hello intermission fandom, today i share my designs for tha felt

Finally finished this thing from June of last year (I am slow as hell). In order of Red around to Pink: Armstrong w/primal form Zero_One w/primal form Geist Rust Doc Doc's primal form Tesla w/primal form Prometheus w/Zelimir (future host)

Think this turned out decent; Zelimir looks a bit odd but I can't keep fidgeting with him-otherwise this would never get posted lmao. Rust was re-drawn THREE times--fully rendered and finished--so that could be why this took so long. Also, I must confess, Tesla's is ripped straight from a photo that someone posted on Tumblr--I think? I can't find the original post to save my life. It is of Tesla at the first concert TLT did with the Tombsona gear. Reason for my little cheat is that I was like over half way done with my original Tesla drawing (which was already a re-sketch from my first WIP) and I found out that I hated it. It made Tesla look too insane--it was a pose of him holding human hearts because he's a mad scientist type character (plus it would've been too gorey to fit everything else). So I cheated- A little bit. Sorry lmao Okay- Okay sorry I'll stop rambling. Hope y'all enjoy and have a great day/night! Hope to post more TLT and Tombsona content soon!

Doze and Itchy run the worlds easiest race.

Stitch gets onto Die for stuffing his own effigy full of pins (Die laments that he SHOULDN’T CARE- doesn’t even hurt that much).

Cans shows off his little friend, Clover.

Fin and Trace want to hold hands but often have trouble finding eachother- so Crowbar steps in the middle to cut the time bullshit.

Quarters and Matchsticks work together to bring Sawbuck home, wherever he is.

Each character will probably go under a specific yet generic title, like this one being "Adventurer 1", but I do have personal nicknames for some of them. This one's called "Elegant Knight" in my design notes.

Also hopefully no one is surprised by me intending for every adventurer to have an optional glasses-wearing version. If a character's already wearing glasses, then that's it you get nothing else they'll... have a version without glasses...

TIMELINE

2241 :     janice is born to donna and walter rand, stellar cartographers, in the midwest of the united states.

2245 :    her parents receive funding from the federation astrophysical survey to conduct independent research for the continued creation of up to date star charts. janice spends the rest of her childhood aboard their vessel travelling the galaxy with them as they conducted their work.

2248 :    benjamin and sirri are born 

2256 :    the outbreak of the federation-kingon war brings an end to the rand’s exploration, the f.a.s deeming into too dangerous for civilians to be travelling alone.

2259 :    missing the stars and wanting to strike out on her own, janice signs up as an enlisted creman for starfleet, spending seven weeks at boot camp then seven weeks at the technical services academy before being assigned as a crewman second class on the transport ship uss pegasus.

2263 :    transfers to the enterprise to serve as the chief tactical officer’s yeoman

2265 :     james t kirk takes over the captaincy of the uss enterprise, janice is assigned to be his yeoman, promoting her from petty officer second class to petty officer first class. it’s deemed that her experience with exploration and on various planets would be a boon to the five year mission.

2270 :    with the enterprise’s five year mission coming to a close, janice applies for the officer conversion program at the academy with a glowing recommendation from her captain.

2273 :    graduating from the academy as lieutenant junior grade due to her previous service and performance she is reassigned to the enterprise this time as the ship’s counsellor.

Doc knew.  T7 picked up the small data modification and chirped. 

Norwan had said enough about Yavin to know who’d call him like this.  For this. 

He stared at his husband, the words just not coming.  He had no wit tonight.

T7 broke the silence.  “Jedi = going to Wild Space?  T7 + Jedi = Team?”  He ruminated for a few moments before spitting out, “Idea = Good?  Jedi = Strong Enough….?”

Norwan sighed, knowing he’d been found out.  “The galaxy isn’t getting better with me out of it.”

“It’s not going to get better with you in it; you just might end up dead,” Doc immediately shot back.  He knew he was wrong though.

Deep down, Doc Kimble wanted to help heal the galaxy after the war was over.  He wanted to give little kids prosthetics that let them play, and he wanted to give adults eyes to see their lovers again.  The fighting had to stop long enough to do that.  Someone had to stop the fighting. 

He didn’t want it to be Norwan, just this once.

Doc didn’t want him to go on crusade.  Not after Yavin, when everything became worse.  Not after he thought he’d dropped dead in the garden.  Not after he’d become so weak after Korriban.  Archie was so selfish, but making Norrie be selfish ‘just this once’ had been the best idea Doc ever had.  (The second runner up was stowing Seeger in the hold for like six months in preparation for their speedy wedding.)
