. He is the type of man to throw himself fully into work and his free time leisure’s… but the ghouls did notice he is a bit more zealous than normal with his sacrificial worship. Papa lets himself feel the pain and then uses it to make his worship stronger. Papa eventually reasons that maybe heartbreak is his punishment for not focusing on spreading Lucifer’s will… yeah, that’s it. From time to time he will even secretly check on you to make sure you’re living a good life.

Papa II: You can’t feel heartbreak if you refuse to acknowledge it! Papa refuses to admit he feels any sort of pain from your break up. He’s always been the man to swallow his emotions because, to him, they are useless and only hold him back. Papa convinces himself you were just a passing fancy and that it wasn’t going to last anyway… he totally didn’t have plans to be strongly attached to you. Papa in the ministry work day comes off as a touch more grumpier than usual. He’s always been polite yet direct, but anyone who annoys him feels his wrath more harshly. But then when the work is done, like his father, Papa throws himself into luxury. There’s no time to even consider being sad when he’s neck deep in vice! So Papa indulges in all of his favorite things; drugs, alcohol, parties, luxury goods, and all the partners that are SO HAPPY TO THROW THEMSELVES AT HIS FEET! He can have anyone he wants, so why would he dwell on you? … right? If he ever sees you in public Papa will not acknowledge you if you don’t approach him first. Ouch.

Papa III: Oh boy- a heartbroken Papa III is the most pathetic sight you will ever see. He does not take this level of rejection well. Yes, he will always honor your wishes and respect you enough to let you walk away… but it destroys him. Papa is the most guarded of his family when it comes to his true self. Under all of his charm and sociability is a man who is afraid to ever let himself be known and hurt. And you? You were supposed to be different. This was supposed to be the love he yearned for all of his life. You were the one who got past all of his walls and loved him for the true person he was!! And you ripped it to shreds. Papa has to take sick leave over it and locks himself away to where only his brothers and his personal ghouls can reach him. Papa spends the first half of his mourning barely doing anything but staring out the window and refusing to move. Eventually, he starts going back to his favorite pastimes. But it’s not the same. Papa vows to never let anyone in his heart ever again. He sometimes wonders if you will ever try and get him back. As nice as that thought is- he could never have you back.

Papa IV/Cardinal Copia: Now, Copia’s actions after really depends on whether he was hurt before or after becoming Papa. one thing is certain, he manages to take the ending amicably at first. But when he is alone he cries so hard he becomes sick. Copia is a softer man as he is very inexperienced with serious relationships. Yes, he is able to form a coup, perform satanic rituals, and do diabolical deeds without blinking. But Copia’s heart is so tender and just wants someone to love him deep down. That being said, he will respect you enough to not try and win you back or push your boundaries. Although he will be super immature in trying to show you what you’re missing!! As a Cardinal this heartbreak is one of the many things that spur him on to being Papa. It’s your loss when he’s finally Papa and you won’t be there to enjoy it with him!! And if he’s already Papa, he does everything to show off THAT HE’S TOTALLY LIVING HIS BEST LIFE WITHOUT YOU!! Copia doesn’t need you to be happy, he’ll show you!!

Chronically online trans people need to get normal about detransition … the reality is that if you’re in irl queer/trans spaces you are going to meet people who have detransitioned, people who have retransitioned, and people who still identify as trans but in a different way than they used to. Trans healthcare means gender affirming care for everyone, including people who choose to get on different hormones or even reverse surgeries. I think we also need to talk about how even 5 years ago you couldn’t really access hormones and surgeries unless you presented as binary- so now you have a lot of non binary people who really did need access to medical transition and were forced to ID and present as binary to access it realizing that they actually wanted or needed either a lower level of hormones or different surgical options- but it was kind of all or nothing at the time, especially for minors. Health insurance also often only covers full-on top surgery even if someone would rather get a reduction (once again, especially for minors.) I had terrible chest dysphoria- looking back, top surgery saved my life, I’d probably be happier if I got a radical reduction- but my insurance wouldn’t pay for that, even if I had known that’s what I wanted. Not to mention the hordes of truscum who told nonbinary and gnc trans people “no, you’re not really trans, and if you are- you need to ID as binary and want full dose T and top surgery.” And that sort of rhetoric has bled into today’s “T makes you bald and hairy, what did you expect?” and “you can’t pick and choose what hormones do for you! It won’t turn you into an androgynous twink! Either be okay with every effect or don’t go on hormones!” Well, actually, this rhetoric is wrong and is doing a lot of harm too. We shouldn’t demonize the more obviously masculinizing effects of T, it’s absolutely what some people want and need. But you can work with an endocrinologist to do things like prevent baldness, bottom growth (to some extent), and facial hair growth if you want to. You can go on T for a short amount of time and stop whenever you want. We shouldn’t be discouraging people from taking it slow and experimenting with what they want. When you tell people that an androgynous transition isn’t possible, you’re just feeding into the gatekeeping of the medical system and upholding truscum beliefs that caused people to feel like they needed to be “really trans” and transition “all the way”

I understand that seeing detransitioners can be scary- seeing some select detransitioners be paid god knows how much to rally against trans rights and be used as political pawns by the right is terrifying- and your anger is justified. But- you do not have the right to cast all people who detransition or retransition in this light- there are many fighting on the side of trans people, but the difference is that you don’t see them because they’re not being funded by the government. Not to mention that so so many people who choose to reverse some aspects of their medical and social transition, including myself, are still trans. I don’t consider what I’m doing detransition, and I love my trans body, I just have to work a little bit backwards in my transition because the only way I could save my life by accessing gender confirming healthcare as a teenager was by identifying as binary. I just wish I had been presented with all my options, and access to them.

so, i have this little piece of analysis on the world building of winx club's original run. it was meant to be part of kind of a rewrite based on fate's tv show fumbles and i have contemplated the idea of making a video essay on it but since it will most likely never happen, i am posting here a snippet of the perspective i was the most salty about.

✨ technical spells ✨

(or whatever the english adaptation used to call them)

there are many aspects of the workings behind magic that are never explicitly stated in the series, but through the shows events we can deduce them. for example, witches use magic thanks to negative energy or something akin to "waves", elements that aren't necessarily spiritual. all witches seem to focus on mind control or natural phenomena and they don't have access to transformations (or they can access transformation-like powers without it); on the opposite side we see fairies who use positive energy or spiritual/conceptual powers (that's why we can have some kinda bs-y powers like "technology"): they are the most powerful when they transform. we know also that witches, if they so wish, can become fairies (just like mirta did) so it's really more of a choice than anything else.

what they all have in common is, evidently and weirdly, that they are female magic users. considering the context in which winx club was first released, i won't tap (too much) into gender identity matters for this post, so every time i talk about women in this post i am (unless specified otherwise) refering to cis gender women, as i could expand on trans perspectives but i prefer to refer to the canon for now.

in the second season, this phenomenon is tangentially but subtly explored. how, might you ask? this the season to be jolly, because an interesting character is introduced to do so: professor avalon. he is an expert of ancient magic, assuming the teaching role for a brand new class in charmix, which focuses on "technical spells".

what are they? avalon states that there is a significant difference between magic that fairies use in combat when they shout out random names and recited enchantments. so, technical spells seem to access a different magical source which can be taken advantage of through these very specific formulas and rituals engineered over the centuries by knowledgeable fairies, witches, enchantresses, wizards and so on and so forth.

this is extremely relevant.

not only it appears most of the witches magic is perpetrated through rituals of sorts, making them probably the primary technical spells user-base, but in this instance avalon says that the magic fairies usually use when transformed is somehow invoked from their within, and it's spontaneous. this is proven true in many episodes when the fatigue in battle derives from depletion of one's magical energy. and we know witches can achieve this ability, too. there is an internal and an external energy source. what is the origin of this internal magical capability?

we can point at various possibilities. but before we do that, i would like to explain why i think these may be the options.

up until the 3rd season, which is the original run, we never see (human) men using magic without any kind of aid. men (or men presenting, in some cases) who use magic are:

valtor, a demon made by trixies' foremothers

nabu, who needs a sceptre to use magic

dark circle's wizards (s4), who are implied to use in some measure earth's fairies magic, captured through millenia

saladin, a light's company/alliance member, uses a sceptre like nabu

wizgiz is a leprechaun

palladium is an elf

avalon too is heavily implied not to be (totally) human, because of his paladin form

men, in this status quo, have to either spend a great amount of effort, time and resources to master magic (but basically never master it like fairies do) or become a specialist. and here is the catch. in season 1 we learn something that basically confirms (or at least, so i see it) magix a women's world, as opposed to the world bloom comes from: specialists can be women as well.

while there are no male fairies, no male witches, and all male magic users are non-human or aided by external sources (magical objects and technical spells), it's implied there are, indeed, female specialists when darcy enters a specialists' bike contest and the announcer immediately identifies her as a woman. this alone doesn't confirm that female specialists are a thing and if they are they are probably very scarce, but the announcer let us deduce it by being taken aback but not commenting on how that shouldn't be possible in the first place. somehow, it's let to be understood that a female uniform exists as well. this may vary from adaptation to adaptation, but in italian there isn't much of an objection to her participation on the spot.

so, we can safely assume that there are no gender policies on academy enrollment in any of the schools. it's just not possible for men at the current state of affairs to enroll in alfea or torre nuvola. but women can enroll in insititutions like fonterossa.

(or better put, why could that be?)

here the rewrite is heavy handed, but this can be a very fun and interesting thought. maybe magic is, at it's core, creation. magic is the ability to not change reality, but to make thing exist in reality. let me explain.

when flora makes dying plants vigorous, she isn't changing the plant's structure, she is creating the nutrients ex novo and providing essentials (such as sunlight previously absent) and making it so that the plants feels the benefits of those new things.

traditionally, and in the winx club world view, women hold this power. women have the miracle of birth on their side. and the power to make a new life has to, somehow, be the same that allow magic to flow. it could be whatever, you can call it life force or whatever.

so, magic could be inherently tied to one's fertility (and here various conversations could be started, as to "would a transmasc still be a fairy?" and "are sterile women capable of magic?") or the potential of it. faragonda is a great fairy, but she doesn't transform anymore and that might be why. she can still use powerful magic, though. most of it is relatable to technical spells, if we want to force this point of view, but i will let that to you.

another option is chance. at some point magic just happened and women are the one who got it for cosmical possibility and their appearance, as well as other invisible characteristics, are results of that magic and not viceversa as previously theorized.

or again, it's hormonal. maybe progesteron and other typically female hormones are tied to magic. or a fictional hormone is. this would allow men to use it too, in limited quantities and enhance it through external sources (accessible through previously stated magical tools).

this was, in my humble opinion, a great starting point for a hypothetical winx tv show. it could elaborate on a complicated world building while tapping into social aspects that, being the kids' cartoon it is, the original show couldn't. it could give a definite structure to the magic world and open up infinite possibilities for the earth's narrative that apparently lost all of his magic (but we know it didn't really), investigate new storylines and give some fairies god-like status (thinking about dafne and bloom rn). also it could be a great trampoline for so many environmental details, like people in the background using casually magic only being women and men rarely doing so.

it could also be an amazing way to explore complicated gendered issues of the real world, through a meticulous deconstruction operated in these new lenses.

why am i salty about this? 2 reasons. the live action didn't pick this up and THE ORIGINAL CARTOON FORGOT ABOUT TECHNICAL SPELLS AS WELL!! they are never brough up again. damn you, winx club.

MARCELINE ABADEER is based on MARCELINE from adventure time. she is a 33 year old/immortal half-vampire/half-demon, aspiring musician, and uses she/they pronouns. she has the power of transformation, flight, and color consumption & is written by ALEX.

IC INFO: after having been alive for a thousand years, perhaps, some would expect marceline to be bored with the world or entirely lacking empathy, yet she's managed to cling to her more human traits throughout the centuries. they’re naturally emotional, even if they have difficulty expressing their feelings directly apart from through their music, and sentimental, attaching herself to the objects and people that have stood beside her throughout the years. she's playful, occupying days with mischief often to the annoyance of those around her - yet rarely intentionally malicious, unless forced to more malevolent deeds due to hunger. still, a certain amount of selfishness after centuries of having to survive alone dwells, as well as lingering fears of abandonment and a general independent nature. 

to most, marceline is seen as fearless - and is, when it comes to facing monsters and slaying beasts, yet facing vulnerability remains something of a struggle, even if they’ve found herself opening up more in recent years than most of their life. she holds deep care for those surrounding her, truly wishing to help them and being willing to sacrifice things dear to her for them. half demon and vampire queen she may be, but that half human side of her will always remain.

HEADCANONS:

they're a thousand years old - they’ve lost track of their moral code - and the gender binary. i headcanon marcy as nonbinary, usually using she or they pronouns but really she’s chill with whatever! 

coming from a place like ooo, they're not great at blending in, constantly fighting the urge to float above the ground like they always used to, suck red from objects in front of others, scare people by shapeshifting, etc. after hundreds of years of instinctual actions, she can’t help but fall back into her patterns at times - and will just try to act like she definitely wasn't just hovering a few feet above the ground if someone acts shocked. 

while adventurous and mostly unbothered by being transported into evermore, she’s also very sentimental and finds herself quietly missing pieces of home… not that she’ll ever tell anyone. it hurts, seeing the faces of those she calls her best friends not even recognize her.

and, though happy to have a new land to explore, they hate being trapped in a single town. she’s definitely tried to fly as high as she could to see if she could break past whatever barrier is trapping them within… only to land right back where they started.

they're slowly rebuilding their wardrobe in evermore: with plenty of red, of course, but she’ll only suck the red from her clothes as a last resort! most days, she’s wearing long gloves, a wide-brimmed sunhat, or carrying around a parasol to protect her skin - definitely just because she really cares about her skincare routine and not because she's a vamp.

she’s a constant wanderer, with no sort of permanent address currently, as "aspiring musician" doesn't exactly pay the bills. so, their "wardrobe" is more of a stuffed suitcase, and their beloved axe bass is nearly always with them.

and canon, but for the non adventure time fans, yes, marceline IS a vampire, but she consumes the color red rather than blood - and, of course, can drink blood, but tends to only do so when starved of red and forced into a frenzy. they can even drink shades of it like pink, though it doesn't sustain them to the same degree. she's actually incredibly wary of other vampires, given that she was a former vampire hunter before being turned into the last vampire in ooo against her will. but, given that most vampires in evermore aren't as cruel as the ones she fought back home, they're going to try to give them another chance - and maybe it'll be nice to have some others who can understand her.

though bonnie is the genius between them, marceline is fairly intelligent herself - in different ways than bonnibel, with a creative mind rather than analytical (not that bonnie isn't also creative, but they aren't exactly the rockstar marcy is)… but they can’t be bothered to apply themselves if it doesn’t involve something fun or musical.

You do catch his brooding black eyes looking at you sometimes... yet you never think anything of it.

Turns out Wednesday thinks more about you than you think, catching chat about you from Enid.

You don't know it but Wednesday has some strange out of place fascination about you.

You don't want any attention from others, Enid's descriptions of you are sickeningly sweet, and you honestly don't get on his nerves.

When Enid catches Wednesday not regarding you with distaste, he jumps on it.

Oh the gossip he does with Thing.

"Wednesday really needs someone to talk to. Plus, think about it, they'd have the cutest dynamic!"

Which leads to Enid and Thing setting Wednesday up with you, against his will and completely to your surprise.

Your chats are very quick and brief.

You also seem intimidated by Wednesday's demeanor.

Every word from his mouth is disturbing in nature.

The more Wednesday is set up with you, the more the curiosity he has for you grows.

He'd never admit it to Enid and would break Thing's fingers before they knew about it, but your company didn't feel like fire on his skin.

In fact, he felt heated more in the face than anything.

Wednesday would be very quiet in his obsession.

Not only does he appear out of nowhere, but Wednesday is good at stealth.

All much to Wednesday's displeasure....

It's hard to keep this whole thing secret is those two keep forcing it.

Wednesday would wait forever to actually say how he feels about you.

He mostly spends his time watching you, writing about you, and threatening those who wish to date you.

Oh he's wicked when someone admits they like you.

His eyes glare daggers into them and he swears he'll do something worse than the piranha incident.

Wednesday is never going to be a yandere very upfront with his emotions.

When he does decide he should finally ask you to be his, it's blunt.

He says it more like a statement.

He'd also probably compare you to something dark, like how you remind him of a solitary raven or delicate black rose.

It's his best attempts at being affectionate.

Enid is almost squealing when he finds out Wednesday is "dating" you.

Wednesday isn't entirely sure if he wants to call it that.

Wednesday is not really an affectionate guy with his darling.

In terms of kissing, at least.

You'll feel him pull you closer with an arm around you.

That or hold your hand tightly.

Even then it's usually when others look at you, like a possessive thing.

Everyone around you can tell it would be a death wish if they came near you two.

You're like a caged raven with Wednesday.

Similar to a raven, he thinks you're magnificent and possess a beauty he admires.

Yet also like a bird... you're easily able to be caged.

Wednesday doesn't mind the idea of that.

The idea of keeping his favorite raven in a gilded cage makes him strangely... happy.

Kidnapping seems like such a dark and romantic idea to him when it comes to you.

The de-facto leader of Team Starstruck, he bears many titles and many friends. The Technological War started by the Nullari wasn't exactly his first rodeo into adventuring considering he got dragged around since his birth and subsequent crashing into Dreamland. Friendly and curious, Kirby's seemingly innocent outlook surprisingly hides a lot of vigor, and his balanced stats as well as a jack-of-all-trades system of his Technician ability absolutely helps to get in and out of fights easier. Hobby: "I really like exploring! I don't mind resting around and enjoying life, but you can see me wandering around Dreamland or places I have visited! It gives me joy. Oh, and I like eating too, actually. Also, I don't mind if you give me technological things to fix or to observe, especially blueprints, I love them as well!"

Favorite Food: "Watermelons! I've loved that fruit since I was little! It's really juicy and sweet. People of the Cappy Town loves to send me some once in a while!"

Skills and Abilities

Overview:

Kirby's main copy ability in this AU is named Technician (exclusive for this AU as well, more explanation regarding this ability will be shown soon), a contact ability that he can get out at any time by activating his Adaptor Chip, albeit his is a prototype. The chip is also binded to Robobot Armor, causing most of his skills to be with them... at first, as later a loophole lets him to access his own modes with a bunch of differences.

Due to his affinity to copy abilities, his ability's specialty is Adapt. This results in his powers circling around Ability Modes, which grants him different weapons and skillsets depending on what ability he is storing. Without any modes, he wields the Virtual Drill - a hardlight drill that he crosses his arms in front of his body to use, albeit he can attach it to any part of his body if he so wishes - by default.

The helmet also gives him the ability to fix broken technological devices by touch.

Without the Technician ability, if he chooses to let it go (since it’s not binded to him), he can use copy abilities and stuff like any pure puffballs do.

Strength: Because of his variety of moveset pools, he becomes the jack-of-all-trades. As long as there's something to scan (mainly attacks and weapons - he CAN scan actual people, but doing so will cause whoever gets scanned to be stunned for a moment), he can change battle styles on the fly. But even without that, while his moves are contact-based, don't be fooled, his range is still quite massive, as he can and will use his erratic movements and 'acrobatics' to reach enemies that at first glance cannot be reached.

Weakness: Kirby has to maintain stamina, as his bounces off it. He has to preserve it well or he'll get tired easily. He is also limited to one mode at a time, and as his normal state counts as a mode, he cannot go back and use his drill at any time unless he discards his current mode. Also, if you're smart enough, you can feasibly counter his moves by either playing into his gimmick or try an advantage, especially on certain modes that are elemental in nature or mostly more support-based.
